not included (such as Beggars and Apostates), that means it cannot be hired.

Statistics are taken directly from the upgrade trees, and individual units'
attributes may be slightly different.

Also be aware that the listed statistics already include the bonuses from
any starting equipment, and mercenaries can spawn with any weapon they're
proficient in.
