The Navigation System is compromised of a combination of letters, and a symbol
(the Tilde (~) key). All of my future FAQs will include this new system, making
for an easier, and more helpful FAQ experience.
Here is how it works:
Look in the Table of Contents for a specific section, find the code and do the
following:
Press CTRL and F on a PC, or the Special Key and F on a Macintosh. A search box
will then appear; search for the code, and you will be taken to that section.
This system is fairly new, so it is bound to have bugs in it. Please inform me
of any errors in the FAQ, or with the system itself. My E-Mail is in the Legal

NOTE: I have received many E-Mails about Weapons being available in other
Missions, most of the time, it involved getting deep into waves of enemies,
such as getting the M60 from the guy in the Helicopter in Mission 8. While
it does get you the M60 three levels early, you are faced with a wave of
enemies, plus not to mention the fact that the guy who has the M60 doesn't
seem ready to give it up, so to make things technically right, I have changed
the 'First Available' category to 'Best Available', which signifies not
neccessarily where its first found, but also where its most convienient to get
the weapon and extract it from the mission to add to the Cache.

S1~ -[ Orthmeyer's Keycard ]-
Obtaining Orthmeyer's Keycard grants you access to both, the Mini Gun, and the
Dual Gold Desert Eagle's.
In Mission 9- "The Wang Fou Incident", assuming you don't intend on getting a
'Silent Assassin' ranking, find a way to get down to the Basement. Find a
Warehouse-esq Storage Room. Once you find it, upon close inspection of the room
you will find an Elevator. Once you find it, take it down to the Basement of
the Restaurant. Once down in the Basement, step out of the Elevator and make a
sharp right turn and pass through the double doors. Keep going through the
other set of double doors. You should now encounter some guards, so dispatch
them, and keep heading forward. Keep following the corridors, and pass through
the doors, but not any of the side doors. Just keep going onward. Eventually,
you'll come to another Elevator, so step inside, and take it up to the Mansion.
The Mansion is abandoned, so exit the Elevator, and turn left, and pass through
the double doors. Turn right past the doors, and head upstairs. Turn right when
you reach the top of the stairs, and move through the double doors to reach
the office of Lee Hong. Orthmeyer's Keycard is on top of Lee Hong's desk. Grab
it, Save the game, and beat the mission with it, or you will not get it.
Once you have Orthmeyer's Keycard, go and replay Mission 1- "Asylum Aftermath".
Mini Gun-
As soon as you start the mission, go outside of the blinding white room, and
into a small room. Exit that room into a winding hallway. Once at the end, open
the door, and make a sharp right. You should see a glass door with a Keycard
Reader. Go inside, kill the Patient wielding it, and complete the mission with
it in your possession to add it to the Weapons Cache. Don't count on getting
a 'Silent Assassin' ranking with this baby in your hands. It also cuts your
speed to a mere walk.
Dual Gold Desert Eagle Handguns-
Once you start the mission, continue through until you get to a long hallway,
with three huge, long mirrored windows. Go through this hallway, and once you
open the door, make a right, go down the stairs, and open the door. The Dual
Gold Desert Eagle's lay at your feet, waiting to be picked up. Complete the
mission them in your possession to add it to the Weapons Cache. Test these
things on the poor, hapless souls within your reach. MUWAHAHAHA!....
.*clears throat*....they rock.
S2~ -[ PGM Sniper Rifle ]-
This isn't really a Secret, but its too big to put in the actually Weapons
Section, so here you go. The PGM Sniper Rifle is in Mission 12- "Hunter and
Hunted". Play the mission with the intention of not getting a
'Silent Assassin' ranking. Start the Mission, grab the WA2000 Sniper Rifle,
and unpack it from its case. Now, instead of leaving your Hotel Room, go
through the white door, onto the balcony. A message should appear saying
'Sniper has Acquired Target'. From where you come from out the door,
immediately look up and at the 2 o'clock position of your screen. You should
see a tall building with a blue-lit sign. Look for the Sniper, zoom in, and
land a Headshot. His PGM Sniper Rifle should fall to the ground, leaving it
there for you to take out of the level and add to your Weapons Cache. You may
need to do this a few times to successfully make the PGM fall from the
building.
S3~ -[ Sniper Rifle Concealment Case Trick ]-
This is not really a Secret, but you can store other Sniper Rifles besides the
WA2000 inside of the Concealment Case. Simply start a mission with the Sniper
Rifle of your choice from your Weapons Caches, drop the Sniper Rifle you start
out with, and open the case. Agent 47 will assemble the Sniper Rifle. Now, drop
the WA2000, and pick up your Sniper Rifle, and then pick up the Concealment
Case. Agent 47 will then disassemble your Sniper Rifle, and put it inside of
the case. Voila! This is especially sweet when you put the Silenced PGM Sniper
Rifle inside of the case, as IMO, it's really the best Sniper Rifle in the game.
*UPDATE* You can start a Mission with the Sniper Rifle in the case simply by
completing a mission with the Sniper Suitcase in your possession, with a Sniper
Rifle in it.
