Note: A lot of times you are asked where to cum. This never has any influence
on the story, so I didn't list those choices below, but each option leads to
additional cgi with a couple of unique lines before going back to the common
path, so you have to select both for 100%. Either use quicksave for that or
speed through the game a second time using the skip option.
