This FAQ can be use with normal Rugal as well. Their strategies and stances
are really the same. Except for Normal Rugal is slower but has more stamina.
The rule changed from A big gunner to be a "stealth gunner" -- A warping
demon. Confusing everyone you know with his Asura Zenkuu!!

>>Who is God Rugal?<<
---------------------------------------

Rugal Bernstein, Is the man who host the Kof '94 tournament. He is the
master of all arts (Good, He practice himself, Not bloodline's power or
anything) And he's a stylish. He loves  women, wine, and his pet is  a black
panther (Where is Mr. Washinton?) In fact he's a mixed type of all SNK old
time bosses, Has Reppuken and Kaiser wave.) He's KOF '94 sponsor by sending
his mail to the chosen fighters. In fact his goal is to "collect" their body
-- By defeat them and fusing them to his "statue" ( Like Rugal vs. Guile)
But then he lose to "Kyo Kusanagi" and disappear with his ship... (He blew
it)
1 yrs. later Rugal come back again. This time he's fusing Orochi's power to
himself. And he has "Saisyu Kusanagi" as his cyborg guardian. (Note : Saisyu
Kusanagi is once dead by Rugal, Rugal brought Saisyu back to life by his
"cyborg" technology ) -- Kyo defeat Saisyu and fight Rugal. Rugal use
Orochi's power and fight agaist Kyo and nearly defeat him. But then Orochi's
power explode and Rugal's body explode too...

But since Rugal is one of the most famous KOF bosses and SNK characters.
Capcom decided to brought him back to life. First at Capcom vs. SNK. His
roll is to fight against Sagat. In Capcom vs. SNK 2. His roll is to fight
against Gouki!!

At last stage he WIN !! And fusing Gouki's Dark Hadou power to himself + Use
his Orochi's power which given to him. Now he's your last opponent at CVS2!

(Note : For S.Gouki's detail, read "S.Akuma" FAQ -- By ME"

In US. Ver. his name had changed to be "Ultimate Rugal" -- I think it's
because some kind of "religion" there... But that's not the problem at
all... I think.







TO UNLOCK : You must meet this condition.

Play "Arcade Mode"
Use any groove as you want. (But I prefer SNK grooves)

1. Using "Finest KO."
-Get more than 800 GPts.
-Get "Super Moves Finish" -- At least 3 times.
-Get "Finest KO." -- At lest ONCE
-Beat Game's Mini-BOSS (Vega and Geese)

2. Get more than 1500 Pts.
-Beat "Mini-BOSS"
-Get more than 1500 GPts.

At the final stage. You'll see Rugal and Gouki facing against each other. If
the guy who's talking is Rugal... Take a deep breath... His @$$ is yours
now!!

Now fight and beat CPU. God Rugal!! Lest's get it on!




Note : You can use THESE technics in my FAQ, In order to use normal Rugal.
(For anyone who notice that Akuma would win, too. See my S.Akuma FAQS for
it.

Stand:

G.Rugal's best formation.

-LP : Low jab.
Simple Jab : G.Rugal will "Jab" by his right hand. Only use it for "Annoy"
your opponent.


-MP : Medium Punch
Quiet useless. G.Rugal will swing his hand at "upper" direction. Deal
pathetic damage and has pitiful range. But it's good point is to "Anti-Air"
some moves...


*-HP : High Punch
Has 2 ranges

(Close)
I will smack your face off" -- G.Rugal will smack his fist to opponent's
face. Come out really fast and can link to any moves. But it has very short
range.
(Far)
G.Rugal will punch forward. It has charging motion (He'll lean back for a
moment) But it will "toss" your opponent away.

-LK : Low Kick
Has 2 ranges
(Close)
"knee attack" -- Like MK.
(Far)
G.Rugal will do "anti-slipper" kick. Can link to any moves.


*-MK : Medium kick.

Has 2 ranges

(Close)
G.Rugal will use his "knee attack" ... This one is good. Because you can
cancel to "Genocide cutter" moves to this point.
(Far)
G.Rugal will kick toward to enemy's lower part. But it's "Middle" part
attack , Unlike Kof '98 ver. This one is good and you can use it to "annoy"
your opponent as well as using it and follow it with "Reppuken" or
"Genocide" Cutter.


*-HK : High Kick
My favourite. Is has 2 ranges

*(Close)
Rugal will use his weird-style kick. It has pity range BUT you can link any
moves from it. Come out really fast and dangerous.
*(Far)
Rugal will kick at semi-circle formation. It's one of the best Anti-Air kick
in the game. You can use it at any time, It's better if you're not sure
about his "Genocide cutter" moves. BUT it has charging motion. And it's not
that good if your opponent is stand too close to you or they're chouching
against you. It'll miss by some wild reason.



Chrouching :

It's not that good if Rugal do "Chrouching" motion -- First, He has huge
frame. So it's easy to hit. Second, His attack from this motion is quiet
useless. Except for MP or MK. Attack enemy's lower part.

-LP : Low punch
To Annoy...

*-MP : Medium punch
Like stand close HP. He'll swing his fist. This time you can link it to his
"God press" moves. This one is a good choice for you!

-HP : High Punch
How do i call this thing? It looks like Orochi's Chr+C a lot. The good
thing... It deals 2 Hits and can use as an Anti-Air as well. But it has
terribly recover point. So NOT TO USE IT if you're not sure what the
situation is...

-LK : Low kick
To annoy... but you can link it to "Genocide cutter" or "Genocide heaven".
Come out really fast.

-*MK : Medium Kick
This one has charging motion again. But it's element is same as Chr+LK ...
And it can knock opponent longer. Can link to Dp+K or Qcf x 2 + K, a
very-dangerous button.

-HK : High Kick
Knock your opponent to the groung : AKA "Sweep kick" , but has very short
range.



Jump :

There's not many different things here. Only few buttons are recommended.
Attack enemy's upper part, Unguardable if Chrouching.

-LP : Low Jab
Same

-MP : Medieum punch
Don't bother use it.

-*HP : High punch
Attack enemy's upper part. He's UNHARM at all if your opponent are in the
air too. Come out really fast but it has recovery point. Knock opponent away
and can link to another Supers or combo.

-LK : low kick
Same

*-MK : Medium kick
Kick toward. Point to lower direction. No charging motion or recovery point.

*-HK : High kick
"Stong manner kick" -- Has charging motion but it's one of Rugal's most
dangerous moves. Has very long range and deal good amount of damage.

:Head stomp

Close Fw or Bw + HP

Close Fw or Bw + HK

Has recover motion if it's miss. It seems TOSS deal more damage than STOMP.

Note : All of G.Rugal moves are upgraded version of old Rugal moves, Faster
and deal more damage.

>Reppu-Ken
Qcf + P                 (Change button = How fast?)

G.Rugal will Swing his arms and there's a wind-wave appear from his arm. It
comes toward all screen. Change P button means "How fast it is?" The good
point of this moves is much like Geese and Rock's repppuken : To annoy them.
BUT you can link it to "God Press" moves -- If they're fool enough. Or use
it to anti enemy's fireball and follow it with "God press" moves. Rugal's
very simple moves.


>Kaiser wave
Fw, Hcf + P (Charging)  (Change button = How fast?)

A projectile which travel from angle to angle. Can charge for more hits.
This one is good to "annoy"  your opponent or use it as Anti-Air moves. Come
out and charge faster than old Rugal. This moves work best in "pressure"
game. Cuz it has Full-screen range and can BREAK through anyone's guard very
easily (It's easier to use KW after you just poke anyone with his HP button
and cancel it with GW. It's very sure that enemy's guard would be broke
before they realized what's going on!


>Genocide Cutter
Dp + K                  (Change button = How high?)

G.Rugal's main moves. (And every Rugal, too!) This one is an Anti-Air moves.
It has periorty over everyting at close range (Except for Dragon-punch) It
deal 3 hits. Can be linked from any buttons (chr + LK , MK anything)

BUT!!!!
This moves deal 3 hits, right?
So ONLY THE 1st HIT DEAL TONS OF DAMAGE! It means Rugal's GC 2nd or 3rd hit
deals very low damage unlike 1st hit. If you use it as an Anti-Air... It's
not as effective as Dragon Punch. Only combo it from BUTTONS. If you want to
use this as an Anti-Air. Try Dp + HK.

Special - "Dark Genocide Cuttter" look-a-like (Dp + HK)
If you change it to HK, The motion will change to Double-Genocide cutter
moves. It's good but it has a big recovery point. Use it to follow your
combo ONLY, Or your opponent are using any grooves except for P,K grooves.
(Note : No invincible point like "Dragon punch" moves)


>God Press
Hcb + P                 (Change button = How far?)

G.Rugal will lean back a moment and run to grab you opponent. If it's
connect he'll grab an ememy then smash them to the wall and then explode.
Deal a BIG damage but hard to connect. You need to connect it from Chr+MP or
Stand close HP ONLY!! , Or you must practice it like a mad. Leave opponent
"juggle" so you might follow it with "Genocide Heaven". Work best with A
groove. Remember you MUST connect it from his stand close HP or Chr + MP
only!


>?????
Hcb + K                 (Change button = How far? / Fast?)

G.Rugal's only moves. Look much like EX Rugal's moves from CVS. But beware!!
It deals HUGE damage like "God Press" and UNGUARDABLE , But it has a big
charging motion, big recovery point and hard to connect. This moves has
range and priorty differrences are depend on the "buttons" you just push it
to execute.
LK = Very short range (about 1/4) Short charging time.
MK = Fair range ( about 1/2) Normal charging time.
HK = Very good range (all sceen) Long charging range (about 2 seconds)
To proof that they'll hit by this moves is to use it at their recovery point
only. Or else, you just feed yourself into the jaws of scrubs...



>Dark Smash             (Change button = How long to charge?)
(Air) Qcf + P

. I didn't use this moves that much. But to use it... You must jump back
and charge it. If the position is right it'll cancel enemy's moves. Or use
it to expand your jump-timer (You'll charge ther for 1-3 secons), Like VS.
Geese. You jump forward and geese try to use Raging strom. Use this moves to
expand more time. If you're hit. It'll reduce a damage. But the worse thing
of this moves is... unlike O.Rugal's '98 jump Qcf+P... He can be kick out of
this motion! (When Rugal's body goes flashy, all enemy can KICK him and
cancel this motion!)
Anyway, Don't bother use it.



>Asura Senkuu
(Far-Forward)        Dp + PP
(Short-Forward)     Dp + KK
(Far-Backward)     B.Dp + PP
(Short-Forward)     B.Dp + KK

A teleport moves. Use it only to teleport / Escape. Has "Invincible" points
for a moment. (2 seconds) You may teleport like an idiot. But is that
proud??
VS. Ryu. -- Ryu use Hadouken -- Teleport to his back and Throw. Or use
Genocide cutter, Anything.

(Note : If an opponent are standing at the corner, PP Asura Zenkuu always
teleport you to their back)




---SUPER MOVES---

Needed Super power meters.

Condition on button :

L  - 1 gauge
M - 2 gauge (Only available in C Grooves)
H  - 3 gauge (Available in any grooves, K charged, S charged and flashy HP,
N power up and 1 gauge stocked, P charged)



>Genocide Heaven
Qcf x 2 + K             (Change Lv. = More hits)

An upgraded version of Genocide cutter. Able to cancel from any points like
MK or HP . The amount of hit and damage based on "Power Level"

C-Groove

1. 3 Hits
2. 6 Hits
3. 7 Hits

Can be use as a follower of all buttons, plus you can use it alone to "rip"
anyone whom stand against you in very close range.

Note : Remember if it does hit but too shallow. The enemy will Freeze for a
moment, but just a second. This will allow them to attack you while you
still performing GH. Remember to hit your enemy FULLY. If you want to use it
alone =  Use it at LV.3 supers. To follow, use Lv. 1 or 2. Can be link from
Chr + MK or stand Close HP.

Bug? : If you use GH Lv.1 and your enemy punch you or something to knock you
out of GH motion. But if it does hit. They should FREEZE for 2 seconds.
Confuse? You're knocked out of GH motion but your enemy does hit by GH's 1st
hit. This moves 1st hit has ability to FREEZING anyone whom hit. So you can
use this against any poker you know. After they're freezing > Follow it with
anything you want.



>Gigantic Pressure
Qcf, Hcb + P            (Change button = How strong?)

Much like "God press" moves. But at the stomp motion, It replace with the
exploding of Orochi's power (Mr. Skull) Deal A LOT of damage, can cancel
from Chr+MP or Stand Close HP only.
Use 2+ gauge, It'll up to 2 god press motion at the same time. Leave
opponent "juggle" ... Can follow it with GH



>Shun-Goukuu-Satsuu (Raging demon) needed 3 level or MAX power.
LP > LP + Fw > LK > HP

The moves which copy from Gouki. Is what make Gouki's famous. This time
G.Rugal has it, too. He'll teleport slowly to enemy. If it connect. The
screen will blank and there's a flashy screen. If they die. The screen will
show the Kanji label " Ten -- Over the human, Heaven" Symbol on RED color.
This one is an unguardable and very powerful. Somehow i think G.Rugal will
grap opponent faster than Gouki or S.Gouki because he has larger frame.
(Note : To proof it'll be. See S.Akuma FAQ -- By me)



>G. END  (Needed 3 levels or MAX power)
Hcb x 2 + P

This is what make G.Rugal famous. G. Rugal will stab his Right hand into
enemy's body. Has short range and blockable (It's not a Grab). But it has
long invincibility points and no recovery. If it does connected. He will
raise enemy's body and say "This will be your dying place!!" . And then the
Orochi's power will explode and fusing to enemy's body. Much like water and
balloon. Finally the balloon will explode (Or burst). This is what Rugal use
to beat Akuma. Easy to use, Able to connect and deal good amount of damage
but has pathetic range. Works perfectly against poker by Parry / J.Defense /
Roll and then use it. Use as a COUNTER moves only.





So this is G.Rugal. Maybe he's too complicated and harder to use than
S.Gouki. But he has good stamina and has incredibly good Anti-Air and defend
moves. Practice it and you'll be A GOD!!

GOLDEN RULES : MUST READ!!

--THIS IS NOT KOF!!!--

1. Although G.Rugal has very good projectile moves. (Reppuken , Kaiser wave)
But to use it is to OPEN yourself. Do not use it if it doesn't mean to
"annoy" , counter or to "erase" enemy's fireball.

2. G.Rugal Pros. is "Huge body" . Even he has long legs and arms. But this
doesn't mean you can play him as cheesy as Sagat. G.Rugal best point is to
"Confront" your enemy at close range. He deals more damage. He has more
stamina. All of his normal buttons are as good as Vega's has. (LK, MK)

3. Larger frame. Easy to hit. Remember ALL of your moves will leave you
open. So i recommend to use "normal" buttons than a moves. Like his HK. It
has priorty about 1 /3 of the screen and cover Anti-Air point. Use it
instead of "Genocide cutter". Except for "combo" points.

4. To use "God press" effective. Follow it from Chr+MP or Stand Close HP
ONLY. This moves deal very good damage and leave opponent juggle. But it has
long-time charging motion and recovery point. Or you may use Low "Reppuken"
and  follow it with "God Press"...

5. DO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT HARMFUL TO YOU. Like try to play offense. By Jump
HK and stand HP, follow with Genocide cutter. If it miss, it'll you in a big
open space. So Only CAMP there and waiting for them. OK?

6. To use "Asura Zenkuu" effective. Is use it to "evade" , "escape" and
"lure" G.Rugal Asura Zenkuu has more invincibility point than S.Gouki has.
So you can use it like a mad to annoy your opponent. Wait for their recovery
point and go!

7. To combo is to "Genocide"... Just follow any attack with "Genocide
cutter"...

8. Throw, throw and throw. Since Rugal can do a lot of damage if he throw.
Throw as much as you can. Remember if you throwing enemy at their attack
point. It can't be cancel (Ryu Hadouken > You throw = 100% proove!)

9. Use G.END to "counter" , Not to "combo"  Or use it while you recover from
"down" image. If your opponent is stipid enough, they'll try to follow /
poke you... so just use it. 100% counter!

10. **********MUST READ**********
<Jump skill>

>Jump : Press UP = Normal jump. Similary to any fighting games. It's angle
>is 1/2 or 1/3  of the screen.

>High-Jump

Tap Chr and press UP immediately. Can jump to any direction (By change the
position button)

Then Immediately press HK or HP (After Tap UP)
It got some elements in it, please read.

- Push HP immediately after press UP = You'll punch earlier before jump. Use
this while they're jumping ( This technics is similary to CPU M.Bison's
tactic) But beware! If it's miss. You're now in "recovery point" !

- Push HP while in the air = Normal "Air" punch. Use this against enemy who
"JUMP" in.

- Push HP while closing to an enemy (This was called "Jump-in-deep) = To
combo. But it's kind of dangerous and predictable. Since it's require to
jump-in very deep to combo. Not that good against "Pro" player.

>Small Jump (K Groove only) - Press UP slowly = For easy combo,
>Anti-Jump-in-deep characters. This one is useful to "scrubs" who loves to
>sit and guard. In fact this one is an Anti "Sit" characters . Since Air
>moves can't be guard while "sitting"

THIS IS MUST KNOW!!, To open an air game!!!




---Must Know Combo!---
For every grooves

1. Stand close HP > God Press (Gigantic pressure)

2. Jump-in deep MK > Chr + MP > God Press (Gigantic Pressure)

3. Jump-in deep MK > Chr + LK (MK) > Genocide cutter

4. Low Reppuken (Far) > God Press (Gigantic pressure)

5. Stand Close MK (HK) > Genocide cutter (Genocide heaven)

6. Jump MK > Stand close HP > Genocide Heaven

7. Stand close HP > G.END

-------------------------------------

-Class : For average user, Easy to pick up but needed a lot of practice.
-He's SNK true big daddy. That's all.

In fact he's a powerup version of old Rugal (US name- Ultimate Rugal) ,
faster, fiercer , more mobility and deal more damage. This one has good
stamina (unlike S.Gouki). His strats is much like "tank" or "big gun" -- To
annoy them and risking yourself at very close range. Quite challenge! He
deal a lot of damage if you're at R.4 (Did anyone use him at R.2 or 3 ?)
Mastered his moves and strats. Than see what'll going on.

Camp as much as you can... And you're an unbeatable!



MUST READ.

G.Rugal can use all grooves in this game. Because his strongest point is his
normal moves. His strats is much like Vega + Ryu. So he can use any grooves
as you want. No groove recommend but...


A - An ultimate combo
G.Rugal fits this one perfectly since his normal moves can "juggle" your
oponent and deal good damage. Try it!

N - Like most of SNK grooves. This one is direct from KOF series. His old
school groove. Has "Power up" motion (HP + HK)... Anything else?

S - If you try to be a "Super" freak... This is it. After you lose 80% of
your life you'll be able to use Lv.1 supers for free. With "Full" charge
make you use Lv.3 every time you charged it. Very deadly groove.

K - Does this "K" mean "dirty" in Japanese?  After poked by your enemy.
You're raging! This will "upper" your attack power but lower "Defense" --
Now your meter is charged. Ready for Lv.3 super. For G.Rugal, I recommend
"Gigantic Pressure" and "G.END" to you. They DEAL a lot of damage.

C - too plain and predictable but effective. Since "Air guard' is a popular
feature and you can cancel yor Lv.2 super into Lv.1 supers. His moves can
juggle your opponent.... Not bad for G.Rugal!!!

P - Not that good but still one of my best (Don't know about the others) The
only advantages that I love most is Parry > M.Genocide cutter. Parry > Lv.3
GH. Parry > G.END.... Very hard to use but very effective too. Anyway if
you're newbie... stay away from this Groove.



G.Rugal

From 10
Ratio 4 - Stamina = 7       (Recommended)
Ratio 3 - Stamina = 5
Ratio 2 - Stamina = 4
Ratio 1 - Stamina = 3.5


His stamina is good enough to risk himself at close range. But now you can
use Hcb+K or Asura Zenkuu. So it's not important that much. Just relax.




Tactics :

1. Use "Genocide cutter" if they didn't use P or K groove. It's easy to
parry or Just Defense. If they use. Try to throw them or waiting for better
chance.

2. Anti-Air HK tactic. Don't bother use "Genocide cutter" if it means to
risking and open yourself. Just HK, Hk and Hk if your enemy does jump-in!
This one has good range and can kick S.Gouki even he's in Fireball motion!

3. "Trap game"  By use "Low Reppuken" and follow it with "Kaiser wave" ,
They must jump / Roll or do something. If
-Jump = Use  HK or Medium "Genocide Cutter"
-High-Jump = High "Genocide cutter"
-Roll = Throw, God press

4. "Trick game" -- For anyone who don't have any moves like " Raging storm"
or "Anti-close range" moves.

Low Reppuken > PP Asura-Zenkuu. or KK Asura Zenkuu

If it connect they must use projectile / Jump / Run / Roll

1. Throw them
2. Use MK > Genocide cutter
3. Use "Raging demon"
(Note : To use "Raging demon" effective -- See "Shin Gouki FAQ by ME)

** Shun-Goukuu-Satsuu (Raging demon) tactics.
This moves is much harder to perform since STZ3. You must input them in 1.5
sec.
Can't go throught any fireball anymore but still have "Invinciblity" motion.
Deal 15 hits.
Use it wisely or it's a waste of dust.
This moves has "condition" on it. Please read:

- If they were hit by your LP or LK, They will stun away and have 1.5 second
to
escape.  That's enough to counter you by Super moves or something. DO NOT
EXECUTE IT LIKE YOU PLAY AGAINST CPU. THIS IS A HUMAN!!!

-Anti-Air Demon. Hard to use. If you really want to do it. Stand there and
you must know how to execute it in crisis situation. Wait until enemy jump
in and use P or K button. Execute it! The invincibility timer will let you
pass through their P or K they just executed...

- You can perform it after Asura Zenkuu. There's no chance to escape if you
done
it from this situation. But use it only at enemy's recovery point. Remember
PP version of Asura Zenkuu always teleport you to enemy's back if they does
sit / stand at the corner. Feel free to use it cuz you made to do it.
After you press Dp + AA. Remember which is the direction you move Fw / Bw
to. Then EXECUTE the command at THAT motion. You'll end your Asura trip with
"Raging demon"

- You can use it after "ROLL" motion ( C, N groove) It's 100% effective
against rage user.* But still, only effective against Fireball user / newbie
or stupid people.

- Use it when enemy is stun. (Sure...)

- If you are the master. You can perform it at "Close" range. I mean use it
at enemy attack point. He will go straight everything and grab your enemy.
I mean you just use his "Invincible" timer to pass through enemy's attack.
Like MVC2. Some of Super moves can be use to trap yor enemy. (That was
called CHEESE) and you can use this advantages in CVS2,too. Since most of
Lv.3 moves has invincible timer. So just EXECUTE it before your enemy's
face. I bet they'll try to knock you down by something but you can travel
through it (Only 1 second.)

-This moves can perform after you're lie on the ground. If they come and try

-These technics are HARD. But VERY EFFECTIVE.
1. P-Groove = Parry > Raging Demon. By Tap Fw, Fw to Parry anything in
range. After a few frame goes. Tap LP,LP, LK, HP like a mad. The game  will
allow you to use it if its quick enough. The hardest to use but the most
effective!!!
2. K-Groove = J.defend > Raging demon. By JUST BLOCK IT. IF the timer is
right a "Just defend" element will show. This makes your enemy stun (In fact
it was a Guard cancel). And your enemy is still in the recovery point from
their latest action (It's only for 2 second). So... Finish them.

* Need A LOT of practice.


4. Use G.END
Work best while you're down, Or use it to "counter" their moves. Work best
against Gouki / Terry ?Iori or anyone who have to run at you. But you need
to practice to execute "command"

Work best If :

1. Parry > G.END ( Very hard to perform. It takes 6 months and 3 days for me
to do it properly)
2. J.Defend > G.END (Easier to perform. Since you've more timer to execute
it. Recommended for average user)
3. Asura Zenkuu > G.END (Recommended to every Groove user especially for N
groove because It's much easier to perform!!!)
4. Anti-Air  G.END (Blockable but still effective. Work best If enemy using
J.KK, HP or anything else. Note that this trick ay not work on C Groove
user.)
5. Roll G.END (The only way to use it. You must sure your enemy DOES Attack
you while you're rolling-in and charge this moves through them while they
try to recover from their moves... Work best on Fireball user)

Somebody should say... "This conky trick doesn't work on me" ... Are you
sure? Have you ever fought against Rugal expert? Think again.

Or If they jump-in -- Use PP Asura Zenkuu or KK Asura Zenkuu to teleport
back and...

1. HK , HP
2. Genocide cutter
3. God press
4. G.END
5. Anything that's quick enough

Not much tactics like S.Gouki, but it does work agaist human!

1. Stand close HP > God Press (Gigantic pressure)

2. Jump-in deep MK > Chr + MP > God Press (Gigantic Pressure)

3. Jump-in deep MK > Chr + LK (MK) > Genocide cutter

4. Low Reppuken (Far) > God Press (Gigantic pressure)

5. Stand Close MK (HK) > Genocide cutter (Genocide heaven)

6. Jump MK > Stand close HP > Genocide Heaven

7. Stand close HP > G.END

8. Stand close HP > God Press > (While juggle) Genocide Heaven.




>>EX GROOVE COMBOS<<

Beat Normal Gouki or Normal Rugal to unlock "Groove Edit mode" This mode
will let you edit your own groove. But do not think you can put some crap
into it.  It's limit in 4000 pts.
If you need to build your own crap groove you must beat "All Survival" mode.

G.Rugal is much better in EX groove, like he was in A groove. Except for you
can use Lv.3 super instead of Lv.1 supers.

(Need "Super moves cancel" and "Cancel any moves)


Anti-Fireball combo

1. (Far) Low Reppuken > Run!! and press Chr + MK > HK Genocide cutter.

2. (Far) Low Reppuken > Run-Jump-in-deep MK > Stand MK > Genocide cutter.

3. Kaiser Wave (charge) > Quickly cancel to "Gigantic pressure"

4. (Far) Low Reppuken > Run and Chr + MK > G.END


Jump-in deep combo

1. Jump HP > Stand close HP (Chr + HP)  > God press (Gigantic pressure)

2. Jump MK (Deep) Stand close HP > Genocide cutter (Genocide Heaven)

3. Jump HP > Chr + MK > Genocide cutter > Quickly cancel to "Genocide
heaven"


70-90% combo ( Ratio-1 or 2 , You use Ratio 4)
Use C gauge or S gauge. -- MAX power

(Low Reppuken) High-Jump MK > (While Reppuken hit) > Stand Close HP >
Gigantic pressure (2 Lv - C) After juggle > Genocide Heaven (1 Lv.)


A-Groove combo  (After bursting)
I don't use this groove very much but this is what i usually do...

>Jump-in MK > Stand HP > Low Genocide cutter x 2 > God Press  x ....
>(Gigantic pressure)

>Stand LP > LK > LK > LK > Genocide Heaven.

>Stand LP > HP > God press (As much as you can)




Not very much combo, eh?  But every combos above eat 40-50% of life bar...
Even you're at Ratio 4!!

Train, Train and train, This one is much harder to use than S.Gouki. Train,
Train and Train !!

After you've fulfilled the condition.  Now you must beat this guy to release
him at any mode. Someone said he's easier and someone said he's a lot harder
(Than S,Gouki)

This guy is... Actually a SCRUB / CAMPER

All of his pattern are..
1. Jump HK or Jump HP , Only happen when you try to jump-in and kick him.
2. Genocide cutter (Almost are HK) , Happen when you stand against him, Jump
in or try to do stupid thing against him.
3. Throw, Very often. Walk toward / Roll and then throw you. If you're scrub
or fool enough to walk toward and try to kick him.
4. Genocide Heaven (Lv. 3) - If you come to close / counter your moves.
5. "Raging Demon"  --- Close range and has HP less than 50% only. Beware!
6. And the worse thing. G.END!  , Only happen when you come REALLY CLOSE /
Use while standing up. VERY EFFECTIVE / No recovery point. But has very
short range. Be careful!!  Almost drain ALL of your life bar!
If you're trap... Prepare to continue.

An easy way to beat him is to use anyone who can deal good damage or have
any moves which "Launch" toward to him or very good at combo.  Like most of
SNK bosses, to beat them is to use combo. THIS ONE TOO!  He deals very big
damage but suck at ability to combo. So try your best to mame... Fight him!

After you beat him. It looks like this is a remake version of Kof'95 ending.
He can't control Dark hadou 's power.

"This body and this mind are weak... It's not enough to handle me (Power)"

Then Dark Hadou + Orochi power's explode. In the middle of flame. G.Rugal
turns to Gouki and disappear...
