MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Date Molasses Wheat Bread

     Yield: 2 Lb loaf

 1 1/2 c  Boiling water
   1/3 c  Bulgur wheat
   1/4 c  Date molasses
     2 tb Butter
     1 ts Salt
   1/4 c  Wheat bran
   1/3 c  Oat bran
     1 c  Whole wheat flour
     3 c  Bread flour; divided
   1/4 c  Gluten flour
     4 ts Powdered milk
     2 ts Yeast

 This recipe is for a bread machine and works best if you let the
 ingredients set overnight before baking (my machine has a timer for
 that). Date molasses and bulgur wheat are the key ingredients for
 this flavorful bread.

 Measure first five ingredients (on the left above) into the bread pan.

 Measure remaining ingredients into the pan in this order: wheat bran,
 oat bran, whole wheat flour, 1 cup bread flour, gluten flour, 1 cup
 bread flour, powdered milk, 1 cup bread flour. Then make a shallow
 dent on top to hold the yeast away from the liquid below.

 Set machine for sweet bread and light crust (4L on my machine) and set
 timer to begin processing in 2 to 10 hours. Let machine process and
 bake until done.
