1 pkg Yeast
2 1/2 c Bread flour
1/2 c Wheat flour
3 tb Gluten
2 tb Brown sugar; packed
1 ts Salt
1 lg Banana; sliced
3/4 c Peanut butter
1 Egg
1 c Water; very warm
Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed.
Select "White Bread".
Press "Start".
