Go look at the fridge (magnifying glass) twice. You will get a HACKER MACHINE
in your inventory. Walk to the right of the bed, use the hand icon on the
pedalboard to take an OCTAVER in your inventory.
[ Bathroom ]
Check the medicine cabinet and take out the RUBBER DUCKY. Walk to the left and
use the power icon on the shower for an achievement. Leave the bathroom and the
condo for now.
[ Night Owl ]
Walk left to the fridge or the shelves and try to take either freezer food or
synthetic food. When you talk to Jey the Old Punk has left the counter and you
get SYNTHETIC FOOD in your inventory. Examine the green sign above and left of
Jey's head to receive a DICTIONARY. Click on the DICTIONARY in your inventory
and then the green sign to translate it and get an achievement. Time to leave
the Night Owl and walk right to the Tube.
[ Tube ]
Walk downwards until you see a garbage can. Pull a KNIFE from it, enjoy your
achievement, then click on the subway to travel.
[ Warehouse ]
The entrance to the club La Jetee is behind you as you exit the subway.
[ La Jetee ]
Upon entering the dancefloor, talk to a couple named Tim & Jay at the back
left. Talk to Tim again, and then to the Bouncer. During the conversation,
choose, "Tim for tonight?" and "Help". Now you can go upstairs by clicking the
big light at the back of the room.
[ First Floor ]
Use your OCTAVER on the audio cables on the floor and unlock an achievement.
Power on the computer to the left, and walk right to talk to Lady Sun. She
gives you a MICROCHIP and a MANUAL. Combine the DICTIONARY and the MANUAL in
your inventory to receive MICROCHIP UNLOCK. Exit the first floor and the club.
[ Alley ]
Walk towards the screen and examine the hobo corner. Take a bottle out named
ROWLAND S. FLAVOR. Combine the ROWLAND S. FLAVOR with the RUBBER DUCKY to get a
SMELLY DUCK. Time to take the subway again.
[ Stolearm ]
In front of the counter with Mr. Robot, use the hand icon to take OLD FANZINES
from the garbage. Walk to the right of the counter and enter Paradise Regained.
[ Paradise Regained ]
Give Anook the SMELLY DUCK to get a DRUG. Different paths open in Paradise
Regained. We can talk to Jan and taunt him until the attendant takes notice, or
we can stuff the OLD FANZINES into the toilet to distract the staff. We can do
both as well, as both offer an achievement. Go to the power socket and use the
power on icon to unplug it.
The next decision affects which path we will take. We can use the KNIFE, DRUG,
or MICROCHIP UNLOCK on the Old Punk. All will advance to Act 2 and there is an
achievement for each. Note, once you pick which item to use, the other two will
be lost upon waking up in Act 2. KNIFE is the "normal" ending, DRUG is the
"alt" ending, and MICROCHIP is the "hard" ending.
Talk to the person on your couch (Lola for the normal path, Layne for the alt.
path, and Sophie for the hard path) then leave the condo and hop on the subway.
[ Moore ]
Walk right to go Outside, then up to enter Moore. Check the Door in the
distance, then turn around and talk to Goo. Nothing left to do here for now, so
return to the subway.
[ Enki ]
[ Lethal Sushi ]
There will be different quests here depending on which path you are on.

Talk to Madd, walk left and talk to the kitchen, choose SMOKED SALMON, then
give it to Madd. Talk to Bludee, talk to the kitchen and choose SPLIT FINGERS,
then return and give it to Bludee. Walk |further right and talk to Elly &
Ralph, talk to the kitchen and choose MILKYSHRIMP, then give it to Elly &
Ralph. Return to Stan and choose SHEEKADI. You will also get an achievement
at some point before completing this quest. Now eat your meal.

Talk to Stan behind the bar and choose whichever food. It does not matter for
now. Talk to the kitchen and choose SHEEKADI, then leave Lethal Sushi. You
will get in achievement once outside and can eat your food now.

Talk to Stan behind the bar and choose anything, "Alright, Mr. Pretty Green
Eyes. Why not?" and finally SHEEKADI. You will get an achievement and can eat
the SHEEKADI.
Once you get your relevant achievement at Lethal Sushi, eat the SHEEKADI, and
return to the subway.
[ PartDieu ]
[ Tube ]
Talk to Bilal. You can only talk to him while he is motionless. If he is
walking, you need to wait for him to stop. Respond with, "Of course. " and
"Well..." and he will give you a CROWBAR. Now hop onto the subway and get
ready to finish episode 1.
[ Moore ]
Like Paradise Regained before, our actions in Moore will give a different Act
2 ending and achievement.

Use the CROWBAR on the door at the back of the room and enter. Use the new
punch icon on the safe several times (generally between five and seven) to
open it. You will also get an achievement for this. Power on the contents of
the safe for the normal ending of Act 2 and its associated achievement.

Talk to Goo, choose "Dog with sharper teeth?" to start a conversation
minigame. It does not matter which you choose here, but pick something random
first, and then "See you." Use your HACKER MACHINE on Goo for an achievement,
then the CROWBAR on the door. Power on the contents of the safe for the
alternate ending of Act 2 and its associated achievement.

Talk to Goo, choose "Dog with sharper teeth?" to start a conversation
minigame. Choose options that generally sound pleasant. You will know if an
choice is correct because Goo will make a series of beeps that ascend in
pitch. If a choice is neutral, the beeps will not vary much in pitch and it
will output a confused, "Hmm?" message. If a choice is incorrect, the pitch of
the beeps will descend and Goo will usually output a "Niaaao!" message. Each
correct choice gives you one point, while each incorrect choice subtracts one
point from you. Neutral choices do not affect your point tally in any way.
Once you have five total positive points, Goo will become your friend and you
will receive an achievement. Now use your CROWBAR on the door, power on the
contents of the safe for the hard ending of Act 2 and its associated
achievement.
Hack Machine: Examine the fridge in Fyn's Condo twice.
Shower: Enter the bathroom and use the shower.
Dictionary: Examine the green sign in Night Owl, receive a
dictionary from Jey, then drag the dictionary to the
green sign.
Knife: Take from a garbage can in Tube, near the giraffe
woman.
Octaver: Use the Octaver on the audio cables on the second floor
of La Jete.
Strange Manual: Combine the dictionary with the manual in your
inventory.
Panic At Needle Park: Give the smelly duck to Anook in Paradise Regained.
Toilet: Use the old fanzines on the toilet in Paradise
Regained.
Jan: Taunt the kid on the VR machine in the arcade until he
kills himself.
Pen in your Throat: Use the knife on the Old Punk after unplugging the
machine.
Puppet: Use the drug on the Old Punk after unplugging the
machine.
Glasses: Use the microchip unlock on the Old Punk after
unplugging the machine.
Crowbar: Talk to Bilial in Tube and forgive him.
Waiter: Serve customers in Lethal Sushi (only available on the
knife path).
Stealth: Talk to the kitchen in Lethal Sushi and leave the
restaurant without eating the food (only available on
the drug path).
Drink: Share a drink with Stan in Lethal Sushi (only available
on the microchip path).
Shoot Kick the safe inside Moore.
Weirdy Robot: Fail the Goo conversation minigame and use the Hacker
Machine.
Friend: Complete Goo's speaking minigame to make it your
friend.
Anti-Hormone: Kick the safe open at Moore's.
Extinction: Get Goo to open the safe for you (without making it
your friend).
No Winners: Get Goo to open the safe for you (after making Goo your
friend).
In the office of the Moore building, there is a fireplace next to the door. If
you examine it, a "punch" icon appears in the middle of your action dial. This
causes a record to drop out of the chimney. You can pick up the record and keep
it in your inventory. If you return to your condo, you can use the record on
your turntable to change the default music inside your condo. If you use the
"power on" action again, you can switch between three states on the turntable:

* LP (the unnamed album from the Moore Building)
* off.
