STREET FIGHTER V ARCADE EDITION (PS4)
Weekly Mission FAQ v1.1 By DarkDoctrine. March 2018.
=======
=Intro=
=======
I've not seen this anywhere, so here's a comprehensive list of Weekly Missions
in Street Fighter V. They are by far the fastest way to earn Fight Money in the
game - consider that playing online, with a tiny 50 FM per win, you might
manage to play 12 matches in an hour, of which the average player will win
half, so ignoring ragequitting, you will earn 300 Fight Money in one hour.
Compare this with missions, which used to pay 5000 FM when they were
introduced, but since the Arcade Edition update in January 2018, they pay half
of this (ie 2500). Nevertheless, they normally take approximately one or two
minutes. Therefore the earning rate is quite a lot higher.
Essentially, each week, a new mission comes up, picked from the list below. In
addition, there are additional missions, such as “Perform a replay search on
CFNâ€, or “Play Training Modeâ€, which currently pay 250 FM or so.
All in all, you can get over 140,000 FM per year doing these simple missions,
which is enough to buy a free DLC character, with enough left over for a stage
or story costume, so they are well worth doing.
If you have PlayStation Plus, you can also do the other missions, such as
“Win 10 Casual Matches†or “Perform a V-Reversal 10 timesâ€, and these
can give
you another 50-100 FM per week.
Before we starts, let's recap how much Fight Money is available in the game.
All of this will take you up 19 levels, which will pay 19,000 FM. Since
there are 28 characters in Arcade Edition, that equals 532,000 FM.
If you feel up for it, there is also the following, which are not
practical as they are very time consuming, very boring, and very random. In
fact, they are like trying to toss a coin and get 100 heads in a row.
In addition, the base characters also have Trials 2, Trials 3, as well as
Demo Vol. 1 and Demo Vol 2.

=Other stuff=
=============
There were rumours that Capcom were going to include Daily Missions. This is
a myth, and never happened. We only have Weeklies, and Extra Battle, but the
latter requires FM payment to enter, and mostly does not directly pay out FM
for winning, so is just a way to rip off FM from beginner players. You’re
basically gambling for an expensive costume.
None of these missions require you to have bought any of the DLC stages. It
would be a bit unfair if they did.

Everything else (ie premium costumes) is real money only. The key thing is
to prioritise buying characters, as these can be used to earn more FM,
meaning that the effective price per character is 81,000 FM.
Essentially, everything other than characters is a bit of a money sink,
designed to get you waste your FM so that you eventually give in and buy
a Character Pass for $30.
