1 - Introduction
================

The game's intro begins as you get onto the bus to go home and unzip your bag
to get out your favourite comic: The Masked Mutant. You read about the League
of Good Guys' latest plans to raid the Masked Mutant's headquarters and then
continue to read about the Masked Mutant's evil plans to destroy the League of
Good Guys once and for all! As you reach the end of the comic, you're awakened
out of your comic book-reading stupor and hear the bus driver yelling at you to
get off the bus... looks like you've missed your stop again.

As you get off, you find yourself in a strange place where you've never been
before. Regardless, you carry on up the steps towards a huge building and
notice that the huge building is identical to the Masked Mutant's headquarters
in your comic book. Unable to resist, you decide to investigate this bizarre
castle.

Zorax: Another of the Mutant's henchmen, Zorax is a small creature but powerful

5 - Walkthrough
===============

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

5.1 - The Beginning
===================

Simpy walk forward from your starting point and enter the Masked Mutant's
headquarters.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

5.2 - The Lobby
===============

As you enter, Dinah Might will meet you and tell you about the Mutant's plans.
She says that you're the only hope to stop him as he doesn't know anything
about you, and that will work to your advantage. Go straight onwards and go
into the elevator waiting for you at the end of the lobby.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

5.3 - 5th Floor
===============

As soon as you arrive on the 5th floor, you will be attacked by Zorax: one of
the Masked Mutant's henchmen. You don't have anything to defend yourself with
against him, so turn around and run to the room at the end of the corridor.
Grab the hammer that you find on the floor in here and then face the door. When
Zorax breaks down the door, just throw the hammer at him and he'll split into
smaller pieces and flee. With Zorax out of the way, head back down the corridor
towards the elevators and enter the door on your right. Open the only door in
this room and you will automatically duck under a table to witness a meeting
between the Masked Mutant and his henchmen.

It appears they are aware of your presence in the building and they're worried
that you might be able to destroy them. The Masked Mutant sends Root Rot and
Pinky Flamingo to find and stop you, but keeps the Magnificent Molecule Man
behind. Apparantly the Magnificent Molecule Man has kidnapped Chinchilla
because she was promoted instead of him. The Masked Mutant then promises to
make him his new second-in-command if he catches you. After the coast has
cleared, enter the office. As soon as you enter, the innocent-looking telephone
on the table transforms and it turns out that it was actually the Masked
Mutant! Quickly head for the greenhouse portrait to your left and it will
transport you to the greenhouse.

Grab the rake lying in front of you and then continue through the greenhouse.
Root Rot will drop down and start attacking you, so quickly run to the right
and enter the toolshed. Go over to the window where you'll hear a squeaky voice
saying "Let us in!" Open the window and the swarm of bees waiting outside will
attack Root Rot, keeping him at bay while you escape the greenhouse and run
into the garden maze.

Head to the right as you enter the maze and keep going right to find the League
of Good Guys Emblem. Then make your way through the maze, heading away from the
entrance the whole time. Use your rake to kill any enemies you encounter in the
maze, and get to the portal at the end to find yourself back in the main 5th
floor corridor. Simply head along the corridor to the end and go into the open
elevator to go to the 8th floor.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

5.4 - 8th Floor
===============

Head left from the elevators and then go right to the Control Room. Enter it
and then run to the control panel on the far right of the room. Turn around and
you'll find a robot preparing to attack you; simply give it a few whacks with
the rake and it's history. Now, go over to the control panel and turn off the
alarm to see the Mutant's diabolical plan: he intends to turn the whole world
into a cartoon with a mysterious Green Beam. After watching this, exit the
control room and go back towards the elevators. Follow the corridor to the left
from there and enter Pinky Flamingo's office.

As soon as you enter, you'll find yourself dropped into a pool of 'slowsand':
twice as torturous as quicksand, but with the same result. Pinky then erases
the door with his fingers and disappears into thin air. Wait until the rat
which is circling the room comes close to you, then grab its tail by pressing
Ctrl. Follow it after it breaks through the grate, and then keep following it
through the small maze. When it turns around at the end, make a quick left turn
and then follow the path around to the grate on the right to exit. From the
main 8th floor corridor, simply enter the open elevator.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

5.5 - Lobby, Revisited
======================

It seems like a strange place to be taken to, but go to the front door anyway.
Suddenly, the Mutant will appear from nowhere to block the exit; turn around
and run for the elevator as fast as you can.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

5.6 - Basement
==============

From the elevators, head down the corridor and then to the right, then enter
the Printing Room. Head to the right into the small room and then go to the
far end of that room to get the key out of the bucket. Return to the main
section of the printing room and you'll be greeted by Zorax, who is now back to
his full size. Get your rake out and position yourself so he is directly
between you and the bullseye on the floor, then push him backwards with the
rake. When he lands on the bullseye, he'll be thrown backwards into the
printing machine and squashed for good. One supervillain down, a bunch to go!

Head back into the main corridor and enter the locked Generator Room using the
key you just picked up. Quickly run straight onwards and down the stairs, using
your trusty rake to dispatch any enemies that get in your way. Fight your way
through the tunnels to pick up some Power Gloves: a new accessory for your
League of Good Guys outfit. Then simply backtrack through the tunnels and up
the stairs to the waiting elevators. Take the left hand elevator to the 7th
floor.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

5.7 - 7th Floor
===============

Go into the first door on your left as you exit the elevator and pick up the
paint brush from next to the painting of the Galloping Gazelle and also take
the Art Slide from the corner of the room. Exit the art room and head left down
the corridor to a pipe on the right hand side of the corridor which is dripping
green slime. Walk up to the pipe with the brush equipped to get some of the
slime on your brush, now go back to the art room. Walk up to the painting to
finish it and free the Galloping Gazelle from the canvas. Follow him outside
and watch as he fights a purple dog, which turns out to be the Mutant in
disguise. The Magnificent Molecule Man saves the Galloping Gazelle by blasting
him into the elevator, before teleporting away to save himself from the
Mutant's wrath. Go into the waiting elevator.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

5.8 - 8th Floor, Revisited
==========================

Go straight ahead from the elevator and into Pinky Flamingo's office, where
Feedback is hung up from the ceiling. Head over to the other side of the room
and change the dial so that it's pointing to CD to save Feedback. He'll then
give you a coin and dash off. Go back into the waiting elevator. It will take
you to a strange floor, where Captain Bob is waiting for you. He'll ask you to
give him the comic book you brought to the building; apparantly it contains
vital information about the Mutant's weakness. He tells you to meet up with him
in Room 509 when you get hold of that issue, so just go through the portal back
to the 8th floor and take the elevator.
