WII FIT PLUS
------------

A lot of things are added in the new Wii Fit. The graphics are the same, but
the gameplay has changes dramatically. It's not too expensive either.
Nintendo have made a good choice to keep going with this product. Wii Fit
Plus still uses the balance board to play the games.

What's New
----------

Yoga - Wii Fit Plus has added 3 new yoga stretches. The Spinal Extension, The
Gate and The Grounded V.

Muscle Woukouts/Stregnth Training - New Workouts. The Balance Bridge, The Side
Lunge and the Single Leg Reach.

15 New Exercises and a new catagory! Training Plus!

Exercises Include:

Perfect 10, Obstacle Course, Bird's-Eye Bulls-Eye, Driving Range, Skateboard
Arena, Snowball Fight, Rhythm Kung Fu, Island Cycling, Segway Circuit, Tilt
City, Rhythm Parade, Big Top Juggling, Table Tilt Plus, Balance Bubble Plus
and Basic Run Plus.

Wii Fit Plus also included a schedule to do your own exercises at your own
pace!

Multiplayer Function. (Swap turns on the balance board)

Option to weigh pets and babies.

Takes the data from the original wii fit and transfers it over.

You can also check to see the estimated calories that you have lost using
the METs system.

(not done) parts. Have to get into more detail with the body test and the

                               BODY       TEST
                          ========================

You also have the choice of a simple test which only is the first paragraph.

Step on the wii balance board then you will tell the ii how heavy your
clothing is. Then step on it again and try to keep your balance still.
This will measure you center of gravity and also your weight and BMI. (Body
Mass Index.)

You will do 2 of 9 tests. One for the body and one for the brain which are:

Walking test - Take 20 steps on the spot.

Peripheral Vision Test - Stand in the middle of the balance board and click
on the circles in order from lowest to highest.

Basic Balance Test - Shift your weight into the blue areas.

Single Leg Balance Test - Stand on one leg and keep your balance.

Prediction Test - Shift your weight and try to avoid the green areas.

Stillness Test - Try and stay as still as possible.

Dual Balance Test - Same as the Basic Balance test with your feet except you
try to keep the wii remote within the blue area.

Memory Test - Compare the number in the middle to the ones on it's side. If
the number is greater squat. If the number is equal or smaller don't do
anything.

Judgement Teset - If youp see a number less than ? shift your balance on it.
If you see anumber more than six don't do anything.

Rotate the wii balance board sideways and stand on it. Swing your entire
upper body when you swing. The move your center of graviy moves the
better the shot. Don`t try to swing too hard. The highest that you can
get is probably a bit over 100 yards.

----

Same as the approach shot except it is much easier for the ball to get
out of control. Try to focus on getting the ball to go straight. The
highest you can get is a bit over 150 yards

------

Very easy to lose control in this one. Just try to hit the ball as straight
as possible. The highest you can get is a bit over 250 yards.

Beginner

You go on one of those two wheeled things and try to pop the beach balls. The
more you lean the faster you go and you steer with your wii remote. If you
hit the moles you lose 5 points. The beach ball will shrink sometimes after
a couple of seconds after you see it and a mole will pop out. If you hit the
mole you will get -5 points if you hit the beach ball you will get 10 points.
You also have to chase the mole with the beach ball in the end. If you pass
a dog along the way the dog will follow you and will dismantle the mole
running away from you for a couple of seconds. The dog can also bust the balls
for you.

Just Run on the Wii board and don`t fall off. There are many levels in
this Mario-like game. This music is very catchy. :) This can also be
very frustrating too though.

Just watch out for the moving balls. Pretty easy.  If you get hit you
start to from the beginning. There is also a moving platform in the beginning.

To jump extend your legs. Move along the platforms and to the finish.

Watch out for the logs that roll towards you. At the end there is a log that
rolls across instead of at you. Don't get flattened. Very hard.

Watch out for the logs in front. In the middle there is an island which you
have to jump too, but there is a moving ball moving across it. Jump quickly
and get away. Pass the two moving balls then the other ones and you're DONE!

Keep you balance on the ball as you use to nunchuck and the wii remote
to juggle the ball. The more you hit the balls the more points that
you get. You can't juggle at the edge of the platform, so try to stay in the
middle. You will get consecutive points after every ball you hit. For
example, +1, +2, +3 etc. After you juggle the balls for a while the balls will
slowly turn into apples and will give you 20 points instead of 10. Sometimes
they will throw bombs at you instead of balls. Avoid them without going off
the edge.

No, this is not the Heading. This is the first and one of the best balance
games. Eighty soccer balls will be kicked at you. Move to the right, left and
center to head the ball, thus the name Heading. Dodge the shoes (minus 1) and
the panda balls (minus 3). You can get bonus points by hitting the soccer
balls in a row. First +1, second +2, Third +3 and so on and so forth. After
you play it for a while you get to know where the balls are coming from and
you could get a perfect score!

One of my favourite balance games. In the beginning, try to lean forward so
that your balance point is a bit forward of the blue dot. If your balance is
exactly on the blue dot you will not gain a boost, but if it is a bit above
the blue dot you will gain a bigger boost. If you hold it you can get up to 97
km/h. Extend your legs as it if you are standing up. Hold it in the air. If
you do it properly you can get up to 190 meters. Another useful tip is to
extend near the end of the ramp to get 20 - 30 meter extra.

How to do it - Mouth399 said "I'll start off with the advanced tightrope
guide. Soon after you start the wind will blow from the right to the left.
Lean toward the right to keep your balance. Walk slowly and carefully. A
little bit of walking with he wind the chomper will come at you. BE SURE YOU
ARE BALANCED BEFORE JUMPING! Jumping when your person is spasing with the wind
blowing will send you flying off the rope. After you jump the first one the
wind will die after a few steps. Be prepared to regain balance quickly. A
little bit later the wind will come from, the other direction. Lean against it
and repeat as before. Then after the wind dies down a bit later it will come
from the right again, Lean against it. Walk. Jump. walk a bit more. The wind
will die. And your done."
