A. CONTROLS AND MENU
;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;
You just need to use a standard mouse to play this game. The "General Scheme" of
the control is [Left Click=Confirm, Right Click=Cancel].
Menu:
1. Speed Mode
Challenge your reflexes in this fun-filled action mode. Can you fill orders
fast enough?
2. Memory Mode
Stimulate your memory in this concentration-like mode. Can you recall who
ordered what?
3. Simon Says Mode
Exercise your mind in this "Simon Says" inspired mode. Can you recall the
sequence of orders?
4. See Your Pizza Toppings
You'll get new pizza topping(s) as you beat an area no matter you're
replaying or not, but you can only choose one per clearance (except Bermuda
Beaches and Moon Base Alpha). Once a new topping is unlocked, it will be
there waiting for you to choose it.
There are 12 areas in the game. Once you unlock one area in one mode,
it will be available for the other modes as well, and you can start the game
from any area you've unlocked on its first respective day.
You can see your toppings collection here.
5. Design Your Own Pizza
At first, it is locked. You'll need to unlock 5 toppings first.
With your available toppings you can design your own pizza. Choose to "Add
Pizza" to add the toppings in the game, and you can see this topping here.
You can delete your added topping by choosing "Delete Pizza".
You can't delete the first Untitled Pizza. Everytime you quit the game, all
the custom toppings level will be back to 1.
6. Switch Players
You can start a whole new game with restarted toppings.
7. Options
Full Screen -- Activate full screen or windowed mode.
Sound -- Activate Sound effect.
Music -- Activate Background music
Replay Story -- Always play story when you replay the game or not.
8. High Scores (dead atm)
See local and global high score for each mode. For global high score, you
have to connect with internet. The global high score will be erased every 24
hours.
As usual, you may see cheaters out there to have the highest rank, and they
are usually very easy to recognize with a very high score and very low day
count.
I dunno why, but every time I see the global high score, I usually see the
non-cheater peak score is at about 1,100,000 for Speed Mode, about 300,000
for Memory Mode, and about 50,000 for Simon Says Mode. People seem to have a
good reflex, but poor memory, huh?? Because I think getting higher score in
Memory Mode is still slightly easier than Speed Mode. Simon Says Mode is
much more difficult but if you use correct tools, you can reach the last day
of the game.
9. Quit
Quit to windows.

B. RULES
;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;
Some of the game rules can be found in the game itself, or inside readme.html
file. Below rules are not very explicitly expressed by the game.
The customer satisfaction rating matters much, it's the star thingie on the
right bottom screen, because it's the only factor that can end your game. A
customer will hang up the phone if he/she waits long enough and your rating will
drop by a half star (Speed Mode only). If a thief, crank caller, or grafitti
artist hang up the phone, your rating will not drop though. The rating can't go
higher than 5 stars.
Everytime you send a wrong order to a kitchen, your rating will also drop by a
half star.
If your sequence order is wrong (Simon Says Mode only), your rating will drop by
a half star.
Right-click is for cancelling, right? But if you right-click on a customer's
order, the customer will hang up the phone and you'll lose a half star.
Speed Bonus (1/2 star) will be obtained in the end of a "customer row" if you
handle all their orders correctly and fast enough (except at some "Marathon
Days"). Or that can also be done by 10 correct deliveries in a row. You still
can get this "Speed Bonus" even if your rating is full, but this does not
benefit you in any way.
When your rating drops to zero, your game will be over and you have to restart
the area over. To prevent that, save the game (click pause, save and quit, save
and quit), you can do that anytime in the game, so you can restart the day only
instead of restarting the area over again.
If you choose to quit without saving and if you have saved your game data
before, your old save data'll be erased as well! Your save data is only one per
mode (per user name), and if you choose not to continue from your saved data,
your save data in that mode will be gone forever!
You'll also see "Goal" icon, but you shouldn't be tricked with the name, it's
not really your goal. It is the money you accumulate in each day, but it does
not really matter if you reach the "Goal" or not. Making money exceeds the
"Goal" will give you sales bonus only in the end of each day.
When you send an order to the correct kitchen, you will receive a nameless
reward. Let's call this "Order bonus". The quantity is the topping value
multiplied with customer order bonus described in THE CUSTOMERS section. The
value increases as you level up the topping. Level 1 of a single topping has
$10 value, you can pick up 1 order at a time for Speed Mode and Simon Says Mode.
Level 2 has $20 value, you can pick up 2 orders at a time for Speed Mode and
Simon Says Mode. Level 3 has $30 value, you can pick up 3 orders at a time for
Speed Mode and Simon Says Mode. And level 4 has $40 value, you can pick up 4
orders at a time for Speed Mode and Simon Says Mode. If you send multiple orders
by doing this to the wrong kitchen, your rating also decreases multiple times as
well!
Level 1 of custom topping has $15 value, level 2 has $30 value, level 3 has $45
value, and level 4 has $60 value. If you quit the game regardless you save or
not, your custom topping level will drop down to 1!
You also receive a tip for each correct delivery. The quantity basically depends
on how fast you handle the order, it multiplies as your topping level up. I'm
not VERY BERRY sure about this, but it seems that the tip (and the speed bonus
also) tends to increase if you send multiple orders to the (correct) kitchen.
The tip can disappear if you don't click on it soon enough.
$5/$10/$15 -> topping level 1
$10/$20/$30 -> topping level 2
$15/$30/$45 -> topping level 3
$20/$40/$60 -> topping level 4
You also receive bonus for any combos you have done. Pizza Frenzy (5 combos)
gives you $300 bonus, Double Frenzy (10 combos) gives you $600 bonus, Triple
Frenzy (15 combos) gives you $900 bonus, Super Frenzy (20 combos) gives you
$1200 bonus, Mega Frenzy (25 combos) gives you $1500, Ultra Frenzy
(30,35,40,45,50 combos) gives you $1800,$2100,$2400,$2700,$3000.
I never see 55 combos though -___- Getting high combos is a very stressful job,
you know?
=============
THE CUSTOMERS
=============
Note that the generic customers do not have official name, so I have to name
them by myself. If you think you have better names for them, you can mail me,
you'll be credited ^^
1. Lady
Appears in: First Hill, Riverdale, Bora Bora, Tomaha Metro, Arctic Outpost,
Braeburn Place, Bermuda Beaches, Rapids City, Eskimo Village, Moon Base Alpha,
Destination: Mars
Order bonus: x4
Behaviour: Generic.
2. Bald man
Appears in: First Hill, Riverdale, Bora Bora, Tomaha Metro, Braeburn Place, Moon
Base Alpha, Destination: Mars
Order bonus: x2
Behaviour: Generic.
3. Boy with hat
Appears in: Riverdale, Bora Bora, Tomaha Metro, Arctic Outpost, Bermuda Beaches,
Rapids City, Eskimo Village, Moon Base Alpha
Order bonus: x3
Behaviour: Generic.
4. Kid
Appears in: Riverdale, Bora Bora, Tomaha Metro, Matira Bay, Bermuda Beaches,
Rapids City, Eskimo Village, Moon Base Alpha, Destination: Mars
Order bonus: x1
Behaviour: Generic.
5. Thief
Appears in all areas starting from Riverdale:
Riverdale, Bora Bora, Tomaha Metro, Matira Bay, Arctic Outpost, Braeburn Place,
Bermuda Beaches, Rapids City, Eskimo Village, Moon Base Alpha, Destination: Mars
Order bonus: None
Behaviour: If you deliver his order to the correct kitchen, he'll steal your
money ($1000) for EACH of him and ruin all your combos as well.
Reporting to the policeman will give you Citizen Award $500 bonus, and makes the
policeman orders pizza. But, if there are many crimes (thief, crank caller, and
graffiti artist) in a row, the policeman only orders pizza if you report all of
them, or if the others who are not reported have hung the phone.
Thief, Policeman, Crank Caller, and Graffiti Artist hang up the phone a little
bit longer than the other customer types in Speed Mode.
Delivering his order still counts as Completed Order.
If you report a thief and/or crank caller and/or graffiti artist to the
policeman, the fact says that one of the these customer swarm's (if there's any)
order is always not counted as Completed Order, but the other order(s) count(s).
What I think is it indicates that their orders are actually count as Completed
Orders but the policeman's does not count.
It's fine to mix criminal's order(s) with the others if your topping level is
>1, then you report them to the policeman, the policeman will handle the
criminal(s) and you still have your remanining order(s), but don't always do
this in Simon Says Mode.
In Simon Says Mode, you still have to deliver his order in the correct sequence,
as well as Crank Caller and Graffiti Artist.
If you bring his order (and his kinds) to the wrong kitchen, then it won't have
any effect, but you'll lose #number of order to go.
6. Policeman
Appears in: All areas starting from Riverdale (Only if you report the criminals)
Order bonus: x4
Behaviour: Generic. In Simon Says Mode, his sequence order does not matter. In
Memory Mode, you don't need to remember his order by default (unless Gossip
and/or Clown change his order).
Policeman will order the same topping with the criminal. If there are many
criminals, he'll order the same topping with the last criminal reported.
7. Movie Star
Appears in: All areas starting from Riverdale
Order bonus: x4
Behaviour: His patience is lower than the other customers, but for each correct
delivery, he'll tip $500.
8. Old man
Appears in: Riverdale, Bora Bora, Arctic Outpost, Braeburn Place, Bermuda
Beaches, Eskimo Village, Moon Base Alpha, Destination: Mars
Order bonus: x2
Behaviour: Generic.
9. Tahitian
Appears in: Bora Bora, Matira Bay, Bermuda Beaches
Order bonus: x1
Behaviour: Generic.
10. Boy with glasses
Appears in: Bora Bora, Matira Bay, Arctic Outpost, Bermuda Beaches, Rapids City,
Moon Base Alpha, Destination: Mars
Eskimo Village,
Order bonus: x2
Behaviour: Generic.
11. Grandma
Appears in: Bora Bora, Matira Bay, Arctic Outpost, Bermuda Beaches, Eskimo
Village, Destination: Mars
Order bonus: x1
Behaviour: Generic.
12. Bum
Appears in: Bora Bora, Tomaha Metro, Matira Bay, Arctic Outpost, Bermuda
Beaches, Rapids City, Eskimo Village, Moon Base Alpha, Destination: Mars
Order bonus: x1
Behaviour: Changes his order every few seconds, but if he has got struck by
a Gossip/Clown influence, he will not change his mind anymore. If you highlight
his order when he is trying to change his mind, he will cancel it.
He has generic behaviour on Memory Mode.
13. Gossip
Appears in: All areas starting from Bora Bora
Order bonus: x3
Behaviour: If you bring her order to the correct kitchen, she'll convince other
ordering costumers to order the same topping with hers. Glitch? As long as the
banker is collecting tips, the conviction will have no effect (i.e. wait until
the banker finishes).
If you bring her order and a clown's (or the other's) order to the same kitchen,
all of the influences will occur based on the order sequence.
14. Banker
Appears in: All areas starting from Tomaha Metro
Order bonus: x1
Behaviour: If you bring her order to the correct kitchen, he'll take the tips
and Citizen Award for you for a limited amount of time.
15. Crank Caller
Appears in: All areas starting from Tomaha Metro
Order bonus: None
Behaviour: If you bring his order to the correct kitchen, he'll ruin your combo.
Reporting to the policeman will give you Citizen Award $500 bonus, and makes the
policeman orders pizza.
16. Clown
Appears in: Matira Bay, Arctic Outpost, Bermuda Beaches, Rapids City, Eskimo
Village, Moon Base Alpha, Destination: Mars
Order bonus: x1
Behaviour: If you bring his order to the correct kitchen, he'll cause the other
ordering customers to change his/her ordered topping randomly. Not very random,
I suppose... If there are multiple (types of) customers originally order the
same topping, they will change into the same topping. Glitch? As long as the
banker is collecting tips, the conviction will have no effect.
17. Graffiti Artist
Appears in: All areas starting from Matira Bay
Order bonus: None
Behaviour: If you bring his order to the correct kitchen, he'll drop your rating
by a half star! People here surely dislike graffiti! Reporting to the policeman
will give you Citizen Award $500 bonus, and makes the policeman orders pizza.
18. Monk
Appears in: All areas starting from Arctic Outpost
Order Bonus: x1
Behaviour: If you bring his order to the correct kitchen, he'll slow the time
for you! Yay! But, not useful for Memory Mode -___-
19. Eskimo
Appears in: Arctic Outpost, Eskimo Village
Order Bonus: x2
Behaviour: Generic
20. Alien
Appears in: Moon Base Alpha, Destination: Mars
Order Bonus: x2
Behaviour: Generic

C. GENERAL TIPS
;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;
1. The customers are randomization. So, you can get screwed easier in later days
if you're just unlucky. Simply, try again to fix that.
2. Don't click the right click at the customer's orders because it means you
reject the order (Draws you closer to "Game Over"). Once your game is over, you
will lose your save game, and you'll have to start the game from the beginning
of an area.
;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.
D. WALKTHROUGH
;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;.;
This game can't be run under DOS mode.
This game uses about 60K of both physical and virtual memory to run smoothly and
completely. VGARAM?
First, you MUST enter a name.
Then, the basic tutorial. It is different depends on which mode you choose.
FIRST HILL "Introduction" Day 1
-------------------------------
Possible customers: Lady, Bald man
Goal: $1000
Total orders: 15
Kitchens: 2
You can see houses all over the area, there are where the orders come from, as
well as a police station per area later in the game.
The customers are random per game as well as their choosen toppings, and the
order time. Of course, at the first area, the customer hordes and types are only
a few, but starting from the third area, the hordes will remove its
"Introductory status", and starts with the real one.
For Speed Mode, the customers patience decreases (they hang up the phone faster)
as you unlock a new area.
You'll get a bonus if you handle all the customers' orders correctly. A blimp
dropping money ($30 each) comes and you have to click on the money to pick
those. (The calls from thief or such are not counted).
Then, Daily Report comes. It shows your Sales Bonus, Order Delivery data, and
the Customer Satisfaction rating in the end of the day. For each a half star,
the game gives you $250 bonus.
The game also gives you bonus for the longest combo you perform during the day.
Pizza Frenzy (5 combos) gives you $300 bonus, Double Frenzy (10 combos) gives
you $600 bonus, Triple Frenzy (15 combos) gives you $900 bonus, Super Frenzy (20
combos) gives you $1200 bonus, Mega Frenzy (25 combos) gives you $1500, Ultra
Frenzy (30,35,40,.... combos) gives you $1800,$2100,$2400,.....
There is also random topping fun fact from Lorenzo Stromboli. You can also save
your game here. That'll save your Total Sales.
For Memory Mode, you are given some time to memorize the customers' orders, and
the more the customers, your time is also given more. But as the days go on,
your time will be cut, but you'll still have much time in "Marathon Days"
(usually day 3/5 of an area).
You shouldn't take clown's order to the correct kitchen when the topping
selection is many and the remaining customer is not many because you can't see
the change(s).
In Simon Says Mode, all the customers will say "Hallo" when he/she calls you.
Different customer types will say different "Hallo". Be careful when your
topping level is >1 and you pick multiple orders to the wrong kitchen or your
sequence is wrong (for the wrong sequence, all the orders after the wrong
order will be considered as wrong), the game will punish you multiple times as
many as your wrong orders and/or sequence. "Marathon Days" will usually be your
relax days.
Be careful if someone hangs up the phone, and your sequence don't reach him/her,
all your deliveries will be considered as wrong sequence.
Topping fun fact:
-Wrap green and blue cheeses well when storing, because the mold spores spread
easily to everything nearby, including other cheeses.
-The name Chocolate comes from the Aztec word "Chocolatl," meaning a warm
liquid, one Aztec emperor drank more than 50 servings a day of an unsweetened
hot chocolate.
FIRST HILL "The Park" Day 2
---------------------------
Possible customers: Lady, Bald man
Goal: $1000
Total orders: 20
Kitchens: 2
Topping fun fact:
-Anchovies are the least popular pizza topping in the United States.
BONUS MODE Day 3
----------------
There are 5 pizzas to decorate in a minute. No matter what you do here, the day
will still pass, and you will be brought to the next area. If you misplace a
topping, you can undo it by clicking right over the misplaced topping.
Pizza 1: Pepper-Only
==5 Pepperonis
Pizza 2: Checkered Pie
==4 Cheeses
==5 Peperonis
Pizza 3: Yin Yang
==6 Cheeses
==6 Pepperonis
Pizza 4: The Half And Half
==9 Pepperonis
Pizza 5: Cheddar Towers
==9 Cheeses
The CPU have 4 marks of your accuracy. Perfect (Bonus 100 points per topping),
Good (Bonus 20 points per topping), Okay (Bonus 5 points per topping), Miss
(Cuts 50 points per topping). I, honestly, am not very clear about how these
marks are done, seem to be not very accurate.... I think.
If you only finish decorating 2 pizzas in the given time, the CPU won't count
all the remaining pizzas as "Miss".
The game also have bonus for your time left after finish decorating all the
pizzas, 100 points per second.
Those two will add your total score.
Topping fun fact:
-Though most people claim to hate anchovies, they are an important ingredient in
popular food items such as worcestershire sauce and caesar salad.

RIVERDALE "Top Of The Mountain" Day 4

Topping fun fact:
-People in Asia are eating more French Fries every year. In Japan, consumption

Then, the coupon usage is introduced only at Speed Mode and Memory Mode. You can
use the coupon to change the customer's orders. The price for the first one is
$200 for each topping, and increases by $100 the next time you change the order.
Extremely useful for combo! The coupons, actually, have existed from the first
day. If you have the money, you could use them earlier.
The coupon price will reset as the day changes.
There are one of these "glitches" in this game that after you change a
customer's order with the coupon, don't click the coupon again, otherwise you'll
pay the coupon printing fee for nothing and the coupon's price increases as well
for the next change! Deliver it immediately to the kitchen instead. You can also
use the coupon for the same order and the coupon's price still increases.
The other "glitch" is somewhat at your advantage. You can use one coupon to
change multiple orders, that's it if your topping level is >1 (only in Speed
Mode). When you pick multiple orders, click the coupon once to change all of
them for the coupon fee:
[The quantity of your orders] x [current coupon fee]. It's a little bit cheaper
than when you pick that identical orders to exchange one by one because the
coupon fee always increases after you use the coupon once. >___>
