[INT]- Introduction
o=============================================o
Hey, My name's Nate, otherwise known as natsukurenai. This is my first FAQ of
any kind, so I'm not sure how well it'll do, but I felt it was needed. I know
when I first started playing this game, I looked all over for the list of
special bonuses, and couldn't find one. I can't imagine I'm the only one who
has done so, so I figured I could help people out now that I do know about
most of them. So enjoy!

[SPC]- Special Bonuses by Stage
o=============================================o
Each stage is listed in the order found in game, as well as in the list above.
The format of the information is as follows:

Stage Name - [code]
Boss: All major bosses (Those you must defeat to win)
1) First Special Bonus
2) Second Special Bonus

- Tips for completing the special bonuses.

*Tips for getting both bonuses in one battle

And now the stages:

Mount Osore - [osore]
Boss: Nanbu
1) Find the hidden passage
2) Beat Nanbu, don't let call souls

- First, let me just say this level is a pain. I found the possessed squad
leaders to be rather difficult to kill, as when they hit you, they recover
their health. Anyway, the entrance to the hidden passage is between the bottom
2 of the 3 camps around the boss. There is a small pathway that leads to a
catapult. The catapult will shoot you to the hidden passage. The second goal
is just a matter of being quick and powerful. In the fight, ignore the other
soldiers as much as possible and focus on nanbu. Just defeat him as quickly as
possible.

*To get both bonuses, just do them both. You can get the first one without
even setting foot in the boss fight, so you can just focus on one at a time.
Easy.

Dragon Race at Oshu - [oshu]
Boss: Masamune
1) Beat Date to the camp
2) Stop the Rendezvous!

- ARRRGH!! I hate this fight. It's so annoying. The first goal isn't too bad:
just get on a horse, race Masamune, take the camps as you pass (you can ride
right up to them and past them as you race, so just hit them as you pass.),
and beat Masamune to the far camp. Be the first to hit the camp marker, and
this bonus is yours. Alternatively, Hero Mode will slow him down, so when you
get to the camp, use it and just walk up to the marker. The second goal is a
bit tougher. After you beat Kojuro at the far camp, you'll have a race with
him. You have to KO him before he gets to Masamune. Doing that on a horse is
tough. So either find a way to trap him against a wall (I've seen this done,
so it is possible) or use a character that can deal a lot of damage in a short
time on a horse.

*To get both bonuses, just play the level normally. It's impossible to get one
bonus while working on the other, as the second bonus doesn't start until the
first bonus has been completed for a while. Just focus on one at a time.

Siege of Hasedo Castle - [hasedo]
Boss: Mogami
1) Defeat the Drillatron under a minute.
2) Defend the boat until it lands.

- This one is annoying purely because of the boss. Mogami is almost the most
annoying character in the game... Almost... Sorin takes it by a hair...Anyway,
we'll do the second goal first, because you can get it in the process of
getting the first one. To defend the boat until it lands, you need to take all
of the cannon camps before they can damage the boat. The easiest way to do
this is to run forward and take all the camps. if you can open both water
gates before the boat gets to them, it won't have to take the longer route,
and you can ignore the side camps until later. So basically, take the first
cannon camp (and if you have time, take out the squad leaders so they can't
take it back. It saves time.), then take the first water gate camp. After,
charge forward, take the next cannon camp, keep going and ignore the side
paths, and take the last water gate. From here, wait for the boat to get past
the second gate and open the door so you can continue and capture the last
cannon camp. once that's done, just let the boat go to the finish. If it got
there without taking any damage (in other words, the bar in the top right is
full) you get this bonus. For the first bonus, in the last camp before the
boss there will be a side path to the right of where you enter. jump up it to
find a catapult. This will shoot you to a lower part of the map, near the side
route. Go forward and you'll find a Drillatron, a machine with two drills on
it (go figure). Beat it in 1 minute. This is considerably easier if you attach
the Machine Seal, an accessory that triples damage on machines. Beat it in a
minute, and this bonus is yours. Also, a shortcut to the boss opens.

*To get both, protect the boat, then worry about the Drillatron. You can't
access the Drillatron until the boat reaches its destination anyway, so just
focus on the boat.

Headstrong at Kubota - [kubota]
Boss: Yoshishige
1) Occupy all Camps
2) Defeat all enemy squads.

- One of the easiest battles in the game. Both goals are simple and self-
explanatory, and getting both at once is no trouble at all. The first,
occupying th camps, is easy, as you need to get 3 of them to get to the boss
anyway. Just get the last one when you go to fight the boss by ignoring him
and focusing on the camp commander. Defeating the enemy squads, jsut take out
all the enemy squad leaders. That's it. Realize, of course, that Yoshishige
counts as a squad leader, so you won't get this bonus until you defeat him,
but it's pretty simple.

*To get both bonuses, just complete the level as normal. You'll pretty much
do them both in the course of the level anyway.

Battle of Kannagawa - [kanna]
Boss: Utsunomiya
1) Dispel the mist
2) Defeat 10 tigers

- I'm not fond of this level. The tigers piss me off. The first goal is
basically another way of saying "Occupy all the camps." That's it. Take all
the camps, and you dispel the mist. The second goal is pretty simple to
accomplish. If you wait in the mist, the tigers pretty much come one after
another. Just kill them as they come, and this should be no problem.

*To get both bonuses, kill the tigers, then go capture the camps. Easy.

Kawanakajima Tundra - [tundra]
Boss: Kenshin
1) Open Bishamon
2) Occupy all camps

- This one is amusing. "Kanetsugu the Invincible!" So the first goal, instead
of fighting Keiji, go past that camp and go to the other one above it. Take
that camp, and the gate Bishamon opens, revealing a shortcut to Kanetsugu's
camp. That's it. You can't get the bonus once you defeat Kanetsugu, though,
so get it first if you're trying to get the bonuses. For the second goal,
just take all the camps. That easy.

*To get both bonuses, just take all the camps, making sure to get the one
above Keiji's starting position first. Seriously, that's all there is to it.

Flooding Ueda Castle - [ueda1]
Boss: Yukimura
1) Sneak attack on Yukimura
2) Wash away Sasuke's clones.

- This level is a little more fun than the Masamune counterpart. It's fun
washing away all the enemies when you open the water gates. Anyway, for the
first goal, Just open the water gates, then backtrack to the access to the
moat around Yuki's position. The moat is no longer there, so go through, up
the stairs, and take the camp behind Yuki. This lowers the bridge to Yuki's
platform, so you can walk up behind him. One goal done. For the second one,
When you get to Sasuke, run past him and go to the water gate camp. Take it,
and Sasuke's clones will get washed away. Pretty simple.

*To get both bonuses, First, take all the water gates, making sure to take
the last one before you defeat Sasuke, so as to wash his clones away. Then go
perform the sneak attack on Yuki.

Assault on Ueda Castle - [ueda2]
Boss: Masamune
1) Defeat all enemy squads
2) Break all treasure boxes

- This one's not as fun as Yuki's fight because this time it's the enemy
opening the water gates. You can't avoid it. Also, it's your soldiers getting
washed away, not Masamune's. So the first goal. Pretty self-explanatory, just
beat all the squad leaders (Masamune and Kojuro included). For the second one,
once all the water gates have been opened, you'll have access to the entire
level. Just run around and search for all the boxes. There is one in
particular that is difficult to find. It gave me a lot of trouble. In the
passageway to the north of the camp where you fight Kojuro, there is a bridge
above you. It is possible to get up there. On the side of the bridge closer to
Kojuro's camp, there is a box-type thing against the wall. jump on top of it.
This will give you access to a platform connected to the bridge. Get a
running jump (double tap forward, then jump immediately), and you'll land on
the platform. Then just jump up on the bridge, and get the treasure box. The
rest are pretty simple to find, just look carefully.

*To get both bonuses, go through, defeat all the squads and get to Masamune.
Before you engage in combat with him, go around the level and find all the
chests, then start the fight. Ignore him for a bit and get all the boxes
here, and that should give you that bonus. Then just beat him to get the
other.

Odawara Castle - [oda]
Boss: Hojo
1) Occupy all camps
2) Ambush Ujimasa

- I love this battle. Getting the second bonus makes this battle so much fun,
I think. For the first goal, just occupy all the camps. Pretty simple. The
second goal is a little more complicated. First, you have to capture the three
camps outside the castle in 2 minutes or less. To do this, first run up to the
middle camp and take it. Then quickly run to the left camp and take it too.
In the left camp, there should be a stack of wood that will let you jump up
to a higher platform. On the platform is a catapult that will launch you to
an otherwise inaccessible platform near the middle camp with another catapult.
This one will launch you to the last camp. Capture it. If you did it fast
enough, a bridge will drop next to the camp commander of the last camp. Cross
the bridge and carefully make your way across the rooftops using the catapults
and scaffolding, until you get to Kotaro. Beat him, then continue on. If you
stayed on the rooftops, you'll find a catapult that will launch you up to
Ujimasa. Goal complete.

*Getting both bonuses may seem rather tricky, but it's not. Ambush Ujimasa,
but instead of fighting him when you get there, capture the camp then just
run around avoiding him until the rest of his forces get there. This will
open the door, allowing you to backtrack and take the rest of the camps. Then
go beat Ujimasa.

Kaerikumo Castle - [kaeri]
Boss: Anegakoji
1) Occupy all camps.
2) Open the castle in 2 min.

- This one's a pretty easy battle. First goal is self explanatory. Get all the
camps. The second one involves catapults. You need to capture the four bases
with X's in two minutes, without letting them get retaken. So, go through,
take the first camp and defeat the squads there. Do the same for all the camps.
To get from one camp to another quickly, find the catapultsthat point toward
the next camp. Take them, and you should get this done with about 30 seconds
to spare.

*To do both, open the castle first, then backtrack and take the rest of the
camps.

Battle of Tetorigawa - [tetori]
Boss: Matsu & Toshiie
1) Occupy Storehouses
2) Make Matsu use all reserves

- This is a fun one. Okay, so for the first goal, it's kinda self-explanatory.
Just capture all the camps. The second one is a little harder to pull off. The
easiest way to so it is to capture 4 of the camps, but leave the last one in
their hands. Then go fight Matsu and Toshiie. Ignore Matsu and attack Toshiie.
As his health drops, Matsu will heal him. As she heals him, the bar in the
upper right will drop. The goal is to get this to drop all the way. By taking
only four of the camps, you allow her to still have reserves, but reduce the
amount as low as possible. It can get kinda difficult to pull off, as your
sqauds will pretty much always go in and attack the last camp, so you either
need to get her to use her reserves pretty fast, or find a way to stop your
squads from going to the last camp. The second option sounds impossible, but
it can be done, if you're lucky.

*To get both bonuses in the same battle, first deplete Matsu's reserves, then
go capture the last base.

Cliffs of Mikatagahara - [mikata]
Boss: Ieyasu
1) Find hidden camp
2) Defeat the pursuing Tadakatsu.

- Okay, this one's kinda frustrating, because of Tadakatsu. For the first
goal, after the 5th camp, there is a path splitting off to the left that
leads to a catapult. That catapult will launch you to the hidden camp. That
gets you this bonus. From that camp, you can also launch yourself to the
Tadakatsu final fight in this map. For the second goal, defeat Tadakatsu while
he is chasing you at the beginning. Easy in theory, less easy in practice.
Just keep at it, bring in someone with high attack, and you should do fine.
Just keep attacking.

*For both, first, beat Tadakatsu while he's chasing you, then go forward and
find the hidden camp. Can't do the camp without getting past Tadakatsu anyway,
so nothing confusing about this one.

The Last Stand - [last]
Boss: None
1) Occupy all camps
2) Defeat 20 squads b4 bridge drops

- I hated this one when i first played it, but then it kinda grew on me. For
the first goal... Pretty self explanatory. Take all the camps. The second
goal is also pretty self explanatory. Defeat as many squads as possible while
protecting the two camps in front of the HQ camp. You'll hit 20 with no
problem, provided you're fast and strong enough to jump between the camps and
take out the squads.

*To get both bonuses, first, very quickly go capture the camps. You don't
need to hold them for the whole battle, just have them all captured at one
point in time. After you do that, quickly get back to the two important camps
and proceed as normal. Doing this with a slower character or a character
you're not comfortable with can be tough.

Sekigahara - Betrayal - [seki1]
Boss: Mitsunari
1) Make Hideaki Defect
2) Stop the Incense Cannon

- First, let me say that of the Sekigahara battles, I found this one to be
one of the easiest. For the first bonus, you have to get the arquebus squad
up to the lookout above Hideaki's position. So instead of going up from the
first camp, go left to the other camp and get to the lookout. Your squad will
rain bullets on Hideaki, and he'll defect to your side. For the second goal,
when you reach the fork in the road at the top, go left, and capture the
first camp you come across. This will stop the cannon, and you'll get this
bonus.

*To get both, just proceed as above. Get Hideaki to defect, then take the
cannon camp.

Sekigahara - Schemes - [seki2]
Boss: Motonari
1) Do a Nexus attack on a Rising Sun
2) Defeat all enemy squads

-I'm not fond of the Motonari maps, though this one's a bit better because
you get to use the Nexus if you take it. Speaking of which, the first goal
involves taking the Nexus camps (the camps at which you'll find Shimazu and
Yoshitsugu). Then, when you get to the end and fight the Rising Sun, just get
its health down, and the Nexus will fire and bring it down to just about dead.
One hit should kill it. The second goal is just defeating all the squad
leaders. Pretty simple.

*To get both, take the Nexus camps, and take out every squad leader in the
map.

Sekigahara - Zero Hour - [seki3]
Boss: Mitsunari
1) Beat Otani b4 the cannon starts
2) Beat all squads, occupy all camps.

- I hate this one. This is my least favorite of all the Sekigahara maps.
Having to fight both Yoshihiro and Muneshige at the same time is a pain.
Anyway, first goal. Annoying. Definitely have your hero mode guage filled
when you face Yoshitsugu and Kanbe. When you get there, ignore Kanbe and
focus on Yoshitsugu. Keep attacking, and mix in hero mode usage, maybe a
basara art. Just take him down before he gets a chance to bring out the
cannon. The second goal is a bit easier: just take all the camps and beat
all the squad leaders.

*To do both, TAKE OUT YOSHITSUGU FIRST. I can't stress that enough. When you
get to that point, don't worry about anything else until Yoshitsugu is dead.
After, just complete the stage as you normally would.

Sekigahara - Assembly - [seki4]
Boss: Ieyasu
1) Beat Hideaki b4 he meets Ieyasu
2) Defeat Tadakatsu Honda

- This map is a pain. Getting to Hideaki before he gets to Ieyasu is very
difficult if your character is slow. It's doable if your character is weak,
as long as your are fast, but it's pretty difficult still. VERY quickly take
all the camps you come across. This will make Hideaki hesitate, and he'll
stop moving for a few seconds each time you take a camp. Then VERY quickly
defeat Tsuruhime and Magoichi. Run through, take the last camp, and then get
to Hideaki and beat him. Once you get to him, it's easy, it's getting to him
that can be a problem. For the second goal, defeat Tadakatsu. That's it. When
he shows up, just go defeat him.

*For both, GET TO HIDEAKI. That comes first. After that's done, you can focus
on Tadakatsu. If done right, you can actually take out Hideaki before
Tadakatsu appears.

Sekigahara - Ultimate - [seki5]
Boss: Ieyasu
1) Don't get near death, beat Ieyasu
2) Defeat Tadakatsu Honda

- This one's pretty quick for a Sekigahara map. For the first goal, just beat
Ieyasu without your health ever going into red in the entire level. Not too
difficult if you're comfortable with the character your using. The second
goal is a bit tougher. Tadakatsu won't appear until Ieyasu's health almost
depleted. Then, you have to fight both of them at once. Beating Tadakatsu
without accidentally beating Ieyasu first is difficult, but doable. Just try
to lure Tadakatsu away from Ieyasu and pummel him.

*Doing both is difficult, but not impossible. Just get Ieyasu down, so
Tadakatsu appears, then defeat Tadakatsu without getting hurt too much and
without hitting Ieyasu. Then beat Ieyasu.

Sekigahara - Aftermath - [seki6]
Boss: Ieyasu
1) Watch Ieyasu escape on a zipline
2) Defeat both Masamune and Kojuro

- This one is about average for Sekigahara; not too frustrating, not really
fun either. For the first one, at the start, follow Tadakatsu, and beat him.
Go through the gate that opens and you'll find Ieyasu. Done. For the second
one, just make sure you beat Kojuro before you beat Masamune. Kojuro
disappears once Masamune falls, so you won't be able to beat him if you beat
Masamune first.

*To do both, first take out Tadakatsu and get the first goal. From there,
go up to where Masamune is fighting, and run past him, toward Kojuro's camp.
Date SHOULD stay put, so you can fight Kojuro on his own. Beat him, then come
back and beat Masamune.

Sekigahara - Intrusion - [seki7]
Boss: Ieyasu & Mitsunari
1) 1000 KO's
2) 10000 hit combo

- Hands down the funnest, if not most frustrating, Sekigahara battle in this
game. First goal is easy. If you don't take the camps, the enemies spawn
infinitely, so just keep killing them. The second one is a bit harder. Find
someone you can combo well with (Yukimura is a good one, with his flare
storm. Just make sure you're good at button mashing; it's an arm killer) and
just keep comboing. With luck, you should be able to keep comboing
uninterupted until you can get to 10,000. Alternatively, using hero mode with
accessories designed to lengthen it (like the phoenix accesories or a Hero
Bead) will also work. While in hero mode, once you hit frenzy, you stay in
frenzy until you leave hero mode. If you can attach the right accessories,
you can stay in hero mode indefinitely, and this goal gets a lot easier.

*You'll probably end up getting the 1000 KO's in the process of getting the
10000 hit combo. If not, just keep killing and comboing. Not too difficult.

Kanegaseki Nightmare - [kane1]
Boss: Oichi
1) Rescue Hostages
2) Don't light fires, defeat Oichi

- An easy battle, if not a little weird. The first goal, just free all the
hostages. There's one cage in every camp (two in the last one) and two in the
split path between the second and third camps that you need to use the
catapults to get to. Just break all the cages and this one's done. The second
one is easy. Just beat the level without taking a single camp. Not even the
empty one at the beginning.

*To do both, just free the hostages as you come to them, and don't take any
of the camps.

Siege of Kanegasaki - [kane2]
Boss: Tenkai
1) Occupy all camps
2) Defeat 10 camp commanders

- This was interesting. Make no mistake, the game may say the boss is Oichi,
but the real boss of this stage is Tenkai. For the first goal, just capture
all the camps. Pretty simple, really. Squads will appear from time to time
throughout the level, but they don't appear infinitely. Just beat the squads
as they appear, so they can't go behind you and take you camps. For the
second goal, it says camp commanders, but it means the occupation chiefs. The
big guys with fans that show up as outlines on the minimap. Just beat 10 of
them for this goal.

*Really easy to do both. Just kill everything you come across and take the
camps as you come to them, and you should have no problem.

Incident at Honno-ji - [honno]
Boss: Nobunaga
1) Stop 2 camps from being occupied
2) Beat Oda after he takes 4 camps.

- Wow was this one annoying the first time I did it. For the first goal, you
can't let any more than one camp be taken by the mortal coil. In other words,
don't let any camps get taken. The first camp is unavoidable, as getting the
camp commander's health down far enough will trigger the coil anyway. After
that, though, you have to capture the camps before Nobunaga can take them,
which involves running really fast and finding shortcuts. There are a few
catapults lying around that will shoot you to the other side of the map, but
for the most part, you just have to run and hope you can take the camp fast
enough. Just make sure you have someone who can deal a lot of damage quickly.
For the second goal, allow the mortal coil to take at least 4 camps, then go
fight Nobunaga. You'll have to beat him once for each of camps he took plus
one more time. Just beat him like you would any other boss, making sure to
keep an eye on your health. Even on easy, this fight was a bit tougher than
the other fights in the game.

*To my knowledge, it's impossible to get both goals on this one. You can
either let him take the camps, after which they will cease to be camps, and
so can't be retaken, or you can take all of them, after which he will be
unable to take them back. So just pick one and go with it.

Osaka Winter - [osaka1]
Boss: Mitsunari
1) Defeat all enemy squads
2) Break the Death Carriage in 1 min.

- I've done this one so much it's kinda annoying now. The first goal is
self-explanatory: Beat all the squads. The second one, when you get to the
horse, just beat it in 1 minute. Use someone who can deal a lot of damage in
a short amount of time.

*To do both, just beat the horse in a minute, then beat all the squad leaders.

Retaking Osaka Castle - [osaka2]
Boss: Kanbe
1) Defeat the Drillatron alone
2) Defeat all enemy squads

- Interesting stage. Kanbe's not the brightest guy in the world, is he? First
goal, not too bad. When you get to the diamond of camps, where you have to
take them all to open the door, go to the top camp. In it, you'll find some
scaffolding to the left. Follow the scaffolding to a catapult. The catapult
will launch you into the hiding place of the Drillatron, where you must
defeat it. Then watch it self-destruct by launching itself into the water.
Best scene ever. Second goal, just defeat all the squad leaders.

*To do both, just defeat the Drillatron, then continue as normal, taking out
all the squad leaders.

Osaka Tiger Summer - [osaka3]
Boss: Yukimura
1) Occupy all camps
2) Get into the Sanada Citadel Camp

- The catapult track for the second goal is one of the funner ones I've found
in this game. For the first goal, just take all the camps. Pretty easy. For
the second goal, take the lower two camps first. Then, go to the passageway
above the central camp. There will be a catapult in that area.Take it, and
the ones following it, and you'll end up in the center camp without taking
all the camps outside. That's it. DO NOT take all the outside camps before
doing this. If the doors are open already, this goal doesn't work anymore.

*To do both, first get into the citadel. This opens the doors. Then just go
around and get all the camps.

Osaka Dragon Summer - [osaka4]
Boss: Masamune & Ieyasu
1) Defeat all enemy squads
2) Defeat Tadakatsu Honda

- This one's not as fun as the Yukimura equivalent. For the first goal, beat
all the squad leaders. For the second goal, instead of capturing the camps
and using the Sanada Cannon to beat Tadakatsu, just face him directly and
beat him.

*To get both, just beat Tadakatsu, then take out the other squad leaders too.

Saica Stronghold - [saica]
Boss: Magoichi
1) Find the raiding party
2) Secretly occupy all camps

- I like this one just because of the sneak attack you can pull. The first
goal involves finding the hidden camp. From the 4th camp, on the right, there
should be 2 hidden paths. Take one of them, and it'll lead you to the hidden
camp, and complete this goal. For the second, in the last camp before
Magoichi, there is a path that circles to the left and up above the main
path. Take that path to the bridge, jump across (mind the gaps) and take
the catapult. This will send you behind Magoichi to the camp there. Just
take the camp without her seeing you. Make sure you take all the other camps
first before doing this.

*You CAN'T do the second one without the first one. Take all the camps,
including the hidden one, then catapult yourself to the last one and take it.

Siege of Karasu Castle - [karasu]
Boss: Hideaki & Tenkai
1) Beat Hideaki when his fire is out.
2) Don't get near death, beat Tenkai

- This one is one of my favorite battles in this game. Tenkai is awesome, and
I wish he was playable. When you get to Hideaki and Tenkai at the beginning,
go straight. Get to the end and take all the camps around the giant hotpot,
and then beat Hideaki with them all under your control to get the first goal.
For the second goal, when you meet the two of them, go left up that path,
then go forward and beat Tenkai without letting your health drop into the red.

*You CAN NOT get both goals in one battle. The direction you choose to go
determines how the map works. If you follow Hideaki, Tenkai's route is
inaccessible, and the same for Hideaki's route if you follow Tenkai.

Gassantoda Castle - [gassan]
Boss: Haruhisa
1) Find the hidden camp
2) Beat Haruhisa before he runs 3 times.

- Not my favorite battle in the game. The first goal is easy. Just capture
all the bases before you defeat Haruhisa, and the hidden camp will open up.
For the second, just beat Haruhisa before he can hide in the sand 3 times.
Just make sure you can do a ton of damage quickly.

*To do both, avoid the camps where Haruhisa will appear. You'll know because
a message will pop up about the sand being stronger there. Take all the camps
without running into Haruhisa, then take him down when he can't run anymore.

Battle of Itsukushima - [itsuku]
Boss: Motonari
1) Defeat all enemy squads.
2) Defeat Mori w/out taking camps.

- I don't like the Solar Nexus. I really don't. For this battle, defeat all
the enemy squad leaders (including Motonari) to get the first bonus. The
second one just involves running straight through to Motonari without taking
a camp. Beat him with all the camps still undder his control and you'll get
the second bonus.

*I don't believe you can do both in the same run. I have yet to do it. Maybe
if you have two players it would be possible, but by yourself, I don't think
it's doable. The camps keep respawning squads every so often, so you'll never
be able to take them all out.

Nakatomigawa Fortress - [nakato]
Boss: Motochika
1) Defeat all enemy squads
2) Break 2 Rising Suns each in 1 min.

- Motochika is a pirate. A PIRATE! How awesome is that? Okay, that aside,
first goal. Defeat all the squad leaders. The second goal: just make sure you
can do a lot of damage quickly. You have to beat both the incomplete Rising
Sun (easy) and the complete Rising Sun (not so easy) in 60 seconds each.

*Doing both is pretty easy; if you can do the second one, you can do both
with not too much more effort. Just take out each squad leader as you come
to them, and make sure you can take out the Rising Suns quickly.

Battle at Noshima - [noshi1]
Boss: Tsuruhime
1) Defeat all enemy squads
2) Send out 2 ally backup ships

- I'm not a fan of Tsuruhime. I find her annoying. Not as bad as Sorin or
Yoshiaki, but still pretty bad. The first goal is easy, as always. Just beat
all the squad leaders. The second goal is a little tougher, but still not
bad. To do it, on the first boat, take out ALL the squad leaders plus the
camp commander in 45 seconds or less. This will cause the boat that comes to
be blue (meaning yours) instead of red. The second one comes once Tsuruhime
starts retreating. When you corner her on the boat you started on, get her
down to almost dead in 15 seconds. She will run, and the boat that comes
will, once again, be blue. Do this for both boats, and this bonus is yours.

*Doing both is pretty easy. Just make sure you get both of the boats blue,
and then take out all the squad leaders.

Pirates at Noshima - [noshi2]
Boss: Motochika
1) Occupy all camps during transport
2) Stop porters from reaching goal

- I hate this battle. I really do. So the first goal is easy. Just take all
the camps before the path to Motochika appears. That's it. The second goal is
quite a bit more difficult. I have yet to do this one by myself; I had to
have a friend play 2nd for me to be able to do this. The goal is to stop the
porters from getting to the drop off points. ALL of the porters. Not one of
them can go through, or you will miss this one. Your soldiers don't do
anything until a few have gone through, so you can't rely on them. You have
to do it all yourself. Since there's three starting points and 3 drop off
points, doing it yourself is near impossible. Having another person there to
take one of the sites makes it easier.

*Take all the camps as you come to them, then focus on stopping the porters.
That's all I can tell you, really.

Mines of Ishigakibaru - [ishiga]
Boss: Kanbe
1) Break the Drillatron in 1 min.
2) Don't let 3 engineers get KO'd

- Another not so fun mission in my opinion. Drillatron is easy, just attach
a Machine Seal and go to town. The second one is a little tougher. Okay, so
when you get to the first camp, where the debris falls and you can't move
on yet, take out all the squad leaders BEFORE you capture the camp. That way
when you capture it and your engineers start moving, there will be nothing
there to hurt them. Once you go through, get to the second camp, take it,
take out ALL the squad leaders. A few will be coming from the left. Wait for
them and take them out too. Now, go up, never left, and a second cave-in
scene will occur. From there, VERY QUICKLY move, take out the third camp and
all squads, and keep moving. You need to make sure you can take all the camps
and take out all the squad leaders BEFORE 3 of your engineers die. There's
no trick to it. It's all dependant on your speed. It's possible, but you have
to be fast. That's really the only thing I can say.

*You can't get to the Drillatron without clearing the debris, so focus on
saving your engineers and getting the debris cleared, then go for the
Drillatron.

Hetsugigawa Memories - [hetsu1]
Boss: Sorin
1) Occupy all camps
2) Defeat Muneshige Tachibana

- GAAAH!! Sorin! The bane of my existance! His voice is the most annoying
voice ever! This level would be fun, if not for Sorin! He's not even hard to
beat, he's just incredibly annoying! Okay, my rant is out of the way. First
one is easy, just take all the camps. Second might seem difficult, but
there's a trick to it. Take the first camp and make sure it can't be taken
back. Now, go to the bridge with the faces on it (it's yellow on your
minimap). Muneshige WILL NOT STEP ON THE BRIDGE. Just stay on the bridge, out
of his reach, and attack him until he's dead. That's all there is to it. A
little cheap, perhaps, but hey, it works.

*Doing both goals is pretty easy. Just take all the camps, and beat Muneshige
along the way. If you use the above strategy, take the first camp, beat
Muneshige, then continue and take the rest of the camps.

Hetsugigawa Heroes - [hetsu2]
Boss: Sorin
1) Get 20000 zenny
2) Defeat Sorin without losing money once

- Okay, I admit, this one amused me a little with the name changes. Chester
Shimazu? Joe C. Kuroda? What is Sorin thinking? Anyway, first goal, just make
a ton of money. After each camp gets taken, 3 blue boxes appear in a sort of
guessing game type thing. Pick one and hope it gets you money, otherwise
you're gonna lose money. It may actually be safer to ignore them. Your choice.
The second goal sorta plays into the first goal. The traps around the level
will make you lose money if they hit you, so avoid them. The ninjas will
steal money from you if you give them the chance, so don't let them. Run
away from them, annihilate them, whatever you choose. Just don't lose any
money in any way, and this bonus is yours.

*I'm pretty sure it's impossible to get 20000 zenny and still lose money in
the level, so you should be able to get them both just by accomplishing the
first one.

Ambush at Mimikawa - [mimi]
Boss: Yoshihiro
1) Defeat all enemy squads
2) Occupy all camps, Yoshi retreats

- I don't like how Yoshihiro keeps hiding in the hot spring. How does he even
do that? Wouldn't the temperature of the water boil him like a lobster?
Reality-bending aside, the goals in this one are pretty easy. The first one,
just take out all the squad leaders. The second one, just occupy all the
camps, completely ignoring Yoshihiro when he appears. If you take all 5 camps
while ignoring him, he'll retreat to the boss arena, and you'll get this
bonus. If you cause him to retreat before taking the camps (by getting his
health low enough), you won't get this one.

*Make Yoshi retreat first. Take out the squads as you come to them, but don't
focus on them until Yoshi retreats. That's all there is to it.
