1.5 c soymilk
1.5 tbsp vinegar
1 c cornmeal
1 c whole wheat or white flour
2 tbsp sugar or equivalent of other sweetener
75 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
5 tsp baking soda
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine.  Bake 25 or 30
minutes at 425 degrees.  Test for doneness with a toothpick -- when it
comes out clean, they're ready.
