In accordance to Gamefaqs foul language rules I did not translate
‘Kuso', its meaning is a synonym for feces.
I decided to keep the san, kun and chan name suffixs. They have no
direct meaning and are just a way to address someone. San is casual and
for people you don't know and is also way to refer to people older than
you. Kun is more for boys and for people who are friends. Chan is used
to convey intamacy or sometimes used with nicknames. The suffix sama is a
supper polite form of san. Baachan can mean old lady and Jiichan can mean
old man or gramps.
A Gennin is a lower lever ninja.
A Chuunin is a middle level ninja.
Konoha is the name of a village. It is also called Konohagakure.
Kirigakure is also village.
Hokage literally means "Fire Shadow". It is the title given to the
head ninja of Konoha.
Sannin is a term used for Jiraiya, Tsunade and Orochimaru. It means
the three ninjas.
Gedou No In can mean something along the lines of either
Seal Of Foriegn Manipulation or Foriegn Control. Neither of which sounded
too good to me when typed over and over again so I decided to keep the
Japanese wording.
Fuu, Ran and Kai are the three parts of Gedou No In. Fuu means seal(as in
to close), Ran means chaos, and Kai means cancel.
Edotensei is can be translated into something like
Reincarnation onto this Impure Earth. Edo is a buddhist concept that the
world we live on now in impure, but the translation sounded too
long winded so I decided to stay with the Japanese.
When you see "HaaHaa" that indicates panting. "kukuku" or "fufufu"
indicates laughter.
