Raisin Pear Streudel

3 Pears -- peeled & diced
1/2 c Raisins
3 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Lemon juice
3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground cloves
1/8 ts Salt
1/3 lb Phyllo dough -- thawed
6 tb Margarine -- melted
1/4 c Confectioner's sugar
In a bowl, toss pears, raisins, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves
and salt.
On waxed paper, arrange a sheet of phyllo dough. Brush lightly with
melted margarine, and cut into 3 long strips.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place about 1 tb mixture at the end of each strip, and begin to roll
up jelly roll style.
Place roll, seam side down, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush
rolls with melted margarine, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until
golden.
Sprinkle with some powdered sugar, and serve warm.
