This is more hints than an actual walkthrough. Before I start I will like to
warn you. I'm Norwegian, so my English is not perfect.

| About Link's Crossbow Training and the walkthrough |
------------------------------------------------------
Link's Crossbow Training consists of nine diferent levels. Eah of those levels
consists of three challenges. To complete a level you must get a medal. What
matters when it comes to getting the medals is what score you have when you add
together the score from challenge 1, challenge 2 and challenge 3
Bronze medal 20 000p
Silver medal 40 000p
Gold medal 60 000p
Platinum medal 80 000p
Combo: Combo is very important in this game. On some challenges you shoot at
enemies and on some you shoot at targets, but on all of them you can build up
combo. It works like this: When you hit an enemy, you will get a score. The next
time you hit an enmy you will get two times the score, then three times the
score, then four times the score... You get the picture. On almost every level,
this is the key to get a high score. Our motto is "keep your combo." You can hit
barrels, jars or skulls without losing your combo, but if you don't hit anything
you lose it. Also, if an enemy hits you, you'll lose your combo (and 100p)
Diamonds: In some jars or skulls or something else, there is a diamond. They are
orange and they kind of floats in the air. You will have to shoot them to get
points. The faster you hit the diamond, the more points you get. If you hit it
at once you will get 1000p. In other jars, barrels etc. there is fairys. Those
are better, because you do not need to shoot them, they just fly to you and give
you 1000p.
Diferent targets and enemies: Normal targets are red and white, but the special
targets are yellow, green and black. Normal targets will give you 10p and 30p if
you hit the bulls eye. Special targets will give you 50p or 150p if you hit the
bulls eye. Some enemies are also special. The special enemies are more red than
the other enemies. Othen they give you twice the score the normal enemies gives
you. When it comes to bats, the white ones are special.
Upgrade crossbow: If you hit an enemy that is shining green, your crossbow will
be upgraded. Now you can hold down B and Link will shoot numerous shots against
the enemies. It is harder to keep your combo though so be careful.
Now I hope my hints will be useful to you both if you are trying just to
complete all levels, if you want to get platinum on all the levels and if you
just want to kick your friends butts. I will write the hints for each challenge
seperatly. On the challenges where there are glitches, I will have one chapter
on how to get through it without the glitch and one of how to get through it
with the glitch.
My first tips is this: Find a good chair to sit in before you start. You should
never play standing, your elbows should always rest on something. Otherwise you
don't quite get the grade of perfectionism you need.
The camera angle will show Ordon Village from above, then change to the first
stop. You can get a few points before the first target will appear. First of all
the scarecrow. For each time you hit the scarecrows chest, its head will get
bigger. When you have hit the scarecrow eight times it will stop growing and you
will get 1000p when you shoot the head. If you shoot of the upper half of the
sign in the left of the screen, you will get 5p, if you shoot of the bottom
afterwards, it will give you 20p.
The first target will appear very close in front of you. Afterwards, two will
appear, than three. You have pretty good time, so there is no excuse for not
hitting the bulls eyes. But then, five targets will appear. You have to shoot
those quickly. If you are too slow, you will not have time to hit the special
target that will appear on the top of a roof. One of the five targets will be
quite far away in the rigth of the screen, so aim for it before the targets pop
up.
The camera angle will change to the secound stop, in front of one of the houses.
In one of the jars, there will be a diamond. Which one it will be in, is not the
same every time, but try the ones on the rigth of the stairs first, than the
ones on the left. The first target will appear in the center of the screen. Hit
the bulls eye. Then five targets on a row will appear. Here you should try a
little faster. After that, there will be three targets on the roof and two on
the ground quite close to you. Shoot them fast. Four targets will appear on the
fence in the left of the screen. Then a special target will appear on the rigth.
The camera change for the last time. There is a new sign here, and pumpkins that
can be shot. In one of the pumpkins there is a fairy, but it is hard to hit the
pumpkins without losing your combo, so I wouldn't try to find it. The first
targets will appear on the fence in the rigth on the screen. The next once will
appear on the fence on the left. Then the rest of them will appear on the rigth
of the screen. I will not tell you excactly where. But when there is four
secounds left, be quick and shoot the two targets that appear and then the
special target that will appear on the very top. If you have had time to shoot
all the targets, you will get a 5000p bonus.
The key to the glitch is to hit the scarecrow. You must hit it eight times in
the chest, then in the head. If you do that on the first stop, a scarecrow will
appear on the upper rigth of the screen when you get to the secound stop. Do the
same thing now and your third stop will be a diferent place. Now, I'll tell you
what to do on the next place.
First a special target will appear on the lower rigth of your screen. Then a
normal and a special target will appear higher on the screen, then two normal
ones and one special. Now three targets will come up from the water. One in the
center (normal), one on the left (normal) and one on the rith (special). Shoot
the one in the center first, then the one on the left, then the one on the
rigth. Be fast, do not care to hit the bulls eyes. A normal and a special target
will appear moving from rigth to left in the center of the screen. Be sure to
hit them quickly. Two special targets will appear further up. Then one special,
then one special and one normal, then three normal and one special. At last a
spescial one will appear on the very top. You can get the 5000p bonus when you
use the glitch if you hit all the targets.
Now it is time to shoot your enemies. Stalfoses will be coming up from the sand
and you must shoot them. Each stalfos is worth 30p. I always aim for the heads,
so do that. You should try to hit them before they get up from the sand. Your
radar will show where they are, but listen to me instead. First one will appear
in the center, then look to the left for the secound one. Look to the rigth,
then to the left, then to the rigth, to the rigth again and then to the rigth to
face a big one. Shoot for the head, otherwise it might block your shot with the
shield. This one will give you 300p. Now look to your rigth to see a whole bunch
appearing.
Still focus on keeping your combo. You take the small ones first and the green
one last. You should manage to kill them all without the upgraded crossbow. Now
turn rigth untill you see a new bunch. Even though your crossbow is upgraded you
do not go wild. Try shooting one shot at a time and keep your combo untill a
stalfos hits you and you are done. After you have lost combo, allow yourself to
go wild. Try taking the big one last here too. Turn rigth again to find one big
and some small ones. Get them quickly and turn rigth again. When you have taken
them, there is very little time, but still, if you manage to get enough of the
big ones, you will get the 5000p bonus. This is a hard challenge to get a good
score at.
25 buletins. That is your mission. Each of them are worth 150p and now you can
go around. The first time you try, do not focus on combo. What is important is
that you take them all quickly, because when you are done, you get a bonus on
500p multiplied with the number of seconds you have left. It can be a lot.
Taking out the buletins without losikng combo is hard. Be sure to take out the
shooter from a distance which makes them unable to shoot at you, that is the
best tips I can give you. Pay attention to the radar. When you have taken all
the buletins, you might still have time to find something in the jars and
barrels, so let me tell you where things are.
As you start, you will see two jars. In one of them there is a diamond. When you
have walked forward and turn left, be sure to notice there is a bomb barrel
behind a tent. Hit it to both take out an enemy and brake one of the barrels
that has a diamond inside. Do also notice the scarecrow. Now turn rigth and you
will se a big pig getting barbequed. There is nothing in the jars, but if you
shoot the pig eleven times you will get a total of 150 points. But the real
point are when you hit the very end. There is another pig, but shoot what is
behind it first. In one of those, there is a diamond.
Remember not to hit the targets with an X, those will cost you 100p and your
combo. Already when you see it from above, try shooting for the jars near the
first stop. You might have little time to find the one with the diamond in, so
be quick. Now the gorons will start rolling then stop and have one target plate
each. At first there will be one cross and two with normal. Then there will be
one normal, one cross and one special. Then there will be the same. Then there
will be two crosses and one special and at last there will be two special ones
and one normal. You must be fast, if not you might not get all the targets.
Now, the secound stop. The diamond is in the big jar on the upper rigth gorons
rigth. Be sure to take it before they start rolling. There is five of them, now.
First there is three normal ones (normaly all on the front row) and one special.
Afterwards there are one special and two normal. Then there are one normal and
one special. The last one is two normal ones and one special. Be fast here too.
The diamond can be pretty much everywhere, so you might not have time to find
it. Now, there is a lot of gorons. My tip now is to always start with those far
away, not with those close. I will not tell you how many it is of each target,
you just have to find out.
You will be moving down zora river in a boat and shooting enemies. You get 150p
for the toadpolises and 200p for the red telektitt (or whatever it is called).
Start by shooting the yellow jar since you have time for it. When the
toadpolises start coming up, try to shoot the part of there body that is above
the see. My best tip is to take them out in the same order as they appear.
When you come to the red jumpers, start by taking those on the rigth. You should
shoot just after they jump, so you do not shoot when they jump, because you will
miss. Take those in the center before they jump at you. When you have taken them
all, you might have time to take the five jars on your rigth. In one of them
there is a diamond. Now there is another lot of toadpolises left. If you do
manage to take all enemies, you get a 5000p bonus. You might have time to take
the jars on the end - in one of them there is a diamond.
There is really not much to say. A lot of skulls are thrown up. 50p for white
ones, 100p for the red. The key is to keep your combo. This is hard, but all you
can do is to practise untill you can handle it. Before the first one arives, you
do have time to take the barrel in the center of the screen, which has a
diamond. If you hit enough skulls before time run out you do get a 5000p bonus.
In Kakariko you can get a lot of points simply by keeping your combo. In the
beginning, it will be a diamond in one of the jars. There is also a scarecrow
here. When the targets start appearing, shoot fast. They will just keep poping
up so the more you have time to shoot, the better. Now, what is really important
is that you stop shooting at the rigth time. The targets will disappear before
you here the bell, so it would be smart to have someone help you and say "stop"
when the clock shows 41 and when it shows 21. You will lose combo if you keep
shooting. Now the same thing counts on the secound and third - be fast. There is
nothing in the jars on the secound and third stop. On the secound stop, there is
an important thing to notice. On the upper rigth of the building, so you see
that thing hanging out from the building there? The targets that will arrive
there will be hard to notice, so be aware of that.
Maybe you have notice there is a scarecrow on the rigth side of the building.
You know what to do, shoot it eight times in the chest, then in the head. The
scarecrow will also appear on the secound stop. Be careful so you don't lose
combo. On the first stop here, you might need some tactical assistance. I'm your
guy.
Do not bother to shoot the jars. Shoot the first target that appears on the
rigth, then shoot the ones in the back. Shoot the special target and a normal
target moving, then takes those in the back again. Take the ones that appear in
the background now, then take two normal targets in the front, then take all in
the back, then finish taking those in the front.
I hope you enjoy this challenge, because it is my favorite challenge, basically
because it is the challenge where I have managed to get the most points.
163 062p, try beating that.
There is not much tactics here. Water melons will appear. When a melon is hit,
it divines into three yellow melons. Sometimes one of those divines into four
red paprikas. I will tell you where the melons appear and which ones have
paprika. Remember, green onews are 10p, yellow is 20p and red 50p
First one will appear in the center of the screen (no paprika). The next is a
little to the left (paprika). Then on pretty much the same place (no paprika),
then a little to the left and up (paprika), then to the rigth and down (no
paprika). Center (paprika), a little to the left (no paprika). Left and up
(paprika). To the rigth (no paprika). Pretty much the same place (paprika). If
you now have time to hit the one of your left, you will get 5000p bonus.
Now there is not much tactics here. You might want to start by taking the
scarecrow. After that, just shoot all the kargaroks. 30p for normal, 200p for
the special. The special will not attack you though, so taking the normal ones
is a lot easier. Notice that someone comes from far away in the left of the
screen, some comes from below and some comes from the rigth. Be sure to hit them
in the order of their appearence. Keep your combo as long as you can, then go
wild. Try to get as many as posible, because you might get a 5000p bonus here.
Or wait, I'm not sure you can, but maybe.
The targets will come from down the waterfall, try to hit them all in the bulls
eye, but more importantly, just hit them. There is a diamond in one of the jars
on the secound stop. Here is my tip as to which order you take the targets in.
Take the two from the left, then the one on the water, then the one from the
rigth (by the way, you can't shoot through the water). Same tactic now, only
there is one more target coming from the left, one more target on the water and
the target from the rigth is special. Now, take on of the three from the rigth,
then take the one on the water, the three from the left, and the last two from
the rigth, then the last one on the water. The third stop. First ten of them
will appear like this:
O
O x o
o o o
o o o
Take those ten first, then notice the special target down on the rigth of the
screen. The first times, maybe you shouldn't shoot it, because you might lose
combo. Now the next ones will appear like this:
o o o
x
o o
o
o
Take them, then the special one. The last ones will zome like this:
o o x
x o o
o x x
There is a 5000p score on this challenge as well, so try to get all the targets.
It shouldn't be a problem to see the scarecrows. At the first stopit is on the
rigth side of the screen. It shouldn't be a problem to get all targets either.
As you might expect, there is a new third stop. On the top of the waterfall, the
targets will appear in rows of three, some targets special others normal and
some with cross. My tip is to wait a little while, they are hard to hit when
they are far away, but you do have good time, so you might be able to get the
5000p bonus.
At first, three Stalfoses will appear (shoot them). Then a bunch of Keeses
(bats) will fly up from one of the graves. Now remember, the key is still to
keep your combo, not to get as many as possible. If you aim towards the center
of the bunch, you are bound to hit one, but as a bunch get smaller, be more
careful. Another bunch will arrive (check your radar), and they will keep
coming. Remember, the important thing is not to hit as many as possible, but to
avoid missing. However it is tough, so if you got problems keeping your combo,
shoot the green bats and use your upgraded crossbow. Be aware that after a
while, new stalfoses will appear on the ground.
Shooting skulltulas is not that hard. Actually it is quite easy. As long as you
get close enough, it is impossible to miss. When you get better, you might want
to try a more challenging tactic, that will give you more points. Try to shoot
all of them once first, then shoot all of them again. My only tip is to watch
the radar. Be aware that some are up in the trees and some are on the wall. You
might have one left and don't see it. Walk towards the red on your radar, and it
will come down from the three and stand right in front of you. When you have
taken them all, you will get 500p multiplied with the nuber of seconds you have
left. You might have time to shoot some of the jars near the spider web. One of
them has a diamond. There is also a scarecrow here.
Well at first the camera will move, but you can shoot one of the flying
earthdots to get a few points that makes no diferense. Do notice the jars that
will be in the low center of the screen. It might be a diamond in one of them,
if not it will be a diamond in one of the jars on the secound stop. No the weird
chickens will appear, some with one target and a few with two. To start with,
you might want to hit the bulls eyes. You have twenty seconds on each stop. Here
is a tip to get good points. When there is few seconds left, stop shooting the
targets. When te bell rings, the chickens will drop the targets, which mean you
will get more points when you hit them (300p or 500p if you hit the bulls eye).
The secound stop will be pretty much the same. There is a scarecrow far away in
the top right corner if you have time. Maybe there is a diamond as well.
Remember to let them drop some targets. On the third stop, it is the same. Just
keep shooting (try not to hit the chickens) and try to hit as many as possible.
If you get enough of them you will get a 5000p bonus (big surprice). You can
also shoot the scarecrow from here, it is closer now. However, you probably want
have time for it.
Moldorms will be jumping up from the ground. They are 100p each. The first one
will go from the rigth to the left. Be sure to move your camera slightly to the
left, then shoot him when he jumps. More will come. The key here is to have your
eyes on one of them and take them when thy jump. Do not risk losing combo, even
if two moldorms jump at the same time and you think you can take them both.
When you have taken all of them, some enemies will appear around you. They are
50p each. Do not get stressed, just shoot the one in front of you and keep
aiming at the same spot. When the others circle around you, they will all get to
that spot aventually. Afterwards new moldorms will appear (same tactics here).
Then the enemies will appear again. When you have taken them all again, you get
a 5000p bonus. You might have some time left and moldorms (a lot of them) will
come from the right. They will jump pretty much at the same time. Now I alow you
to risk your combo, try to get as many of them as possible.
Not one of my favorite challenges. Your target is to shoot all 25 bulbins. I
will tell you where they are.
1 in front of you when you start
1 on a rof to the left
1 in front of you when you go a little forward and to the left.
2 on the roof to the rigth (shoot the bomb barrel to take them both out)
1 on the roof to the left.
2 more on the roofs on the left
1 more on the roof on the rigth
2 behind the secound house on your rigth (walk in between house one and two)
1 in the window when you walk behind the house.
1 between the first and secound house on the left.
1 inside the first house on your left (can be shot through the window closest to
you)
2 inside the secound house on your left (must be shot through the window)
2 more inside the third house on your rigth (one in the window)
4 on the fourth house on your rigth
3 on the tower at the end on the left side.
Try to get them all, but still do not lose combo. I start by shooting the five
that I mentioned first, then shoot the one in the first left house through the
window. He will fall and brake a jar with a diamond, take it. Shoot the one
between house one and to on the left, then take out the ones in the secound
house on the left. Walk out of there, take the bulbin on the rigth roof, then
the closest of the bulbins on the left roof. Take the two behind secound house
on the rigth, take the one in the window, then take the one on the roof rigth
before you when you turn left. Walk out of there and shoot the four on the roof,
then turn left and shoot the three of them. Return to the third house on the
left to take out the last two. First the one on the window (one shot to break
the window, one shot to shoot him), then the one that is inside. You will get
500p, multiplied with the number of seconds you have left. If you have time,
shoot the bomb barrels to explode all the jars. In one of them there is a
diamond. If you have even more time (which you probably don't), return to the
secound house on the left to take the scarecrow.
The camera will constantly circle around and it will take a 360 degree while
targets will pop up. You do have time to take the scarecrow. Targets will pop
up. You must just learn where, but I will tell you about the more special
targets. Three normal targets will be moving rigth and left on the rigth of the
house. Also a special one will appear on the ground moving left, and one will
appear afterwards between the plattforms, moving left. As soon as you shoot the
target in the midle of the wheel, the wheel will turn - with six targets on.
Also, two targets will move on the rigth of the house. Take those on the wheel
first. You must be careful not to lose combo as you shoot those in the back.
When you have taken both of them, a special target will appear on the roof, so
make sure you have time to take it. Be fast as you aproache the end, there is a
5000p bonus if you get all the targets.
Now, this is a hard one. You are moving and the enemies approache you. The first
time, just shoot for the bulbins and kangaroks and tru to keep combo. When you
get a little better, you might want to shoot the animals they ride on as well.
They don't give much points but they do give you combo, so if you are good you
can get a really awesome combo. Some more things to notice. Just as you get of
the bridge, there will be bomb barrels on the left. If you hoot them fast, you
might take out all the three nearby enemies. There is also a diamond that will
appear when you shoot the barrels.
25 chilfoses. There is 100 points for killing them, 1 for hitting them. Hitting
them will give combo, but take more time. After they have thrown their spear,
you can kill them with one shot. Otherwise it will take you five shots. To begin
with, there is one throwing his spear at you, one in the stairs and one besides
the door in the end of the room. In the next room there is four jars (one with a
diamond), three ice keese and one chilfos. You don't have to take the keeses,
but on the other hand, they might attack you.
Now, the yard outside. There is three on top of the walls to the left. One is
close, two is further away. There are two on far up on the wall in front
(outside the bedroom if you know that from TP). Go to the thing in the midle and
inside. There is a chilfos rigth ahead, shoot it. There is four on the wall,
which you can take without leaving the room in the middle. There is two on the
ground and seven more on the roof. Take them all, then walk towards the next
room, turn around and shoot the chilfos. Enter the next room, and see that there
will be to chilfoses on the left. Shoot them and you are done. 500p bonus
multiplied with the number of seconds you have left (if you have any). There is
a scarecrow there so if you have time, take it.
I advice you to try the glitch, because it can be 60 000p diference, however it
is your choice and since I decided to write the walkthrough this way...
First, you should hit the lonely skull on the rigth close to a pilar. Now, some
targets will appear. First three will come down from the roof. Take them in this
order: Center, left, rigth. Always works for me. Notice that every time you take
all the targets, a special target will appear in the other side of the room. New
targets will appear. Now, I will try to draw the situation.
O -> <- x
x -> <- o
o -> <- x
The arrows marks the direction in which the targets are moving. Shoot the
closest one first. Shoot the one in the middle when you can, then shoot the one
far away. Next:
x -> o o
| |
^ v v
|
o <- x
Shoot the one rigth in front of you fast, then take the one on the left and then
the one on the rigth.
x x <- o
| |
v v
o -> ^
|
x -> o
Take the left target first, then (when you can) the one moving left and last the
one moving away. Now the camera will move to secound stop. Here the targets will
be on the wall, moving towards you and from time to time changing to the other
wall. Notice where the scarecrow is, because later you will have to shoot before
the camera change (but it will be in shaddow). In one skull there is a diamond.
Here are the "situations":

When a target is behind a cross, you might want to wait untill they move over to
the other side. Also here, there will be a special target appearing in the
background each time you finish a "situation."
Last stop: The dead guys will be appearing and you ought to shoot them all. Each
of them take a few shots. For each hit you get combo. It can be a lot of combo.
A shame they give little points. But they will give a few points unless you lose
combo.
Well, I hope you know where the scarecrow is. It is kind of hard to see it in
the shadows so use your inner eye. It is the same deal, hit it eight times in
the chest, then hit its head. On the secound stop, a new scarecrow will appear
(big surprize). Take it the same way. You might have little time and you might
lose your combo, but even if you do, it will be worth it. As you might have
guessed by now, there is a new third stop. This is Heaven in this game, so enjoy
it. On the wall, several targets will appear. As soon as you have taken them
all, new ones will appear. If you have a satisfiing combo to begin with and you
do not lose it (which you shouldn't) you might get an ending score on 100 000p
or more. I will now draw the "situations". Special targets are marked "@",
normal targets are marked "o".

There is an extra factor here. On the left side, a normal target will appear.
When you hit it a special target will appear a little later. on the first one,
the center target will appear first. Start in the center, then take the left
one, then the upper left one. Then take the one that will arrive in on the left
of the screen. Take out the rest on the wall in whatever order you like, (but
fast) then take the special target that will appear on the left of the screen.
Now, if you are very fast you could be a able (at least after a little training)
to get all the targets and get a 5000p bonus. Oh, by the way. On the fourth
situation you should start in the bottom rigth corner of the screen and move to
the rigth.
I guess I'm not the one to give you tips here, because I'm not so good myself.
If you do manage to keep your combo, you are blody good and you should manage to
get a lt of points, but it is hard, so I have never managed it. Well, be sure to
hit the aeralfoses with the two shots in the head necessary to kill them. Try to
get as many of them as possible before they get up in the air. If you get all
four of them, that is good. If one of them do get time to get up in the air, you
must shoot its wings to get it down. It takes quite some shots. You know what to
do when they are on the ground.
When you are done with the four of them, a lot more will come from the sky. Try
to take out all of them by shooting them down one by one. You should get a bonus
when you have taken them all, otherwise you need one more. If you are as bad as
me, you might want to go wild and forget combo, just to try to get the 5000p
bonus. My record is only about 11000p, so hopefully you'll do better.
The nice things about those lizards, is that you can gain such a good combo.
Their shield give you combo, their skull helmets give you combo, and even if you
hit neither, you must hit each of them twice. The key is to try to shoot of the
helmets of the ones with helmets before you shoot them, to gain a little extra
combo. If you keep your combo, you can end up with more than 60 000p, well even
more than 80 000p.
When you start, two lizards will come towards you. Hit the helmetless to knock
him over. Aim for the others stomach and he'll block with his shield. Then take
his helmet, then him and his friend. Walk a while and more will come in the
stairs. Do not shoot before they have jumped. When you turn left, some more
might be coming towards you (depending on how slow you were at killing the first
ones. If it do not come, wait for it to. There will be three of them and you
will want to take them out on distance. Keep going up the stairs and stop pretty
close to the next room. Three more will come. Here they might jump as well, so
be careful. Also, be careful in the room. It is up to you wether you want to
take the Keeses or not, I certainly don't because it takes time, and I risk my
combo. Walk in the middle of the room and avoid the lasers (not hard).
Two lizards should meet you in the stairs, then two should appear when you draw
close to the next room. Let me warn you, one of them might jump. Now, go in a
circle round the room and take out the remaining four lizards as you meet them.
You will get the usual 500p for each second you have left.
More target practice. Horseriding this time. First you will be facing left and
you must take all the targets. Some will be far away, some close. You will find
out when they appear. I will tell you the order I usually take them in. Take one
far away, one closer, one far away, one closer, one far away, then the ones that
are close, but when one far away appears again, take it quick. Also you must be
aware that there is one behind the last tree, which can not be seen untill you
have got passed the tree. If you do get all targets, a special target will
appear on the rigth, so shoot it.
So now we are facing in another direction. Far away, close, far away, many ones
close. Now after some time you will notice there is no targets to shoot. When
the next three targets appears, shoot them fast, before the fence get in your
way. You have little time to react when the fence appears, so you might miss the
first time yo try. There will be one quite high, then four low, then one high
again. Notice afterward that one target will be kind of hid in the trees if you
don't get it fast enough. The special target will appear pretty much in the
center of the screen.
Now, you will be facing forwards. When they appear, be ready to shoot the big
one on the river after you have hit the first one on your rigth. It is easy to
hit, but you want have much time later. Afterwards take the two on your left,
then the three on your rigth. Take the one further away on the rigth, then take
four targets on the left, two on the rigth, two on the left, three on the rigth,
one on the left and the special one appearing in the center. You get a 5000p
bonus. You may also have time to hit the scarecrows head. Now if you keep combo
and hit all, 40 000p should be no problem.
Snowpeak wolfpack. My only tip is to try to keep your combo as long as possible,
and be aware that the wolfos are hard to hit when they run to the left or rigth.
When they start appearing out on the sea, you should hit a green bat and try to
take them all out, because there is a 5000p bonus here. Watch your radar. Good
luck! I don't know what is realistic to hope for, but 30 000p is what I manage.
Darknut duel? Yep, there is a boss fight here. I know you are use to me saying
keep you combo, but do not focus on combo here. Focus more on speed. Circle
around him, and when he attacks, shoot at him and hit with as many shots as you
can (three is good). For each hit, a keese will appear, shoot them. After a
while he will throw something at you. From now, just try to hit him. When he
split into a lot of bats, just keep shooting wildly and try to hit the white
ones (they are worth 100p). You do get the usual time bonus when you have
defeated him. If you have 50 seconds left, which is what I usually have, that
means you get 25 000p bonus.

Finally we are in the final level. Well, actually you might be thinking
"already", this is not a very long game. If you keep your combo all the way
here, you will be the king of this game. I will not tell you where they will
appear, except the first one will come from the left and the secound one out
from the stable. You might have time top get the scarecrow before you begin
(if you can see it, it is far away). On the secound stop, there is a diamond in
one of the jars inside the stable, and on the third there is a fairy in the
barrel. Other than that I will just say "try to keep your combo" and "do your
best." That is all there is to it. After I wrote that 3-1 was the challenge I
had the best score at, I beat my record on this one, getting 166 163. By the
way, I forgot to tell you, there is a 5000p bonus if you get enough enemies.

This is familiar if you have played TP. You are in sacret grove fighting skull
kid and his puppets. Skull kid will be green most of the time, so you can
upgrade your weapon. First time you do the challenge though, you should only
focus on hiting and not missing. Just follow your radar and be careful. If you
get enough Puppets, there is a bonus (5000p as usual). You should hit them fast
when they arrive. You might manage to kill three before they start moving.
Always notice where skull kid is, because they will appear close to him. At the
beginning, take the two puppets fast, then shoot skull kid twice to get 300p for
killing him. After that, you can discover yourself where they turn up.

| Level F - Challenge 3 |

Boss figth! This is a tough one. First he will be spitting flying stones. Only
hit those that have direction straight ahead (towards you). When he move his
hands, be fast and hit under it where there is a weak spot. Hit his hand untill
he lose it. He will spit at you again, do the same. Then take out his last hand.
He will fall and you will see a weak spot on his head. Shoot it untill he gets
up again.
This time, when he spits at you it will be a little diferent. There will come
three flying skulls. Shoot them if you get the time, but be sure to shoot for
the hand whenever he starts moving it. He will spit again (three more flying
skulls). Take out his hand and shoot for his weak spot.
You should know if you are a Zelda gamer, that three is othen the number. Now,
he will spit out a ring of flying skulls. Try to take some of them, but when he
start moving his hands, try to ignore them (which is next to impossible, but
try). Be aware that when he change position with his arm now, he might also
change arm. You take out both his hands and shoot him in his weak spot for the
last time. Hopefully, you do have time to defeat him and get a little bonus
points (the usual deal).
Hope this walkthrough was of some use to you. WaZelda.
If you do want to compare yourself to my scores, I have posted them under here.
Not all of them are good, on some of them I have done better when I went through
it on score attack. This is my scores on practice mode:
