MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Fig Balsamic Walnut Flatbread
Categories: Five, Fruits, Nuts, Breads, Cheese
     Yield: 24 servings

     1 lb Pizza dough; thawed
     5 tb Olive oil; divided
   3/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
   3/4 c  Fig preserves
    10 oz Goat cheese; crumbled
   1/4 c  Balsamic glaze
     1 c  Walnuts; chopped, toasted

 Set oven @ 450 F/232 C.

 Press dough into a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Drizzle with 3 tb oil.
 Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until for 10 minutes.

 Spread preserves over crust. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Drizzle
 with balsamic glaze and remaining 2 tb olive oil. Bake until cheese
 is slightly melted and crust is golden brown, 7-10 minutes longer.
 Sprinkle with nuts. Serve warm.
