The Basics of Nazi Zombies and Gun Stats---------------------------------[NB02]
(The name in the in the parenthesis is the name of the gun after it has been
pack a punched. If there are no parenthesis then the weapon cannot be pack a
punched. They are in no particular order.)
Hello and welcome to my Black Ops Nazi Zombie weapon Guide. In thi guide I will
discussing the different stats and uses of the guns and their Pack a
punched variants. I will not be covering Weapons stats in the normal
multiplayer and strategies for goin out zombies. I will also be assuming you
know the basic strategies on how survive for long periods of time, Locate the
mystery box, and get to the Pack a Punch machine. If you do not know these a
quick look into another guide on this site or a quick search on Google will
solve the problem. I hope enjoy and that this guide will provide you with some
new found knowledge.

----------------The Basics of Nazi Zombies and Gun Stats [NB02]----------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
\_____________________________________________________________________________/
In order for you to understand the majority of this guide you will need to
know some basics on how HP and weapon damage works. The majority of you
probably already know this but for those who don't know hear you go.
As the rounds progress that zombie will become faster and harder to kill. I
am pretty sure that their speed equals out at around the twelth round.
Regardless, the important thing we want to look at here is their health. At
round 1 the zombies will have 150HP and at each round after their HP will
increase by 100 points. After Round 9 their health will be multiplied by x1.1.
As for the Hellhounds that is a bit of a mystery. I have been unable To figure
it out from my own testing seeing that I can only seem to get hits on the
their head and I don't know how exactly the multipliers work on hellhounds.
My best guess is that they start out with 500-600 HP the first time they
show up and increases by 500 each other time. I figure this because
the Bowi knife will kill them in one swipe until the third time they show
up. Also, all of my attempts to find this info online have also failed.
As for the Ankle biters, my best guess says that they have around 300-400 less
health then the normal zombies. I am assuming this because at later levels the
normal zombies will take 2 knife swings to kill while the Ankle biters only
take one.
Here is a chart explaining the HP of the normal zombies
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| | Some of these are slight Estimations and may be
Round| Health | a bit off. But it will still give you a rough
1 | 150 | idea of how effective the weapons will be. Then
2 | 250 | again, I highly doubt anyone will make it past
3 | 350 | round 35. When calculating these I rounded up but
4 | 450 | Treyarch might have gone a different way. I am not
5 | 550 | going to put the health of the zombies for every
6 | 650 | single round as that would take way to long. If
7 | 750 | want to know the HP for a specific round then just
8 | 850 | take a estimate. Like if you wanted to know the HP
9 | 950 | for Round 34 you can probably guess that it is
10 | 1045 | around 1400. Round 45 is around 3500.

Here is the format that the rest of the guide will be in.
Small hand held firearms that are lightweight and accurate. They don't pack
much of a punch but when pack a punched some of them can be a valuable
weapons.
Description: Well this the gun you start with and you cannot get this form the
random box. As you can imagine this gun sucks. It will take the entire clip
to kill a zombie by round 2. There is, however, a good reason to keep this gun.
Read the paragraph below to find out why.
rating: 1/10
---Mustang & Sally
Damage: 1200
Ammo: (6)/(50)
Reload Speed: 1.6
Rate of fire: 300
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: Duel wield
Other effects: Explosive ammo
Description: The pack a punched version of this gun makes it duel wielded and
gives you explosive ammo. This will be able to kill multiple zombies in one
or two shots. Using this weapon does run the risk of blowing your self up.
Along with this in later levels the Mustang and Sally will simply
create tons of crawlers. This is a ok weapon that is definitely fun to use
but this is not the gun to take you to high rounds.
Description: This essentially a buffed up 1911. It does have considerably
more power ,but then again there is no reason to choose a semiautomatic
pistol of a assault rifle or shotgun. Avoid this gun.
rating: 2/10
---Calamity
Damage: 300
Damage to the Head: 1050
Ammo: (20)/(240)
Reload Speed: 1.63
Rate of fire: 535
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: Full auto mod
Other effects: none
Description: I honestly believe that this gun actually gets worse when you
upgrade it. It gets a slightly larger magazine and becomes full auto. You
may think that this makes it better but all it does is make the already small
magazine empty even faster. After a few minutes you will find yourself with
no ammo and very few dead zombies.
Description: Same as the CZ75 but now you have two of them. This makes it
operate a really bad shotgun and again this should be avoided.
rating: 2/10
---Calamity & Jane
Damage: 300
Damage to the Head: 1050
Ammo: (20)/(320)
Reload Speed: 1.9
Rate of fire: 535
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: Full auto Mod, Dual wield
Other effects: none
Description: At least when there was just one you could have a accurate
weapon but now that you have two you loose that advantage. You just end
up with two weak, inaccurate, and fast shooting submachine guns. All together
worthless.
Description: The Python is a hard hitting weapon but the lack of ammo and
the slow reload will get you killed. If you do plan on using this weapon then
you must get it pack a punched as quick as possible.
rating: 3/10
---Cobra
Damage: 1500
Damage to the Head: 3000
Ammo: (12)/(96)
Reload Speed: 2.6 (entire clip)
Rate of fire: 625
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: Speed loader
Other effects: none
Description: Pack a punching the python does fix two of the guns main
problems. Those being the slow reload time and the small magazine. This along
with the high penetration and high penetration does make this a viable weapon
if you want to challenge yourself. If you are not looking for a challenge then
you should ditch this gun for a assault rifle or a shotgun.
Description: This has a good rate fire and ok damage for a un pack a punched
weapon. It does suffer from having a small magazine. Other then that this a
good weapon to hold onto to pack a punch.
rating: 4
---AK74fu2
Damage: 190
Damage to the Head: 950
Ammo: (40)/(280)
Reload Speed: 2.1
Rate of fire: 750
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: Red dot sight
Other effects: none
Description: After being pack-a-punched this weapon becomes a very powerful
weapon. You get a fancy red dot sight, increased damage, and a larger magazine.
All together this creates a great weapon to use while trying to get the
ray/thunder gun.
Description: This has very little ammo and you cannot get more off the wall.
There is really no reason to use weapon. You will just find yourself with
no ammo and only a few dead zombies.
rating: 4/10
---Phantom
Damage: 130
Damage to the Head: 650
Ammo: (225)/(45)
Reload Speed: 2.3
Rate of fire: 937
Movement Speed: 1.1
Attachments: Reflex Sight
Other effects: none
Description: With the additional ammo this gun becomes a viable gun to use.
Although this is statistically about the same as the AK74U and the Ak has
readily available ammo on the wall. Because of this I advise that you use
the Ak74u over this gun.
Description: Not much to say here other then: high rate of fire, low damage,
small magazine. Put these together and you will get one useless hunk of metal
rating: 2/10
---Tokyo & Rose
Damage: 140
Damage to the Head: 700
Ammo: (25)/(225)
Reload Speed: 2
Rate of fire: 937
Movement Speed: 1.1
Attachments: Dual Wield
Other effects: none
Description: Rather then have one useless hung of metal we have 2 now. They
still have a small magazine, low damage, and a high rate of fire. Although
this time we loose the ability to aim down sights making us loose what little
accuracy this gun had. Avoid at all costs.
Description: This is almost as bad as the PM63. It does have 4 more bullets
but suffers from the same problems as the PM63. You can read these in the
paragraph above.
rating: 3/10
---MPL-LF
Damage: 140
Damage to the Head: 400
Ammo: (40)/(200)
Reload Speed: 2.25
Rate of fire: 937
Movement Speed: 1.1
Attachments: Precision sight
Other effects: none
Description: With the additional ammo this gun becomes a ok choice. This
does get out shined by the Assault rilfes and as such should not be chosen
over a AR.
Description: Statistically this is a reskinned MPL with a couple more bullets.
If you want to read more then just read the above paragraph on the MPL.
rating: 4
---MP115 Kollider
Damage: 140
Damage to the Head: 700
Ammo: (40)/(200)
Reload Speed: 2.9
Rate of fire: 750
Movement Speed: 1.1
Attachments: none
Other effects: none
Description: Same as the MPL-LF.
Rating: 6
---MP40 (The Afterburner)------------------------------------------------[MR12]
Damage: 100
Damage to the Head: 400
Ammo: (32)/(192)
Reload Speed: 2.3
ROF: 535
Movement Speed: 1
Description: This is probably the best SMG in the game. It has the lowest
rate of fire and the largest Magazine. This is the best weapon on the wall
and it is definitely worth getting early on.
rating: 5
---The Afterburner
Damage: 200
Damage to the Head: 1000
Ammo: (64)/(192)
Reload Speed: 2.3
Rate of fire: 535
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: none
Other effects: none
Description: Good damage, low rate of fire, and great hip fire accuracy
makes this the best SMG for zombies tied with the AK74U. Definatley worth
getting.
Description: This weapon is infamous in multiplayer but is almost worthless
in Zombies. It has a very high rate of fire that empties the magazine in a
few seconds. Avoid this weapon.
rating: 3
---G16-GL35
Damage: 150
Damage to the Head: 750
Ammo: (45)/(225)
Reload Speed: 2.5
Rate of fire: 937
Movement Speed: .95
Attachments: red dot sight
Other effects: none
Description: The extended mags are very helpful but the high ROF will still
still get you killed.
Description: This is a reskinned FAMAS and as such has the same down sides.
rating: 3
---AUG-50M3
Damage: 200
Damage to the Head: 1000
Ammo: (30)/(937)
Reload Speed: 2.6
Rate of fire: 937
Movement Speed: .95
Attachments: Masterkey, red dot sight
Other effects: none
Description: This is the same as the FAMAS pack-a-punched but with a masterkey
instead of extended mags. Unfortunately, the Masterkey is pretty worthless
and doesn't provide much help. (The master key will be covered in the shotgun
section of this guide.)
Description: When fighting a large mob of the undead your going to need a
bit more firepower then a single shot weapon.
rating: 4
---EPC WN
Damage: 240
Damage to the Head: 1200
Ammo: (30)/(360)
Reload Speed: 2.5
Rate of fire:625
Movement Speed: .95
Attachments: Reflex sight
Other effects: 3 round burst
Description: This is a very effective weapon that will be able to mow down
large groups of zombies. There is also tons of ammo so you will not run out
to quickly.
Description: I have had very little success using this weapon. a single burst
on does 300 damage meaning on Magazine can only kill 7-8 zombies at round
9. Combine this with the fact that there are only 144 bullets you will run
out of ammo very quickly.
rating: 5
---G16-GL35
Damage: 150
Damage to the Head: 750
Ammo: (45)/(225)
Reload Speed: 2.5
Rate of fire: 937
Movement Speed: ,95
Attachments: low power scope
Other effects: Full auto
Description: even with the additional ammo and becoming full auto this weapon
runs out of ammo very quickly. With the low power scope make it very hard to
aim while aiming down sights.
Description: Statistically this is the G11 with less ammo. Just scroll up to
the G11 to read more.
rating: 5
---Skullcrusher
Damage: 150
Damage to the Head: 750
Ammo: (30)/(270)
Reload Speed: 2.03
Rate of fire: 937
Movement Speed: .95
Attachments: Grenade launcher
Other effects: Full auto
Description: Statistically this is the G11 pack-a-punched but with less ammo
and a grenade launcher. The Launcher is pretty good at clearing mobs of
zombies, but later on it will only create large mobs of crawlers.
Description: This weapon ok early on for head hunting but looses effectiveness
very quickly. Your points are much better spent buying a MP40 or AK74U. Most
of this comes from the fact that it take most of the magazine to kill a single
Zombie by round 5
rating: 4
---Mnesia
Damage: 400
Damage to the Head: 1200
Ammo: (16)/(192)
Reload Speed: 2.4
Rate of fire: 625
Movement Speed: .95
Attachments: Grip
Other effects: none
Description: Not much better then its predecessor. The additional ammo and
damage does help but you will still find your self reloading on a regular
basis. Because of this a Commando or a Galil is just more practical.
Damage to the Head: 1280 (160 per buckshot, 8 buckshot total)
Ammo: (8)/(32)
Reload Speed: .567 per shell
ROF: 312
Movement Speed: 1
Description: This weapon is a effective one shot kill untill round 7-8 and
is semiautomatic. Along with the large magazine this is a very effective
weapon. The down side is that you have almost no ammo and you will be
barely able to put a dent in a wave of zombies with the ammo you are given.
rating: 4
---SPAZ-24
Damage: 2400 (300 per buckshot, 8 buckshot total)
Damage to the Head: 2400 (300 per buckshot, 8 buckshot total)
Ammo: (24)/(72)
Reload Speed: .567 per shell
Rate of fire: 312
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: none
Other effects: Full auto
Description: This is one of the only weapons that actually gets worse when
you pack a punch it. The damage and ammo is doubled ,but the full auto mod
will run the ammo dry very quickly. Because of this I do not recommend
using this weapon.
Description: Much like the SPAS, this is a consistent one shot kill until
round 7-8. This is pump action so the ROF is much lower. To compensate for
this the buckshot grouping is much tighter giving you many more one shot
kills at a range.
rating: 4
---Raid
Damage: 2400 (300 per buckshot)
Damage to the Head: 2400
Ammo: (10)/(60)
Reload Speed: .567 per shell
Rate of fire: 208
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: Grip
Other effects: load 2 shells at once
Description: This is the best shotgun for zombies in the game. It has the best
groupings and it does not have a high rate of fire like the other shotguns.
The increased reload allows you to load faster then any other shotgun making
for a very effective zombie killer.
Description: this is a effective one shot kill until round 4-5 and a effective
2 shot kill untill round 10-11. Because of the small Magazine and extremely
slow reload speed this is probably the worst gun in the game. You will spend
more time reloading then you will actually shooting your gun.
rating: 1
---Hades
Damage: 2400 (300 each)
Damage to the Head: 2400
Ammo: (2)/(60)
Reload Speed: 2
Rate of fire: 212
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: none
Other effects: Shots set zombies on fire
Description: Even with the major damage boost you will have to reload after
every 2 seconds and eventually this will get you killed. Also the fire effect
doesn't seem to do anything.
Description: These are ok weapons that do get the job done. Unfortunately
you get very little ammo and it will run out quickly. Along with the innacurate
hipfire you get one very inconsistent gun. I would avoid this weapon unless
you want a big challenge.
rating: 3
---Typhoid & Mary
Damage: 2400 (300 per buckshot)
Damage to the Head: 2400
Ammo: (8)/(80)
Reload Speed: 3
Rate of fire: 340
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: dual wield
Other effects: none
Description: If you can control your rate of fire then this can be effective.
You just need to control the impulse to spray and make sure your shots go into
large groups of enemies.
Description: worthless, absolutely worthless. It has a small magazine, no
ammo, and you have to aim down a high powered scope to hit anything.
This is a game is for shotguns, SMGS, and Assault Rifles, not snipers.
rating: -10
---L115 Isolater
Damage: 3000
Damage to the Head: 10000
Ammo: (8)/(72)
Reload Speed: 3.3
Rate of fire: 300
Movement Speed: .95
Attachments: variable zoom scope
Other effects: none
Description: Same useless piece of crap, but with more ammo this time.
Description: worthless, absolutely worthless. It has a small magazine, no
ammo, and you have to aim down a high powered scope to hit anything.
This is a game is for shotguns, SMGS, and Assault Rifles, not snipers.
rating: -8
---D115 Disassembler
Damage: 3000
Damage to the Head: 10000
Ammo: (10)/(80)
Reload Speed: 2.95
Rate of fire: 234
Movement Speed: .95
Attachments: Variable zoom
Other effects: none
Description: Same useless piece of crap, but with more ammo this time.
---Ray Gun (Porter's X2 Ray Gun)-----------------------------------------[RN29]
Damage:1500
Damage to the Head: 1500
Ammo: (20)/(160)
Reload Speed: 3
ROF: 181
Movement Speed: 1
Description: This gun is no longer the top weapon for zombies. It still is the
second best weapon to have. It's very accurate and you can use it when you're
downed.
rating: 9
---Porter's X2 Ray Gun
Damage: 2000
Damage to the Head: 2000
Ammo: (40)/(200)
Reload Speed: 3
Rate of fire: 181
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: none
Other effects: none
Description: More ammo and more damage. What more could you want?
Damage to the Head: 10000000000000000000000000000000000
Ammo: (2)/(12)
Reload Speed: 2.1
ROF: 100
Movement Speed:1
Description: any zombie in a 6 foot radius in front of you will instantly
die. This makes this the best gun in the game. Just make sure that you
conserve ammo and only use these shots on very large mobs of zombies.
Damage to the Head: 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
Ammo: (4)/(24)
Reload Speed: 2.1
Rate of fire: 100
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: none
Other effects: Broader blast radius
Description: more ammo and a large range. It doesn't get much better then that.
Rating: 10
---China Lake (China Beach)----------------------------------------------[CH31]
Damage:600
Damage to the Head: 600
Ammo: (2)/(20)
Reload Speed: 1
ROF: 60
Movement Speed: .8
Description: very little ammo and a slow pump action makes this a very
impractical weapon. Not to mention the fact that there is a high chance that
you may kill yourself.
rating: 2
---China Beach
Damage: 1200
Damage to the Head: 1200
Ammo: (5)/(40)
Reload Speed: 1
Rate of fire: 60
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: none
Other effects: none
Description: Same as the un pack-a-punched version.
Rating: 3
---M72 LAW (M72 Anarchy)-------------------------------------------------[MY32]
Damage: 2000
Damage to the Head: 2000
Ammo: (1)/(20)
Reload Speed: 3
ROF: 56
Movement Speed: .8
Description: You move slowly and there is a unbearably slow reload. At a
very early levels it seems that all it does is make more crawlers.
rating: 3
---M72 Anarchy
Damage: 600
Damage to the Head: 600
Ammo: (10)/(40)
Reload Speed: 3
Rate of fire: 56
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: none
Other effects: none
Description: With the larger magazine and increased movement speed it does
make this a very helpful weapon in taking out large groups of enemies. You
still have a change of killing yourself and in later levels these will simply
create large amounts of crawlers.
Description: In its un pack-a-punched state this weapon has no use what so
ever. If you do want to use this then you have to pack-a-punch it as soon as
possible.
rating: 2
---Awful Lawton
Damage: 700
Damage to the Head: 700
Ammo: (1)/(13)
Reload Speed: 2.75
Rate of fire: 25
Movement Speed: 1
Attachments: none
Other effects: Crossbow bolts attract zombies before exploding
Description: When pack-a-punched this weapon operates like the cymbal monkeys.
The bolt will attract zombies that causing them to ignore all players
and run towards the explosive. If you are backed into a corner this weapon can
save your life.
Description: You get more points from knifing an enemy rather then shooting
them. Every round it essentially requieres you to knife an enemy a additional
time. You can still go threw the first 3 rounds without firing a singel shot.
Description: This is the upgrade for the knife that you can buy off of the
wall. It does considerably more damage and it appears to swing much faster.
This can one shot any zombie up to round 10. One of the best strategies is to
buy this on round 6 and only use all the way to round 10. This will pay off
the Bowie knife and give you enough points for Juggernaut.
rating: 7
---Ballistic Knife (The Krause Refibrillator)----------------------------[BR36]
Damage: 500
Damage to the Head: 750
Ammo: (1)/(4)
Reload Speed: 1.5
ROF: 85
Movement Speed: 1.1
Description: very little ammo and not particularly high damage. This does
accelerate your knifing speed when you have this equipped. There is some
perks to keeping this weapon until later.
rating: 3
---The Krause Refibrillator
Damage: 1500
Damage to the Head: 3000
Ammo: (1)/(9)
Reload Speed: .75
Rate of fire: 85
Movement Speed: 1.1
Attachments: none
Other effects: shooting a downed teammate will revive them instantly. Buying
the Bowie knife will replace the knife in your left hand while using this
weapon.
Description: As a weapon this is still pretty worthless. On the bright side,
this has a good use. It normally take about 5 seconds to revive someone, but
with this weapon you can instantly revive someone by shooting them. This way
you are not putting yourself at risk.
Description: These are thrown much like grenades are. When thrown these
will instantly start to attract all zombies in the area. These are life
savers that will save your life on many occasions. Take note that it does
take about 3 seconds to throw the bomb.
Description: This is most definitely not a standard weapon. Rather then
shooting lazers or bullets it instead freezes enemies in front of you. It
does do damage, but it appears it's based on the distance between you and
your target. This is a very good weapon allowing you to get out of some pretty
sticky situations.
Description: The LMGs are the best non special weapons in the game for zombies.
They have large magazines and low rates of fire. You do move considerably
slower but you can still outrun zombies while walking backwards. definitely
worth picking this up.
rating: 6
---R115 Resonator
Damage: 180
Damage to the Head: 540
Ammo: (125)/(500)
Reload Speed: 4
Rate of fire: 750
Movement Speed: .85
Attachments: Red dot Sight
Other effects: none
Description: more damage and more ammo makes this gun even better.
Description: This is the third best weapon in zombies aside from the ray gun
and thunder gun. It has tons of ammo and a very low rate of fire. The only
real issue is the slow reload speed. This can be easily remedied by
buying speed cola. Definitely worth getting your hands on.
rating: 7
---H115 Oscillator
Damage: 210
Damage to the Head: 630
Ammo: (150)/(750)
Reload Speed: 3.75
Rate of fire: 535
Movement Speed: .85
Attachments: none
Other effects: none
Description: Getting more ammo and damage makes this gun even better.
