2/3 c Buttermilk
1 lg Banana; sliced
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Honey
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/3 ts Salt
2/3 c Buckwheat flour
3 1/3 c Bread flour
2 1/2 ts Yeast
Bake and add ingredients according to manufacturer's instructions.
This is a dark, hearty, not-too-sweet loaf with a strong buckwheat
flavor. Good for breakfast.
Makes one 1-1/2 lb loaf.
