This a detailed walkthrough about Mizuki's scenario.
This scenario can be really confusing for beginners,
so I'll do my best to describe what to do step by
step.

1 - to A-HO's lair

Go to the top left house of the town (Nicotine's house), he will tells
you to find a warrior to tag along with. Go to the "bar" at the bottom
left side of the town and choose your partner. Now talk to the priest
in front of the temple and return talk to Nicotine. He will give you
something to break the seal of the temple. Enter it and fight the demon
(Jubei will help you). After you smashed this bastard's face, Mizuki
will attack the town, so buy all the supplies and armors you can and
go to the top right part of the town, Jubei will be waiting for you.
Go through the maze and at the end you will encounter A-HO, but he is
too strong for you and will kill Jubei. Then Nicotine will petrify
himself and A-HO and will tech you your first POW move.
Enter the warp and you will come in a volcano (the same as Amakusa's !)
You'll then see HAON talk to 4 demons and Reon will pursue him, so
pursue Reon and you will find the exit of the volcano (there is an inn
on the right and an item shop). Exit the mountain and go north to the
training place (see the training places section below). After that,
head south to Beppu

4 - to the first part
* - when you enter this town the first time, enter here, this
will trigger an event.
Go to the house located in the top right corner in the second part of
the town and talk to the man, there will be an earthquake. Return to
the first part of the town and a girl will run out of the public bath
and she will ask for your help (her brother is inside the bath and there
is a demon inside). Go inside and talk to the demon, he will run away.
Go up and talk to him again, and he will run off again. Now just
walk down the stairs and talk to him, you will fight him.
When you've beaten him, the girl will give you the soap.
Now go to the top left part of the town and the dungeon will open
because of the soap (????????).
Before you enter, make sure you have tons of potion and smoke bombs,
the following part is very long.
Walk down the stairs, Reon will talk to you. After two screen of
volcano-like dungeon, you will fight HAON (REON joins you).
Now exit and after three more dungeon part, you will enter Beijing.
3 - BEIJING

Go to Wanfu's dojo and talk to everyone, then exit, you'll see some people
chating outside. Re-enter the dojo and listen to the students, then enter
the jail, you will fight a mini boss. Go up and free the townpeople after
two more crappy boss fights.
Exit the jail and return to Wanfu's house, then go to the restaurant, the
guy there will give you some food, so exit and give it to the guard so you
can enter the castle.
Inside the castle, there is a maze made of invisible walls, so watch your
steps. This part ain't long but you will fight four bosses! When you
reach the middle of the maze, you'll fight Youkihi, and IMMEDIATLY after,
you will fight Wan fu and Wan ron. If you don't have enough MP, return to
the inn. At the end of the maze you will fight Wan ron again but Wan fu
will help you. After you beat him, you will face Youkihi for the last time
(be careful those egg-things can heal and confuse your characters).
After you defeated her, return to Wan fu's dojo and fight him to learn
your second POW move. Now's the time to return to the warp.
Return to the dungeon's part with sand on the floor, and enter the
whirlpool to the south. When you exit it, re-enter it from the opposite
side you came from and just follow the road, you will face a centaur
skeleton at the end, and gain the shield of shimbara. After one more
dungeon part, you will meet a sorcer who will heal your party and
escort you to France.

You'll exit the warp in a church and see Sieger talking to his knights.
After this, exit the church and hurry to the inn to train with the man
in black (most characters learns their powerfulest moves with him),
then exit and go to charlotte's house located in the bottom left part
of the town. After you talked to her father, go to earthquake's lair
in the top right part of the town and after a short walk, you will
fight him and his gang (they suck). After you've crushed his little
fat ass, he will surrender and drop charlotte's father treasure.
Now return talk to him and he will gives you some invitation for a
reception.
Go to the huge palace to the north and after the queen begin
the festivities, talk to Sieger to the left and when he leave,
re-talk to him (he will be on the right). Now go to the north and
you'll see Sieger's wife's ring, then give it to him. He will
search his wife and when you find her, she'll tell you that
the queen became a monster.
Use the east exit to reach the garden and after a short walk, you'll
find the queen (I really like her design) and fight her. After you
spanked her huge spider ass, Sanzeruman will defy you to come
and get him.
The last dungeon (in France) await you to the east (it is located
where the church used to be). Walk up the stairs and you will
fight a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE monster with tons of HP (if you're
not careful you'll need to return to the inn). After you beat him,
you will fight Sanzeruman (he is cool and use charlotte's power
gradation).Now's the time to continue your quest through more
dungeon).
This cave is veeeeeery tricky: the exit is right in front of
you but there is no way to reach it...The solution for this
enigma is the following: walk south and you'll see a chest,
to its right there is an invisible path through the wall that
will lead you to the exit. in the middle of the next part,
you will fight Poseidon (the most impressive boss of this game).
After you bashed his little face, you'll arrive to green hell.
5 - GREEN HELL

When you arrive in the village, the chief will welcome you and
explain you the situation (someone has stolen the tanjil stones).
Don't forget to train with the guy at the top left part of the
town and then go to the mountain.
Your goal is to find the golden banana to free the access to
the bell. You will soon find thee stones with a sun carved on it,
touch the last one on the right, you will be able to walk on the
air to reach the banana.
After you get it, just walk up the stairs and give the banana to
the god statue, he will then let you pass, and you will fight
a silly boss (Sieger will help you).
After you've tear him into piece, open the treasure
chests and leave (there is two hidden chest under the cloud).
The village chief will thank you when you return and the path to
the next dungeon will open.
This time too there will be some others invisible path so watch
your way carefully. When you reach the end of the second part
of the dungeon, Gen an will fight you (he's a jerk and Hanzo will
help you, so if you don't win...well...stop playing RPG).
You'll go through one more part of dungeon before you reach
San francisco.
6 - SAN FRANCISCO

Talk to everyone (even inside houses) and then go inside the
garden at the east. Your goal is to find the golden apple
located at the top right part of this maze (be really careful
because of these #@!§%*£! ennemies who can kills your characters
in one blow with their gun, if your character aren't fast enough
to act before them...well you're are really in trouble).
After that, go talk to Holly (his house his located to the west),
he will teach you a new way of destroying the bells.
Now walk up the stairs to reach San francisco bell's maze, it is
very short and the boss is a weakling. After you smashed
his face, talk to the woman in front of holly's house and she'll
gives you a key.
Now return to the dungeon's part where you fought Gen an, and
search for a pillar, the key will make it to collapse. Continue
to walk through the maze and you will fight mohain, but he is
weaker than his brother you fought in San francisco. Continue
to walk through the cave and you will reach Kyo.
7 - KYO

3 - the photographer takes a photography of your party.
4 - Haon will be waiting here at the end of the game.
When you reach Kyo, you will see a little scene with HAON,
powerfuler than ever. After that, go to the restaurant and
you will see gaira, he'll tells you to meet him to his house
(bottom right to south Kyo). So go talk to him, he will grant
you access to the three level tower, where you can learn your
last POW move.
After that, go to the house located to the bottom right of north
Kyo, you will fight 3 black priest here (basara will helps).
Once you've taken care of it, return talk to Gaira, you will at
least be able to enter the tower where HAON is supposed to be.
There you will fight a cyclop (basara will help you), and a very
nasty boss, named Kifuin. If you kill him fastly enough, there
will be no problem, but if you play with slow character, he will
divide himself in 5 parts, and all his clone have the same amount
of HP as him (he is probably one of the toughest boss of the game
if you're not powerful enough but Gaira is there to add one attack
per turn). When dying, he will tells you that HAON has gone to Ise.
Ise is located to the south, behind the gate.
NOTE: after crossing the borderline, go to the west in the
devasted village to fight Basara and let his soul rest in peace.

When you enter Ise, an old man will tell you to follow him into
his house, and then tell you the story of the three heroes who
fought Mizuki in the past. After that, go to the temple located
to the west, save with the kuroko, and enter the backroom, where
HAON awaits you. He will kick your butt, and your main character
will be send to the past. He(she) will meet Hion and Bizuki.
After they joined your party, go into the cave to the east and
beat A-HO and his brother. The next day, your party goes to the
mountain of fear to fight Mizuki. After you beat her, she will
possess Mizuki's body and try to kill you, but Bizuki will
teleport you back to Ise. Talk to the priest in the temple,
and go inside the back room, you'll go back to your time (without
HION of course).
When you'll begin the 2nd round with Haon, he will disappears.
It's time to return to Kyo to finish him.
9 - KYO
Go to north Kyo, you will see Haon on the bridge (he is not really
discreet) and fight him (he is not as tough as the first time you
fought him). You will destroy the last bell after you kill him.
And now...go into the warp for the last dungeon!
NOTE: there is a way to avoid fighting HAON: choose the second
answer two times when Reon ask you a question, and your main
character will remind Haon who he really is (remember Bizuki's
pet?), then Haon will refuse to fight you, and Mizuki will kill
him. The scene is pretty cool so it's up to you to decide if
you want or not Haon experience point.
This one is not that long, but the boss can be tough because...
your main character will fight himself without help!
If your character is too powerful (like Ukyo) you will suffer...
one good technique is to let your POW bar to reach its maximum
level and kill him with one super.
10 - MOUTAIN OF FEAR
Here we are, the end of the game! before you go kick Mizuki's
butt, make sure you have a LOT of potion and anti-status items.
The last maze isn't complicated just follow this order: left door,
right door, right door. When you arrive to the bell, you will face
A-HO's brother, and when you beat him, he will summon his petrified
brother and Nicotine. By freeing him from the spell, he has also free
Nicotine! The two brothers will become one and you will fight them.
After that the last bell will absorb your party but the main character
will free them by destroying the bell.
Now the last battle: Nicotine will heal you (you can ask him as much
as you want) and will wish you good luck (coward!), now save with the
kuroko and be ready to fight Mizuki.
I hate that bitch! she has a confusion spell, and she use it almost
every round (that's why you bought all these items...you bought them
did you?). She is not that strong, but she is long to kill (exept if
you kept one of these items that fill your POW bar to the max).
After destroying her face, you will free Bizuki but it is too late,
because Mizuki's already summoned Ambrosia. She will beat your party
but Bizuki will heal you.
Ambrosia will swallow Mizuki and your party...then the last battle
will begin.
Ambrosia is really strong, mostly because of these 4 little
flesh-things who are really fast and can confuse, paralyze or
poison your party. Ambrosia's heart is very slow but powerful.
To finish this battle quickly use Reon speed boosting spell and
use your last "POW bar filler"to kill these little things quickly.
when you'll kill two or three, the battle will be easier.
Don't forget that if you kill the demon's heart, the monsters will
not die, so concentrate on these things first.
Now enjoy the short ending of the game, and if you already finished
Amakusa's scenario, you will unlock the O MAKE (on the saturn version)
