This is a walkthrough through March 2020, it seems like the game isn't complete
yet. This game is not linear, so you might go in a slightly different order than
I did.

Arco starts on Deiland with the goal of collecting blueberries. They are located
behind the pond. In your provisions menu, they are called blueberry, in your
planting menu, they are called raspberries, but they look like blackberries, the
developers were really indecisive.

Click on the start button for an explanation of controls. Next to your profile
in the upper left corner, the red bar is your health, light blue bar next to
your health is energy or stamina.

You then meet Mun, the explorer and pink haired girl you who will be important
throughout the game. She gives you the quest to plant and harvest food. Your
food gauge is to the right of your crystals in the upper left side of the
screen. The first step is to make a hoe. Walk to your hut, hit x and select the
Forge option. You will need wood and stone, which you are given to start the
game. Return to Mun, and she will give you carrot seeds, with a new quest to
plant them.

FARMING

Click your right trigger to switch between tools, so that it shows the hoe being
in use.  There are 3 mounds next to your hut. Hit X, select the carrots, and
there will be a carrot icon above the mound. Arco then gives you the quest to
plant the pine nuts.

PINE TREES

Return to the pond, and hit square with the hoe equipt. Select the pine nuts,
and move your joysticks until it is blue (must be in range of pond, but not in
the pond). Hit X to plant. Leave space between your trees with each other and
the rocks, sometimes the nuts/berries will fall on top of the rocks or get
caught between each other.

There may have been mushrooms spawned by this point, there will be an icon and
number in the upper right corner of your screen. You can hit triangle to look
around the planet for them and save time.

HAMMER

Mun is still on your planet, so return to her to finish the carrot quest. You
receive a new recipe for a hammer, and the quest to make it. Be CAREFUL once you
get the hammer and other destructive tools, when you walk up to a tree or bush,
it might say "Push", to knock down the berry/nut, or some variant of "Destroy".
If you cut down your tree, you have to plant a new one.

Forge your hammer the same way you did the hoe. Your carrots should also be
ready to harvest. Plant a new thing in the same spot.

Return to Mun, and she gives you the quest to make a campfire, but you don't
have enough wood. She gives you a recipe for an ax, but you are also low on
stone. Collect the pine nuts from the trees between your house, farm, and alter.
Plant them by the pond. Collect stone from using your hammer on rocks on the
ground. After breaking a few, return to your hut.

AX

Return to the forge and use the recipe from Mun to create an Ax. Before chopping
down any trees, make sure you leave some to collect pine nuts from. Equip your
ax using the triggers, and chop down a tree. Arco is now out of energy, so
return to your hut and get some sleep. Arco is probably also pretty hungry by
now.

CAMPFIRE, WORKSHOP

Return to Mun, and get the quest to build a campfire. Continue collecting stone,
and start building a forest, alternating between planting and chopping down full
grown trees. Make sure to collect the nuts, I have run out of them on accident
before. It takes a lot of wood to build the workshop, so collect food and stone
while waiting for your forest to grow.

To build a campfire, equip your hammer and hit square. This also needs wood, so
you will probably have to sleep again from chopping down all the trees. You will
also need more wood to light the fire once you build the campfire.

TORCH

Mun gives you two new quests, make a torch and explore the hill. The torch is
made in the forge, and you can probably upgrade your hammer. Upgrading your
hammer unlocks the large well and fireplace.

Walk over to the fire you made, and light your torch with X. Walk with Mun to
the sparky thing that I called an alter earlier, there should be a blue arrow
pointing at the ground in front of it. Once you examine the alter, you will be
pulled into combat. Equip your Ax, and use it with X on the enemies. There are 3
green blobs around your planet. Use the small purple arrows to locate them.

Congratulations, you finished the tutorial! :) You can now build a Well. If you
walk up to a well you have built and try to get water, you will get a recipe for
a bucket. Watering plants speeds up their growth.

Mun comes back shortly, until then, work on collecting stone and wood, and
upgrading what you can. When anyone comes in the future, they are only on your
planet for a minute. When someone wants to land, hit triangle, rotate the planet
to where you want them to land, then hit X.

DATA COLLECTION/BATTERY

Mun gives you a new quest, to babysit a device that observes your planet. Keep
charging the battery until it says 100% in the upper right corner of your
screen. Of course, there will be monsters trying to keep you from succeeding.

During this time, Locke the magician will visit your planet. He lands in a hot
air balloon with legs. Talk to him, and receive the quest to trade with him to
get money. When you look at the Sell menu, the things that are starred are
things he likes, some will pay more for things they like than other merchants.
Pick something that isn't necessary to trade, like a mushroom or ore. He gives
you a new quest, he wants you to grow cotton and make him some fabric.

COTTON/FABRIC

I would suggest building a well and using one plot for food, one for cotton. And
don't forget about that battery! It might also rain soon, rotate your world with
triangle to maneuver the rain over your crops. This will make them grow faster.

Mun comes back to collect the data, and has no new quests for you at this time.
Focus on gathering resources and defeating monsters until you have enough cotton
to make fabric for Locke. Thread is also an important material, so it's a good
idea to stock up on cotton.

FISHING

Eventually, Brram the chef will come visit you. He gives you a fishing rod
recipe. The quest is to catch a Blue Bass in your fishing pond. Buy some larvae
from him, for bait. Return to your hut, and forge a fishing rod (you will need
thread made from cotton in the workshop menu). Hit X looking at the pond from
the beach side, select your larva, move your left joystick to bring the bait
near a fish silhouette, and wait until the slidy bar is over the "catch" area
and tells you which button to hit. Be quick!

FENCE BAT WINGS

Mun comes back, wanting more information on your planet on monsters. Shortly
after, a bat attacks your planet instead of the green blobs. It drops a wing
that you can give her when she comes back. Brram returns as well, turn in your
fish to get a quest to build fences to protect your crops. When you turn this
in, you get the recipe for a gate.

LIMOS ALCOHOL

Eventually, you will get enough cotton to make fabric. Locke comes back, and in
exchange offers you another quest. He needs the drop from Limos (green blobs) to
make potions. I already had enough just from living on the planet this long. He
gives you the recipe for alcohol in exchange.

CABBAGE SUNFLOWERS

I got cabbage and sunflower seeds from random meteors that hit my planet.
Sunflowers can be used to make oil. I believe the seeds that can be dropped from
a meteor are based on how far you are in the game. Arco can also buy it from
Brram the chef.

METAL ORES MINERALS

Metal, ores, crystals, all have a random drop chance when you are collecting
stone. At this point, I have the ability to unlock the kitchen, but had to
wonder around collecting a lot of stone to get the 5 metals.

PUMPKIN

Locke returns, having discovered a new potion. But he needs pumpkin juice from a
giant pumpkin. The way to get it is, using your joysticks and walking around,
line up the pumpkin icon above your crop mount with the moon when it is visible.
You might accidentally line it up from walking around. The moon also isn't
visible every night, and you need regular pumpkins to replant, so don't use all
of them on giant pumpkins. They take a few nights to grow, so you will probably
get at least 2 chances to line it up with the moon. Brram now carries pumpkin,
wheat, milk, bread, Boletus Dei, acorn and cheese.

INSECT WINGS LARVA

Insect wings and larva drop from giant bee enemies that sometimes appear on your
planet.

Around this point in the story, Mun comes back and gives you a badge to call her
with. If you hit the up arrow, scroll over to SPECIAL, select the badge and hit
X, you can summon her at any time you want to turn in a quest.

CORN HOE

Brram will return and gives you a new hoe recipe and asks you to bring him some
corn. Purchase at least 2 cheese (for the sandwich later) and an Acorn from him
to expand the types of trees in your forest.

STAFF MAGIC

For giving Locke the giant pumpkin, you get a Gulliver potion and the recipe to
forge a staff. Your quest is to create the staff and see if you have magic. The
next time you sleep, you start the creepy dreams.

KITCHEN

Once you upgrade the house to have a kitchen you get the recipe for bread and
croissant and rope (workshop). With the rope, you can upgrade your farm mound
plots! You can also use the sunflowers to make oil with the kitchen. Sunflowers
and cotton are really important to grow at this point in the game. While waiting
for those to grow, it's a great time to stock up on metal, wood, and plant
berries to get more bushes. It's also a good idea to have extra wheat on hand.

At this point, you can buy thread, fabric, glass bottles, limucus, alcohol,
metal, cotton, pine nut, oil, healing potions and Gulliver potion from Locke.

FIRE

Eventually, after building the kitchen, you will get a visit from  the pirate
Goliath, which causes you to learn how to use Fire spell. Use it to attack his
ship and him when he lands. After defeating him, you are forced to cook Boletus
Dei, and given the recipe. He will leave and release Brram, and you may have to
replant trees and bushes to replace what he destroyed. But, you can now use the
fire spell in combat, but it costs crystals, so it is a good idea to stick to
hitting easier enemies with an ax.

SANDWICH

A day later, Mun returns and asks if you are ready to come on adventures. You
need to make 2 sandwiches to come along.

This is where it gets much less linear. Some quests will sit in your que for a
while, others you can do right away.

Brram comes back, notices your new kitchen. He would like monster loot in
exchange for a sweet recipe. You get Jello and Pancakes, with the quest to
surprise Mun with them. Awww....

The next time Locke comes, you ask about the princes (since you can use magic).
In order to get the book on them, you need 3 daisy seeds and insect wings. This
will have to wait.

Goliath returns and gives you a new ax recipe, asking for 30 wood stumps. The
new ax collects a lot more wood per tree, so this isn't as hard as it sounds. He
comes back shortly if you can't get it in time.

Around this time, you get a new enemy, they are giant mushrooms. They drop
poisonous liquid and poisonous toadstool. I also got a watermelon out of a
meteor, then could buy it from Brram.

If you get bored, or aren't sure what to do at this point, look at upgrading
your farm and tools, stock piling on resources. I personally hold off on leaving
the planet (sandwich quest) to make sure I have a solid inventory and home base
first.

The next time Goliath stops by, he would like larva for fishing (you can buy it
from Brram). In exchange for the larvae, you get an improved fishing rod. Buy
some combustible and I buy rope, because it takes 6 cotton turned into 3 thread
to make a rope, vs buying it for 15c. He also sells diamond, which I think you
will need on the next planet, so if you have enough money, you might want to buy
one. I also recommend selling him your stone, you will have too much of it to
get enough metal, and for a few hundred stone, you can make a ton of money.

ANKORA

At this point, I was ready to leave with Mun! Make sure you have at least 300
money, or a lot of things to sell. This gives you the Combustible recipe, and
you travel to Ankora. You meet the first Ank (they look like Yeti/Abominable
snowmen) named Umi, the main guy on this planet. He sells Algae, meat, soup (and
gives you the recipe), cheese and ice. Make sure to pick up algae, I needed it
later and forgot he had it. Follow the path past the windmill to a tent to meet
Hute, the female Ank.

Hute asks you to get 2 meat, so you are acting as a middle man between the
fighting couple Hute and Umi. As you are walking between them, watch for
mushrooms or monsters you haven't fought. Most drop the same things as monsters
you have already fought. After bringing Hute back the meat, she gives you the
recipe for Stew.

Hute sells tomato, root, daisy seed, and sandwiches. You need the daisy seed for
Locke's quest.

Continue to the temple, plot happens, the evil guy will run away, you aren't
supposed to win, just dodge 3 of his hits and run around. The important part is
that in order to further the temple line, you need to find the heart of the
planet.

SHEEP WOOL MILK

Return to Umi, the male Ank near your ship. They discuss the masked man, then he
offers you a woolly sheep. You get a quest and recipe to build a barn. If you
feed the sheep straw, you will get milk. If you don't feed them for a while, and
let them run loose (some advice claims you have to do more than that, but you
just have to ignore the sheep for a few days), the reward for returning them to
the pen is wool. Collecting milk the first time gives you the cheese recipe.

DEILAND

Once you return, you can plant the tomatoes from Ankora. Build the barn using
the hammer, the sheep will show up there, and unlock the recipe for straw. Straw
is used to upgrade your farm plots the second time.

I turned in the pancake quest at this point, when Brram stops by next, there are
suddenly baby chickens on your planet. Feed them with tree seeds/nuts to get
eggs from them, but watch how many seeds you have. It will get you down to 1
seed, but won't feed them the last one. You feed the chickens until they poof,
and drop an egg. Turning in the quest gives you experience.

There was a bee attack, so I was able to turn in the quest to Locke for his back
pain potion. The reward is the Prince story with 3 pages in it.

UPGRADED ALTAR

At this point, I picked upgrading the altar over building the Laboratory. This
is followed by another creepy dream.

Brram comes to your planet a day later, and you get to meet Bom and Yuki, the
cat burglar. When they are on a ship, their theme song will play, and there will
be a little blue Bom in the upper middle of your screen. Place Arco between the
almost invisible blue running thing and your house to stop her from stealing
food. She gives you the quest to make a lollipop. If you caught her on the way
to the house and have ingredients, you can make her one quick. You get
experience.

Mun makes an emergency landing, and asks you for metal to repair her ship. Her
thanks is leaving :)

Goliath lands, and you have to stop Bom and Yuki again, you get a new recipe and
a quest to make a silver necklace. You can't make silver bars yet, so this one
will wait.

Locke now carries an invisibility potion.

The next time Brram arrives, he asks about Ankora, and requests the pink
mushrooms that grow there.

Goliath lands and asks for a single crystal for 100c.

LABORATORY MINE

Unlocks the recipe for gold, cake (kitchen), and unlocks the mine. You might
have noticed on the opposite side of the world to the pond is a massive pile of
rocks with a flat face that has a star shaped crack in it. Go there with your
hammer and you can build a mine.

Locke lands with an emergency, needing you to make as many health potions as you
can. You receive the recipe and a quest to make 4. He now sells gold bars.

It is really helpful to make a fireplace outside of the mine. Light a torch
before you walk in, then light the torch/post just on the inside of the mine.
Break all of the crystals around the mine, then start mining out the rocks
blocking the path. Your mine cart fills up really fast.

Soon after, both Brram and Mun are on Deiland at the same time, and you get the
quest to feed Brram pizza, and the recipe. You get experience and he will pay
you handsomely for pizzas in the future.

Goliath and Mun will also be on the planet at the same time, it's just for an
interesting story, no quests.

Mun comes back asking about a criminal cat, a new quest to ask Yuki about it.

ARKORA

Return to Umi and he will teach you how to make silver, and he will give you the
recipe to upgrade your hammer if you bring Hute some wood to keep her warm. You
can now buy sheep from Umi

Hute then sends you to the temple to make an offering of eggplant. You can now
buy eggs from her as well. Arco asks the mage to teach him to use the ice spell,
which he needs a diamond in exchange (buy from Goliath).

After bringing him the diamond, you are asked to defeat 3 ice creatures (the
lizards and bunnies don't count, only the ones with 6 sticks walking around)
using the fire spell. Try to collect pink mushrooms at the same time for a
different quest, but they are uncommon and might take a few trips. For being
bright pink, they hid them really well.

Once you have defeated 3 of the ice creatures, you will have a quest to gather
ingredients for a healing potion. Return to Hute, and you will need to be a
mediator between her and Umi again. Umi gives you a new hoe recipe, Umi gives
you a new hammer recipe, both are quests.

DEILAND

When you return, there is a new flower monster that drops Chrysanthemum,
Bluetear and Dandelion seeds.  The bigger ones also give you chicken, root and
thorns. The hoe and the fire spell work the best on them.

Brram stops by with Yuki, and she says she'll stop stealing things. Give her the
pendant, since you have the silver recipe from Umi. Brram now sells rice.

Silver unlocks Fishing Rod 2, Hoe 3, and Hammer 3. There are also new crustacean
monsters.

When you bring the 3 pink mushrooms to Brram, it gives you money and experience.

Hoe 3 makes crops grow faster, Hammer 3 unlocks the water tower and a fire pit,
both in your hammer crafting menu.

Goliath lands, angry about the crystal, plot. But he does empty your mining cart
each time he visits now. Locke comes back with a new page to the book, and now
sells Silver.

When you get the off to the mine in the upper right corner, it means that there
are green crystals to collect.

Because you upgraded the fishing rod, Mun gives you the recipe for a pier, and
the quest to build one. This allows you to catch salmon

Brram lands along with a bunch of bees for you to kill. They are much more
difficult than the previous bees, be warned. All for a pie recipe.

Goliath arrives with Yuki, whose pendant broke, so you have to make her some
jello.

The next time you see Yuki, she gives you the invisibility potion recipe she
stole. The next time, she gives you the candy recipe.

Locke and Brram end up on the planet at the same time, ends with you being the
new supplier of oil to Brram. Brram also now carries candy, you can buy it
instead of making it for Yuki.

Goliath brings you a treasure chest to hide, put a fireplace over it and make
sure the fire doesn't go out.

Locke draws some mushroom monsters in for you to kill, this unlocks Plantmutate
potion.

UPGRADE ALTAR

Mun arrives with Yuki on her ship, trades cake for information.

Yuki arrives on Goliath's ship, Goliath tries to hurt her, talks about adopting
her. She then returns on Brram's ship, and gives you a treasure chest she stole.
Brram asks for some crab claws. Save for later.

Summon Mun.

ARKORA

Speak to Umi, he will give you berries to bring to the temple. Talk to Hute, she
will give you a poplar (ank fruit) tree. She now sells Eggplant and pie. Head to
the temple, he lets you keep 2 berries to plant, and buy the pirate silver key.
Use the key to open the chest Yuki gave you, and you will get a new page to the
book.

DEILAND

Plant the poplar and the ank berries.

Locke asks you for a frog to test his youth potion on. Save this for later.

ARKORA

Return to Arkora, talk to Umi. There is now a quest to save his sheep. If you
have been neglecting your sheep, you should have 2 balls of wool for Hute (I
have 4 at this point). She now sells the ank fruit/poplar tree, now called
Ankoran poplar or Ankcorn. Too many names.

The ice bunnies now drop meat. Chameleons drop limos, creatures drop carrots

DEILAND

Goliath shows up, gives you the sheep. Tells a sad story, only thing that can
fix it is finding the ending to a song. Locke knows the ending.

Stop Yuki coming off Brram's ship and she needs an antidote.

For anyone who is trying to follow along, or who has played this before, you may
notice that I have not mentioned Lily. This is my second playthrough, and I just
have had bad luck. There is a chance for a meteor to contain a mystery seed, and
I haven't gotten one yet. I got it pretty early on in the last game, but right
now, the Nidawi, Locke, and Yuki quests are waiting on me getting a random drop
to meet Lily.

During this time of waiting for the right meteor, I fought the enemy that you
get crab claws from. It is a sphere with a little slit for it's eyes, has crab
claws.

This is where I have to end this guide, I have spent 2 hours standing out in a
field, specifically waiting for meteors. I have probably gotten 20 meteors in
the whole game, no mystery seed. I found a lists of quests that covers the
remainder of the walkthrough, done by someone else on Steam

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1494497194

This didn't exist when I first started playing, and I just found it, so I'm not
going to delete the past 12 hours of playing and typing, because mine is more of
a walkthrough, and theirs is a little bit more of an organized list of quests.

The first time I played through a few years ago, there was absolutely nothing
online about this game besides youtube videos that took forever to get to the
part I wanted to know. So hopefully, this helps anyone who's still playing.

So now that there are more guides online, there are 2 things that can really
slow you down (besides not knowing where to go for something). 1 is the mystery
seed, I had to stop almost everything else while waiting for the right meteor to
hit. 2 is clearing the mine, if there are long periods between Goliath visiting,
and you hit a choke in the story like I did, it can take a really long time to
expose the heart and get through the main story. I wish they had given Goliath
something similar to Lily's plant or Mun's medal. I ended up waiting so long for
the meteor, that I had a stack of over 30 for everything I could grow, and
crafted everything useful, upgraded everything that I could to the max.
