This guide is written using MS Mincho font. In order to view Japanese fonts in

the future. The Gallery translation probably will be done in another guide,

III. Introduction

Hi everyone! It's me, Joekage, and I'm quite an experience RPG gamer by now.
The reason I decided to write this FAQ is to help those who are unfamiliar
with JP RPGs, expecially those who don't know Japanese could be able to
understand how to play this game, in order to develop a little interest in
Heroes Phantasia and to enjoy the game.
In case you didn't know about Heroes Phantasia... It's an anime Crossover
action RPG from Banpresto made in 2012. If you knew all of the anime, or just
some of it, GREAT, you will difinitely enjoy it. If you do not know any of
them, but love RPG, NO PROBLEM, jump in to play and eventually you will enjoy
it!
Speaking of the guide, maybe in the future I will add detail of the anime
characters, but not by now, by the time of starting writting guide for this
game, since I'm not in the mod, sorry...

VII. Camp Menu
**************
Lead you to Shop, Sub-quest, Save, Data Cancel.
1. Shop:
1.1 Buy:
You can buy Spirit, Blessing, Accessory and Voice here.
1.2 Sell:
Sell Accessory.
2. Sub-quest:
Enable Sub-quest (first) or cancel it (second). You can only do one sub-quest
at one time.
3. Save:
Save Game.
4. Data Cancel:
Delete Data.

VIII. Tutorial
**************
The section will translate the basic tutorial from the game. To view it, in
a specific map press triangle or in world map press square to access the menu,
then tab to menu 2, chose チュートリアル. It will lead you to 3 sections:
battle バトル, field フィールド, menu メニュー.

A. Battle
---------
1. Direct Action ダイレクトアクション
Each character's action is determined by the interaction button Ο/×/Δ/□.
2. Shift Change シフトチェンジ
Change characters' formation with direction button. Allow sub-characters to
enter battle if the sub-characters in assigned to the switching formation.
3. Action Point アクションポイント
Action Point (AP) is awarded to player in offense turn. Each character's
action cost 100 AP to be used.
If your AP is less than 100, your offense will end and the game automatically
switch to defense turn.
The number of AP increase with the connectivity value of the character that
appear in battle (The amount of loss character don't apply to this).
AP which remains at the time of the turn end is carry over to the following
turn.
4. Combo Bonus コンボボーナス
Combo occurs when you do continuing action in offense turn.
Combo-hit is count when you successfully hit enemy, else if guard or doing
miss, etc... hit does not count.
The number of combo give you damage bonus. If they are 50 combo, 50% bonus
occurs and the damage which is given becomes 150%.
When action is not started (continue) it ends and bonus will be reset.
5. Cross Over Bonus CrossOverボーナス
When all battle members participate in combo (at least 2 title, all formation)
it becomes Cross Over bonus.
The critical hit rate during Cross Over bonus becomes 3 times greater.
It is not necessary if the member who participate in combo need to attack
enemy (healer, support action, etc...).
When combo ends Cross Over bonus also ends as well.
5. Heroic Score 英雄度
When combo ends, bonus is rewarded to hero. In other words, HP is recovered
with the score.
In order to obtain high score, charm value and action of the character which
decorates the end of combo is important.
Please raise the fighting spirit of the companion by the fact that heroic
fight can be charmed.
6. Special Move 必殺技
During offense turn, hold at the same time L button and action button to
execute.
Special Move cost both PP (Phantasia Point) and AP (Action Point), but give
more powerful effect than normal attack. If Special Move is execute it will
cause combo to end.
7. Shrinking ひるみ
As for the character when the mass damage is received, shrinking occurs.
While shrinking happens guard action and miss does not occur.
In many case shrinking occurs even with full HP (Hero Point).
When receiving the attack of the enemy, make sure to prevent shrinking by
hold down a large amount of damage. In reverse, when attacking it is possible
to make enemy shrink and achieve mass damage.
8. Guard Action ガードアクション
Guard Action is able to use in the middle of Defense Turn by doing an action
and consume an amount of PP (Phantasia Point). When used character's guard
statistic raise.
If the guarding character was shrink you cannot shift change.
When action of the enemy ends, defense posture is cancelled.
9. Revive Action リバイブアクション
Receiving the attack of the enemy, when HP becomes zero, that character's
intention to fight will be loss and usual action becomes unable to do.
But when he/she perceive sense from companion, he/she keeps recovering HP,
when it exceeds the half of maximum HP, he/she can revive with Revive Action.
You can use Revive Action even in Defense Turn without AP consumption.
10. Hero Mode 英雄モード
When you wait a downed character recover full HP then do the revive action,
that character becomes hero mode and PP recovers completely.
Hero Mode lasts for 2 turns and at that time, HP and PP stop decreasing, the
critical damage is 1.5 time x normal.
11. Overcharge オーバーチャージ
During offense phrase, if you do initial action by holding the action button,
that stage is overcharge and cost you more additional AP.
The maximum additional AP is 100. Depend on AP consumption character's status
will raise.
The status which rises differs depending upon action.
It is possible to control the start timing of action by the fact that the
button is held even in a state where AP cannot be consumed.
11. Action Assist アクションアシスト
Action Assist occurs when you equip a character with accessory.
Action Assist occurs during offense turn. The action status of the action
taken character varies from the characters who is in the midst of waiting.
It is possible to rise status largely by the fact that plural action assists
are received simultaneously.
Action assist from one unit is one, so the maximum assist number is three.
12. Field Effects フィールド効果
The field effect brings status change to all characters who appear in the
battlefield.
There are two types of period of effect, the change occurs over several turns
and the effect is available only during specific actions.
In case of ally in order to generate the continuous field effect, it is
necessary to equip the spirit to special skill.
In the most general rule the continuous field effect prefer newest effect, but
in case the changing parameter is the same the amount of change will both
increase and decrease.
Because of the big benefit is obtained by the fact that the small effect is
accumulated, if you generates the effect of opposite beforehand the field
effect of enemy occurs it is possible to prevent strengthening the enemy.
It is important to give profitable effect to one's own and leave disadvantage
to enemy's field in many ways.
Please note that there are some prohibit action assist in enemy's field effect.
13. Chain Action チェーンアクション
When in offense phrase you do an additional input to button the action of the
character will change and that's call chain action.
The additional consumption of chain action is at below:
1 time = 50 AP
2 time = 25 AP
3 time = 25 AP
The button input timing which becomes necessary because of chain action is
indicated as gauge.
The number of chain differs by character and is unlocked by level.
14. Front Row/Back Row 前列/後列
The front line is easy to become goal of the enemy, but frequency differs
depending upon the contents of action.
The damage which the back row receive decreases by 25%.
15. Caution/Diversion 警戒/陽動
When from the same position if you attacks with continuation, it reaches the
point where it is cautious from the enemy and attack becomes difficult to hit
gradually.
When precaution of the enemy becomes high, when you attacks from the position
whose precaution is low the diversion effect occurs and attack becomes easy to
hit.
16. Swift Attack Posture/Surprise Attack 速攻態勢/不意討ち
At the time of battle start there are times when the commencement bonus occurs
with probability.
In case of back-attack is swift attack posture, in case of front-attack is
surprise attack. If it occur, AP replenishment of one turn becomes 1.5 time.
17. Command コマンド
Enemy Camp Breakthrough 敵陣突破
Escape. When it succeed, battle ends but there is no reward.
Necessary AP for action changes with the number of units.
Force Breakthrough 強行突破
If the battle start with player turn, the chance to escape becomes higher than
敵陣突破. But when it fails, it becomes enemy turn.
Victory Declaration 勝利宣言 (?)
Give you victory and reward (?) (I never succeed with this option)
Turn End ターンエンド
Cost you AP and offense turn will end but the remaining AP will carryover to
next turn.
18. Camera Management カメラ操作
The ability to manage camera with the analog pad during battle.
Downward is the background
Right is ally's view
Left is enemy's view
Upward is returning to default
19. Hellmageddon 黙示録撃について
Keroro's special move. Power changes with probability selection.
Whether or not the big damage occurs, you won't know if you don't try doing
action but, when level rises, it becomes easy to be attached to high power.
20. Shougeki no First Bullet 衝撃のファースト・ブリットについて
After 2-3 times used animation will change. After 3 times you can't use
anymore, but when in hero mode it will restore.
21. Giga Slave ギガ・スレイブについて
It consumes half of Lina's HP other than normal PP.
22. Duran Flash C デュラン:フラッシュCについて
It gives you more chance to escape in battle more than normal.

B. Field
--------
1. Save Point セーブポイント
The place where you save data of your game. Once save PP and HP are fully
restored.
2. Heal Point ヒールポイント
The place where you heal your party. Once do PP and HP are fully restored.
3. Generator ジェネレータ
The object which control the existence persentage of random battle encounter.
It control the below 3 stages:
Precaution: Random Encounter persentage are higher than normal.
Validity: Random Encounter persentage are basis in initial condition.
Invalidity: No Random Encounter at all.
4. Route Conductor ルートコンダクター
It is object which informs about the utilization state of the route.
It changes in the next three states:
Orange: The route which still has not passed.
Green: The route which is utilized before.
Blue: The route which has passed.
5. Jumper ジャンパー
It is object in order to climb onto the high ground.
To use, press the Ο button.
6. Cliff 崖
Jump off the cliff. When pressing the Ο button, you jump.
7. Switch スイッチ
It is the object which controls other object which exists on the field (
press Ο button).
8. Exchange Switch 切り替えスイッチ
A switch that has multiple state.
By the fact that the Ο button is pushed, it is possible to change the state
of the switch.
Depending upon the state of the switch, other object is operated.
9. Tile Switch タイルスイッチ
It is the object which controls other object which exists on the field.
It operates by the fact that the play character rides on.
10. Exchange Tile Switch 切り替えタイルスイッチ
A tile switch that has multiple state.
At each time the play character rides on, state of the switch changes.
Depending upon the state of the switch, other object is operated.
11. Heavy Switch 重さスイッチ
When the play character/object is riding on, it becomes the tile switch which
operates.
To continue to operate, it is necessary to continue to ride on.
12. Block ブロック
Is the object you can push with Ο button.
13. Character Switch キャラクター切り替え
In case field character is a group of people, it is possible to change the
play character.
You do the switch by pressing L/R button.

C. Menu
-------
1. World-Map ワールドマップ
You can go to each Dungeon by the World-Map.
In addition, you can ultilize the party menu by Δ button, and character menu
by □ button.
2. World-Map Dungeon Icon ワールドマップ・ダンジョンアイコン
The Dungeon Icon changes with states.
With four states, each one has the meaning below:
Red: Show new event occurs.
Yellow: Show current ongoing events.
Blue: Show things that are possible to penetrate.
Gray: Show things that are impossible to penetrate.
3. World-Map Exchange ワールドマップ・切り替え
You can change the Real World with Adroas World by start button.
4. Shop ショップ
You can utilize the shop from the camp menu.
It is possible to do the purchase-sale of the item.
By the fact that condition of advance and specification of scenario is
satisfied, the items which is sold keeps increasing.
5. Sub-quest サブクエスト
You can utilize sub-quest from the camp menu.
It is possible to do the incoming order/cancellation of sub-quest.
By the fact that the incoming order sub-quest is cleared, it is possible to
receive reward.
In addition, there are times when sub-quest is opened newly by the advance
of main-quest.
6. Sub-quest Current サブクエスト・流れ
After receiving an order sub-quest, until reward is received, the flow becomes
as follows:
1. Quest Solution
Solve quest in specific dungeon.
2. Receive Award
After the quest solving, it can receive reward by the fact that it returns to
the sub-quest menu.
7. Dungeon Map ダンジョンマップ
By the fact that you press the □ button inside the Dungeon, it is possible to
call the verification menu of the Dungeon map.
Those where it is indicated, become the places and various icons which you
visited.
As for the icons, other than object system related to save point and the like
there are also some which inform about the place where the event occurs.
8. Party Menu - Cheer パーティメニュー・げきれい
When you chose Gekirei, HP of the companions can be restored.
The number of time doing Gekirei is stock little by little every battle doing.
The number of time of stock possibility increase and decrease with the charm
value of that character.
When the battle end with a character is downed, that character cannot perform
Gekirei.
9. Party Menu - Brave パーティメニュー・ブレイブ
As for Brave it is possible to strengthen the character by the fact that it is
distributed to each parameter.
When level rises, you can acquire Brave. In addition, it can also procure from
the treasure box.
The amount of Brave which has not been assigned to parameter becomes the
correction quantity of HP and PP.
10. Party Menu - Action パーティメニュー・アクション
Usual skill and special skill can be created with this.
[AUTO Chain]
Set to usual skill.
Without doing the additional input of the button, if you use AP, chain action
occurs automatically.
[Spirit]
Set to special skill.
It reaches the point where it can occur the Field Effect which brings continuous
status change.
[OC (Overcharge)]
It is possible to select when the object parameter of OC is a plural.
[Skill Modification]
It is possible to select when the character has plural skills.
11. Party Menu - Accessory パーティメニュー・アクセサリ
Equip a character with accessory.
If you equip a character with an accessory, action assist is possible to do.
In addition, there are also times when parameter of the equipment person himself
increases and decreases.
12. Party Menu - Member パーティメニュー・メンバー
The member who participates in the battle is chosen.
[Series Formation]
It is possible to chose the battle member in the series's unit. The formation
of possible characters is formed automatically.
13. Party Menu - Blessing パーティメニュー・おまもり
You can equip Blessing. By the fact that Blessing is equipped, it can obtain the
various effects.
14. Party Menu - Status パーティメニュー・ステータス
You can view the status of characters.
[Style Modification]
It is possible to select in case of the character who has plural form.
15. Character Parameter - Offense キャラパラメータ:攻撃
Show character's attack power.
If the value is large the high damage can be given.
16. Character Parameter - Defense キャラパラメータ:守備
Show character's defense power.
If the value is large, when receive attack the defense action becomes easy to
occur.
When defense action succeeds, it becomes guard or miss.
As for guard the damage becomes 10% and if it is miss, the damage is not
received.
Whether the defense action which succeeds becomes guard or becomes miss, occur
rate differs depending upon the character.
17. Character Parameter - Charm キャラパラメータ:魅力
Show character's charm power.
If the value is large, Heroic Score becomes high.
18. Character Parameter - Connectivity キャラパラメータ:連携
Show character's connectivity power.
If the value is large, the replenishment quantity of AP increases.
19. Action Parameter - Power アクションパラメータ:威力
Show character's strength.
If the value is large, if it's offense action damage increases and if recovery
action the recovery quantity increases.
20. Action Parameter - Accuracy アクションパラメータ:命中
Show action's accuracy.
Enemy will be difficult to do defense action, hence the high damage becomes
easily as a result.
21. Action Parameter - Hit アクションパラメータ: ヒット
Show the number of moves of that action.
If the number of moves is many, the quantity of combo becomes easy to rise.
22. Action Parameter - Congeniality アクションパラメータ:会心
Show the congeniality rate of that action.
If the value is large, critical hit becomes easy to execute.

3. シュヴァリエ Chevallier
It keeps to everywhere. A clear proof of loyalty heart.
Effect:
Ally Camp's Defense Up.

4. 黒の死神 Darkness of the God of Death
It does not let escape the target no matter what. That ironbound rule of the
God of Death.
Effect:
Ally Camp's Accuracy Up.

Shiver the enemy. The code which is cursed.
Effect:

The details of EP of enemy are recognized.

Benefit is given to both parties equally.

8. 紙使い Paper Using
The barrier which dances boisterously, dazzles the enemy.

Ally Camp's Defense Up.

9. ビブリオマニア Bibliomania
If only there is a book, that is happiness!
Effect:
Ally Camp's Charm Up.
Enemy Camp's Congeniality Down.

10. エージェント Agent
The eye of the enemy is deceived with construction technical skill, confusion
is produced.
