1.Introduction

Hello! The name is ChickyHearn and this is my first FAQ! Well
any who I always been a fan of SNK. And power houses are not exactly my best
fighters for me. I like the speedy little guys. (ex.
Choi,Fei-Long,Chun-Li,etc) But when I saw Chang I just thought what the hell
I'll try him. Was I surprised! Chang was not like the other power houses.
(ex. Zangief) Chang was a fighter that had range, moves that did not always
call for 360 movements, and was just alot more likeable. He was my new
favorite power house. But along with Chang their always came Choi. Choi is
the little guy, the little teen slaser wanabe. Choi is also one of my
favorites, so when CvS2 came out with Chang and Choi as one fighter I was so
extreamly happy. I mean Chang and Choi are like Shaq and Kobe,Kenen and
Kel,Jorden and Pippen, or Goku and Krillin, they just go together.

History of Chang and Choi ( Info taken from Big Russian but re-worded)

At one point in time Choi owned a little butcher shop in a
small Korean town. He was happily married and was fairly sucessful. But he
felt that he was missing the excitment the world could offer. One night while
he was out side his butcher shop a large man came running around the corner.
Not seeing Choi he slamed right in to him. When they got up Choi remembered
who the man was. He was Chang Koehan the famous criminal on the run. Chang
explained what he was doing and how exciting it was to always be on the run.
Choi of course thought that this would be the perfect oppertunity to get some
excitment into his life. Thus he joined Chang on his criminal spree. Later on
though they tried to rob a women but were foiled as Kim Kaphwan saved her and
defeated both Chang and Choi. Kim thought if he taught them Taekwondo they
would shape up. With no choice they had to go along with him. Later on Jhun
(Kim's training partner) came along and decided to train just Choi, while
Chang stayed with Kim. All four  entered the KoF 99' tournment and that is
where their history has ended so far,
I think...

4.Strategy

4a.With special moves

In this section I will go more in depth in Chang and Choi's
moves. Such as when to use them and my own opinions on them.

Spinning Iron Ball
This is like Zangief's Spinning Lariat except it doesn't go though
projectiles. To be honest I don't even use Chang's moves that much. But this
is good for when you got your opponent in a corner. The stronger the punch
the longer he spins his iron ball. Each hit is fairly powerful.

Breaking Iron Ball
This move I hardly ever use. It has a extreamly long start up
delay and just doesn't do enough damage to make it useful. What he does is
just charges at the opponent with his iron ball in front of him. This move
does about the same damage as a HK and a LP or two.

Big Destroyer Toss
Of all of Chang's moves I use this one the most. This move does
near the damage of a SPD. What I like to do is open up with Choi's Flying
Slice Dash and while the opponent is stuned I jump in and use the Big
Destroyer Toss.

Hurricane Cutter
I personally use Choi's moves more. Just because I open up with
them and then with the opponent stuned I get in to use Chang's power moves.
This move though I don't use as much as say the Flying Slice Dash. This move
is good when your opponent is fairly close to you. Open up with this move and
when the opponent falls to the ground be quick to use the Big Destroyer Toss.

Flying Slice Dash
This is the best move I think overall in both Chang and Choi's
move list. It's fast does fairly good damage. Open up all of Chang's power
moves with this one. When it hit the opponent it sends them flying which will
leave you enough time to get close to you opponent.

Hisho Kuretso Zan
Fire ballers beware if you keep throwing those damn cheap moves
you will lose. What happens is that Choi flys off screen towards the
opponent. Choi will fly over any hadoken or whatever. The great thing about
this is that after Choi flys off screen you gain control of Chang which means
you can easily jump over or block a fireball. Great attack.

Super Special Move Strategy

Wild Ball Attack
This is their best super. Does great damage and easy to do
unlike that stupid Tornado Ripper. Use after you knock your opponent down
with one of Choi's moves or whenever you see an opening.

Tornado Ripper
This is a good super but it's extreamly hard to do on a d-pad.
When you want to use this switch to the analog stick.

4b.In battle

This isn't too much to say here. If you are far away from your
opponent use one of Choi's moves to open up for Chang. Chang plays both
defensive and offensive. I recommend using K-Groove for him. S-Groove also
does nicely though of course. You should pair up Chang and Choi with a speedy
fighter who has a fireball (ex.Joe,Ryo,etc)

5.Combos

To be honest Chang and Choi do not combo well. But with Chang's
power moves you won't even need them. Basic LP mixed with LK and a HP,HK or a
special move to end is about all I know. If you know of any good combo please
e-mail me and I will add them to the FAQ and give you credit.
