[4] In-Depth Pet Guide
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**This guide is made base on my own experience and research. It may not be
accurate but statistics are gathered through research to backup my theories.**

http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/6127/23455934am9.jpg

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
[4.1] Experience Bar
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.1.1] What is Experience Bar?

Pet will level when the bar reaches 100%, the progress speed decreases as the
level increases. Lv1 to Lv2 only takes few minutes while Lv59 to Lv60 takes
half a day. Highest Level is Lv60.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
[4.2] Hunger Bar
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.2.1] What is Hunger Bar?

Pet cannot be summoned once this bar reaches 0%. The amount of hunger % affects
blessing stats. A fully filled Hunger Bar at 100% will be completely depleted
in approximately 73 minutes. The higher % this bar has the faster it depletes,
the lower % this bar has the slower it depletes. Research has shown 100% to 99%
took 21 seconds and 1% to 0% took 1:53 minutes.

[4.2.2] How to control Hunger Bar efficiently?

What % Hunger Bar drops to should I start to pumping it? Well, when the Hunger
Bar is at low, pet will consume a lot less pet food than it is at high. So If
you want higher RPP, you will have to feed the pet more milk. On the other
hand, if you don't care about RPP and just want keep the pet summoned longer
but consume less food at the same time, then you should keep the Hunger Bar
below 10%. The lower the slower % drops!! Remember that!!

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
[4.3] Food Slot
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.3.1] What is Food Slot?

Food such as Pet Milk from Cash Shop or Star Pet Box or almost everything in
the game can be placed here to feed the pet(Pet has bigger stomach than Lime
is incredible). Food is for increase pet's Hunger Bar. I'm not going to talk
about how much each items other than Pet Milk increases the Hunger Bar since
there are so many. Anyway, each Pet Milk increases 5.0% of pet's hunger bar.
Here's the catch. The pet will take 1 pet milk even if it's hunger bar is at
99.9% hence wasting a pet milk with an increment of only 0.01%. Same goes to
94.9%(2 consumed), 89.9%(3 consumed), 84.9%(4 consumed) and verse versa. So if
you don't want waste pet milks, you have to wait until the hunger level's at
95.1%. Why 95.1% not 95.0%? Because sometimes the game thinks 95.0% still falls
under the 94.9% category. It doesn't happen always but it does happen. At least
during my manual pet feeding experience.

Ever wondering what is the "Maintain Food Slot" for? Look no further. If you
don't have this option checked, then the food slot will become empty after
whatever amount of pet milks or other eatable items are consumed. For exmaple,
if you put 2 pet milks in the food slot, then those 2 pet milks will be
consumed and food slot will be empty and you have to put more food in the slot
in order to feed the pet. Also, the amount of food you place in the food slot
will be consumed accordingly. By accordingly I mean the pet will automatically
consume enough food to reach 100%. So if your pet at 0% hunger level and even
if you feed the pet with 100 pet milks, only 20 will be consumed(20x5%=100%).
One more thing, if you check "Maintain Food Slot", you must have Pet Milks in
your personal inventory not Pet's Inventory or it won't work.

[4.3.2] What's the most economic way to spent on pet food?

Besides all the junks you pick up in the stage, the throwing knife is by far
the cheapest pet food. 1 lowest bait will increase Hunger Bar by 1.5~2% and 50c
you can get 5x throwing knife. Since 80% is the maximum Hunger Bar you can fill
without the use of Pet Milk, 8s is all you need to last for over an hour. Also,
from observation, the higher the Hunger Bar is the lower % each food will
provide! What it means is the when the Hunger Bar is at low, food will increase
it by a lot; when the Hunger Bar is at high, food will increase it by very
little. According to my observation, one(1) throwing knife will increase the
Hunger Bar by 1.5%~2% when it's at 10% or below; however one(1) throwing knife
will only increase the Hunger Bar by 0.1% when it's above 50%. It takes more
than a stack of 250 throwing knife to fill the Hunger Bar to 80%(maximum amount
the bar can reach without Pet Milk)

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
[4.4] Pet Accessory Slots
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.4.1] What are Pet Accessory Slots?

Items purchased from Cash Shop or acquired from Star Pet Box can be placed
here. Bonus stats from the item will increase player's base stats.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
[4.5] Pet Inventory Slots
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.5.1] What are Pet Inventory Slots?

Four(4) additional storage spaces. Beware if your pet is 30 Days, if the
contract expires and you do not have G Coin to renew the contract, any items
stored in the pet's inventory slot cannot be taken out.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
[4.6] Rare Pet Probablity
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.6.1] What is Rare Pet Probability(RPP)?

All pets have a chance to become Rare Pet at Lv60 but not before. So you have 59
levels to increase pet's chance to become one. A Rare Pet will grant player
+15.96% Physical Critical Hit and +37 Strength(Cat Only) compare to +11.96%
Physical Critical Hit and +32 Strength from a None-Rare Lv60 Pet.

[4.6.2] How to raise RPP?

Whenever pet levels there's a chance the RPP will increase randomly. It can be
0% the lowest or it can be 0.8% the highest.

[4.6.3] How to raise RPP efficiently?

Now we are on the most important topic in this guide. I have three(3) Pets,
two(2) permanant and one(1) 30 days. My first pet I purchased on the same day
when it was first introduced. I got it to Lv22 if my memory serves me right.
Then I found out my pet's RPP is lower than other's at the same level. Then I
noticed the description of RPP(if you move the cursor on it) says "The longer a
pet is full the higher the chance it will become a rare pet". I realized I
never bothered to worry about keeping the pet full mostly so it might be the
reason why I messed up the RPP. So I purchased another permanant one and start
to train it manually by keeping the Hunger Bar above 75% all the time.Below is
the result:

Lv2: 0.2%
Lv3: 0.4%
Lv4: 0.7%
Lv5: 0.9%
Lv6: 1.2%
Lv7: 1.5%
Lv8: 1.7%
Lv9: 1.7%
Lv10: 2.0%
Lv11: 2.3%
Lv12: 2.3%
Lv13: 2.7%
Lv14: 3.0%
Lv15: 3.4%
Lv16: 3.7%
Lv17: 4.1%
Lv18: 4.5%
Lv19: 4.5%
Lv20: 4.5%
Lv21: 4.9%
Lv22: 5.3%
Lv23: 5.7%
Lv24: 5.7%
Lv25: 6.2%
Lv26: 6.2%
Lv27: 6.2%
Lv28: 6.2%
Lv29: 6.2%
Lv30: 6.2%
Lv31: 6.2%
Lv32: 6.7%
Lv33: 7.2%
Lv34: 7.2%
Lv35: 7.8%
Lv36: 8.3%
Lv37: 8.9%
Lv38: 8.9%
Lv39: 8.9%
Lv40: 8.9%

http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/2975/40nl3.jpg

Somewhere during Lv20ish I noticed my manually trained pet has lower RPP than
my guidies'. Upon asking I learned they all put their pets in Pet Trainning
School. So I came up with this theory, "The longer a pet is full the higher the
chance it will become a rare pet" means if the Hunger Bar stays at 100% all the
time, there's a higher chance pet will receive maximum RPP increase. To prove
my theory, I purchased another 30 day pet and fed it with 20 Pet Milks to fully
fill the Hunger Bar and then put it in Pet Training School starting at Lv1.
Each Pet Training Ticket last 24 hours so below is the result of the pet after
every 24 hours:

Day 1  = Level 20 (Rare: 5.6%)
Day 2  = Level 28 (Rare: 8.8%)
Day 3  = Level 34 (Rare: 11.9%)
Day 4  = Level 38 (Rare: 14.1%)
Day 5  = Level 42 (Rare: 16.5%)
Day 6  = Level 46 (Rare: 19.1%)
Day 7  = Level 49 (Rare: 21.1%)
Day 8  = Level 52 (Rare: 23.3%)
Day 9  = Level 54 (Rare: 24.7%)
Day 10 = Level 57 (Rare: 27.0%)
Day 11 = Level 59 (Rare: 28.6%)
Day 12 = Level 60 (Rare: 29.4%)

http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/4183/12daysw1.jpg

As for conclusion, the longer a pet is full the higher chance pet will get
maximum amount of RPP increase. During my observation, the highest RPP a pet
can gain is 0.8% which occurs when pet is reaching max level and the lowest RPP
is 0%. So it is possible a pet can have 0% RPP at Lv60 if you don't properly
train it by keeping the Hunger Bar at lower %. For those of you who wants to
get a rare pet on the first try, I would suggest spending 12 Pet Training
Tickets for the maximum efficiency. Another important fact worth to mention is
that the amount of RPP gain is random, even if the pet is kept at 100% all the
time. I saw someone else's Lv28 pet with 9% RPP as oppose to 8.8% at Lv28 from
mine. Therefore, theoratically, one can get more than 30% RPP when pet reaches
Lv60. Maybe even 50%? Haha, that's actually too much.

[4.6.4] What is Pet Training School?

Pet Training School is of course to train your pet. What it does is to save
a lot of your hassle and resources(food) by raising your pet by an NPC. The
school provides food, or should I say no food is required when pet's in school.
Whenever you are away from keyboard you can place pet in school. You need a
Pet Training Ticket purchased from Cash Shop. The ticket lasts 24 hours. All
you need to do is place the pet in Pet Slot and place Training Ticket in
Training Ticket slot and press Train Pet. Your time will start counting down.
Beware that if you take the pet out before time expires, you won't get a refund
for the remaining time. So if you only trained your pet for 1 hour and still
has 23 hours left but then you decided to take the pet out, you'll lose the 23
hours. Also beware that there's a bug in Pet Training School, the amount of
experience and level shown is not correctly indicated. The level will sometimes
be greater than actual level. Don't be surprised your pet might have a lower
level than you checked earlier. It's not de-leveled but rather wrongly
indicated.

[4.7] Stats
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.7.1] What is Stats?

Stats is the passive bonus the pet gives you. As long as it's summoned, you'll
always have the bonus shown on the pet. Cats and Dogs give Physical Critical
Hit and Rabbits give Magic Critical Hit. The Crit. Bonus stacks with Deadly
Blow. Below is the statistics of bonus gain from each level:

Lv5  =  1.84%
Lv10 =  2.76%
Lv15 =  3.68%
Lv20 =  4.60%
Lv25 =  5.52%
Lv30 =  6.44%
Lv35 =  7.36%
Lv40 =  8.28%
Lv45 =  9.20%
Lv50 = 10.12%
Lv55 = 11.04%
Lv60 = 11.96%
Rare = 15.96%

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
[4.8] Blessing
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.8.1] What is Blessing?

Blessing is another bonus pet will grant to player. Unlike Stats, blessing is
not passive but active, more like buff. The pet will cast a buff that last 30
seconds every 60 seconds. In the pet window you'll see the Cool Time counting
down, once it reaches 0 pet will cast buff again. Cat gives Strength buff, dog
gives Vitality buff and rabbit gives Intelligence buff. The Blessing buff pet
cast on you will not overide other buffs.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
[4.9] Expiration
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

[4.9.1] What is Expiration?

This applys to 30 Days pet only, unlimited pet does not have this feature. If
the time reaches 0 Day 0 Hour and 0 Second, pet cannot be summoned until player
renew 30 days contract by purchasing Cash Shop item.

[4.9.2] Should I get Unlimited Pet or 30 Days Pet?

It's up to you totally. Both have pro and con. Unlimited Pet cannot be traded
but you do not need to renew the contract hence saving alot money on ijji G
Coins. 30 Days Pet can be traded once the 30 days contract expires but you have
to spent 15 G Coins per month in order to keep it summoned.
