Introduction:

This is the first real FAQ I've written, so I'll take any pointers
people care to share with me. I cannot read or understand Japanese
at all, everything I have discovered is through trial and error and
common sense. I just love this game so much I'm playing it an
obscene amount and thought I'd share my findings with everyone else.
Please read the Author's notes to help contribute to this FAQ.
These are all missions accessible during the RPG mode of the game.
To access the mission select screen, hit Triangle to bring up the
menus, then select the third option from the top.
Once a Rank is selected missions listed are completed from top to
bottom. The top option on the mission page is a Random Mission
Generator.
There are multiple 'areas' inside RPG mode. They can be accessed by
opening the menu with Triangle, then using the bottom option. You
are then presented with a map. Select the area using the list
below, then use the top option to confirm the area change.
Selecting the bottom option will let you choose another area.
Areas you are currently at don't show on the map.
The areas are named and accessed as follows:
Konoha city - Starting location, Centre dot
Bath springs - Left dot
Tree climbing area - Top dot
Three logs area - Right dot
Slots area - Bottom-right dot (Inside first door on the right)
Anytime you fail a battle, you are presented with 3 options.
They are(in my own words):
Try again
Change character
Give up(mission will fail)
Kawamiri no Justu is listed as a condition for multiple missions.
This move is completed when you tap 'Block' to teleport behind your
opponent as you are being attacked using either a log replacement
or sheer speed, depending on character.

Mission 1:
Where: Outside bath house(Ten-ten)
Condtions: Win shuriken throwing minigame.

Where: Tree climbing area(Sakura)
Conditions: Win tree climbing minigame.

Where: Three log training area(Lee)
Conditions: Win Lee/Gai minigame.

Mission 4:
Where: Konoha city(Jiraiya)
Conditions: Win, Kawamiri no Jutsu 3 times. After beating him you
must return to the yellow dot and you are rewarded.

Mission 5:
Where: Konoha city(Kakashi)
Conditions: Answer his questions. The answers are:
3, 2, 1

Mission 6:
Where: Konoha city(Shino)
Conditions: After talking to Shino he disappears. Head to the tree
climbing area and talk to Kiba. Now you fight. You must win and land
at least a 5 hit combo.

Mission 7:
Where: Konoha city(Iruka)
Conditions: After talking to Iruka head a little to your right and
Udon will be under a tree, talk to him. He will disappear. Keep
going right towards the water, when you get there turn around and
you'll see Moegi behind a gate, talk to her. Now head all the way
to Konoha main gate. Right near there crouching on the ground is
Konohamaru, talk to him. Return to Iruka to complete the mission.
Note: Placement of Udon/Moegi/Konohamaru may vary.

Mission 8:
Where: Konoha city(Sakura)
Conditions: After talking to Sakura she sends you to Kakashi, talk
to him. He'll disappear and the girl there will talk to you.
Continue to follow the dots until you get to Kakashi with Sakura.
After he once again disappears, Sakura will ask you some questions.
The correct answers are: 2, 2, 3.

Mission 9:
Where: Konoha city(Tsunade)
Conditions: After talking to Tsunade she disappears. Head to the
area that houses the slot machines and enter. Talk to Shizune.
You must now win 300 coins on top of what you started with. Don't
worry it's easy with the bonus spins. After that return to Konoha
city and talk to Tsunade to complete the mission.

Mission 10:
Where: Konoha city(Tsunade)
Conditions: After talking to Tsunade leave her office and head back
outside. Follow the dots and soon you'll have to fight Kankurou.
You must win and do 3 special Kawamari sequences(the ones after a
throw and a launch etc.)

Mission 11:
Where: Konoha city(Tsunade)
Conditions: After talking to Tsunade leave her office and head back
outside. Head to the dot near the center of town then return to
Tsunade to complete the mission.

Mission 12:
Where: Konoha city(Konohamaru)
Conditions: After talking to Konohamaru you're under a box trying
to catch Pakkun. If you haven't done these before it's quite simple.
Follow the compass toward your target. Once the blue light starts
flashing keep the "speed" below the line. If the yellow light starts
flashing, stop moving, then it will turn red. Wait until it turns
solid yellow then continue forward keeping your speed down(doesn't
even matter if they're facing you as long as the yellow light isn't
flashing). Once you get close enough you can hit Circle and you'll
grab him. Return to Konohamaru to complete the mission.

Mission 13:
Where: Konoha city(Kiba)
Conditions: Same as previous mission except you have to catch
Akamaru.

Mission 14:
Where: Konoha city(Jiraiya)
Conditions: Same as previous two but you're after Gama Kichi this
time.

Mission 15:
Where: Konoha city(Chouji)
Conditions: Same again.

Mission 16:
Where: Konoha city(Kakashi)
Conditions: After talking to Kakashi head to Shizune for a fight.
Win, opponent has increased attack.

C-Rank Missions

Mission 1:
Where: Konoha city(Shizune)
Conditions: After talking to Shizune head to the slot machines.
Talk to Tsunade to begin a fight. Win, only 60 second round,
opponent has increased attack. Return to Shizune in Konoha city to
complete the mission.

Mission 2:
Where: Konoha city(Tsunade)
Conditions: After talking to Tsunade 3 more dots will appear.
Head to Ino at the flower shop(the 2nd closest dot, excluding
Tsunade.) Return to Tsunade to complete the mission.

Mission 3:
Where: Tree climbing area(Konohamaru)
Conditions: Win tree climbing minigame. After that head to the bath
springs area. Win shuriken throwing minigame.

Mission 4:
Where: Konoha city(Tsunade)
Conditions: After talking to Tsunade head to bath springs area and
talk to Jiraiya. Jiraiya will disappear when Tsunade appears.
Return to Konoha city and talk to Jiraiya again and he'll want to
fight. Win, only 60 second round, have at least one chakra bar when
fight ends.

Mission 5:
Where: Konoha city(Ino)
Conditions: After talking to Ino 3 more dots will appear. Head to
the left of the map and talk to Temari. Select the top response and
then return to Ino to complete the mission.

Mission 6:
Where: Konoha city(Sakura)
Conditions: After talking to Sakura 3 more dots will appear. Head
NW to the rooftops and talk to Akuma, he'll disappear. Next to
Sakura is Ino, she'll also disappear once spoken to. Last dot is
Chouji and he poofs too. Return to Sakura and respond with answer
2 to her question. After talking to Shikamaru you're sent to Shino.
After talking to him, and Shikamaru again, head to the three logs
area. Talk to Neji and a fight will begin. Win, use 3 items, land
a 5 hit combo. Head back to Konoha city and talk to Shikamaru to
complete the mission.

Mission 7:
Where: Konoha city(Chouji/Shikamaru)
Conditions: After talking to these two head to the other dot and
talk to him. Now head to the three logs area. In front of the
rightmost log is a sparkling item. Pick this up with circle and
return to Chouji and Shikamaru to complete the mission.

Mission 8:
Where: Konoha city(Ten-ten)
Conditions: After talking to Ten-ten you're sent to Neji and a
fight will commence. Win, use 3 items.

Mission 9:
Where: Konoha city(Neji)
Conditions: After talking to Neji you're sent to Ten-ten to fight,
revenge by the looks. Win, land a 15 hit combo.
------------------------------------
Mission 10:
Where: Konoha city(Sakura)
Conditions: From Sakura you're sent to battle with Kakashi.
Win, Kawamari no Jutsu 6 times.
Hint: If you're having trouble getting 6 out before the fight ends,
hold Down to charge your chakra and they'll pretty much always come
and attack you, giving you a chance to Kawamari out of it.

Mission 11:
Where: Konoha city(Jiraiya)
Conditions: Jiraiya sends you to Konohamaru. After talking to
Konohamaru head to the three logs area and talk to him again.
Win Lee/Gai minigame. After that head to the slot machines and
speak with him once again. You have to win 300 more coin on top
of what you start with. This slot machine is quite different to
the normal slot machine however. You can get 3 of the same type
in multiple directions, and upon getting 3 Orochimaru heads I was
presented with yet another minigame, the 'hit-stuff-in-the-head-
with-a-rubber-mallet-game', as I like to call it anyway. Hold a
direction then hit Circle to smack stuff. This mini game gave me
more than enough money to finish the task. Head back to Konoha
city and talk to Jiraiya to complete the mission.

Mission 12:
Where: Konoha city(Gai)
Conditions: After speaking to Gai head to the three logs area
and talk to Lee, a fight will commence. Win, land a 5 hit combo.
He won't be satisfied and another fight will begin. Win, don't use
any Jutsu, land a 10 hit combo. Still not satisfied, we fight yet
again. Win, don't block, land a 10 hit combo.

Mission 13:
Where: Konoha city(Kurenai)
Conditions: From her you're sent to fight Asuma. Win, Kawamari no
Jutsu 6 times, opponent has increased attributes.

B-Rank Missions

Mission 1:
Where: Konoha city(Kankurou)
Conditions: After speaking to him head to the next dot and speak
with Sakura. Now travel to the bath springs area and speak with
Chouji/Shikamaru, a fight with Chouji will begin. Win, have at
least 50% health when the fight ends, opponent has increased
attack. Head back to Konoha city and speak with Kankurou to
complete the mission.

Mission 2:
Where: Konoha city(Shizune)
Conditions: From Shizune head to the tree climbing area. Next to
the path will be a flashing item on the ground. Pick it up and
return to Konoha city and Shizune, a fight will begin. Win, have at
least 50% health when the fight ends, have at least two chakra bars
when the fight ends.

Mission 3:
Where: Konoha city(Asuma)
Conditions: Once you speak with Asuma, head to the three logs area
and talk to him again. A fight will begin. Win, finish fight with
a throw, Kawamari no Jutsu 6 times, player has decreased speed.

Mission 4:
Where: Three logs area(Gai)
Conditions: Win Lee/Gai minigame. A fight will begin after that.
Win, 60 second round, land a 20 hit combo.
Hint: If you're having trouble getting 20 hits in, try Chouji.
His dash->Right combo and Up combo gets that combo meter moving
pretty quickly. Shizune's Up, Up, O Jutsu also nets a lot of hits.
Another fight will begin after this. Win, opponent has increased
attack, opponent has increased defense.

Mission 5: Konoha city
Where: Konoha city(Raido/Genma)
Conditions: They send you to Jiraiya, who sends you to a merchant
near the Konoha main gate. You buy an item from him for 5000.
Return to Jiraiya and a fight will begin. Win, use Kawamari no
Jutsu 3 times, fall break 3 times(hit jump just as you touch the
ground or during the small timeframe you have when launched into
the air.)

Mission 6:
Where: Konoha city(Shizune)
Conditions: Three more dots will appear after speaking with her.
Head to all three and speak with the characters there(Chouji, Lee,
Kiba.) Return to Shizune and answer 1 to her question. Win, 30
second round, opponent has increased attack.

Mission 7:
Where: Konoha city(Shizune)
Conditions: From Shizune head to the slot machines and talk to
Tsunade. Win, 30 second round, opponent has increased attack,
opponent has increased speed. Return to Shizune in Konoha city to
complete the mission.

Mission 8:
Where: Konoha city(Temari)
Conditions: She sends you to Shikamaru who asks you a question.
Select answer 2 and you'll return to Temari who will initiate a
battle. Win, Kawamari no Jutsu 3 times, finish opponent while
they are in midair, opponent has increased speed.

Mission 9:
Where: Konoha city(Kurenai)
Conditions: Head to Hinata after speaking with her and answer her
questions in the follow order: 1, 2, 1. A fight will begin.
Win, don't block, have at least 30% health when battle ends, land
a 15 hit combo.

Mission 10:
Where: Konoha city(Jiraiya)
Conditions: He sends you to Kurenai where a battle begins.
Win, opponent has increased attributes, land a 25 hit combo.
Hint: If you're having trouble with the 25 hits try Shizune.
Her Up,Up,O Jutsu does a bunch of hits, enough to complete the
condition on it's own.
Return to Jiraiya to complete the mission.

Where: Konoha city(Anko)
Conditions: Win, Kawamari no Jutsu 6 times, opponent has increased
attack, opponent has increased defense.

Mission 1:
Where: Three logs area(Kakashi)
Conditions: Win, don't use Jutsu, don't use Ougi, have at least 50%
health when the fight ends. Another fight will begin after this.
Win, 30 second round, don't block, don't get Ougi'd.

Mission 2:
Where: Konoha city(Tsunade)
Conditions: After speaking with Tsunade the third will appear and
a fight will begin. Win, don't get ougi'd, opponent has increased
speed, have at least 80% health when the fight finishes.

Mission 3:
Where: Konoha city(Tsunade)
Conditions: Leave Tsunade's office after speaking with her and head
to Kabuto where a fight will begin. Win, opponent has increased
attack, opponent has increased defense. Return to Tsunade to
complete the mission.

Mission 4:
Where: Konoha city(Kakashi)
Conditions: Orochimaru will appear for a fight. Win, have at least
one chakra bar at the end of the fight, Kawamari no Jutsu 6 times,
opponent has increased speed.

Mission 5:
Where: Konoha city(Jiraiya)
Conditions: From Jiraiya you're sent to a fight with Kisame.
Win, have at least one bar of chakra when fight ends,
opponent has special mode active, have at least 50% health
when the fight is over.

Mission 6:
Where: Konoha city(Raido)
Conditions: You're sent to Jiroubou and Kidoumaru and you fight
with the former. Win, 60 second round, have at least 50% health
when the fight ends, opponent has increased attack. Now you fight
with Kidoumaru. Win, 60 second round, finish opponent while he's in
midair, opponent has increased defense.

Mission 7:
Where: Konoha city(Genma)
Conditions: This time you must dispose of Sakon and Tayuya, in that
order. Win, 60 second round, finish fight with a throw, opponent
has increased speed. Now we fight the latter of the two. Win,
60 second round, player starts with 0 chakra, player must finish
with at least 1 bar of chakra.

Mission 8:
Where: Konoha city(Kakashi)
Conditions: Kakashi sends you to Kimimaro for a fight. Win,
opponent has increased attack, opponent has increased defense,
opponent has increased speed. Return to Kakashi to complete the
mission.

Mission 9:
Where: Konoha city(Kakashi)
Conditions: Last mission is to fight against Itachi. Win,
opponent has increased attack, opponent has increased defense,
opponent has chakra regeneration.

Mission 1: Find 20 gold scrolls
Can get these in any mode, they are found in the following
locations. The stages are listed in the order they appear in VS
Mode.
Ramen Shop - Destroy 10 items in foreground and background.
Hokage Monument - Destroy the 4 faces.
Forest of Death - Stand in front of the fish in the water for 5
seconds.
Hero's Memorial Shrine - Jump back and forth between the two tree
branches in the background 5 times.
Kikyoujyou - Taunt 5 Times while standing on a Fish Tail.
Konoha Hot Springs - Stand on the middle tier of the building in
the background for 5 seconds.
Konoha Forest - Stand sideways on a tree for 5 seconds.
Kazekage's Mansion - Hit the vending machine 3 times.
Tanzaku Gai - Hit the vending machine 5 times.
Zabuza Battle Bridge - Knock the Opponent into the Water 3 times.
Village of Sand - Hit boxes in tornado 5 times.
Kidoumaru's Spider Nest - Hit the small spiders in the foreground
of the stage. Jump on the rope above and hit the spiders.
Moonlit Plains - Hit Sasuke's barrel 5 times.
Valley of the End - Jump from Hokage Head to Hokage Head 5 times.
Konoha Watchtower - Jump from Frog to Snake to Frog.
Exam Battle Arena - Hit the floating Kunai 5 times.
Training Grounds - Stand on water for 5 seconds.
Outer Tanzaku Gai - Hit the snake in the face 3 times.
Zabusa's Hideout - Stay in attic for 5 seconds.
Desert Cave - Knock opponent off 5 times.

3) Highest EXP gain = 1500
4) Shorest time to finish a match = 10
5) Highest combo = 40
