This guide will hopefully help you through any difficult parts of the
Incredible Hulk. The missions are based on the first time I played each one.
They will be fine tuned as the missions are replayed. The game is somewhat
based on the movie. Playing the game before seeing the film should not ruin
the movie experience. The guide is relatively spoiler free with nothing from the
movie mentioned. As with all my guides I simply explain early on that other
ways to overcome an obstacle/complete a mission may exist. The other methods
may be easier but I can say everything described in this guide works because
it is how I went about performing the tasks required in the game. Enjoy.

He Must Not Escape [WKT1]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The game begins with Banner running from the military. He ducks into a nearby
factory at which point the soldiers fire on his position. You take control with
nothing but a pile of rubble and a flashing button icon on screen. Repeatedly
press the button to break through the rubble and see the Hulk for the first
time.
Smash any and everything in the room (if you want) then move to the door and
gently remove it from its position with the Hulk's fists. On the other side of
the door is a few enemies that are easily defeated. As Hulk encounters the
enemies an objective appears. The objective is to move through the factory
and defeat the Army forces. Jump the wall and more soldiers will rappel down
in an attempt to stop the Hulk. At the back right corner is the exit.
Simply destroy enemies in rooms until a large room with a hole in the roof.
A helicopter flies down through the opening. Pick up a large object and hurl
it at the chopper. Connect and it will crash. Hulk can move on to the boss
fight.
Blonsky and his troops must be defeated. There are two men, two armored suits,
and Blonsky. Focus on anything that moves. Blonsky has a health meter in the
top left corner of the screen. He is the most difficult (not really difficult
though) enemy to take out. Attack Blonsky until he's gone then take out the
two armored soldiers. Now that the big guns are gone the two men should be
a piece of cake.
Hulk is then dropped in New York City.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Enclave and Rick Jones [WKT2]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***************************
Part 1 - Hulk Makes an Ally
***************************
Move around the building to the left to arrive at the green marker to start
the first mission
Enemies are being dropped from above. Defeat the incoming Legionaries that
are attacking the city. If you stand too close to the drop point Hulk will
receive damage from the crates dropped. Stand back let the enemies fall then
attack. Once all the red dots are removed from the mini-map, a new green
marker appears.
Move to the building and climb it by jumping and hitting the B button. Near the
top a cut scene will take over. On the other side of the street Hulk sees a
man under mind control being told to jump off the roof. Leap to the distant
building and take out the Legionaries. A health meter appears for the guy
under mind control. Hulk must defeat all the enemies before the civilian's
health meter runs out. After the initial wave, enemies will be dropped to the
roof top across the street. Take them out then return to the building with
the man Hulk is to protect to defeat the last of the enemies. Once all the
bad guys are gone we find out the identity of the man, Rick Jones.
*********************************
Part 2 - Hulk Meets a Strike Team
*********************************
Run straight ahead and smash anything that moves. There are several men and
a couple armored enemies ahead. Defeat them in any manner you like, personally
I find it fun to pick them up and hurl them as far as I can. Once they are
defeated Rick has a tip on an Enclave Base in the city.
Go to the red marker and pummel the building. Hulk can ignore the few enemies
that are nearby for now. Once the building comes to the ground pick up the
piece of rubble indicated by the yellow marker and use it as a shield. Destroy
some nearby soldiers and any incoming army vehichles. After taking out some
attackers Rick mentions that the only way to stop the Army from coming is to
lay low in the Subway System. Move toward the green marker on the mini map to
find an entrance to the subway system. Mission Complete
*************************************
Part 3 - Hulk Encounters Ceres Sector
*************************************
This is a classic escort mission. Hulk needs to move ahead of Rick Jones' tank
and take out all the enemies in the green zones. If the tank receives too much
damage the mission is failed and Hulk restarts from a check point. The first
three green checkpoints are just enemies large and small to smash. At the
fourth one there is an attack by air. Pick up vehicles (or anything else for
that matter), target the ship, and throw until it comes crashing to the ground.
Continue forward and take out the rest of the enemies unitl Rick Jones makes it
to his safehouse. I found the ground slam attack (X, X, Y) works really well.
***************************************
Part 4 - Hulk Encounters Jupiter Sector
***************************************
Sprint to the yellow marker and pick up Rick Jones. Hulk needs to carry Rick
to each bomb site so the bombs can be disarmed. After picking Rick up the
marker turns green indicating the site of the first earthquake bomb. Run to
that position and Rick will get off Hulk's back and enemies appear. Take out
the bad guys and move to the next bomb site. Quickly move to all three sites
and disarm the bombs (remember there is a timer counting down).
Once the last bomb is disarmed, Hulk will need to take out any remaining Enclave
forces. This includes an air ship. Upon defeat of all enemies move to the
Jupiter base and destroy it. Unfortunately, there is a force field around the
building. Four nearby generators power the building's protection. Take out the
generators with your fists or by picking up the large enemies and throwing them
into the generators. If Hulk uses his fists be wary of the electric current
moving in a circular pattern around each generator. The electricity will do
damage to Hulk. Once the force field is down focus all efforts on destroying
the building. When the building is rubble the mission is complete.
**************************************
Part 5 - Hulk Encounters Vulcan Sector
**************************************
The only goal here is to defeat the Enclave's Kyklops. This is one big machine.
It has a laser and missile defense system. It also seems to heal/repair itself
over time. Hulk should just move to a busy intersection and hurl cars at the
Kyklops until it is destroyed. Just toss a car then prepare to jump or sprint
out of the way of an attack. If you can get some distance between Hulk and
the Kyklops, Hulk can begin damaging the machine as it approaches. This mission
basically tests how efficiently you can pick up an object, target an enemy, and
throw the object to inflict damage. When Hulk returns to the city 5 new
mini games are unlocked.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A Friend Who Can Help [WKT3]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*************************************
Part 1 - Take Something From the Army
*************************************
Bruce is looking for a cure for his ummm "condition", so he asks Samuel Sterns
to help him in his quest. Move toward the army base indicated by the green
marker to try to find some data for Sterns. Of course the army base is heavily
guarded. On the base itself you should see a gamma canister to the left hold off
on getting the canister for now. Instead, defeat the inital wave of armored
vehicles by utilizing the Hulk Smash method. The next wave will not succumb so
easily. Instead lift and throw nearby vehicles to defeat the three more
heavily armored vehicles.
Upon destruction of the last army vehicle, Hulk needs to collect the data
Sterns needs by smashing more stuff. This is a little trickier because more
enemies than you have seen in a single mission thus far are attacking at
once. Thin some of the crowd then collect some data. Continue this pattern until
all of the data is collected. If necessary get the gamma canister mentioned
above. Obtaining a canister (if you hadn't noticed replinishes Hulk's health as
well as unlocking secrets in the game). Once Hulk has the data the last thing
to do is remove all army witnesses with a big green fist.
*******************************
Part 2 - Utrecht Makes His Move
*******************************
Sprint to the red markers that indicate an army convoy. Destroy all the vehicles
(at least two of which will require a weaponized object i.e. pick up a car).
Once the convoy is out, there is a satellite dish focusing large amounts of
radiation. Move to the dish and flatten it.
Destroying the dish worked but worked a little too late. The U-Foes were still
created and feel as though they are up to par with the Hulk. They are looking
for a fight and Hulk likes to fight. The U-Foes are made up of Ironclad, Vapor,
X-Ray, and Vector. Though there are four only two will be on the attack at
any given time.
Ironclad (the big silver guy) and Vapor attack first. The tip provided for
Ironclad is to avoid his attacks and he will leave himself open. He will pick
up any nearby large object and use it as a weapon against Hulk. Try to stay
away from him while he has a weapon, but not too far away. He will swing the
weapon at the Hulk and eventually tire out. Once he tires (or hits himself
whatever) he will be stunned. When you see stars over his head move in and
attack. Attacking at any other time is useless no damage is done, plus Hulk
will leave himself vulnerable to Ironclad's very powerful attacks.
Vapor is really easy to defeat. Simply use the thunderclap combo (press X then
Y) to stun her. Then pummel until gone.
X-Ray will fly above your position. At times he will come to ground level. When
he is near attack. Be cautious though he fires energy attacks that can damage
Hulk. At times he is stunned as well but the exact reason for him becoming
stunned I have not figured out.
Vector will use nearby rubble to create a shield that will prevent Hulk from
attacking. Fortunately Hulk's strength is able to destroy the shield. With the
shield out of the way Hulk can attack Vector without worry. Once he begins to
reform the shield step back then move in for more destruction. The thunder clap
combo also works well for removing Vector's shield just as it worked for
stunning Vapor while she was in her gas mode.
********************************************************
Part 3 - An electronic jammer is causing Sterns problems
********************************************************
Move to each of three Army Bases and destroy the warehouse at each site until
Hulk finds the jamming device. The device was located in the base near Empire
State University, but this was also the last base destroyed. Either way one
of the army installations has the device. Once its found pick it up and run
away. Hulk needs to find the lake in Central Park and toss the jammer into the
water. Fortunately, Hulk has a mini-map complete with a green marker to guide
his way.
*************************************************
Part 4- Enclave is transporting stolen technology
**************************************************
The nanites that were stolen by Enclave in the previous mission are inside a
garbage truck moving through the city. Continue to destroy the garbage trucks
indicated by red markers until the nanites are found. Once found pick them up
and run to Sterns location at the university.
Once at the university, Hulk drops the nanites and changes objectives. Now
he must protect the nanites by destroying all the enemies on the map. Keep an
eye on the nanites though because the flying enemies can pick them up and take
off. If they do so and get away its mission failure. The last two enemies that
may not be so obvious to defeat are missile launchers located on the roof of
two nearby buildings. Once the nanites are at the drop point and all enemies
are destroyed the mission is complete.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just Take Him Down [WKT4]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
************************************
Part 1 - A New Enemy Reveals Himself
************************************
This mission was made for a Hulk game. All Hulk has to do is smash. Move to the
building and destroy it. Once it crumbles take out any remaining enemies to
complete the level. Pretty easy huh?
********************************
Part 2 - Survive Talbot's Attack
********************************
Initially, the only objective is to Run. That does not sound like the Hulk but
you have to do it anyway to progress. So sprint away. It doesn't seem like it
matters where you are going as long as you are going. After the timer runs down
Rick mentions he has found a satellite that is controlling the missiles. Move
to the satellite and destroy it. Once the dish is destroyed we learn that the
true source of the missile attacks is controlled by a radio tower. What a waste
running to that satellite dish. Continue on to the radio tower and smash it.
After demolishing the radio tower, Rick leads the Hulk to a targeting computer.
Upon arrival at the computer, Hulk finds it is well guarded by the army. Hulk
must destroy the computer (inside the barracks) and defeat Blonsky. Simply
crush the building housing the computer then focus your efforts on hitting
Blonsky. He is really no match for the power of the Hulk.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enclave is on the Move [WKT5]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*********************************************************
Part 1 - Destroy the Enclave's Energy Consumption Engines
*********************************************************
The Enclave is absorbing power from the city. Move to each of the three
Energy Consumption Engines and destroy them. If you get too close Hulk's health
depletes, but a few quick punches also takes the engines out with relative
ease. Just charge each machine and punch away. At times you will be engulfed by
an Enclave swarm (it looks like a bunch of bees around the Hulk). Use the
thunderclap move to eliminate the swarm. At the site of the final engine Hulk
will have to destroy all remaining enemies after the siphoning of energy is
ended.
***************************************
Part 2 - Neutralize the Enclave's Bombs
***************************************
Hulk is given 5 minutes to locate 3 chemical bombs and disarm them by giving
the explosive a toss into salt water. Move to any of the bomb sites, I chose
the one to the furthest left on the mini map to start. Each bomb site is
guarded but not by anyone that should give Hulk too much trouble. Pick up the
bomb and head east to the water and give it a toss. The reason to head east is
that just happens to be the general location of the remaining two bombs.
Remember you do not have to be that close to the water to make a splash.
As you approach the water line charge up a throw and release. The bomb should
make it to the water. In fact, Hulk does not even have to leave the site of the
last (most eastern) bomb in order to get it into the water.
************************************
Part 3 - Stop the Enclave Occupation
************************************
Hulk had stopped the three larger bombs from going off. Unfortunately, Enclave
has set off several smaller bombs that have contaminated 5 areas within the
city. Move to each area (check your mini-map) and defeat all of the enemies
inside the area. Once a contaminated zone is clear of enemies the counter on the
right portion of the screen will increase and Hulk can move to the next site.
The enemies are the same basic ones tormenting the Hulk thus far except this may
be the first time the giant ogres have guns. Ususally these enemies are carrying
around some sort of club instead of the advanced weaponary seen here.
********************************************************
Part 4 - Force the Enclave out of the contaminated areas
********************************************************
Apparently, Enclave has more energy consuming machines (boy these guys are well
funded). Move to each of the five contamination sites and smash the energy
conumption machines. Just as before when the Hulk gets close to the device his
energy is absorbed as well. A few quick hits will knock the device out before
major damage is done. Alternatively, Hulk can hurl objects at the machines
to break them. The smash and run method works fine though. At the end the last
objective is to clear out any remaining enemy forces.
***********************************
Part 5 - Clean up the contamination
***********************************
Sprint to Empire State University to obtain the device from Sterns that will
clean up the contaminated areas of New York City. Carry the scrubber to each
of the contaminated zones and place it on the ground. Once the green smoke
disappears the scrubber has finished its job, pick it up and move to the next
site. You should also notice a new icon on the top right corner of the screen.
This meter shows the health of the scrubber. Hulk can pretty much ignore this
because most of the enemies will focus their effort on him instead of the
scrubber. At the last site Enclave force may try to pick up the scrubber and
move it from the site. If this happens chase down the thief and attack until
Hulk has secured the scrubber once again. When all five contaminated areas are
clear return the scrubber to Sterns at Empire State University.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This Guy's Bad News [WKT6]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***********************************
Part 1 - Get the Press on Your Side
***********************************
There are three blue icons on the mini-map. Each icon represents a helicopter.
Move to the area where each helicopter is hovering and create some damage.
A meter will appear in the top right portion of the screen. When that meter is
full Hulk has done enough damage to get the attention of the helicopter. It will
follow Hulk to the next location and will shoot the entire time. Rick warns
that Hulk should not injure anyone. That warning should be disregarded. Run
through town creating havoc until all three helicopters are following. Once they
are, move to Talbot's base.
At Talbot's base the soldiers there are ordered to attack the helicopters. We
do not want innocents harmed so destroy the SAM launchers nearby. Now simply
run away from the area and let the army deal with the helicopters and vice
versa. While attempting to flee a message appears about ASAC recon soldiers.
Read it then pick up a pole. Use the newly acquired ability to use combo attacks
with a pole to defeat the ASAC soldier. Once he is gone crush a few more skulls
then run away.
*******************************
Part 2 - Find Talbot's New Base
*******************************
Simply follow the helicopter providing transport to Talbot. It is the one
indicated by a green marker on the mini-map. As you follow support helicopters
will appear and shoot at the Hulk. Pick up anything heavy and close and toss
it at the attackers. Talbot will lead you to an ambush. The objective changes
slightly as Hulk must now escape the ambush and not let Talbot get away. Hulk
can fight his way out or simply run. Either way their is no sense in attempting
to attack Talbot's helicopter. This is still just a follow mission. Fight of
any/all/none of the ambushing enemies then relocate the helicopter.
Talbot will lead you right to his secret base (what an idiot). Destroy the
barracks structures and any soldiers that appear. Using nearby debris works
wonders on the M1 Tanks. Once the entire base and the soldiers it houses are
destroyed the mission is complete.
*****************************
Part 3 - Escape Talbot's Trap
*****************************
For this mission Rick Jones gets a first class ride on the greenest form of
transporation known. Move to Rick's position and pick him up. Take him to a
few drop points indicated by the green markers. Then escape to the final
destination where Hulk will have to destroy all of the nearby enemies. The
majority of which seem to be helicopters.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A Mass Mind Control Device [WKT7]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
********************************************
Part 1 - Get the Enclave to drop their guard
*********************************************
Rick is trying to get inside the building just ahead. It is heavily guarded
by Enclave thugs and a forcefield. He proposes that the Hulk should take out
the guards so that the Enclave will lower the shield and send out
reinforcements. When the force field is down Rick plans to sneak inside. The
plan sounds wonderful. The problem is after defeating the Enclave members
on the outside of the building, the shield remains intact.
Now move to the rooftop of a nearby Enclave test site and make some noise.
Eventually, they will have to hear you and respond. Take out all the enemies
on the roof then destroy the metal cylinders located at the same spot. When
the cylinders are destroyed small robots (prototypes) will attack. Defeat them
and the force field lowers. Now that Rick is inside he can get to work. But
there is still the matter of all those reinforcements just standing around.
Give them something to do by attacking them. Continue to fight through the
enemies until Rick mentions the only way to stop a safety mechanism he triggered
is to destroy the building. Bring the structure down withing the alotted time
(60 seconds) and the mission is complete.
***********************************************
Part 2 - Protect Rick on his way to a safehouse
***********************************************
The Enclave is after the data Rick took from their base. He needs escort to a
safehouse and who better than to call than his green friend. Rick will be
traveling in a green car and will have his own health meter for this mission. If
his health reaches zero its mission failed.
From the start he is being chased by a Kyklops. Pick up a car and hurl it at
the monstrous machine. Continue until it collapses. Rick will then speed away.
Follow him (or lead him) to the next road block. The roadblocks will contain
some laser turrets (that increase in number as you proceed), soldies, and the
giant oger soldiers (some of which will carry guns while others will just have
the traditional clubs). Take the turrets out first then attack the "men". Once
an obstacle is cleared Rick will continue to drive.
*********************************************
Part 3 - Protect Rick from the Enclave attack
*********************************************
The Enclave is attacking but Rick needs time to get the data out. Defeat the
enemies that are attacking to free up some time for Rick to retrieve the
necessary information and exit the building. The attacks will come from the
south, the north, and the roof. Rick will let Hulk know which side
reinforcements are coming from. The goal is to not let the building crumble
before the timer expires. If successful Rick will be on the outside of the
building with a yellow marker indicating his position. He needs a lift to
Empire State University for a meeting with Dr. Sterns. Pick him up and sprint
to ESU.
************************************
Part 4 - Stop the Enclave's Test Run
************************************
The Enclave are attempting to control the mind of citizens of New York. They are
leading them into a building and using the people's energy to power their
device. Prevent as many people that are under the Enclave's mind control from
entering the building. Rick suggests scarring them away, but punching and
throwing seems to work as well. After a period of time Hulk's focus must turn
to the roof. The Enclave have received enough power to start the device but
not enough to run it. Destroy the antenae and all will be right with New York
City. There is plenty of enemies to fight on the roof. If you run into trouble
don't forget to heal. Additionally, some of the enemies have jet packs, so Hulk
can move to the ground and they will follow. This way some enemies can be
separated from the group. You may also want to take out the turrets at the
corners of the roof. In any event the primary focus is the destruction of the
antenae.
*********************************************
Part 5 - Stop the Enclave's Mind Control Plan
*********************************************
In order to prevent the Enclave from successfully controlling the minds of the
people of New York Hulk simply has to smash the computers on the roof of the
Conde Nast Building. The computers are the metal appearing cylinders. There is
a total of 12 that need to be destroyed. Hulk can practically ignore the enemy
soldiersl They should not give him too much trouble. Once all twelve computers
are gone a nice cinematic lets Hulk return to the ground.
The one drawback is that Bi-Beast made it to the ground as well. Bi-Beast is one
tough dude. He has some powerful attacks. When close he can grapple the Hulk and
perform attack that exhausts a great deal of Hulk's health. When Hulk is close
Bi-Beast will also charge a blast that will injure Hulk. Finally, keeping your
distance is not exactly safe either do to a ranged electric attack. Bi-Beast
will also engage in hand to hand melee combat as well.
Avoid his charged blast by knowing what to look for. When he is charging he will
temporarily glow blue and move his arms in toward his chest. He releases the
blast by waving his arms out. There seems to be no warning for the grapple
attack. He will perform this move when Hulk is close. The ranged electric attack
only occurs when you put too much distance between Hulk and Bi-Beast. Stay at
a medium range to prevent this attack from doing to much damage.
Knowing how Bi-Beast attacks is only half of the problem. The other half is
doing damage to him. He blocks relentlessly and Hulk's normal melee attacks have
no effect. The ways to damage Bi-Beast include Hulk's Fury Attacks (hold Y/they
are unblockable by anyone), Hulk's Rage Powers (d-pad plus Y & B), and with
a pole. If Hulk throws a car at Bi-Beast, Bi-Beast will stop attacking to
block. While the car is in the air move close to the enemy and attack with Fury
or Rage attacks. In between car throws pick up a lamp post and start swinging.
This will be a long and drawn out battle but it will lead to victory. Take
three swings with a pole and back away. Continue the process until the pole
disappears. While you are searching for another pick up a car and throw it at
Bi-Beast. When he blocks move in for a Fury attack. Find a pole and swing some
more.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Problem is the Hulk [WKT8]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************
Part 1 - Stop the Earthquakes
*****************************
Run to the building in Midtown Rick believes to be the source of the quakes.
Scale the Swiss Bank Tower and destroy all three of the earthquake machines.
It can be frustrating because you may get knocked of the ledge a few times
but climb back up and continue to smash. The Ground Smash combo works very well.
When the three earthquake machines are destroyed simply take out any remaining
enemies to complete the mission.
**********************************************************
Part 2 - Vulcan Sector launches a plan to destroy the Hulk
**********************************************************
The leaders of the Enclave must have lost their minds. They believe they have
a weapon that can kill the Hulk. The Enclave placed large turrets throughout the
city (6 total). Move to each turrets location (red markers) and throw cars at
them until they exlpode. When all 6 are destroyed Hulk simply has to defeat
any remaining enemies.
***********************************************
Part 3 - Defeat Jupiter Sectors Ultimate Weapon
***********************************************
A red satellite beam is coming down from the sky. The satellite is tracking the
Hulk and will fire when possible. As the beam approaches it will lock onto the
Hulk. After it locks on move to the side to avoid the blast. Each time the
satellite fires a green marker appears on the mini-map. This green dot
represents the location of the source of the blast. Additionally, at the very
beginning of the mission you can see the green dot so Hulk knows which way
to begin moving. The control center is located at the Bear Stearns Building
and is also guarded by a few SAM Launchers on the ground.
The hardest part is scaling the building. Taking out some of the SAM launchers
can help but is not an absolute requirement. The best thing to do is just as
Rick states. Move side to side as you climb. If you climb straight up the
satellite will lock onto your position and zap the Hulk. Instead move at an
upward angle. At times even Hulk may even need to move in a laterall direction
just to avoid a blast. If the Hulk is hit by the satellite weapon as he is
climbing the building, the blast will likely knock him to the ground or at the
very least a lower ledge. Once the dish is destroyed sprint to Central Park
to destroy the satellite.
The Enclave already have forces at the park to protect their crashed weaponary.
Take out the satellite and then all the remaining enemies to complete the
mission. There is a street nearby where you can get cars to toss at the large
turrets and the air ship overhead. There are a couple of the larger enemies that
also seem to have a stun gun that prevents Hulk from getting too close. Cars
work well against them too.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We're Not Giving Up [WKT9]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***************************************
Part 1 - Retrieve some items for Sterns
***************************************
Sterns needs some items that just happen to be in the control of the Enclave and
the Army in order to finish the charger that may lead to a cure for Bruce
Banner.
The Particle Infusion Array is in the hands of an Army transport. Chase down
the transport and get the item. The vehicle containing the array will be
guarded by several M1 tanks and helicopters. It will also stop in areas where
SAM launchers are present. Hulk should be able to out run the tanks and destroy
the SAMs when necessary. The main objective is to crush the vehicle transporting
the Array. When it is destroyed pick up the crate left behind and take it to
Sterns at Empire State University.
The Gamma Solution is in a warehouse on a dock located in Harlem. Destroy the
generators creating the forcefield that protects the building. Once the
generators are powered down attack the building. Pick up the Gamma Solution
and return it to ESU.
The Energy Field Generator is located at an Enclave base. Go to the base and
enter the alley next to it. Attacking the building from the alley will keep
some of the annoying (though not really dangerous) enemies from attacking.
When the building is rubble, pick up the Generator and return it to ESU.
Now that all three pieces of equipment are with Sterns, Hulk must secure them
by preventing the Enclave from stealing them. As long as at least one of the
items remains at ESU the mission will be a success. Try to quickly take out the
air ship by tossing a few cars at it. Now attack anything that comes close to
the equipment. If one piece gets away don't worry, just focus on protecting the
others. Defeat all the enemies with at least one of the items in Hulk's
possession and it MISSION COMPLETE.
**********************************************************
Part 2 - Help Rick disable chemical dispensers on rooftops
**********************************************************
Rick is in a helicopter above the city. Go to the building and take out all the
enemies. He will then land and disable the chemical dispenser. At times some of
the Enclave with jet packs will fly to the helicopter and shoot at Rick. Pick
up an object wait for them to stop and throw. Move to each of the five roofs
and clear them to enable Rick to disable each of the chemical dispensers. On
the last roof the helicopter takes some damage and Rick says he will land it
in the park. Grab the last dispenser and take it to his position.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our Old Research Data [WKT10]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ignore all the tanks, helicopters, and humvees and head directly to each base
and destory the main building. Once all five are destroyed sprint to the green
marker and make sure Betty is ok.
Blonsky just happens to be in the location where Betty is standing. He will move
from truck to truck and attack with weapon on the truck. Move to each of the
humvees he enters and destroy it. Once its destroyed Blonsky will hit and run
to the next truck. Continue the process until his health is depleted. After the
a set of four trucks is destroyed, Blonsky will go and get four more. When
Blonsky is defeated, take out the helicopters and the mission is complete.

The Lesser of Two Evils [WKT11]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
********************************
Part 1 - Protect the Army Convoy
********************************
Go to each of the areas where Enclave exit and destroy them. After clearing the
Enclave run away from the Army because they will focus on attacking the Hulk.
Continue to do the Army's work for them until you reach the Enclave base. Take
the building down and the mission is complete
*************************************************
Part 2 - Protect the Stark Industries Hulkbusters
*************************************************
There are Hulkbusters that are immobile and under attack by the Enclave. Protect
them from being taken away. Stay close to the Hulkbusters and attack anything
that comes near. The main targets should be the Enclave members with the jet
packs. They are the ones that will pick up the Hulkbuster suits and fly away
with them. If one takes off with a suit chase it down and retrieve it. Once
Hulk lasts 3 minutes the only thing left to do is defeat any remaining enemies.
***********************************************
Part 3 - Defeat Vulcan Sector's ultimate weapon
***********************************************
Rush to a Hulkbuster's aid. Yes thats right Hulk is helping more Hulkbusters.
Protect the armored soldier from the Enclave assault. If the Hulkbuster lasts
for a minute Hulk is free to move on to the F-POD. Jump onto the F-POD and
smash the silver structures on its surface. Once each is demolished the central
area will have raised buttons on it. Smash each button in and when all are
pressed in at the same time the F-POD overloads and dismantles. Be fairly quick
about hitting the buttons in because they will pop out if you aren't.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We Can Use Their Technology [WKT12]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
********************************************
Part 1 - Steal Enclave technology for Sterns
********************************************
Move to the genetic simulator's position. Pick it up and run. There is no need
to fight the enemies here, plenty of bad guys are in the Hulk's future. Bring
the simulator to ESU and protect it at all cost. Placing the stolen technology
in the corner of the nearby building on campus is a good way to keep it in
sight while fighting enemies. If anyone gets the simulator and takes off with it
ignore everyting but the guy with the simulator. If it travel far enough away
the mission is failed. Defeat all the enemies without losing the simulator to
succeed. Be sure to move the simulator far from the water after stopping any
failed attempts at restealing the device.
***********************
Part 2 - Protect Sterns
***********************
Pick up the ball containing Sterns and proceed to the contaminated building.
All hell will break loose outside and it is the Hulk's responsibility to protect
the building until Sterns is done. Yes, thats right no Hulk Smash building this
time.
The enemies are not very tough. Mostly armored soldiers, some Humvees, and
helicopters. The hard part is that Hulk has to keep the building upright for
five minutes. To make matters worse the building will receive damage from the
Hulk as well. So you can not be too reckless about throwing cars around, using
Rage powers, or punching at everything. The best strategy is to take out the
helicopters before they get too close and smash everything else at a distance
as well. By now you should have the pick up weakened enemy vehicles ability.
It can come in handy to direct some of the explosions away from the building.
Instead of punching at the soldiers in the armor, pick them up and use them to
throw at the helicopters this will destroy the helicopter and keep collateral
damage low.
This is (at least for me it was) a frustrating mission. A couple times the timer
was under 30 seconds and cars driving down the street would hit the building
and do damage destroying it. Quick action, well placed attacks by the Hulk, and
a little luck are required to move past this part. Once the timer reaches zero,
Sterns is shot out of the building. Move to his location and carry him the
rest of the way to Empire State University.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Its Time to End This [WKT13]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
************************************
Part 1 - Steal the Army's New Weapon
************************************
General Ross has a new weapon and Rick believes Hulk should investigate. Run
to the green maker to locate the truck carrying this weapon. Upon arrival some
of Talbot's men take the weapon for their own use. The Hulk must retrieve the
weapon before the thief reaches (approximately) Empire State University. The
hard part though is that the soldiers taking the weapon have jet packs that let
them fly. Climb the closest building to the very top. Follow the guy with
the cannon and when reasonably close pick up a nearby object and throw it at
the soldier. A direct hit will cause him to drop the weapon. The best time to
throw is when Hulk can target the enemy and they are moving in a somewhat
straight line ahead of you. Alternatively, if you are good enough I suppose
Hulk could do his mid-air punch and hit the soldier though I have not been able
to accomplish this feat.
Once the weapon is dropped pick it up and head back to Rick's position indicated
by the green marker.
*********************
Part 2 - Rescue Betty
*********************
Betty Ross has been captured and placed in a crate. That alone would be simple
enough a problem for the Hulk to solve, this crate though is protected by a
electric field that will not allow hulk to get close. If Hulk try to take out
the generators he will not have any luck either, just get a not so friendly
shock.
If getting to Betty wasn't tough enough there will be a group of armored
soldiers, helicopters, and a Hulkbuster to deal with. Initially, take out the
helicopters and the armored soldiers. Now it is the Hulk one on one with a
Hulkbuster. When the rage meter is full use ground smash to take a considerable
amount of damage from the Hulkbuster. In between uses of the rage attack, use
the X hold Y thunderclap combo to stun him. When the Hulkbuster is defeated pick
him up and run directly into two of the generators surrounding the box.
When the second generator is destroyed the helicopters, armored soldiers, and
Hulkbuster respawn. Use the same techniques as above to defeat them again and
save Betty.
*****************************
Part 3 - Beat Talbot for Good
*****************************
General Ross is actually doing something besides torment the Hulk. He has
Talbot cornered. Little does he no Talbot is not going peacefully. Run to the
battle site and see if Hulk can help. On the way there it is a good idea to
destroy some buildings to build up rage.
Talbot is basically a Hulkbuster. Use charged punches to deplete his health. At
first the Army holds most of his attention and Hulk can get in a few hits
without retaliation. Talbot will not stand and be punched the entire time
without fighting back. His attacks are powerful and take a considerable amount
of damage out of Hulk. Once Talbot's focus turns to the Hulk trading punches
will not work out in our hero's favor. Instead, run a way turn and hold Y.
Talbot will likely (if timed correctly) run into a fistful of green. If you try
to trade punches then be prepared to heal. Once Talbot's health meter empties a
cut scene take care of the rest.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We Got the Antidote Now [WKT14]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After the cut scenes, Bruce is falling. Rapidly press the buttons appearing on
screen during the freefall. Upon a very gracefull landing the only goal is to
beat Abomination.

Abomination will attack with move similar to the Hulk. Some do radial damage
but for the most part his attacks are some sort of melee attack (thunderclap,
ground slam etc.). Using rage powers does not seem to work. The easiest way
to defeat the big monster is to tap X and hold Y. This performs a strong
thunderclap that will do damage to Abomination. A few of those and he will
be seeing stars. During the initial punch Abomination will block leaving him
open for the powered up thunderclap. Repeat this move until the cut scene and
remember to heal if necessary.
The cut scene shows a helicopter crashing to the ground. Move to the building
the helicopter "landed" on and attack it to put out the fire. Abomination
thought he could help too and likely followed Hulk to the crash site. Since
Hulk took all the credit for saving Betty and General Ross, Abomination is
upset. He picks up a piece of debris and is using it as a weapon/shield. Attack
Abomination and the shield will break. At this time he is stunned and open for
a little bit Hulk Smash. Continue to break his shield and attack until his
health meter is depleted. Once he is knocked out move to his position to
initiate an action sequence. Rapidly press the on screen buttons. If successful
Abomination is put down for good. On a side note, I found it very amusing that
General Ross and Betty are simply standing on the roof during the fight. You
would think that Abomination would attempt to attack them as well or that they
would flee to avoid being accidently/purposely hurt during the fight.
Each section of the Encalve will have a base and a few phases of attack. Their
research can also create a enemy that makes Hulks mission somewhat more
difficult (Bi-Beast clone, Kyklops). The main goal for each phase is to simply
destroy the building that houses the Enclave base. Additionally, all the enemies
surrounding the base should be taken out as well.
At the headquarters for each division of the Enclave their will be a boss. The
boss battles are not extremely difficult. The head of that section will fly
abover at the beginning and used ranged attacks. Throw a few cars in his
direction until he lands then attack with rage attacks until the enemy is
no more.

Trying to describe the location of many of the canisters in this section is
difficult. If you have not unlocked all of the missions, mini-games, and
subways the directions may be hard to follow. The descriptions rely heavily on
these "markers" as well as the landmarks in New York to guide Hulk to the
general location of a canister. That is the key. Following the directions in
this section should put the Hulk in the vicinity of a canister. It is up to you
to find the exact location. I'll help you find the right section of the stadium
you bought the ticket for but I can't really lead you to your seat.
********************
Financial District
********************
-On the southern side of the Trump Building
-At the southern most tip of the map are a few docks. The canister is located
to the left of those docks in a large grassy area close to a building
-On the northern steps of the Tweed Courthouse
-On the northern side of 20 Exchange Place, the canister is near the top
-Starting at the Marker for We Can Use Their Technology Part 1 move west down
the street until Hulk runs into a building. Climb the tall building to the left
for a canister.
-Beginning at the Chambers Street Subway move to the east. When the street ends
at a building climb the structure to the left to acquire a canister.

-At the army base in A Friend Who Can Help Part 1 (its in the large grassy area
south of the Canal Street subway)
-To Hulk's immediate right at the beginning of Just Take Him Down Part 1 (it is
on the roof of a building just below the marker for The Enclave and Rick Jones
Part 5)
-Looking at the map the canister is on the first section of Chinatown next to
the Financial District. The point of the grassy area where Tweed Courthouse
and City hall is located acts as an arrow directing Hulk to the canister. It
is on top of a brown brick building with a unique top.
-Start at the marker for The Enclave and Rick Jones - Part 5. Move down the
street in a southwest direction passing the park on the right. Continue until
the street divides in almost a "Y" shape. Climb the building on the left to
obtain the canister.
-Find the marker for the Minerva Headquarters. Position Hulk so that he is
looking to the west (the subway indicator will be to the left on the mini-map).
Climb the building across the street to get the canister.
-From the Hulk Smash: Unfriendly Neighbor mini-game marker move in a northwest
direction. You can actually see the outline for the Empire State Building in
the distance. If you do not see this as you are moving down the street you are
headed in the wrong direction. Continue in this direction until the first
intersection. There is a building with red brick around its base. Climb it for
a canister
-Begin at the incon for Hulk Smash: Unfriendly Neighbor and head down the street
in an eastern direction. Move forward until Hulk runs into a building. Climb
that building and get the canister from the fire escape.
-This canister is on the buildings just south of the marker for We've Got the
Antidote Now! Climb the building behind the number 1 in the number 2 world

-On the side of a building in the center of the area just north of the Sanctum
Sanctorum
-In the southern part of The Village/Soho, the left side of the map juts out
just above a dock forming a triangle. From the tip of that triangle move the
cursor down and place a waypoint near the center of this set of buildings.
-On a building across the street from the Empire State building.
-From the marker for The Lesser of Two Evils - Part 2 climb the building that
forms the point of a triangle. The mulitlevel building ahead has the canister.
-Inside a water tower on the set of buildings across the street west of the
Flatiron building

Trying to describe the location of many of the canisters in this section is
difficult. If you have not unlocked all of the missions, mini-games, and
subways the directions may be hard to follow. The descriptions rely heavily on
these "markers" as well as the landmarks in New York to guide Hulk to the
general location of a canister. That is the key. Following the directions in
this section should put the Hulk in the vicinity of a canister. It is up to you
to find the exact location. I'll help you find the right section of the stadium
you bought the ticket for but I can't really lead you to your seat.

Certain mission have to be complete before the comic books will appear. If you
go to a location and the comic is not there it is likely that the necessary
mission has not been completed. I waited until all the mission were completed
before looking for the Comic Book Covers therefore I am not sure what the
requirements are for each cover. Be sure to listen as you look. A unique sound
will chime as Hulk approaches the cover.

D: Take Betty on a $10,000 shopping spree
M: Gold 3:30
Silver 4:50
Bronze 6:00
T: The amount of money available at the site depends on the color of the "X".
Green is 3000. Yellow is 1500. Orange is 800. Red is 400. The goal is to
carry Betty to a location let her shop while Hulk fights enemies and a mass
$10,000 spent in the shortest amount of time. Try to hit both of the
available green shops for extra points. Just don't focus entirely on them.
Be willing to stop at yellow shops along the way. Its important to scoop
Betty up quickly and be on your way. Finally, know how much more you need.
If you need 700 with 30 seconds left a red shop will not help.

L: Lower East Side
D: Defeat a fully upgraded Kyklops
M: Gold 2:00
Silver 3:00
Bronze 4:00
T: This Kyklops has a shield that prevents attacks. The only time the shield is
lowered is for the machine to attack the Hulk. Move to a large group of cars
and stand near the Kyklops. When he raises his arms he is about to attack.
Hurl the car at its eye to damage him. A hit or two and the Kyklops will
crash to the ground. Attack the eye with combos or weapons. At one point
Hulk's rage meter may even be full. Use it to crush the big eye.

D: Destroy the building as quickly as possible
M: Gold 1:30
Silver 1:45
Bronze 2:00
T: Simply focus all the attacks on the building. Ignore the enemies and once
the rage meter is built up enough unleash all of Hulk's power.

9 Army Soldiers
8 Roof top AC units
7 bus stops
6 trees
5 water towers
4 ASAC Soldies
3 Tanks

Most can be destroyed simply by running around the city. The others are

L: Midtown
D: Stay on the top of the building for as long as possible
M: Gold 1:15
Silver 50 seconds
Bronze 30 seconds
T: Basically all I did was run around in circle near the center of the roof.
Pick up an throw the barbarians off the roof and attack Bi-Beast with the
Thunderclap combo as needed. The primary goal is to stay away from the edges.
I actually got tired of this mini-game and quit after 6 minutes because there
wasn't even really a threat of being knocked off.

L: Upper West Side
D: Destroy as many flying enemies as possible
M: Gold 45 points
Silver 35
Bronze 25
T: Hulk receives more points for the helicopters so be sure to throw something/
someone at them when possible. Otherwise just attack all that approach. The
enemy does not have to be flying at the time of Hulk's attack for points to
accumulate.

L: Central Park
D: Defeat all of the enemies
M: Gold 8:00
Silver 10:00
Bronze 12:00
T: Hulk just faces wave after wave of enemies from the game. They range from
Soldiers to Bi-Beast. Killing the enemies will not be a problem. Just watch
the health and heal when necessary and you should be able to fight your way
through each wave without even using a Rage power.

L: Upper East Side
D: Defeat as many long-ranged enemies as possible
M: Gold 45
Silver 35
Bronze 25
T: Throw cars at the ranged soldiers and smash the vehichles. Being able to
pick up damaged enemy vehicles helps you get more points for tanks and
Humvees than the men. Take out a few of them within the 1:30 and you should
get gold with time to spare.

L: Central Park
D: Hit as many targets as possible
M: Gold 16
Silver 12
Bronze 9
T: A mace will fall from the sky in the center of the circle. Pick it up and
press Y to perform an overhead smash with the mace. Hulk gets 10 swings per
mace and it is realistic to get 20-25 swings in a single attempt at the mini
game. The trick is to be sure that when you swing you connect. Go after the
targets that have popped up more recently and be sure to line up your swings.
If aligned correctly Hulk can even get multiple targets with a single smash.
Things that will slow Hulk down include:
-Being hit by a falling mace
-Using the wrong button to swing
-Not picking up a new mace in a timely fashion
