VERSION HISTORY
1.0 (4/29/06): The complete write-up of all the worlds.
2.0 (5/11/06): Added Table of Contents, Complete Collection List, and renamed
the final section Miscellany. Also did some general cleaning.
I want to thank all the people that have written to me about the FAQ! I
really appreciate it, and am glad that it's been so helpful. Hopefully, this
update will help with the organizational problems some were having.
3.0 (6/6/06): Strategy for filling out the rest of the Journal added. Also
added some little bits of strategy here and there. The guide is more or less
done.
4.0 (9/18/06): Just some general cleaning up and streamlining. To everyone
who sent me e-mails regarding Phil's Training, thank you. At some point, I'll
put up a list of everyone who e-mailed me, but it'll take a while to go
through all my e-mails and find the literally dozens of people that e-mailed
me about this. You know who you are, and again, thank you.

1. Introduction
====================================================================
Welcome to one of the more obsessive guides you'll find on GameFAQs. Kingdom
Hearts has fast become one of my favorite franchises, and Kingdom Hearts 2 is
everything the first game was but bigger and better. In the first game, one
could unlock a secret movie (a trailer for Kingdom Hearts 2) by accomplishing
certain relatively simple tasks, such as sealing all the worlds and winning
the optional Hades Cup. None of it was too time-consuming, and the payoff
was quite nice. In Kingdom Hearts 2, there is also a secret movie at the end
awaiting those brave and/or obsessive gamers who want to satisfy its
requirements. This time around, however, the requirements are far more
difficult, and some might argue insane, than the original's.
Like the first game, you have to seal all the worlds. Unlike the first game,
you have to actually complete Jiminy's Journal. That means finding
every character, beating every boss, winning every mini-game and
Jiminy's special challenges for said mini-games etc. In other words,
you have to do EVERYTHING in the game, making the task of seeing the
secret movie an unbelievably long and arduous journey.
Well, fear not. I have taken the time out of my insanely busy schedule as a
college senior about to graduate (I will likely have graduated by the time
this FAQ is compelete!) to present you with a walkthrough of sorts on how to
fully complete Jiminy's Journal. This guide will go step by step, area by
area and tell you what's available to do and in what order one gets
everything. My hope is that this guide can keep you organized and relatively
sane while you go about this task, as well as provide you with exactly what
is required to accomplish this.
A very important note. This guide is designed for Standard Mode. If you're
in Beginner Mode, you can't get the secret ending no matter what. On Proud
Mode, like in KH 1, you can get the secret ending simply by beating every
world, including Atlantica and 100-Acre Wood. No need to complete all these
objectives or meet every character or anything. Of course, Proud Mode is
MUCH tougher than Standard Mode, so the challenge is roughly equivalent, but
still.
And finally, a word of advice. When it comes time to pick
between the Sword, Staff and Shield, choose the Sword. This may not suit
your style, but it makes completing the Journal much easier, as you'll see in
the end. Also, I have beaten the game and completed the Journal by pretty
much never casting magic except when absolutely necessary in order to advance
the story. So it can be done.
What this guide will NOT include:
A step-by-step walkthrough of actual gameplay, except in rare circumstances,
such as some of the Jiminy objectives in the mini-games
The write-ups of each Jiminy Journal entry. There's already a comprehensive
transcript on GameFAQs.
======================================================================
2. Journal Categories
======================================================================
First, before we get into the actual walkthrough, let's look at exactly what
the categories are that we need to complete. Most of these are self-
explanatory, but still, it's good to see our goal laid out in front
of us. First, in the general Collection, we have:
Ansem Reports: These are the "Secret" Ansem Reports you'll collect as you go
through the game. You get these through playing the game normally, so don't
worry about it. I'll alert you when you get a new one.
Character Files: These are all the characters you meet throughout the game.
There's an Other category, and then categories for all the specific worlds.
When you see Other in the guide, you now know it belongs in the Character
Files category.
The Heartless: Profiles of each of the types of Heartless you fight in the
game. Aren't they cute?
The Nobodies: Profiles of each of the types of Nobodies you fight in the
game. Aren't they creepy?
Treasures: A graphic checklist of all the treasures in each world. Stick
with the walkthrough, and you'll know exactly what treasures are in what
location and when to get them.
Maps: When you get one, you'll have a radar of sorts displayed on the upper-
right corner of the screen. These typically show up during normal gameplay
i.e. given to you by one of the characters, so don't worry about them too
much.
Missions: Special objectives to complete in each world. Often, these
correspond with the minigames in each world. In the normal game, one has to
simply complete these and can get on with their lives. For us, though, these
missions have to be completed not only several times, but with special
"Jiminy objectives," which sometimes means near-impossible times or scores.
Possibly the most aggravating list to complete in the game.
Minigames: "Fun" games to play in several of the worlds. They typically
serve as diversions, but for our purposes, they're essential parts of the
game that need to be mastered. They tend to just be the scores of the
missions described above, so when you try a mission, chances are you'll
unlock its corresponding minigame entry.
Combo Attacks: Powerful and useful combinations Sora can pull off with other
party members. Stick with the walkthrough, and you'll get all of these along
the way.
Synthesis Notes: Like in the first game, you can synthesize items with
Moogles, who now travel throughout the worlds. Also like in the first game,
this can be an immensely tedious and drawn-out process. But it's an
essential one for us, so brace yourself. This is a section that is very
difficultto write a step by step strategy for. Instead, check out some of
the other FAQ's on the site for comprehensive lists.
Character Links: Wholly unnecessary to worry about as a player, these just
show the connections between characters you've unlocked (in this general
section, it'll only show the main characters of the game). In other words,
if you've unlocked the character, you've unlocked their link to the rest of
the characters. I won't be mentioning these throughout the walkthrough, as
it's really a superfluous feature.
And in the specific worlds, we have...
Characters: A list of characters specific to each world. Keep in mind
that some characters (mainly Sora, Donald and Goofy), will have entries
both in the Other section and in each specific world's section.
Also note that quite often characters will have duplicate entries in the
same world due to some significant event that changes them during
the course of the world.
Story: Not something to worry about, since the story will update itself as
you play through, um, the story. Just finish a world completely and the
story will complete itself. I won't be reminding you of the updates here
unless you complete the story.
Album: Special to each world, album entries get added after significant
story events. I'll tell you when each one gets added.
Treasures: Just a world-specific list of treasures available. Pretty much
identical to the general list above.
Maps: A world-specific list of the maps available. Again, identical to the
general list above.
Missions: Same deal as discussed above in the general section. Not found in
every world.
Minigames: Same deal as discussed above in the general section. Not found in
every world.
Character Links: The exact same character links as the general character
links described above. In other words, when you complete the character links
section in the general section, you'll complete the character links in all
worlds! Again, totally superfluous, so don't worry about it.
So without further ado, let's begin our journey!
==============================================================
3. Prologue
==============================================================
An interesting thing, the Prologue. While you keep all the Treasures you
collect in the Prologue as Roxas when you begin playing as Sora, and you meet
plenty of interesting characters and have an adventure worthy of an album and
play mini-games, none of this gets recorded in Jiminy's Journal except for a
few select things. This is understandable, due to Jiminy not being present,
but still a bit strange. Nonetheless, it makes your task much easier, since
all you need to do is play through the Prologue normally, without worrying
about treasures or mini-games or anything. The two items that DO get
recorded in the journal are the Twilight Town Map and the Mansion Map, which
you get during normal gameplay. So play through the Prologue, enjoy the cool
flashbacks, and feel good that you aren't missing any Jiminy stuff by not
collecting treasure! So again, just to put the items that matter in the
Prologue in more checklist-style writing, you get:
Maps: Twilight Town Map (2nd Day), Mansion Map (6th Day)
=================================================================
4. Twilight Town
=================================================================
OK, here we go. There are tons of characters and treasures to find here.
Let's begin.
Without doing anything, you obtain the following entries:
Twilight Town- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy
Other- Sora, Donald, Goofy, Kairi, Ansem, Selphie, Jiminy Cricket, Pluto
Twilight Town Album- A Message
You start out at The Old Mansion. There are two treasures to collect here, a
Potion and a Mythril Shard. After collecting these, leave towards the Woods...
.and end up at The Usual Spot. Huh. Here, you'll meet.
Twilight Town- Pence, Hayner, Olette
Now, backtrack to The Woods, the area before The Old Mansion. In the Woods,
you'll find three Treasures, a Potion, Mythril Shard, and a Hi-Potion. Exit
to the Tram Common.
In the Tram Common, you'll find seven (!) treasures scattered around. They
are a Hi-Potion, AP Boost, Tent, Mythril Shard, Potion, Mythril Shard and
another Potion. Once you have all seven (you should have twelve treasures
total), make your way to Central Station.
At Central Station, you'll meet some interesting creatures, as well
as begin a brand new category in your journal.
Other: King Mickey
Nobodies: Dusk, Creeper
Ansem Reports: Secret Ansem Report 2
After that, there are three treasures to find in Central Station. They are a
Tent, Hi-Potion and Mythril Shard. Board the train, shed a tear (awww) and
head on over to The Tower.
Before walking up to the door, you can get three treasures. They are a
Potion, a Hi-Potion and an Ether. Now walk up to the door and meet...
Other- Pete
The Heartless- Shadow
After that, go into The Tower. In the Tower Entryway, pick up two treasures,
namely an Ether and a Mythril Shard. Now, proceed up the stairs and get
ready to battle Heartless. After a couple of rooms, you meet a new (really
an old one from Traverse Town, but I digress) Heartless.
The Heartless- Soldier
Then, after climbing to the top of this crazy tower, you meet...
Twilight Town- Yen Sid
diSneY (oops, did I just reveal a huge secret?!) is hanging out in the Tower:
Sorcerer's Loft. Here, open the chest to find...
Maps: Tower Map (Complete)
Yeah, that's right. You've already found all the maps in Twilight Town and
gotten a yellow Mickey symbol next to the Maps category symbolizing its
completion. Congratulations! Only twenty bajillion more entries to find,
and your entire journal will be filled with those yellow Mickey's! Score!
But yeah, we've gotten all the Maps now, and found one more treasure. Woo-
hoo!
After reading the book and learning plot stuff, head on over to the Wardrobe,
and collect the last Treasure you can for now, a Mythril Shard. All the
Treasure icons for Twilight Town should be filled now, specifically twenty-
two of them. Don't worry, there are quite a few more left in Twilight Town,
but we won't get to those for some time.
Now, let the fairies make you look spiffy and all, and get two rather odd
journal entries along with a bunch of other ones.
Other- Sora (Yes, there are two identical entries in Other for Sora, except
of course for the costume change)
Twilight Town- Sora (again, two identical entries!!), Flora, Fauna,
Merryweather
Head on outside, get in your Gummi Ship, and you're done with Twilight Town
for now! When you get into the World Map, you get several journal
entries, which are...
Other: Maleficient
Twilight Town Album: Awakening, The King's Teacher
And you're done!! Nice job! So, to recap, your journal should have twenty-
two treasures accounted for in Twilight Town, and the following entries (in
order of getting them in the game, not how they appear in the journal):
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 2
Other- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Kairi, Ansem, Selphie, Jiminy Cricket,
Pluto, King Mickey, Pete, Sora, Maleficient
The Heartless: Shadow, Soldier
The Nobodies: Dusk, Creeper
Twilight Town:
Characters- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pence, Hayner, Olette, Yen Sid, Sora,
Flora, Fauna, Merryweather
Album: A Message, Awakening, The King's Teacher
Treasures- 22 Total
Maps- Twilight Town Map, Mansion Map, Tower Map (Complete)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Phew!!! OK, on to Hollow Bastion!
=============================================================
5. Hollow Bastion
=============================================================
As soon as you land, you get...
Hollow Bastion- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy
Other- Moogles
Yes! Moogles are back and in style! Sorry, I just love Moogles and
everything about them. Head on over to the Moogle next to the Item Shop, chat
with it, and you get a brand new section of Jiminy's Journal that you'll
learn to love (and by love, I mean despise): Synthesis Notes. Again, there
won't be a strategy here for Synthesis Notes. Check other FAQs here for
good info on how to complete this part.
Talk to Scrooge, and then head on over to the Borough, where you'll
meet an old friend, fight some Nobodies, including one you haven't seen yet,
get a map, and get a bunch of journal entries for characters you may not have
even seen yet!
Hollow Bastion- Yuffie, Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, Louie
Nobodies- Samurai
Maps: Marketplace Map
Now that you're alone in the Borough, look for five treasures. They are a
Drive Recovery, an AP Boost, a Hi-Potion, a Mythril Shard and a Tent. And
that's it for treasures in Hollow Bastion for now! Don't worry, we'll come
back later and get many more. Now, head into Merlin's House, and meet.
Hollow Bastion- Leon, Cid, Aerith, Merlin
Now head on down to the Bailey and prepare to get your fight on! Defeat the
Nobodies and get the heck out of dodge! New worlds are indeed calling, and
we're off to complete Jiminy's Journal in each. Yes!
After you leave Hollow Bastion, you get some crazy new entries for your
Journal.
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 7
Other- Organization XIII 1, Organization XIII 2, Organization XIII 3,
Organization XIII 7, Organization XIII 9, Organization XIII 10
Hollow Bastion Album- The Committee, Organization XIII, The Journey Begins
After Hollow Bastion, you should have the following new entries:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 7
Other- Moogles, Organization XIII 1, Organization XIII 2, Organization XIII
3, Organization XIII 7, Organization XIII 9, Organization XIII 10
The Nobodies- Samurai
Hollow Bastion:
Characters- Sora, Donald, Goofy, Yuffie, Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, Louie,
Leon, Cid, Aerith, Merlin
Album- The Committee, Organization XIII, The Journey Begins
Treasures- Five total
Maps- Marketplace Map
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now we're into the real heart of the game, opening pathways and saving
worlds. Let's head on over to the Land of Dragons first via Asteroid Sweep.
=============================================================
6. Land of Dragons
=============================================================
Upon landing, you get some character entries.
Land of Dragons- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Ping, Mushu
Also, you're in the Bamboo Grove, so collect the three treasures. They are a
Hi-Potion, an Ether, and a Mythril Shard. Now head on over and chat with
Mul... I mean Ping and Mushu. After a fun reunion, get on over to the
Encampment. After some scenes, you'll have to battle some Heartless,
including a new one.
Heartless- Nightwalker
After some scenes, you'll get some more characters and a map.
Land of Dragons- Captain Li Shang, Yao, Chien-Po, Ling
Maps- Encampment Area Map
Now go chat with the Cap'n, and he'll send you off on missions. I won't give
you strategy, but stay alert during the second mission, the ambush. Here,
you'll meet a painful new Heartless...
Heartless- Assault Rider
Finish up the missions, and you get sent towards the mountain village on a
mission. Time for a hike! Don't worry, you should have time to collect the
treasures during this. Head on over to the Checkpoint, and collect the two
treasures there. They consist of a Hi-Potion and a Mythril Shard. Now head
up to the Mountain Trail. There, you'll find four treasures. These can be
somewhat hard to pick up in the heat of battle, but I have faith that you can
do it. They include a Hi-Potion, Recovery Recipe, Ether, and a Mythril
Shard. If you don't want to get these now, feel free to come back later;
I'll point out when you can. Now, get to the Village, hear Mushu's crazy
plan to defeat Shan-Yu, and head on towards the cave. You'll get a Map for
your troubles.
Maps- Village Area Map
Enter the Village Cave and prepare for a crazy battle. Once you've beaten
that, collect the two treasures inside. They are an AP Boost and a Hi-
Potion. Now, get out of the Cave, and get ready to head on up the mountain!
Do so, and meet a new Heartless on the Ridge.
Heartless- Rapid Thrusters
After you foil Shan-Yu, Mushu messes up big time, you get Mulan in your
party, and you get some new characters, as well as a new Heartless entry.
Land of Dragons- Mulan, Shan-Yu
Heartless- Bolt Tower
Now you get to begin the long trek down the mountain. First, collect the two
treasures on the Ridge. They are a Hi-Potion and an AP Boost. And with
those two collected, if you were good enough to collect the treasures on your
way up the mountain, you have all the treasures that you can currently get in
the Land of Dragons. If you don't have all of them, head on down the
mountain and collect the treasures you skipped now. You should have 13
total. Good job!
As you walk down the mountain, you'll have to fight some Heartless. Take
this opportunity to use the Reaction Commands to create a Combo Attack with
Mulan. Don't worry, it's painfully obvious what to do in-game. When you
successfully pull off a Combo, you get a whole new section of your Journal!
Combo Attacks- Mulan/Dragonblaze
So, there are no new journal entries until you beat the world. Since I'm not
giving gameplay strategy here, you're on your own. Have fun. I should point
out that I actually died fighting Shan-Yu the first time, but Mickey saved
me! Good times. OK, now that you've saved the world from Shan-Yu and met
the Emperor, you're outta here! On the World Map, you get some new entries.
Land of Dragons- The Emperor
Album- Mushu and Ping, Avalanche!, Mulan Revealed, China's Bravest
So, to sum up...
----------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
The Heartless- Nightwalker, Assault Rider, Rapid Thrusters, Bolt Tower
Combo Attacks- Mulan/Dragonblaze
Land of Dragons:
Characters- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Ping, Mushu, Captain Li Shang, Yao,
Chien-Po, Ling, Mulan, Shan-Yu, The Emperor
Album: Mushu and Ping, Avalanche!, Mulan Revealed, China's Bravest
Treasures- 13 Total
Maps: Encampment Area Map, Village Area Map
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
All right, let's head on over to Beast's Castle, a rather nice recreation of
Beauty and the Beast. Get there via Stardust Sweep.
==================================================================
7. Beast's Castle
==================================================================
You start off by entering the Parlor, and getting into a fun battle. Once
the Beast saves your tail (even though as usual when characters "save" you in
Kingdom Hearts, you're doing perfectly fine in battle; I guess Sora and
company get lazy), you get some entries.
Beast's Castle- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, The Beast
Get out of the Parlor and into the Entry Hall. Amongst the Heartless you'll
fight here is a new one.
Heartless- Hook Bat
Ignoring Donald, run out the front door and into the Courtyard. Here, you'll
find three treasures. They are an AP Boost, a Hi-Potion, and a Mythril
Shard. Run back inside and head up the stairs and to the right. You'll
rather ungracefully break into Belle's room, and naturally you'll meet her.
Beast's Castle- Belle
In Belle's Room, there are two treasures. One is a Mythril Shard and the
other is the Castle Map!
Maps- Castle Map
Now exit Belle's Room into The East Wing. Here, you'll find two treasures.
There is a Hi-Potion and a Tent. You'll also encounter a new (again, really
an old) Heartless.
Heartless- Large Body
Head on over to the other side of the stairs to enter The West Hall. Here's
the first time the treasure chest situation will be less than
straightforward. There are six treasures here, but only five you can
actually get at the moment. I'd recommend waiting for now. While getting
the chests now is easy with no Heartless, it'll be needlessly complicated for
the sake of the guide. If you want to get the five available ones now, be my
guest (notice the clever reference!). I'll list them when you can get them
all at once. For now, move the Wardrobe and meet her.
Beast's Castle- Wardrobe
Now go inside to the Undercroft and prepare for a rather frightening battle.
Defeat the evil door guardians and get a slew of new Heartless entries.
Heartless- Gargoyle Knight, Gargoyle Warrior, Thresholder, Possessor
Now get inside the Dungeon and meet the Beast's servants. Interesting voice
acting selection here; a strange mix of new guys and the originals. Quite
good overall though. Once you've met all of them, you get their entries.
Beast's Castle- Cogsworth, Lumiere, Mrs. Potts, Chip
Also here, you can get two treasures. They are an AP Boost and the Basement
Map!
Maps- Basement Map
Now, jump up, let the soldiers clear the way, and head to the Secret Passage.
Here, both light the lanterns and collect the treasure. The treasure is made
up of a Mythril Shard, a Hi-Potion and a Mega Potion. You exit in a new area
of The West Hall, in front of the treasure you couldn't get before. We still
can't get all at once, though, so ignore it for now. Moving on to the West
Wing, collect the treasure. We have a Mythril Shard and a Tent. Enter the
Beast's Room and get into a strange "battle" with The Beast. After some
plot, you get some entries.
Beast's Castle- The Beast, Xaldin
Now that you're in the Beast's Room, collect the treasure. The only one here
is a Mega-Recipe. Now head on out to The West Wing. Here, do the Combo move
with Beast to get a journal entry.
Combo Attacks- Beast/Howling Moon
Now exit to The West Hall, where you can finally get all of the treasures
here. They consist of a Hi-Potion, two Mythril Shards, Drive Recovery, an AP
Boost and a Tent. By collecting these treasures, you have found all the
treasures in Beast's Castle. Yes! You should have 21 total and the yellow
Mickey next to the Treasures section of Beast's Castle. Now get on back to
the Entrance Hall. Here, you'll find a new Heartless.
Heartless- Lance Soldier
There are no more journal entries until you complete the world, so go ahead.
I must say, the boss battle of this world is really creepy. Nice design,
guys. Once you complete the world, you actually get magically whisked away
to Hollow Bastion, so before we check our new journal entries, let's move
there!
Hollow Bastion:
Merlin found 100 Acre Wood! Yee-haw! Before we go there,
though, we have to check our journal and do a recap. For saving Beast's
Castle, you get...
Heartless- Shadow Stalker, Dark Thorn
Album- Reunion with Beast, The Castle Secret, The Beast Deceived, Ballroom
Battle
And here's a recap of everything added from Beast's Castle.
-----------------------------------------------------
Collection:
The Heartless- Hook Bat, Large Body, Gargoyle Knight, Gargoyle Warrior,
Thresholder, Possessor, Lance Soldier, Shadow Stalker, Dark Thorn
Combo Attacks- Beast/Howling Moon
Beast's Castle:
Characters- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, The Beast, The Wardrobe, Cogsworth,
Lumiere, Mrs. Potts, Chip, The Beast, Xaldin
Album- Reunion with Beast, The Castle Secret, The Beast Deceived, Ballroom
Battle
Treasures- 21 Total (Complete)
Maps- Castle Map, Basement Map
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now let's head into 100 Acre Wood!
==============================================================
8. 100 Acre Wood- Pooh's Howze
==============================================================
This is the first time that we've been able to go back to worlds that have
new episodes or minigames available. There will be quite a few times when we
can do this, and I'll give a recap of the new entries you get from all the
worlds you visit before continuing the storyline.
Anyhow, when you enter the book for the first time, you'll get...
100 Acre Wood- Sora
Now, head on over to Pooh's Howze, and meet...
100 Acre Wood- Winnie the Pooh
Run around and collect the treasures first. They are the 100 Acre Wood Map,
an AP Boost and a Mythril Stone. From those, you of course get...
Maps- 100 Acre Wood Map
Now get booted out of the book, fight some Heartless and discover what
happens when you rip pages out of a book with living creatures in it! At
least Pooh can still perform the coolest stoutness exercises ever!
Well, there's not much we can do for now in 100 Acre Wood, so get out of the
book. Before you get back into your Gummi Ship, Merlin gives you a rather
nice prize: the summon Chicken Little! Fairly random, but quite nice. Now,
trust me here and land back at Hollow Bastion. There are a couple of new
things we can do.
Hollow Bastion: Land at Merlin's House and head on outside. Now, as soon as
you see enemies, summon Chicken Little and use his Limit, FPS Mode. After
all the enemies are defeated, you get credit for using Chicken Little's
Limit.
Combo Attacks- Chicken Little/FPS Mode
Now head to the Marketplace and speak with Scrooge. He has a rather idiotic
mini-game for you to play involving a skateboard. This is the first of many
skateboarding mini-games, and is by far the easiest (even though they're all
quite simple). Simply mess around for a while and get over 200 points to
complete this mini-game and Jiminy's objective for it as well. Actually, by
completing this mini-game, you complete all the mini-games in Hollow Bastion.
Good deal!
Minigames- SB Freestyle (Complete)
Now, we can head to our next destination, the Olympus Coliseum. Let's recap
first...
-------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
Combo Attacks- Chicken Little/FPS Mode
100 Acre Wood:
Characters- Sora, Winnie the Pooh
Treasures- 3 Total
Maps- 100 Acre Wood Map
Hollow Bastion:
Minigames- SB Freestyle (Complete)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Get to Olympus Coliseum through Phantom Storm.
==============================================================
9. Olympus Coliseum
==============================================================
As soon as you land (in the Underworld!), you'll get...
Olympus Coliseum- Sora, Donald, Goofy
Head up to Meg and hear her spiel, bravely offering to go into the Underworld
instead. Afterwards, you get...
Olympus Coliseum- Megara
Head on in, and almost immediately meet a new Heartless.
Heartless- Rabid Dog
Now, get to the Cave of the Dead: Passage. There are five treasures here.
They include a Mythril Shard, a Mythril Stone, an Ether, an AP Boost, and a
Hi-Potion. After that, fight your way to the Cave of the Dead: Inner
Chamber. Here, you'll find two treasures. They are the Underworld Map and a
Mythril Shard.
Maps- Underworld Map
Head on into the Valley of the Dead. On your way upwards, you'll battle a new
Heartless.
Heartless- Creeper Plant
Now you get to "battle" Hades (he's invincible) and meet one of the coolest
characters from Final Fantasy X, Auron. On the way back down the Valley of
the Dead, use Auron's Limit. When you finally get to the bottom and through
the door, take a breath and check out your new journal entries.
Olympus Coliseum- Auron, Pain, Panic, Hades, Pete
Combo Attacks- Auron/Overdrive
Now get back to the Underworld Entrance and defeat Cerberus. After
Cerberus's end, you get his entry.
Olympus Coliseum- Cerberus
Head on up to the Coliseum Gates, and meet Hercules, who'll give you a map.
Olympus Coliseum- Hercules
Maps- Coliseum Map
Head into the Coliseum and speak with Phil.
Olympus Coliseum- Philoctetes
Now complete his training, and you get a cutscene in which you meet my
favorite character from Hercules...
Olympus Coliseum- Pegasus
Head back to the Underworld Entrance, where a new path and a new treasure is
open to you. The treasure is a Power Boost. Now head into the Underworld
Caverns: Entrance. Here, you'll battle a new Heartless.
Heartless- Trick Ghost
Now we get to a tricky treasure room. You can get all the treasures here,
but you have to exit the area and go around to the Underworld Caverns:
Entrance other, um, entrance. The three treasures are a Hi-Potion, an AP
Boost, and a Mythril Shard. After getting all the chests, go to the
Underworld Caverns: Lost Road and collect the four treasure chests scattered
throughout the area. They are a Hi-Potion, an Ether, a Mythril Shard, and a
Mythril Stone. Get to the Underworld Caverns: Atrium, and again collect the
two treasures. They include a Tent and an AP Boost. Now run to the door and
fight in your first Organization XIII battle as Sora! Defeat the pansy, and
get a couple of entries.
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 5
Other- Demyx
Olympus Coliseum- Demyx
Now go through the door into The Lock. Here, collect the three treasures.
They include the Caverns Map, a Mythril Shard, and an AP Boost. With these
treasures, you've collected all the treasures in Olympus Coliseum! You
should have twenty total. You've also gotten all the maps!
Maps- Caverns Map (Complete)
Now defeat Pete and get to the entrance, where you enter into my favorite
boss battle in the game, the battle against the Hydra. It's just plain fun
and exciting, and not challenging in the least! You'll open a new pathway
and get the heck out of dodge! You get the following new entries after
beating the Hydra.
Olympus Coliseum- Hercules, The Hydra
Album- Auron vs. Hades, Heroic Reunion, Megara the Captive, Destroyed
Coliseum
Now land back on Olympus Coliseum, at the Coliseum Gates. We need to try out
some missions that have opened up. Go to Phil and do his training again.
You'll only be able to try both practice and maniac mode. Getting 1000
points in maniac mode won't happen for a long, long time.
Missions- Phil's Training: Try Practice Mode, Try Maniac Mode
Now, depart and head for Disney Castle! First, a recap...

--------------------------------------------------------------
Get to Disney Castle, by far the shortest world in the game!
=============================================================
10. Disney Castle
=============================================================
Once you land, you get...
Disney Castle- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Chip, Dale
Exit the hangar into the awesome courtyard, where you'll find a grand total
of seven treasure chests. They include a Mythril Shard, the Star Recipe, an
AP Boost, a Mythril Stone, an Ether, a Hi-Potion and a Mythril Shard. You'll
also battle an annoying new Heartless.
Heartless- Minute Bomb
Now battle your way to the Library, where you can find a rather excellent
treasure: Torn Pages for 100 Acre Wood! This also completes the treasure
collecting in Disney Castle! After speaking with Queen Minnie, you get a
couple of new entries...
Disney Castle- Queen Minnie, Brooms
Maps- Disney Castle Map (Complete)
After the escort and Cornerstone business, head through the door into a new
world!
==========================================================
11. Timeless River
==========================================================
Oh man, Steamboat Willie land! Yes! After a long cutscene, you get some
entries...
Timeless River- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pete(?), Clarabelle Cow, Clara
Cluck
Now, collect the two treasures here in Cornerstone Hill. They include the
Cornerstone Hill Map and a Drive Recovery.
Maps- Cornerstone Hill Map
Head down to the Pier and collect the two treasures here. They include a
Mythril Shard and a Hi-Potion. Now "punish" (!) Pete, and get back to
Cornerstone Hill, where you'll have a strange vision of the future Pete.
After that, for no apparent reason, you meet a new character...
Timeless River- Horace Horsecollar
Now tackle the doors from left to right. After the scaffolding adventure,
you get some new entries...
Timeless River- King Mickey(?), Maleficient
Heartless- Hammer Frame
Go through the second door, save Lilliput, and fight a new Heartless.
Heartless- Aeroplane
You know the drill. Third door, new Heartless (really evil new Heartless!).
Heartless- Hot Rod
Finally, go through the fourth door, save Mickey's furniture, get a solid
handshake, and learn the truth. After this, you get the rest of the
character entries for Timeless River. You also get the last map for Timeless
River.
Timeless River- Pete, King Mickey, Pete (Complete)
Maps- Window of Time Map (Complete)
Now go to the Waterway, defeat Pete and then collect all the treasures. They
consist of a Mythril Stone, an AP Boost, and a Hi-Potion. That's all the
treasures in Timeless River! You should have seven total. Now go to the
Wharf, defeat Pete in a really neat boss battle, and restore the Cornerstone!
After you get back to the Gummi Ship, a ton of awesome things happen! First
off, you've completed the worlds of Disney Castle and Timeless River by
obtaining the following entries...
Disney Castle:
Daisy Duck (Complete)
Album- Disney Castle, Meeting the Queen, The Cornerstone, Peace Returns
(Complete)
Timeless River:
Story- Complete
Album- Pete?, The King?, Pete and Repete, All Aboard! (Complete)
That's right, you never have to go back to either! You can also go to 100
Acre Wood with your new Torn Pages, head over to Atlantica, and there's a Cup
open at the Coliseum!! For now, let's recap...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
The Heartless- Minute Bomb, Hammer Frame, Aeroplane, Hot Rod
Disney Castle (Complete):
Characters- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Chip, Dale, Queen Minnie, Brooms, Daisy
Duck (Complete)
Story- Complete
Album- Disney Castle, Meeting the Queen, The Cornerstone, Peace Returns
(Complete)
Treasures- 8 Total (Complete)
Maps- Disney Castle Map (Complete)
Timeless River (Complete):
Characters- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pete(?), Clarabelle Cow, Clara Cluck,
Horace Horsecollar, King Mickey(?), Maleficient, Pete, King Mickey, Pete
(Complete)
Story- Complete
Album- Pete?, The King?, Pete and Repete, All Aboard! (Complete)
Treasures- 7 Total (Complete)
Maps- Cornerstone Hill Map, Window of Time Map (Complete)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
And yes, I know that the worlds aren't technically complete because you
haven't finished Character Links yet. It won't be until the very end of the
game that you do so, and the character links have nothing to do with most of
the individual worlds anyways, so I'm considering a world complete if
everything's finished except Character Links.
===============================================================
12. 100 Acre Wood- Piglet's House/ Atlantica- Swim This Way
===============================================================
Now, you have many options open to you. That's right, it's sidequest time!
Let's check out 100 Acre Wood first. Go back to Hollow Bastion, land in
Merlin's House and enter the book. Piglet's House appears. Go there, and
meet two new characters.
100 Acre Wood- Piglet, Gopher
Now collect the three treasures in the area. They are a Defense Boost, an AP
Boost and a Mythril Gem. Now go to Piglet and help out. After the fun mini-
game, you leave the book and get another character.
100 Acre Wood- Owl
Now jump right back in and play the Blustery Rescue game again. You have to
pretty much get all the hunny in the game, but it's not too tough and it's
fun! Do that and depart.
Missions- A Blustery Rescue: Try Again, Finish With A Score of 18,000 Or More
Now get on over to Olympus Coliseum. There, the Pain and Panic Cup has
opened. If you're Level 20, try it out. I was able to win on my first try,
but it's not necessary. My general rule for these cups is to try them as
soon as they open up, and then complete the second objective when the next
one opens up. If that's unclear, it will all make sense soon, when the next
cup opens. For now, fight in the Pain and Panic Cup once and get out of
there.
Olympus Coliseum: Missions- The Underdrome: Pain and Panic Cup: Give It A Try
Lastly, head over to Atlantica via Splash Island. Oh man, Atlantica. You
will not believe how long this will take you to complete. You will also not
believe how easy it is to complete everything here. Finally, you will not
believe how simultaneously annoying and adorable this world is. Anyhow,
land, learn how to swim (much better controls than the first one, in my
humble opinion) and get some new entries, as well as the one and only map...
Atlantica- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Ariel, Sebastian, Flounder
Maps- Undersea Kingdom Map (Complete)
Now talk to Sebastian, and perform an absolutely horrible new song called
Swim This Way. Don't worry, it's by far the worst song you'll have to endure
here (even though the last song gives it a run for its money). After the
song, you get new entries...
Atlantica- King Triton, Prince Eric
Now, I know you'll hate me forever for saying this, but turn around and land
back on Atlantica. That's right, we have to perform the song again. Just
get through it and take comfort in the fact that it's over. For now.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Excellent tip from Falcon:
In the annoying Atlantica stage they don't give any score requirements on the
Perform "" again missions. Because of this all you need to do is start the
musical and quit it right when it starts (start then quit). You can avoid
doing all the musicals again this way. I am sure it works on any of the
Atlantica songs and will probably work on any "Give it a try" or "try again",
but everything else has a point requirement so it is only helpful on
Atlantica. Keep up the good work on the walkthrough.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Missions- A Musical Challenge: Perform Swim This Way Again (Complete)
Head out and prepare for probably the best graphics (and best voice
replacements for the actual actors) in the series. That's right, we're going
to Port Royal! Before we do, as always, a recap...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
100 Acre Wood:
Characters- Piglet, Gopher, Owl
Treasures- 6 Total
Missions- A Blustery Rescue: Try Again, Finish With A Score of 18,000 Or More

Go to Port Royal via Floating Island.
==========================================================
13. Port Royal
==========================================================
Upon landing, get some entries...
Port Royal- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy
In this initial area, the Rampart, you can get three treasures. They consist
of the Naval Map, a Mythril Stone, and an Ether.
Maps- Naval Map
Head down the stairs, and encounter the first of the annoying yet
entertaining to battle undead pirates. After defeating them, you get some
entries...
Port Royal- Captain Barbossa, Undead Pirate A, Undead Pirate B, Undead Pirate
C, Pete
Now head into Town, and meet...
Port Royal- Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann
Man, Crispin Freeman does an amazing job imitating Orlando Bloom! Kudos to
him. Anyhow, while defending Will, you'll meet a new Heartless.
Heartless- Cannon Gun
Now, collect the four treasures around Town. Some are behind destructible
walls. They are an Ether, an AP Boost, a Mythril Shard and a Mythril Gem.
Then, head down to the Harbor, and meet...
Port Royal- Captain Jack Sparrow
Again, kudos to James Arnold Taylor for his imitation of Johnny Depp! Now
head back into Town and battle some Heartless and use Jack Sparrow's Limit.
This gets you...
Combo Attacks- Jack Sparrow/Treasure Isle
Now set sail and make it to the Isle de Muerta. Head to the Isle de Muerta:
Cave Mouth and get the two treasures. There is an Ether and a Mythril Shard.
You'll also fight a new Heartless here.
Heartless- Air Pirate
Keep going, and after you pass the minute "challenge," you get the Isle de
Muerta Map.
Maps- Isle de Muerta Map
After a bunch of ridiculous challenges, you end up back on the Isle de
Muerta. Now, go in the same direction you were going before until you get to
the Isle de Muerta: Powder Store area. Collect the two treasures here. They
are both AP Boosts. Keep going and in the Isle de Muerta: Moonlight Nook
area, collect three treasures. There is a Mythril Shard, an Ether and a
Mega-Potion. These are all the treasures you can collect here for now. You
should have fourteen total. Now win the annoying boss battle, and see the
end of the movie, more or less. When back on the Gummi Ship, you get some
new entries...
Heartless- Illuminator
Album- Steadfast Friends, The Undead Curse, A Close Call, Lifting the Curse
Now head back to Port Royal and land on the Rampart. Talk to Will here and
play SB Time Attack! Yeah, there's a skateboarding game in Port Royal. I
don't get it, either. This is a checkpoint race, and you'll likely beat it
with the Jiminy objective without trying. So do so. That's the one and only
mission and minigame in Port Royal, so you complete those categories.
Missions- SB Time Attack: Give It a Try, Finish Within 40 Seconds (Complete)
Now make sure you have Goofy's new ability equipped, Teamwork. Head into
Town and battle some Heartless and use Goofy's Limit.
Combo Attacks- Goofy/Teamwork
That's what we can do here for now. Head back to the Gummi Ship. Let's
recap...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
The Heartless- Cannon Gun, Air Pirate, Illuminator
Combo Attacks- Jack Sparrow/Treasure Isle, Goofy/Teamwork
Port Royal:
Characters- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Captain Barbossa, Undead Pirate A,
Undead Pirate B, Undead Pirate C, Pete, Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, Captain
Jack Sparrow
Album- Steadfast Friends, The Undead Curse, A Close Call, Lifting the Curse
Treasures- 14 Total
Maps- Naval Map, Isla de Muerta Map

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Get on over to Agrabah via Ancient Highway.
==============================================
14. Agrabah
==============================================
After some battling and cutscenes, you get a bunch of new entries...
Agrabah- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Iago
Maps- Agrabah Map
Heartless- Luna Bandit
Now get out of the room and out into the vast area of Agrabah. You can get
all seven treasures here with minimal effort now, so do so. They include a
Drive Recovery, a Mythril Shard, a Hi-Potion, an AP Boost, a Mythril Stone, a
Mythril Shard and a Mega-Ether. Now, get to the Palace, and meet some old
and new friends.
Agrabah- Aladdin, Abu, Princess Jasmine, The Peddler
Now go back through Agrabah and you'll encounter another new Heartless.
Also, while you battle through Agrabah, use Aladdin's Limit.
Heartless- Silver Rock
Combo Attacks- Aladdin/Trick Fantasy
Get on over to the Bazaar and collect the five treasures here. They include
a Mythril Gem, a Hi-Potion, another Hi-Potion, an AP Boost, and a Mythril
Shard. One of these is extremely annoying to get; it's in the middle of a
stand only destructible by casting fire on it. Nice design there, guys!
Actually, there's a chance that several will be like this. Just be aware.
You'll also face a new (and by new, I mean annoying old) Heartless.
Heartless- Fat Bandit
Now go to the Palace Walls and get the two treasures here. They are a Skill
Ring and a Mythril Stone. Now go to the Cave of Wonders: Entrance and
collect the two treasures here. They are a Drive Recovery and a Mythril
Shard. Head inside to the Cave of Wonders: Valley of Stone. Collect the
four treasures here. There is a Mythril Stone, an AP Boost, a Mythril Shard,
and a Hi-Potion. You'll also battle new Heartless here.
Heartless- Fortuneteller, Fiery Globe
Now get to the Chasm of Challenges and get to the bottom (it's really fun!).
During the battles, you'll fight a new Heartless yet again.
Heartless- Icy Cube
At the bottom, collect the two treasures. They are the Cave of Wonders Map
and an AP Boost.
Maps- Cave of Wonders Map
Now continue and get taken back to Agrabah. Now, you could go back and get
some treasure in the Cave of Wonders we had to miss, but let's wait and beat
the world first. So go to the Palace and beat the boss. When you go back to
the Gummi Ship, you get several new entries...
Agrabah- The Magic Carpet, Genie
Album- The Lamp Thief, Quest for Treasure, Ordeals Overcome, Bottled Up
Heartless- Volcanic Lord, Blizzard Lord
Now go back to Agrabah. There's a bunch we can do. Land in the Peddler's
Shop and speak to him. You guessed it, another skateboard "challenge." This
one is called SB Sand Slider. Again, you'll probably get the Jiminy
objective without trying.
Missions- SB Sand Slider: Give it a Try, Finish with 10 or More Points
Now, get to an area with enemies, and summon Genie. Genie is unlike every
Summon in that his combo attacks correspond to Sora's various forms. So he
actually has four combo attacks, one for each form. For now, you have Valor
and Wisdom Form. So, have Genie change into both Valor Genie and Wisdom
Genie and perform his Limit with both.
Combo Attacks- Valor Genie/Sonic Rave, Wisdom Genie/Strike Raid
Now head back to the Cave of Wonders: Chasm of Challenges and win the
challenge again. This is actually an "Event Quest," and counts as a mission.
Missions- Redo the Cave of Wonders: Chasm of Challenges
Go to the Cave of Wonders: Treasure Room, and get the two treasures there.
They are an AP Boost and a Serenity Shard. That's all the treasures you can
get here for now. You should have twenty total. Now, depart Agrabah! Let's
recap...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
The Heartless- Luna Bandit, Silver Rock, Fat Bandit, Fortuneteller, Fiery

Redo the Cave of Wonders: Chasm of Challenges
Minigames- SB Sand Slider

Now, shockingly, Twilight Town shows up again. Trust me, we can't handle
Twilight Town yet. Besides, there are some great new worlds to check out.
Head for Halloween Town via Broken Highway.
===============================================================
15. Halloween Town/Atlantica- Part of Your World
===============================================================
Upon landing, you get some entries...
Halloween Town- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Zero
In the Graveyard, where you start out, get the two treasures. They are a Hi-
Potion and a Mythril Shard. Now go into town and experience some great
cutscenes. After them, you get some entries...
Halloween Town- Jack Skellington, Sally, Dr. Finkelstein, Lock, Shock,
Barrel, Reindeer
In Dr. Finkelstein's Lab, take the one treasure, which is the Halloween Town
Map.
Maps- Halloween Town Map
Now go out to the Town Square, and battle some Heartless, including a new
(old) one. You'll also get some new character entries. During the battle,
also try to use Jack's Limit.
Halloween Town- The Mayor, Bathtub
Heartless- Wight Knight
Combo Attacks- Jack/Applause, Applause
Now, pick up the two treasures in the Town Square. They include a Mythril
Stone and a Mega-Potion. Go back to the Graveyard and fight a new Heartless.
Heartless- Driller Mole
Get to the Hinterlands, and get the three treasures here. They include a Hi-
Potion, a Mythril Stone and an AP Boost. Now go to Christmas Town, and get
down to Candy Cane Lane. Here, battle another new Heartless.
Heartless- Toy Soldier
Afterwards, pick up the four treasures here. They are a Hi-Potion, a Mythril
Gem, an Ether, and a Mythril Stone. Now go into Santa's House, and meet the
man, the myth, the legend himself.
Halloween Town- Santa Claus
Afterwards, pick up the two treasures here. They consist of the Christmas
Town Map and an AP Boost. Doing this gives you all the treasures in
Halloween Town and all the maps! You should have fourteen treasures total.
Maps- Christmas Town Map (Complete)
After going outside and tracking the footprints to the Hinterlands, you get
some new character entries.
Halloween Town- Oogie Boogie, Maleficient
In the Hinterlands, you'll also battle a new Heartless.
Heartless- Emerald Blues
Head to the Curly Hill from the Graveyard, and defeat the...
Heartless- Prison Keeper
Now defeat Oogie Boogie, and get off the world. You get some entries for
completing the world.
Halloween Town- Jack Skellington
Album- Merry...Halloween?, Sandy Claws, Oogie's Back, Santa Jack
Now, of course, return to the world. There's a mission we can do. Get to
Yuletide Hill and talk to Lock. He'll tell you about, sigh, a skateboard in
Santa's Workshop. Yet again, you should be able to beat the Jiminy objective
here no problem.
Missions- SB Workshop Rave: Give it a Try, Finish with 1,000 or More Points
And that's it! Now, guess where we can go again? That's right, Atlantica!
Head on over and show that statue who's boss! This prompts the next song,
the classic Part of Your World. Beat it for the story, and then go to the
green musical orb and play it again.
Missions- A Musical Challenge: Perform Part of Your World Again
Apparently, our three heroes can't read music! Huh. We'll come back when
they have more experience. Now, for the recap...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
All right, let's go to the Pride Lands! Just a nitpick, but does anyone else
find it extremely strange that the world is called The Pride "Lands," but the
logo of the world says "Pride Land?" Anyways, get there via Sunlight Storm.
===========================================================
16. Pride Lands
===========================================================
After narrowly escaping being eaten, you get some entries.
Pride Lands- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Shenzai, Banzai, Ed
Oh man, Sora is ridiculously cute here! It's also plain fun to be a lion.
Anyways, you're in the Gorge when you start out, so collect the three
treasures here (represented as fruit here). They are the Savannah Map, an
Ether, and a Mythril Stone.
Maps- Savannah Map
Go to the Elephant Graveyard and rescue...
Pride Lands- Nala
In the Elephant Graveyard, collect the five treasures. They consist of a Hi-
Potion, a Mythril Stone, an Ether, an AP Boost and a Mythril Shard. You'll
also fight two new Heartless in the Elephant Graveyard. One of them
is quite evil.
Heartless- Living Bone, Aerial Knocker
Now get to Pride Rock and meet...
Pride Lands- Rafiki
Now, collect the three treasures in Pride Rock. They are the Pride Rock Map,
a Mythril Stone and a Mega-Ether.
Maps- Pride Rock Map
Now head towards the Savannah. You'll encounter...
Pride Lands- Scar, Pete
Get to the Wildebeest Valley and collect the five treasures here. They are a
Hi-Potion, an AP Boost, a Mythril Gem, a Mythril Stone and a Tent. Head on
through to the Wastelands, which have three treasures you should collect.
They include a Mythril Shard, a Hi-Potion and a Mythril Stone. Get through
the Wastelands to the Jungle, which also has three treasures. The Jungle
treasures are a Serenity Stone, a Mythril Stone, and a Hi-Potion. Finally,
get through the Jungle to the Oasis and meet...
Pride Lands- Simba
Poor Simba! Get the three treasures in the Oasis, which are also the final
treasures in the Pride Lands! You should have twenty-five total. You'll
also get the last map here! The treasures are the Oasis Map, an AP Boost and
Torn Pages.
Maps- Oasis Map (Complete)
After speaking with Simba, you'll meet...
Pride Lands- Timon, Puumba
After some more cutscenes that involve going back to the Jungle and then
talking to Simba again, you see...
Pride Lands- Mufasa
Pretty cool that they got James Earl Jones to come back, huh? Now, go
through the Jungle and meet a new Heartless. Also, when fighting, use
Simba's Limit.
Heartless- Shaman
Combo Attacks- Simba/King's Pride
Now, play through until you defeat Scar (or rather, Scar as a Heartless?!).
Back at the Gummi Ship, you only get an Album update. Also, we're not coming
back here yet! Man, that was an incredibly straightforward world, huh?
However, we've got new sidequests to do before Twilight Town. First,
recap...
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
The Heartless- Living Bone, Aerial Knocker, Shaman
Combo Attacks- Simba/King's Pride
Pride Lands:
Characters- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Shenzai, Banzai, Ed, Nala, Rafiki,

==========================================================================
17. Olympus Coliseum- Pain and Panic Cup/ 100 Acre Wood- Rabbit's House
==========================================================================
Now, there is both a new cup at the Coliseum and a new episode of 100 Acre
Wood open. Let's take care of both. First, head over to the Coliseum and
first take part in the Pain and Panic Cup and beat it while satisfying the
Jiminy objective. With all your new combo abilities, it should be quite
easy. After that, take part in the Cerberus Cup. You'll likely not be
strong enough to complete it within the time limit, so don't worry. Just try
it out, likely lose, and walk away knowing you'll come back to conquer it.
Also, if you make it to the semi-final match, which I'm assuming you can at
least do, you'll meet a new Heartless (maybe my least favorite).
Heartless- Tornado Step
Missions- Pain and Panic Cup: Win with a Score of 2,000 or More
Cerberus Cup: Give It A Try
After that, head over to 100 Acre Wood with your new Torn Pages. There,
you'll discover Rabbit's House. Go there, and meet...
100 Acre Wood- Eeyore
After that, go around and collect all the treasures. They include a Draw
Ring, a Mythril Crystal, and an AP Boost. Then, go around to everyone at the
side of the house, and help Pooh by getting him an enormous amount of hunny
through ingeniously going outside the book to get some! Well, ok, only just
outside the pages of the book, but still, what a cool idea! After this, Pooh
remembers some people, and we leave.
100 Acre Wood- Rabbit
Now head right back inside, and go back to Rabbits House to play Hunny Slider
again. This time, it means getting 8,000 points or more. This one might
take a while, but you can do it. Just have fast reflexes (which you'll need
in spades for Sephiroth and Poster Duty; compared to that battle and mini-
game, this is child's play).
Missions- Hunny Slider: Try Again, Finish with a Score of 8,000 or More
Minigames- Hunny Slider
Now we get to go back to Twilight Town! Let's recap first...
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
Heartless- Tornado Step
Olympus Coliseum:
Missions- Pain and Panic Cup: Win with a Score of 2,000 or More
Cerberus Cup: Give It A Try
100 Acre Wood:
Characters- Eeyore, Rabbit
Treasures- 9 Total
Missions- Hunny Slider: Try Again, Finish with a Score of 8,000 or More
Minigames- Hunny Slider
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Let's head back to Twilight Town.
============================================================
18. Twilight Town
============================================================
When you land, you meet...
Twilight Town- Vivi
Now, guess what you get to do? Go around and try out all those games you
played as Roxas, and even a new one! Just know before you do this that
Twilight Town features a combination of simple mini-games and insanely
difficult ones. Some of these you'll be able to complete now, most won't
happen until the very end of the game. For now, though, you can and should
try them all out. Oddly enough, the games you can complete now are all on one
board, specifically the Station Heights board. So go there now and try all
three. The first one, Mail Delivery, you can complete easily with the Jiminy
Objective. Grandstander is beatable with the Jiminy Objective now,
especially if you're patient with it and play it safe, only hitting the ball
up and down and not smacking it all over the place. And for the last one,
Cargo Climb, I'm going to give the floor to GroveStreetSeifer, who e-mailed
me with a fantastic strategy for Cargo Climb that actually made me play
through the whole game again to see if it was true, and indeed it was! His
e-mail is in the window below.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Twilight Town - Cargo Climb
It's fairly simple to complete this minigame in under 15 seconds as both
Roxas and Sora. All you need to do is use jump combos (make sure all extra
abilities are unequipped before attempting with Sora). As soon as "GO!"
appears, jump and lock on to the cargo at the same time, and begin a standard
jump combo. Repeat this until the cart pops into the air. Give it one good
whack while on the ground, chase it, and begin your jump combos again. You
should be able to get it into the garage in just a little under 15 seconds.
I've done this three times. Twice as Sora (once on normal mode and once on
proud mode), and once as Roxas (proud mode). Hope this helps!
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Just to provide a different perspective, jump towards the cargo every time
you swing at it. It may not seem like you're doing much, but you'll easily
make it, often with two or three seconds to go! And like GroveStreetSeifer,
I've done it as Sora and as Roxas, so this is technically the easiest
minigame of the six in Twilight Town.
So, all games done on this board! Also, head to the girl next
to the ball from Grandstander, and talk to her to participate in yet another
skateboarding challenge, SB Street Rave! Finally, one in an area where it
makes sense! This one's slightly trickier than the other ones, but not too
much. Just get 200 points in all five turns, and you'll make it.
Missions- Mail Delivery: Try Again, Complete within 14 Seconds
Cargo Climb: Try Again, Complete Within 15 Seconds
Grandstander: Try Again, Complete with 100 or More Points
SB Street Rave: Give it a Try, Finish with 1000 or More Points
Minigames- Mail Delivery, Cargo Climb, Grandstander, SB Street Rave
Now, head to Tram Common and check the bulletin board too. You will not be
able to complete any of these with the Jiminy Objective, but try them out
anyways. By doing this, you complete all the Mini-game entries for Twilight
Town!
Missions- Poster Duty: Try Again
Bumble-Buster: Try Again
Junk Sweep: Try Again
Minigames- Poster Duty, Bumble-Buster, Junk Sweep (Complete)
Now, go down to the Sandlot. Here, you'll meet a bunch of characters, and
fight some scary new Nobodies.
Other- Saix
Twilight Town- Seifer, Rai(Raijin), Fuu(Fuujin)
Nobodies- Berserker
Go to the Station, experience the craziness, and get outta there. Once
in the Gummi Ship, you get some new entries.
Other- Kairi
Album- Kairi Arives, The Road Onward
Now, go back to Twilight Town. Guess what we get to do? That's right,
Struggle! Oh man, is this going to be exhilarating! Note the heavy sarcasm
there. Well, we have to do it for completion. So go to the Sandlot, and
fight Hayner, um, 10 times. During one of those 10 matches, beat him with at
least 100 points. After that, you can fight Setzer, so do so 10 times.
During those 10 matches, beat Setzer with 150 or more points. Finally, we
get to Seifer, whom we only have to fight once! Fight him and get all his
orbs, and then run far, far away! What a tedious game! Now, you have some
new entries...
Twilight Town- Setzer
Missions- The Struggle: Hayner: Give it a Try, Win with 100 or More Points
The Struggle: Setzer: Give it a Try, Win with 150 or More Points
The Struggle: Seifer: Give it a Try, Win with 200 Points
Let's recap...

Ooh, don't get me started on Final Fantasy X-2! Grrr. Oh, sorry. In the
Bailey, you'll fight some new Heartless.
Heartless- Armored Knight, Morning Star

some scenes, you can get three treasures. They include the Castle Perimeter
Map, a Mythril Gem, and an AP Boost.
Maps- Castle Perimeter Map
Now, get into the Corridors. Here, go exploring and collect the four
treasures. They are a Mythril Stone, a Mythril Crystal, a Hi-Potion, and an
AP Boost. You'll also fight a new Heartless here.
Heartless- Surveillance Robot
Now, get to Ansem's Study and meet...
Hollow Bastion- Tifa
After some scenes, get to the Computer Room, and brace yourself for
craziness! And yes, I know I ignored a treasure chest! We'll get it after
the next world. Let's recap first...
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collection:
The Heartless- Bookmaster, Armored Knight, Morning Star, Surveillance Robot

20. Space Paranoids
=================================================================
When I heard there was going to be a Tron world, I couldn't believe it, but
here we are! What an awesome choice! Anyways, when you get downloaded into
the computer and have some scenes, you get some new entries...
Space Paranoids- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, Tron, Sark
After breaking through the barrier, you get a cutscene and meet...
Space Paranoids- MCP
Now, collect the two treasures in the Pit Cell. They include the Pit Cell
Map and a Mythril Crystal.
Maps- Pit Cell Map
Now, get out to the Canyon and collect the four treasures. They include a
Mega-Potion, a Mythril Stone, a Mythril Gem, and a Drive Recovery. Now take
part in the cube challenge (fairly frustrating, actually) and get booted back
to the outside. After some crazy plot, you obtain your Master Form and have
access to all the treasures in Ansem's Study. They consist of the Skill
Recipe and the Ukulele Charm! That's right, you can now summon...
Other- Stitch
So, go back to Space Paranoids, and after the kickass Light Cycle games, get
back to the Canyon. There's a bunch of stuff you can and should do here.
First off, you fight a new Heartless. You can also get an unbelievable three
new combo attacks now! While you'll likely defeat all the enemies well
before you can pull off all three, use them as soon as possible throughout
the world. They are Tron's Limit, Genie's Master Form Limit, and Stitch's
Limit.
Heartless- Strafer
Combo Attacks- Tron/Complete Compilement, Master Genie/Final Arcana,
Stitch/Ohana!
Now get to the I/O Tower: Hallway after the whole freezing the monitor thing.
Here, collect the two treasures. They include a Tent and an AP Boost. Also,
you'll fight a new Heartless here.
Heartless- Devastator
Get to the I/O Tower: Communications Room and collect the two treasures here.
They include the I/O Tower Map and a Gaia Belt. Those are all the treasures
you can collect here for now. You should have ten total.
Maps- I/O Tower Map
Now, beat the boss, and get his entry.
Space Paranoids- Hostile Program
After some plot, you'll get out of the world and get some entries, including
the last character entry for Space Paranoids.

21. Hollow Bastion
===========================================================
Now, we get to some really cool stuff! First, access Ansem's computer and
get some scenes. After those scenes, you get...
Other- Vexen, Lexaeus, Zexion, Marluxia, Larxene
Ah, Chain of Memories! Now, it's time to be counter-intuitive and go back to
Space Paranoids. Go in and get to the Light Cycle. You can complete this
now, and it's good to get it out of the way. This'll take a while, but
you'll get it.
Space Paranoids:
Missions- Light Cycle: Try Again, Finish with 30 Points or More (Complete)
Minigames- Light Cycle (Complete)
Now let's go help everyone. We'll be in Hollow Bastion for a while now.
Hollow Bastion:
After some battles, you get to the Postern and meet one of the nightmares of
this game, and complete your character list for Hollow Bastion.
Hollow Bastion- Sephiroth (Complete)
Now get to the Bailey. Along the way, you'll battle a new Heartless and a
new Nobody.
Heartless- Crimson Jazz
Nobodies- Dancer
Now, fight a deceptively tough battle and defeat your first Organization XIII
member, Demyx. We're making progress! Now, experience one of the scariest
moments in videogame and Disney history as Goofy seemingly dies!!! How did
they get away with that one?! Afterwards, you get a new entry.
Other- King Mickey
Now, get to the Crystal Fissure. Along the way, use Sora's extremely useful
new limit.
Combo- Sora/Trinity Limit
At the Crystal Fissure, you discover that Goofy is all right. It's of course
not surprising, but still really sweet and touching. That's the magic of
Final Fantasy; they really are master storytellers. Anyhow, collect the four
treasures here. They include Torn Pages, The Great Maw Map, an Elixir, and an
AP Boost. You now have all the maps!
Maps- The Great Maw Map (Complete)
Now, you get to defeat, ulp, 1000 Heartless! Not hard at all, but it takes a
while! When my girlfriend told me they had 1000 enemies on screen at once, I
didn't believe her, but there they were. Crazy graphics. So, do that, and
the story suddenly becomes much more sinister. Must be Xemnas. After all
the plot, you're back on the Gummi Ship, and get some new entries.
Ansem Reports: Secret Ansem Report 1
Other- Xehanort, Xemnas
Album- Battle Royale, A King Decides
Now, go back to Hollow Bastion. Get to the Restoration Site and jump up the
new platform to go behind the wall and collect two treasures. They are the
Moon Recipe and an AP Boost. Then, get to the Bailey and fight a new
Heartless.
Heartless- Neoshadow
Phew! Let's recap before we go to 100 Acre Wood.

22. 100 Acre Wood- Kanga's House/Atlantica- Under the Sea
======================================================================
Now head back to 100 Acre Wood and discover Kanga's House. There, you'll
meet the rest of the characters from 100 Acre Wood.
100 Acre Wood- Tigger, Kanga, Roo (Complete)
Now, before talking to Tigger, collect the three treasures here. They are a
Magic Boost, an AP Boost and an Orichalcum. Now, talk to Tigger and pop some
balloons. After doing this, Pooh finally remembers Tigger. Now, go back to
100 Acre Wood, and play Balloon Bounce. Get 2,000 points, and then leave.
Missions- Balloon Bounce: Try Again, Finish with a Score of 2,000 or More
Minigames- Balloon Bounce
Now you can go back to Atlantica! Do so, apparently now knowing how to read
music, and perform Under the Sea. Here's a great example of wonderful the
Disney animators were; the song just isn't the same without the beautiful
animation from the movie. Anyhow, beat it, and discover that you need more
crazy magnet power! Or something. Anyhow, go ahead and perform the song
again.
Atlantica:
Missions- A Musical Challenge: Perform Under The Sea Again
Only two more songs to go! Let's recap...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now we get to go to every world again, and finally complete most of them!
Remember how satisfying it was to finish Disney Castle and Timeless River
with every journal entry save the Character Links? Well, now you get to
experience that for almost all the other worlds, too! Yes! Let's go to the
Land of Dragons first. Also, I'll be recapping after every two or three
worlds now, since the actual visits to each one will be so short.
=======================================================================
23. Land of Dragons, Hollow Bastion, 100 Acre Wood- The Spooky Cave
=======================================================================
Land of Dragons:
Here, go through all the plot until you get to the Throne Room. After
battling the Nobodies in the Throne Room, you get several new entries,
including the last character entry.
Other- Xigbar
Land of Dragons- Xigbar (Complete)
Nobodies- Sniper
Now, in the Throne Room, you can collect eight (!!) treasures. Just search
all around, as some are cleverly hidden. They consist of Torn Pages, the
Palace Map, an AP Boost, the Queen Recipe, an AP Boost, the Ogre Shield, a
Mythril Crystal and an Orichalcum. These are the last treasures in The Land
of Dragons. You should have twenty-one total. You've also gotten the last
map.
Maps- Palace Map (Complete)
Go outside and fight in the first of many awesome boss battles to come.
Once you get to the Gummi Ship, you'll have completed the world and met a new
Heartless.
Heartless- Storm Rider
Land of Dragons (Complete):
Characters- Xigbar (Complete)
Story- Complete
Album- A Man in Black, The Earth Shakes, Could it be Riku?, Good Friends
(Complete)
Now, let's go back to Hollow Bastion. There's an Event Mission we can do.
Go back to the Postern, and meet with the Gullwings again. They'll give you
a treasure chest containing the Gull Wing Keyblade. Good deal! You should
have twenty-one treasures total now. Also, get into a battles and use
Goofy's new Limit.
Missions- Event: Meet the Three Girls Again
Combo Attacks- Goofy/Twister Fusion
Now head over to 100 Acre Wood.
100 Acre Wood:
Here, you'll discover the Spooky Cave. Now, at first, don't worry about
getting to Pooh in any kind of decent time. Just wander around and collect
the six treasures. They include a Mythril Gem, an AP Boost, an Orichalcum,
the Guard Recipe, a Mythril Crystal, and an AP Boost. You should have
eighteen total. Now, find Pooh, leading your merry band of travelers along.
When you get to Pooh, he will finally remember you! Yes! You'll also get
the Spooky Cave Map, the last map in the world. Now, go back to the Spooky
Cave and engage in the Expotition (I love that word!) again. This is very
annoying to accomplish the Jiminy Objective in, but it's doable. Now you're
done with 100 Acre Wood for a while.
Maps- Spooky Cave Map (Complete)
Missions- The Expotition: Try Again, Finish Within 90 Seconds
Let's recap...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, head over to Beast's Castle. I should note here that there is a chance
you'll run into a rare Heartless called Bulky Vendor during the next several
worlds. Since I didn't run into it until I went back to various worlds
before the final battle, I won't be listing it here. But of course, if you
run into it, defeat it and add it to your Journal. I'll mention how to get
it at the end of the guide.
====================================================================
24. Beast's Castle, Port Royal, Atlantica- Ursula's Revenge
====================================================================
Beast's Castle:
When you land, you'll meet...
Beast's Castle- The Beast, Belle
After some scenes, you'll battle some Nobodies in the ballroom. There is a
new Nobody here.
Nobodies: Dragoon
After this, go back to the Beast's Room and cheer him up. You'll get the
Castle Walls Map, the last map in this area.
Maps- Castle Walls Map (Complete)
Now go ahead and fight Xaldin. Xaldin is tough, especially being only the
second boss battle in the second half of the game, but he's quite beatable.
Best of luck. After you defeat him, you get Ansem Report 4. You also go
back to the Gummi Ship, and complete the world.
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 4

Now, let's head on over to Port Royal and finish that world up.
Port Royal:
Go to the Harbor and set sail on the Black Pearl. You'll engage in a big
fight and wash onto a new area, the Ship Graveyard. During that battle, you
meet the last character in Port Royal...
Other- Luxord
Port Royal- Luxord (Complete)
Now you're in the Ship Graveyard: Interceptor's Hold. Here, open the
treasure chest and receive the Feather Charm! That's right...
Other- Peter Pan
That's your last summon. Now head out to the Ship Graveyard: Seadrift Row
and collect the three treasures here. They consist of a High Drive Recovery,
the King Recipe, and a Mythril Crystal. Also, in this area, use Peter Pan's
Limit. Now, go to the next area and defeat the new Nobody with the
medallion. You'll receive the Ship Graveyard Map, the last map in this
world.
Nobodies- Gambler
Combo Attacks- Peter Pan/Neverland
Maps- Ship Graveyard Map (Complete)
Now you get to go around collecting medallions. Go back to the Ship
Graveyard and collect medallions. Make sure to go back to the Ship
Graveyard: Seadrift Keep to collect the three treasures in the area. They
are an AP Boost, an Orichalcum, and the Meteor Staff. Those are the last
treasures in the world. You should have twenty-one total.
Now, collect the rest of the medallions, and get back to town, where you'll
fight an extremely annoying boss battle (both bosses were pretty annoying in
this world, weren't they?). After a rather long and strange end scene
(almost hinting that Jack Sparrow will be a huge character in the next
Kingdom Hearts), you get back to the Gummi Ship and complete the world, as
well as get new entries.
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 6
Heartless- Grim Reaper
Story- Complete
Album- The Curse Returns, Parley!, To Port Royal, Battle Spoils (Complete)
Now, once again, head over to Atlantica.
Atlantica:
Here, you'll first meet a new character.
Atlantica- Ursula
Now, after some looong scenes, you get to defeat Ursula with the power of
song. Uh-huh. Pretty cool that they used an unused song from the original
movie in the game though. Anyhow, beat Ursula, make everyone happy, and
finish up the character list.
Atlantica- Ariel, King Triton, Vanessa, Ursula, Flotsam, Jetsam (Complete)
Now, go back and play Ursula's Revenge again. Of course, you need to have
better magic skills for Sebastian to let you perform the grand finale, so
you'll have to come back later.
Missions- A Musical Challenge: Perform Ursula's Revenge Again
Let's recap...

Now head to the Olympus Coliseum.
========================================================================
25. Olympus Coliseum, Agrabah, 100 Acre Wood- Starry Hill
========================================================================
Here, you're entered in the Hades Cup automatically. During one of the two
fights, use Donald's new Limit. Also, during the second match, the semi-
final match, you'll meet a new Heartless.
Combo Attacks- Donald/Flare Force
Heartless- Crescendo
Now, go get Auron's Doll, release his spirit, and defeat Hades. None of it's
too difficult. After all this, you'll finally become heroes!!! Get back to
the gummi Ship and check out your new entries...
Story- Complete
Album- The Hades Cup, Hades' Puppet, The Hero Returns, Heroes at Last
(Complete)
Now, the Titan Cup is open, but you're not at the recommended level yet.
Let's come back later. Believe me, this world will be the last you'll
complete anyways, so prepare to come back a whole bunch more! Let's go to
Agrabah.
Agrabah:
After the scene, you'll have a new entry...
Agrabah- Jafar
Now, head out to the Oasis and to the Ruins. After an annoying series of
puzzles that I guess help you learn how to fly on the carpet (even though the
controls are exactly the same as swimming...), you get into the Ruined
Chamber. Collect the two treasures here. They are the last Torn Pages and
the Ruins Map. Those are the last treasures in the world. You should have
twenty-six total. You've also gotten the last map.
Maps- Ruins Map (Complete)
Now discover Iago's treachery, go back and fight Jafar in a stupidly easy yet
tedious battle. Defeat him, and get to the Gummi Ship. You'll have new
entries.
Agrabah- Jafar (Complete)
Story- Complete
Album- Jafar is Released, The Flying Carpet, Jafar's Trap, Working his Magic
(Complete)
Now head back down to Agrabah and go back to the Ruined Chamber. Press the
switch, and you get to play the awesome Magic Carpet ride through the ruins
again, only this time for points. You should be able to just make it with
the Jiminy objective. Have fun! After this, you'll have completed Agrabah.
Missions- Magic Carpet: Try Again, Finish with a Score of 65 or More
(Complete)
Minigames- Magic Carpet (Complete)
Now we can complete 100 Acre Wood. Go there.
100 Acre Wood:
You'll discover Starry Hill, where Pooh has gotten himself stuck inside a
hunny pot. Yeah, that tends to happen, doesn't it? Here, you can collect
two treasures. They are a Cosmic Ring and the Style Recipe. These are the
last treasures on this world. You should have twenty total. Now go help
Pooh and get a very sweet ending to the story.
Story- Complete
Album- Memories Lost, Memories Found, Sora Remembered, I'm Always Here
(Complete)
Now go back and play the Hunny Pot game again. This seems to be rather
arbitrary, so keep trying and you'll eventually get it. Good luck! After
beating this mission, 100 Acre Wood is finally yet sadly complete!
Missions- The Hunny Pot: Try Again, Finish with a Score of 8,000 or More
(Complete)
Minigames- The Hunny Pot (Complete)
Now head back to the Coliseum.
Olympus Coliseum:
You should be strong enough and have enough magic to beat the Cerberus Cup
with the Jiminy Objective. One thing that works wonders is to use Magnet
magic to draw everyone in and possibly kill most of them. This makes
everything go very fast and gives you many orbs. Cerberus itself is not
hard, it's the time limit. After you beat that, try out the Titan Cup. I
wasn't able to beat it at my current level, but you might. You'll meet a new
Heartless and a new Nobody in the Titan Cup.
Missions- Cerberus: Give it a Try, Win with a Score of 1,000 or More
Titan: Give it a Try
Heartless- Magnum Loader
Nobodies- Assassin
OK, that was a lot of running around. Let's recap...

Now head to Halloween Town again.
========================================================================
26. Halloween Town, Pride Lands, Atlantica- A New Day is Dawning Again
========================================================================
Halloween Town:
This is a very straightforward and short visit. After defeating Lock, Shock
and Barrel, wrap some presents, and then head back to the Town Square. On
the way, you'll pass through the Graveyard and meet a new Heartless.
Heartless- Graveyard
After some running around, you'll duel the Experiment in Christmas Town and
save all the presents, as well as make everyone happy yet again. Back at the
Gummi Ship, you get some new entries.
Halloween Town- The Experiment (Complete)
Story- Complete
Album- The Present Thief, Mischievous Trio, The Real Culprit, From the Heart
(Complete)
Now go back to Halloween Town and get to Santa's Workshop. Talk to the elf
and wrap some more gifts. This is largely dependent on luck, so keep at it
if you can't get it at first. Upon completing this, you complete the world.
Missions- Gift Wrapping: Try Again, Finish with a Score of 150 or More
(Complete)
Minigames- Gift Wrapping (Complete)
All right, head over to the Pride Lands.
Pride Lands:
This is even more straightforward than Halloween Town, though more
challenging. Upon landing, you discover Simba is being haunted by the final
character in Pride Lands.
Pride Lands- The Ghost of Scar (Complete)
Now defeat the hyenas (actually a very nice tutorial on effective dashing),
run around the world and end up back at the Savannah, where you'll engage in
an insane boss battle. The only thing I can compare this battle to is
something from Shadow of the Colossus, which makes it an innovative and
thrilling battle! Once you defeat it, you get back to the Gummi Ship and
complete the world.
Heartless- Groundshaker

And now, at long last, you can go back to Atlantica and complete it! Let's
go!
Atlantica:
Just land and talk to Sebastian. After a painful new song (albeit with a
somewhat catchy melody), you complete the story. Now go back and play the
song one more time. And you're done!!! Congratulations on surviving
Atlantica, the easiest world to complete in terms of skill but the hardest to
survive psychologically. Good job!

All right, we're in the home stretch! Let's head back to Hollow Bastion,
which is going crazy for some reason.
======================================================================
27. Space Paranoids, Radiant Garden
======================================================================
Hollow Bastion:
Oh, of course; it's the MCP! Well, first, you can get one last treasure in
Hollow Bastion. Head all the way to the Heartless Manufactory, which is next
to the computer that takes you to Space Paranoids. There is one treasure
chest here, which contains a Cosmic Chain. Finally, that's all the treasures
in Hollow Bastion! You should have twenty-two total.
Now head back to Space Paranoids. Time to delete the MCP!
Space Paranoids:
First, go to the game grid and save Tron. After this, get to the I/O Tower,
fight some scary Heartless battles, and get to the Simulation Hangar. From
here, ride the Solar Sailer, win the really dumb Heartless battle (dumb in
that the "weight" meter should go down as you defeat Heartless, not up), and
get to the Central Computer Mesa. Here, you can pick up four treasures.
They are an AP Boost, an Orichalcum, a Cosmic Arts and the Central Computer
Mesa Map. Those are the last treasures in the world. You should have
fourteen total. You've also found all the maps!
Maps- Central Computer Mesa Map (Complete)
Now, go ahead and fight the stupidly easy yet cool battle against Sark and
the MCP. After that, you get some long and touching scenes, and a rather
dramatic thing happens; Hollow Bastion gets renamed as Radiant Garden!!! You
also complete Space Paranoids.
Story- Complete
Album- MCP Runs Amok, The Solar Sailer, MCP Face-Off, Farewell Tron

Radiant Garden:
When you get back here, you've completed everything but one final battle.
Yup, Sephiroth is waiting for you. Even though I've heard of people beating
him at very low levels, I'm going to leave him for the end. Also, if you
haven't done it yet, speak to Scrooge to find out about the sea salt ice
cream.

Album- Heartless Again, Its True Name (Complete)
Well, now we're off to Twilight Town yet again to gain access to the final
world and discover the truth! Get there via Assault of the Dreadnought.
=========================================================================
28. Twilight Town
=========================================================================
Nothing seems out of the ordinary save for some Nobodies scattered about.
But don't worry; we'll discover the truth about Twilight Town soon! First
though, we have a ton of new treasures to pick up. Head to Central Station,
where you finally have access to the Underground Concourse through the tunnel
on the side of the building. Go there and explore to find four treasures.
They consist of a Mythril Gem, an Orichalcum, an AP Boost, and a Mythril
Crystal.
Go on through to the Tunnelway. You'll find two treasures there. They are
an Orichalcum and a Mythril Crystal. Get out of the Tunnelway and into the
beautiful Sunset Terrace. There are four treasures there. They are an
Orichalcum+, a Mythril Shard, a Mythril Crystal, and an AP Boost. Now go all
the way back through the underground tunnels and get to the Old Mansion.
After some crazy scenes, go inside.
In the Mansion: Foyer, there are three treasures. They are a Mythril
Crystal, a Mythril Stone and an Elixir. Go to the Mansion: Dining Room and
get the two treasures there. They include a Mythril Crystal and a Mythril
Stone. Then go to the Mansion: Library and get the one treasure there after
the scene. It's an Orichalcum. Finally, don't tell Pence the password, but
go outside to the Mansion: Basement Corridor. There, you'll find one
treasure. It's the Ultimate Recipe. And that, at long last, is the last
treasure in Twilight Town! You should have a whopping thirty-nine treasures
total. Now tell Pence the password, and get teleported to...
Simulated Twilight Town! A-ha! Everything suddenly makes perfect sense.
Man, Ansem the Wise kinda sucks, doesn't he? Well, he'll be much worse
later, trust me. After teleporting, you get a bunch of entries, including
the last character entry in the world.
Other- Namine, Diz
Twilight Town- Roxas (Complete)
Nobodies- Twilight Thorn
Now enter the dark portal and get to the crazily named world of Betwixt and
Between. Here, you'll pick up a new entry...
Other- Axel
Speaking of Axel, what a sad way to go! He saved you though and felt content
in the end (or as content as Nobodies can feel), so his ending is ultimately
happy. All right, let's go to the final world!!! Now, I'm going to cut with
tradition here just this once in regards to recapping. Enter the portal to
the final world.
===========================================================================
29. Twilight Town Recap, The World That Never Was
===========================================================================
Oh man, what an incredible world!!! I love this place; talk about
atmosphere! When you arrive, you get several entries related to Twilight
Town, which is why I wanted to recap now instead of before.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, let's get through the last world. You got some other entries when you
landed as well...
The World That Never Was- Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, King Mickey
This is an extremely linear world, so the basic strategy is to fight and
fight some more on your destined path to Kingdom Hearts! Get out of the
Alley to Fragment Crossing. Here, there are four treasures. They are a
Mythril Shard, a Mythril Crystal, an AP Boost and an Orichalcum. Now go to
Memory's Skyscraper and witness an incredible scene. After this, you get
some entries...
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 8
Other- Roxas
The World That Never Was- Roxas
In Memory's Skyscraper, there are three treasures. They include a Mythril
Crystal, an AP Boost and a Mythril Stone. Keep going forward to The Brink of
Despair. Here, you'll find two treasures. They are the Dark City Map and an
Orichalcum+.
Maps- Dark City Map
Now, get to Nobody's Call. After a rather revealing scene, you get a new
entry...
Other- Riku
In Nobody's Call, there are two treasures. They are a Mythril Gem and an
Orichalcum. As you make your way through Nobody's Call, you'll encounter a
new Nobody. This is, if you can believe it, the final type of Nobody!
You've gotten your first completed category in Jiminy's Journal!!! Yes!
More will be coming soon.
Nobodies- Sorcerer (Complete)
Now get to Twilight's View and collect the one treasure there. It is a
Cosmic Belt. Now, head into the Hall of Empty Melodies and prepare for a
very cool battle with Number II, Xigbar! After defeating him, you get
several new entries...
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 3
Other- Ansem the Wise
The World That Never Was- Xigbar, Ansem the Wise
Now, I want you to do something strange. Go to the next area, Naught's
Skyway. Get into a battle and change into any Form you like. I'd suggest
Master Form simply because that's what worked for me, but I'm pretty sure you
can choose whatever you'd like. You have the opportunity now to turn into
Final Form by changing into any of your other forms. Your Drive Gauge should
also be at 5, which is the requirement for Final Form. If you don't turn
into it (it's white and lets you glide), run back to the Hall of Empty
Melodies. Miraculously, your Drive Gauge will have completely refilled!
Exploit this glitch until you shift into Final Form. This may take a while;
it took me about ten tries, including one shift into Anti-Form.
After you have Final Form, go back to the Hall of Empty Melodies to recharge
and save. Then head back to Naught's Skyway and summon Genie to use his
Final Limit. There are also three treasures in Naught's Skyway. They are a
Mythril Gem, an Orichalcum, and a Mythril Crystal.
Combo Attacks- Final Genie/Infinity
Now get to the upper area of the Hall of Empty Melodies, where you'll meet
Kairi and Riku. You'll also receive the final map of the world and the
game!!!
Maps- Castle That Never Was Map (Complete) (Maps Complete)
Now go to the Proof of Existence and go through the doorway that's open right
now. You'll enter Havoc's Divide and finally defeat Luxord in a very strange
and neat battle. Upon defeating him, you get a couple of entries.
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 9
The World That Never Was- Luxord
A new doorway will have opened up. Go on through to the Addled Impasse and
prepare for a ridiculous boss battle against Saix. This Nobody isn't called
a Berserker for nothing. Defeat him and get a couple of entries.
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 12
The World That Never Was- Saix
Now, go through the northern most doorway to Naught's Approach, where a long
scene plays. Afterwards, possibly the most rewarding thing for us journal
completionists occurs. Riku shows up in his original form, and by doing so,
gives us the final Character Link!!! That's right, every world now has a
completed Character Links section and is now officially complete. Yes! Good
going, Riku! Of course, you get new entries after Riku becomes himself
again.
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 11
The World That Never Was- Riku
Character Links Complete!
Now, keep going through Naught's Approach to Ruin and Creation's Passage. At
some point here, use Riku's Limit. This gives us the final Combo Attack in
the game!
Combo Attacks- Riku/Eternal Session (Complete)
Now, in Ruin and Creation's Passage, collect the final four treasures in the
game. They are a Mythril Stone, an AP Boost, a Mythril Crystal and an
Orichalcum. That's satisfying, isn't it? You now have all the treasures in
The World That Never Was and in the game. For The World That Never Was, you
should have nineteen total.
Now, go to the Altar of Naught. Here, you'll duel Xemnas one on one in a
rather fun but easy battle. After that, you get the last character entry in
The World That Never Was and in the game, as well as the last Ansem Report!
And, because you've done everything to do in The World That Never Was besides
fight the final battle, you complete the story and the album too!
Ansem Reports- Secret Ansem Report 13 (Complete)
The World That Never Was- Xemnas (Complete) (Character Files Complete)

Album- Reunion, What Will Happen? (Complete)
And now, we come to the longest and most exhausting part of the game, filling
out the rest of the journal. With this guide, you'll have finished the
majority of the Journal, but you still have quite a bit more to do. Mainly,
you have an enormous amount of preparation to be able to finish everything.
Let's recap first...

30. Completing Jiminy's Journal
=========================================================================
All right, let's outline what we still have to do. Here's a list by world or
category.

Cerberus Paradox Cup, Titan Paradox Cup, Hades Paradox Cup
Synthesis Notes
Obviously, by far the most work lies in the Coliseum, which will take you a
looong time to complete. I have not completed any of these things myself,
but what I can provide for you right now is a recommended order of completion
on these things.
For the Synthesis Notes, my only recommendation for now is to
run around and collect everything in sight. Again, this is next to
impossible to give strategy for due to the randomness of the process in which
you fill up the Synthesis Notes. Believe me, with the amount of leveling up
you'll have to do, you're bound to finish the Synthesis Notes, or at
least most of them. Anyhow, below is my recommended order of
completion for the remaining Jiminy's Journal entries.
1. Find the Bulky Vendor in worlds such as Port Royal or Agrabah
2. Get to Level 53 and compete in the Goddess of Fate Cup
3. Complete Phil's Training
3. Get to Level 60 and get the Jiminy Objective in the Goddess of Fate Cup
4. Compete in the Paradox Pain and Panic Cup
5. Get to Level 70, get all Forms except Final Form at level 5 and beat the
Jiminy Objective in the Paradox Pain and Panic Cup
6. Compete in the Paradox Cerberus Cup
7. Get to Level 80, get Summons to Level 5, and beat the Jiminy Objective in
the Paradox Cerberus Cup
8. Compete in Titan Paradox Cup
9. Get to Level 99, get max levels in all Forms, get Summons to max level,
and beat the Jiminy Objective on the Titan Paradox Cup
10. Defeat Sephiroth
11. Complete the Hades Paradox Cup, including the Jiminy Objective
12. Complete Junk Sweep
13. Complete Poster Duty
OK, so let's do this. It's going to take a while.
First off, for the Bulky Vendor, my experience is that he'll just show up
randomly, so I won't be able to tell you exactly where or when you'll find him.
I first encountered one in the Land of Dragons, at the Checkpoint. Wherever
you end up encountering the Bulky Vendor, the info bar will show up stating
"There's a rare Heartless!" When the info bar does this, cast magic
immediately to make it appear, and then defeat the Heartless to get it to
show up in the Journal.
If you've been following the recommended levels for each world, you should be
at Level 53 or so, and by dueling Xemnas once, you've unlocked the Goddess of
Fate Cup at the Coliseum, so go ahead and compete in it. You should be able
to beat the Cup, but probably not with the Jiminy Objective. In any event,
once you've beaten the Goddess of Fate Cup, you've beaten the Underdrome
Cups, and have received a crucial item for completing the Synthesis Notes,
the final Orichalcum +. You can now make the Ultima Weapon, which will be
essential to complete some of the missions with.
Now while you're at the Coliseum, head over to Phil's Training. Despite what
other FAQS say, you DON'T need Fenrir to complete the Jiminy Objective.
Just equip a Keyblade like Follow the Wind or Sweet Memories
(I think I beat it with little effort with Sweet Memories), unequip all your
combo abilities except Explosion and Negative Combo, and use common sense
(go after the big ones as soon as they appear}. When I beat Phil's Training,
I didn't think I was going to make it at first, then suddenly my score went
from 200 to 700 after I destroyed a big urn, and I ended up with about 1300!
It might be luck, but it's likely just being aggressive and attacking the big
urns as much as possible.
Now for tedium. It's time to go around level up as much as you possibly can.
Good places to do this include The World That Never Was and my favorite
little trick, the top of Pride Rock in the Pride Land(s).
For the Pride Rock one, unequip every ability that Donald and Simba have (or
any members in your party, really), especially the combos that heal, get Sora
to very little health i.e. the warning siren is blaring, then go up to the
top of Pride Rock, use Magnera, and watch your levels go up like crazy!
You'll also get an obscene amount of Lightning Shards when you do this (I
would guess I've gotten thousands from all the times I've done this, but the
most you can have at any given time is 99), which are great items for
Synthesis.
Speaking of Synthesis, here's a strategy that I'm stealing from the
Brady Games Guide! If you want to make Synthesis collecting much less of
a pain, make sure that Sora, Donald and Goofy all have Lucky Lucky equipped
as an ability (this is why I strongly urged you not to pick the staff in
the beginning; Sora gets Lucky Lucky at Level 99 with the Staff, whereas
he gets it at Level 41 if you choose the Sword!)
So, the strategy from the Brady Games guide. Make sure all the characters
have Lucky Lucky equipped, and equip Sweet Memories on Sora, Meteor Staff on
Donald, Genji Shield on Goofy, and the Lucky Ring on anyone. With all these
items equipped, you'll have seven Lucky Lucky abilities active at once, and
this will cause pretty much every enemy to drop an item. While Synthesis
will still take forever, it won't be nearly as bad as it could be otherwise.
Also, try to create the Ultima Weapon as soon as possible using the Ultima
Recipe as a guide. You likely won't be able to make it anytime soon, but
once you do, it will prove invaluable.
All right, so get to Level 60, and head back to the Coliseum. You should now
be able to get the Jiminy Objective in the Goddess of Fate Cup, so do so.
Oh, and by the way, if you're curious about how to achieve Jiminy Objectives
for the rest of the Coliseum, read the paragraph below.
There are two things to do here. One, use Magnera as much as possible,
especially in the Cerberus Cups. Two, and much more important, abuse Stitch!
Yes, it's boring, yes, it's tedious, but it's the ONLY way to achieve these
scores, especially in the Paradox Cups. Summon Stitch as much as possible
and play that ukulele as much as you can; it'll take forever, but you'll make
it, I promise.
All right, so here's a part people get confused about. Now that you've
beaten all the Underdrome Cups, you need to get to Hades himself, who happens
to be hanging out in his chamber. So get over there and talk to the guy, and
he'll offer you the Pain and Panic Paradox Cup! Compete, hopefully win (you
should be able to, but might not be able to accomplish the Jiminy Objective)
and move on out. There's a lot more to go.
Now here's a crazy one. The way to unlock the next Paradox Cup is to level
up all of your Forms except Final Form to Level 5. Huh. Well, let's do
this.
Hopefully, you've leveled up Valor Form at least two levels just by whacking
stuff around while in it, since Valor Form levels up by Sora hitting
anything. If you had the foresight (or if you read my recommendations after
the prologue), you would have used Valor form mostly on bosses and might have
already gotten it to level 7 by now! If not, fear not. Let's level up
Master Form and Valor Form in the same place. Head on over to the Land of
Dragons, specifically the Throne Room. Head out the big doors, and duel the
Assault Riders. Here's a trick that will make leveling up Drive Forms
incredibly easy. When you finish dueling the Assault Riders, you should
still be in whatever form you chose to use. Run back to the Throne Room Save
Point while still in that Form and go to the World Map. Then come back to
the Throne Room and your Drive Gauge will be full! Woo-hoo! Glitches rock!
So Valor Form levels up by hitting things and Master Form levels up by
collecting Drive Orbs, so the area mentioned above in the Land of Dragons is
ideal for both forms. So get both of them to Level 5, and then head over to
the World That Never Was, specifically the Alley to Between save point. Head
over to Fragment Crossing, switch to Wisdom Form, and take out the
practically infinite number of Heartless with a Save Point right next door!
Because Wisdom Form levels up from the number of Heartless you defeat, this
is the ideal place to level it up.
Get Wisdom Form to Level 5, get Sora to Level 70, and then head on back to
the Coliseum. Go to Hades and get the Jiminy Objective in the Paradox Pain
and Panic Cup if you haven't already. Once that's done, enter the Paradox
Cerberus Cup. Again, you can probably get the Jiminy Objective now, but if
not, no worries. Next, head on out to the big bad universe of Kingdom Hearts
II for yet more leveling.
For the next cup to be unlocked, you need to have your Summon levels at 5.
My strategy for this is rather simple; go somewhere and summon a bunch!
Seriously. The Summon level goes up depending on the Drive Gauge. For
example, if you use a full drive gauge (let's say 6 points) up while using a
summon, the summon level goes up 6 points. Simple and tedious as that. So
summon away until the summons get to Level 5, get Sora to Level 80, and head
back to the Coliseum to compete in the Paradox Titan Cup, as well as get the
Jiminy Objective in the Paradox Cerberus Cup if you haven't done so already
(use Magnera). Now, for the final time, head out to level up. This one's
gonna be a doozy.
In order to unlock the final Cup, you have to max out all your Forms and get
your Summons to Level 7. So go ahead. To max out Final Form, go either to
The World that Never Was, or of all places, the Tower in Twilight Town.
Also, get Sora to Level 99. Have fun!
OK, welcome back. I hope nothing terribly bad happened in the month or so
that all that took you. Just kidding. Anyhow, now you have several options
open to you. Here's the route I took, but it's entirely up to you.
Head on over to Hollow Bastion, and yes, "Meet Sephiroth Again." In other
words, defeat him in a wonderful, crazy, absurd one-on-one battle! Could
you have defeated him earlier than this? Yes. Would it have been
aggravating and much harder than it needed to be? Most definitely. Now at
Level 99, take Sephiroth down! He's also quite nice practice for the final
Coliseum Cup. Defeat him, watch the Showdown of Fate, and receive both a new
point added to your Drive Gauge and Fenrir, the strongest Keyblade in the
game and possessor of the coveted Negative Combo ability!
With your victory over Sephiroth still fresh, head on over to the Coliseum.
It's time to finish this. Get to Hades, beat the Titan Cup Jiminy Objective
if you haven't already, and enter the Paradox Hades Cup. There is a stunning
FAQ up on GameFAQs by Pavlov_Tiger about this cup, and thus anything I would
say here in terms of strategy would be redundant. Two things to note though.
One, STITCH! You'll easily be able to accomplish the Jiminy Objective,
despite what it may seem. Two, in order to actually get the Jiminy Objective
recorded, you have to go through all 50 rounds CONSECUTIVELY. That's right,
no stopping every ten rounds like you thought you could. Practice, practice,
practice. This will take a very long time, but the sense of accomplishment
when you beat it is quite something!
And now, at long last, head over to Twilight Town. You've got two games to
complete. First, Junk Sweep. Get rid of all of your combo abilities, and
equip Fenrir and Negative Combo. Now, every "combo" will be one hit, so by
lining the scrap heaps up properly, you should easily be able to beat this.
Next and last, the dreaded Poster Duty. This is actually quite tough to beat
even with all of your newfound abilities, but with practice, it'll become
quite doable.
And you're done!!! Congratulations! What a ride, huh? Bet you forgot all
about the story. Anyhow, you know what to do now. Go into Kingdom Hearts,
defeat Xemnas, and see the secret ending!

31. Complete Collection List
=======================================================================
All right, due to reader request and just general common sense, I've created
this comprehensive list of the locations of everything in the Collection
section of the Journal. Wondering exactly where a Combo Attack is and don't
want to wade through the guide? Just come here and find it quickly! All
locations are the first place you can find each entry. In the interest of not
spending an absurd amount of time on this, I'm not going to be displaying
entries for the following sections due to them being listed by world in the
Journal, and thus covered extensively in their corresponding sections in the
guide:
Character Files (except for one special character I haven't covered in the
guide)
Treasures
Maps
Missions
Minigames
Character Links
Also, Synthesis Notes will be extensively covered in a guide my girlfriend is
writing, which is to be included in the next update! For now, though, I
won't be covering it.
Enjoy!

Thanks everyone for reading this. This is my first FAQ, so any criticism or

Also, I'm a voiceover artist, as in I do commercials for radio and
television. If you happen to know anyone or are someone that needs a
voiceover talent, please e-mail me and I'll send you an mp3 of my demo tape.
Only serious inquiries, please.
Thanks to:
Square-Enix and especially Disney for having the guts to make these games.
They're fantastic, guys.
CJayC not only for hosting an unbelievable website, but for providing me with
the template below for copyright information. Thanks much.
The Brady Games Limited Edition Strategy Guide's pull-out Jiminy Journal. An
invaluable way to check that I'm actually getting everything 100%, and very
well-organized. While I don't have time to get into how much I dislike the
actual strategy guide (it lies, I tell you), the Jiminy Journal is really
helpful. Nice work on the Journal, guys.
ElectroSpecter for writing one of the hands-down best guides I've ever read,
official or not. His Kingdom Hearts I strategy guide is to me the pinnacle
of walkthroughs on this site: well-written, straightforward, filled with
information, and almost most important, completely accurate. Thanks for
inspiring me to do this guide.
Falcon for the tip about not having to the Atlantica missions again all the
way through. I wish I'd thought of that! :)
AuroraSzalinski for her excellent Jiminy's Journal Transcript FAQ. It saved
me a lot of trouble and is quite well done.
Sweet_peach for her outstanding Quest Guide. This helped me figure out the
exact abilities to beat the Twilight Town mini-games, and most importantly,
the requirements for the Paradox Cups.
Everyone who sent me e-mails regarding Phil's Training. I apologize
for not being able to acknowledge you by name, but know that I'm deeply
grateful.
And last but not least, my wonderful girlfriend Jeni for not only being the
coolest person ever, but also for beating the game 100% before me and thus
helping me out with certain areas. You rock, hon!
