KUROI KENSHIN'S MISSION PATH FAQ Ver.2.1

The credit for this FAQ goes mostly to Angelo Pineda ([email protected]).
I've used his FAQ to make this one, this is a very stripped down version
of just the mission list and paths for people who just want to get
through a path with minimal jumping back and forth in his FAQ.

I had to correct or fill in a few things from Angelo's FAQ, and despite
having his FAQ to go on it was a lot of work matching costs to missions
and sorting it all out.

This is primarily to help importers who can't read kanji.

*NOTE: These paths all work, I've tested them all.  Make sure you fight and
destroy ACs if you need to in order to get certain paths.
