My second FAQ. Sonic CD happens to be probably the best sonic game out there,
and it needed a Boss FAQ.

3) ~ BOSS BATTLES ~
******************************************************************
------------------------------------------------------------------
PALMTREE PANIC: Egg-Walker
------------------------------------------------------------------
DIFFICULTY: Easy. Very easy.
WHAT TO DO: It's useless to attack the flippers. They'll just bounce you back
and do no damage to Robotnik. Just stay on the left and wait, he'll move back
and forth until he goes all the way back and begins running in place. Hit him
3 times while he's doing this, both his arms will fall off, and he'll die. Or
if you can grab the invincibility at the beginning, you can run behind him and
jump into him; he dies.
GOOD FUTURE/BAD FUTURE: In good, he's an amusing shade of pink. In bad, he's
orange/red.
------------------------------------------------------------------
COLLISION CHAOS: Egg-Pinball
------------------------------------------------------------------
DIFFICULTY: Easy if you can do pinball.
WHAT TO DO: Grab the rings, head down. Grab the 10 rings, avoid the spikes
going down and the spring under the 10 ring box. Smash the thing, enter pinball
land. Use the flippers to propel yourself upward, smashing into the bubbles
to destroy them. On the left, there's a shield; on the right, a 1-up. Avoid
going down the gutter, as there are spikes. Keep going upward, popping bubbles
and eventually you'll ram into Robotnik. Hit him 3 times. You can get a spike
guard by destroying 3 bubbles. It lasts for about 10-20 seconds.
GOOD FUTURE/BAD FUTURE: Just graphical differences.
------------------------------------------------------------------
TIDAL TEMPEST: Egg-Bubbles
------------------------------------------------------------------
DIFFICULTY: Medium.
WHAT TO DO: Hit robotnik 4 times in the maze and you can get out. Bubble area
opens. He'll summon bubbles. Jump into the bubbles to get air and get rid of
one. Keep in mind, he'll shoot 4 pellets, and avoid these first. He'll keep
moving back and forth, just keep popping bubbles. Once he goes down, you can
hit him instead of bubbles. Hit him once to kill him. Don't get careless.
GOOD FUTURE/BAD FUTURE: Water is redish instead of blue in bad.
------------------------------------------------------------------
QUARTZ QUADRANT: Egg-Treadmill
------------------------------------------------------------------
DIFFICULTY: Easy-Medium.
WHAT TO DO: Hit him down, then hold forward. When the crane comes over, just
stop running and you'll fall back a bit. While it drops, press forward again,
and jump as it hits so you'll jump over the explosion and be running full
speed again. Just wait. His machine will die thanks to friction. Watching
Robotnik panic at this boss is quite amusing.
GOOD FUTURE/BAD FUTURE: Spikes seem to jut out more in bad future.
------------------------------------------------------------------
WACKY WORKBENCH: Egg-Digger
------------------------------------------------------------------
DIFFICULTY: Hard, the first time at least.
WHAT TO DO: Hit him to make him fly up. Jump on one of the shards of the
roof. Do not fall off. Jump to another peice as it flies up and jump up the
middle. Repeat. Avoid the ceiling spikes on the next one that fall, and repeat
jumping up once more; hit Robotnik. Fall and you will be in a world of hurt.
GOOD FUTURE/BAD FUTURE: Bad future has a much uglier color scheme. Bad future
also seems to have some electrical floors in the main area of Act 3.
------------------------------------------------------------------
STARDUST SPEEDWAY: Metal Sonic
------------------------------------------------------------------
DIFFICULTY: Medium-Hard.
WHAT TO DO: This race is hard your first time through. Keep jumping over the
spikes, and do NOT fall back or you will DIE, PAINFULLY. Metal Sonic is very
cheap, and will charge up for a dash attack that makes him invincible. Keep
running and jumping, and make sure you get to the finish line first. This is
a long race. Don't forget to jump and hit Amy to free her, so she can adore
you.
GOOD FUTURE/BAD FUTURE: It seems to be a lot bumpier in Bad Future. Be ready.
------------------------------------------------------------------
METALLIC MADNESS: Egg-Blades
------------------------------------------------------------------
DIFFICULTY: Hard.
WHAT TO DO: You can only hit the light-bulb monsters when they are attacking.
Hit them from the side to avoid the laser and kill 'em. YOU NEED RINGS TO HIT
ROBOTNIK. IF YOU HAVE NONE, YOU CANNOT BEAT HIM. Avoid his giant spinning
blades and focus on avoiding. When he goes down, get hit and hit him while you
are invincible. 3 blades left. Repeat. 2 blades left. He'll fire the blades.
Avoid them. When he goes down, get hit and hit him again. 1 left. The blade
will come from the side, so be ready to jump. Then he goes pogo mode. Jump and
hit him from above to school him.
GOOD FUTURE/BAD FUTURE: No real difference stage-wise or boss wise. Good
Future looks better however.
