001-General Information
---------------------------------------------------------
This is a walkthrough for the game called "Azada". It's a
casual puzzle game, made in 2007. If you want to contact me
about this guide, use my email address,
[email protected].
002-Game Setup
--------------------------------------------------------
This game is made up of 100 puzzles, divided into ten
chapters of ten puzzles. Each chapter, except the first
one, has two adventure game puzzle rooms, seven short
puzzle rooms, and a jigsaw puzzle.
There are 23 short puzzle rooms, and even though they are
somewhat randomized, they generally appear in the following
order. Once you finish all 23 puzzle rooms, you start them
again, from the beginning. You go through the entire
sequence of puzzles three times.
The Pyramid
Butterflies
Chemicals
The colors
Sliders
The Stamps

The Torn-Up Image
The Shapes
The Runes
Matchsticks
The Towers
Pawns

Final Approach
003-Walkthrough
---------------------------------------------------------
The game starts with our character arriving somewhere
unknown. Click on the piece of paper to read it. It's a
letter from someone named Titus. He used his magic powers
to bring you here, because he needs help.
You go forward to the next room. Click on the book to start
Chapter 1.
003a-Chapter One
---------------------------------------------------------
This chapter is made up of ten different sections. Three of
them are adventure game puzzle rooms, where you find items
and use them to solve puzzles. Seven of the sections are
smaller minigames. You can flip left and right through
various sections and tackle them in any order.
I'll describe the three adventure game rooms first, then
the minigames.
At the Desk
-----------
The game starts off with an easy set of puzzles. You want
to find the items on this screen. They are a match, a
matchbox and a key. The match is in the trashcan, the
matchbox is on the top/left part of the desk, and the key
is inside a book, on the bottom shelf, on the right side.
There is a piece of paper on the ground, under the desk.
Use the match on the matchbox to light it, then use the
match on the paper. This reveals another piece of paper,
with a time on it.
Click on the wall clock, then set the clock to the time on
the paper. This reveals a locked box. Use the key on the
box to unlock it and get a piece of paper.
The Bathroom
------------
Zoom in on the bottom of the pipe on the left. Pick up the
pipe section and the red handle. Then, zoom in on the
bathtub to get the tweezers by the drain.
One of the panels on the side of the bathtub is a different
color. Zoom in on it, then use the tweezers on the lock.
Put the pipe here, then put the red handle on the red dot.
Pull the handle.
Steam covers the mirror, revealing two symbols. Zoom in on
the box in the corner, then press the two symbols that were
on the mirror to get a piece of paper.
The Living Room
---------------
The tape is on the right of the second-from-top shelf,
while the flashlight is on the left of the third-from-top
shelf. Open the red toolbox on the right to get a hammer.
Use the flashlight on the left screen, until you find the
door (against the right wall). A light switch is left of
the door. Click on the light switch to turn it on. A vase
is near the light switch; use the hammer on the vase to
break it and find a key.
Look at the right screen. A door is underneath the red
toolbox. Use the key to unlock the door to get batteries.
Look at the left screen now. Use the hammer on the loose
floorboard to find a loose wire. Use the tape on the wire
to fix it. A remote is on the right chair, in the left
screen. Use the batteries on that remote, then press the
green button to turn on the TV. The TV has a piece of
paper.
The Pyramid
-----------
Click on the floating stone here. This is a puzzle, in
which you want to swap tiles to form a complete picture.
Click on a tile, then click on a tile next to it to perform
a swap.
The picture is of the Sphinx. There is a border design,
going along the edge, to help you get all the pieces where
they should go.
Chemicals
---------
You have a box with chemicals. You want to find four
chemicals, which must be used on the paper in a certain
order.
Try a chemical on the paper. It will either have a red X, a
yellow dot or a green check mark. Red means it is not a
color you're looking for. Yellow means it is one of the
four colors you want, but not at this point in time. Green
means that it is the color you need at this time.
Find the four colors you're looking for, then use them in
the proper order to solve the puzzle. Trial and error is
how to solve the puzzle.
Butterflies
-----------
This is a simple challenge. Find the matching butterflies.
Click on one butterfly, then click on its match. Repeat
until you've found all the pairs to get another piece of
paper.
The Colors
----------
This is a puzzle in which a series of colored tiles are
pressed. You want to press the same tiles, in the same
order. Basically, just repeat the pattern a few times to
solve the puzzle.
Sliders
-------
This puzzle is more difficult. You want to slide the yellow
block right, to the exit. The other blocks can be moved up
and down, or left and right; which direction the blocks go
is clearly marked. Move the blocks around, until you can
get the yellow block out of the maze.
The Stamps
----------
There are many stamps here. You want to find all of the
matching stamps. Click on one stamp to flip it over, then
click on another stamp to flip it. If they match, they are
removed from the board. If they do not, they flip over
again. Keep flipping stamps and making pairs until the
board is cleared.
Jigsaw
------
When you solve all nine sections of this chapter, you get a
final puzzle. It's a jigsaw puzzle. Place all eight pieces
on the board, rotating them if necessary. They form a
picture.
003b-Chapter Two
---------------------------------------------------------
Open the door, underneath the bookshelves on the right.
This unlocks the next set of ten pages. There are two
adventure game rooms this time, and eight puzzle minigames.
I'll describe the adventure game rooms first.
The Kitchen
-----------
There are two drawers in the lower/right corner. Open the
top one to get the candle. Look inside the pot on the
stove, and you can get the tuner button. The third item, a
blowtorch, is sitting on the counter, left of the lowest
pan on the wall.
Use the candle on the blowtorch to light it. Zoom in on the
fridge and open it to find a block of ice. Use the
blowtorch on the ice to get a piece of paper with a number
on it.
Zoom in on the radio, on the shelf above the pans. Use the
tuner button on the radio. Press the tuner button the same
number of times that was listed on the fridge paper. So,
for example, if the paper in the fridge was 3, you want to
tap the tuner button three times. The game automatically
accepts it, when you get the right answer.
The Science Lab
---------------
Open the left locker to get a screwdriver. Get chalk from
on top of an eraser below the chalkboard. Open the right-
hand drawer of the desk to get chalk.
Use the chalk on the chalkboard to get a number. Use the
paperclip on the side of the computer to fix it, then
insert the number from the board. This lets you use the
computer and get the number for the locker.
Use the locker number on the padlock of the right locker,
and it opens. There is a lens in the upper/right part of
the locker. Use the lens on the microscope to end the
puzzle room.
Connect Three
-------------
Click on the back wall here. There are many faces on the
wall. What you want to do is find three images that are the
same color, and which are adjacent to each other in any
direction, including diagonals. Click on all three images
to eliminate them from the board.
You want to eliminate all the middle squares from the board
to solve this puzzle. They reappear, so the board never
gets empty. Click the "mix" button to swap tiles all over
the board, if you get stuck.
The Torn-Up Image
-----------------
It's a jigsaw puzzle! Move the pieces around to form a
whole picture. Pieces cannot be rotated, and adjacent
pieces automatically lock into place.
Pawns
-----
This is a game of Chinese checkers. Simply jump pieces, in
a straight line. Every time you jump over a piece, the
piece you jumped gets eliminated from the board. Clear the
entire board, until there are only four (or fewer) pieces
left, and you solve the puzzle.
Here is the solution that results in only one piece being
left on the board. In this solution, 1L means "first from
left column", 2L means "second from left column", 3L means
"third from left column" and so on and so forth.
1. Jump 2R middle ball left.
2. Jump the 3R second-from-bottom ball up.
3. Jump the 1R bottom ball left.
4. Jump the third-from-bottom middle column ball right.
5. Jump the 2L bottom ball right.
6. Jump the 3L bottom ball up.
7. Jump the 3L second-from-bottom down.
8. Jump the 3R bottom ball left, then up.
9. Jump the 3R second-from-bottom ball down.
10. Jump the 3R top ball down.
11. Jump 3L second-from-top ball down, down, right, up and
up.
12. Jump the 1R top ball down, left and left.
13. Jump the 3L top ball right.
14. Jump the 1L top ball right.
15. Jump the 1L bottom ball up.
16. Jump the second to bottom ball in the middle column
left.
17. Jump the 1L ball right.
18. Jump the 3R top ball down.
19. Jump the 2R ball left, left, down, right, up and up.
The Shapes
---------
This is a tangrams puzzle. Put the various shapes into the
outline of the board, rotating them if needed. Fill in the
entire outline. There may be some slight overlap.
The Runes
---------
You want to find a sequence of three runes, which are all
the same color or different colors, which are all the same
symbol or different symbols, and which are all the same
number or a different number. All three conditions must be
fulfilled.
This makes eight possible ways you can get a sequence of
three runes:
Same color, same symbol, same number
Same color, same symbol, different number
Same color, different symbol, same number
Same color, different symbol, different number
Different color, same symbol, same number
Different color, same symbol, different number
Different color, different symbol, same number
Different color, different symbol, different number
The three runes do not need to be next to each other, and
if you're stuck, you can change the runes on the board.
Find eight pairs of three to solve the puzzle.
Building Blocks
---------------
There are many blocks here. Tap on a block, then tap on a
spot on a board to move it there. The colors are completely
irrelevant, here. Move the pieces around, so the layout
matches the one in the lower/right.
The Towers
----------
This is a Tower of Hanoi puzzle, with four pieces. Let's
call the pieces 1-4, with 1 being the smallest and 4 being
the largest.
1. Move #1 to Peg 2.
2. Move #2 to Peg 3.
3. Move #1 to Peg 3.
4. Move #3 to Peg 2.
5. Move #1 to Peg 1.
6. Move #2 to Peg 2.
7. Move #1 to Peg 2.
8. Move #4 to Peg 3.
9. Move #1 to Peg 3.
10. Move #2 to Peg 1.
11. Move #1 to Peg 1.
12. Move #3 to Peg 3.
13. Move #1 to Peg 2.
14. Move #2 to Peg 3.
15. Move #1 to Peg 3.
Jigsaw Puzzle
-------------
One you get all nine papers, you have a jigsaw puzzle.
Place all pieces on the square, rotating them if necessary.
003c-Chapter Three
---------------------------------------------------------
Pull open the corner of the rug to unlock the chapter on
the desk. There are two adventure game rooms this time, and
eight puzzle minigames. I'll describe the adventure game
rooms first.
In the Attic
------------
There are two boxes on the right. One is on the ground, and
it has the lighter on top. The other is on top of a chest.
Zoom in on this box, then use the lighter on the string to
open up the box. This gives you a tube and a projection
slide.
The projection machine is the dark green machine, on the
right. Zoom in on it. Use the lens on the machine, and use
the projection slide on the machine. Open up the panel,
which is also on the side of the machine, and use the
lighter on the candle.
The screen projects on the wall, highlighting three bricks.
Click all three bricks. The wall pulls away, getting you a
piece of paper.
The Toy Shop
------------
The sliding knife is on the middle of the table, while the
yellow water gun is on the right side of the table. Use the
water gun on the window to get a three digit code.
The lattice cupboard here is locked. Use the code from the
window on the lock to open it. Zoom in on the open
cupboard. Take the train track from the bottom shelf, then
use the knife on the package on the top shelf to get a
train.
Put the train and the train tracks on the green train area,
below the window. Press the red button here, and the train
retrieves a key for you. Use the key on the cash register
to get the next piece of paper.
The Robot
---------
You want to move the robot around, so it gets all the
batteries. Tap on a tile to make an arrow appear on it. If
the robot steps on this tile, it will go in the direction
of the arrow. Click on a tile multiple times, to change the
arrow's direction.
Just figure out a path for the robot to take, which will
result in it getting all the batteries. The puzzle isn't
too difficult. The tricky element to the puzzle is the fact
that arrows only stay in place for a limited time, so you
can't place them too early, or else they'll disappear.
The Maze
--------
A simple maze puzzle, in which you have to reach the
diamond that is placed on the screen. Click on a symbol at
the edge of a paper to travel in that direction. Keep
traveling through the maze, until you reach the end.
Every part of the maze that you've visited is in clear
view.
Squares
-------
There are 64 squares, here on the board. You want to create
squares, by drawing lines. On each turn, you draw a line
between two dots. You and your opponent switch off.
Whoever draws the fourth (and final) line on a square gets
a point, and they get an extra turn. Get more points than
your opponent to win. That means you'll have to get at
least 33 squares to win.
Symbols
-------
This is a Sudoku challenge. There are nine symbols. Each
row, column and nine-square subgrid contains all nine
symbols. You need to place symbols on the board, to fulfill
those requirements.
Click on a blank tile. All the unused symbols on that
particular nine-square subgrid appear. Then, click a symbol
to put it in that spot.
Sequences
---------
This is a randomized puzzle. You need to find five symbols.
Click the left or right button to swap symbols, then click
the checkmark to see if that's the correct symbol.
Once you find the first correct symbol, move on to finding
the second. Keep going, until you're finished. There's
really not much to this puzzle, besides hoping you can get
lucky and find the symbols quickly.
Matchsticks
-----------
Drag the matchsticks around, in order to make the shape
that is described on the right side of the screen.
Pipes
-----
There are a number of pipes here. Click on a pipe to rotate
it. You want to rotate all the pipes, so they connect and
form a full pipe piece. There can't be any loose parts.
Jigsaw
------
Once you get all nine papers, you have a jigsaw puzzle.
This one is rather simple. Simply click on a circle and
drag it. Pieces do not snap into place here.
To make things extra tricky, you can only see on ring at a
time. Start working from the inside out. There is a black
line which goes down to the bottom, where the 6:00 would be
on a clock face.
003d-Chapter Four
---------------------------------------------------------
Open the middle drawer, on the set of desk drawers. This
unlocks the next set of ten pages. As you'd expect by now,
there are two puzzle room sections and eight minigames. At
this point in the game, the minigames start to repeat
themselves. I'll describe the puzzle rooms first.
The Boat
-------
The coffee cup is on the right side of the desk, behind the
machine. Pick it up, then zoom in on the grate in the
lower/right. Use the coffee on the grate to find a code.
Open the second-from-right cupboard. It's locked. Use the
code you just found on the lock to open it and get a Morse
code.
Zoom in on the Morse code machine, on the left. Tap out the
code on the device; a light tap for a shorter one, a long
tap for a longer one. Doing this gives you a location.
Zoom in on the steering wheel. Flip the lever on the right,
then move the wheel to the location indicated by the Morse
code machine. A ship will appear in the distance.
The spyglass is on the left, sitting above some papers.
Pick up the spyglass and use it on the ship that appeared.
That gets you the piece of paper.
Voodoo
------
The three jars are on the self, the paper is on the purple
table, and the penny is on the ground by the broom. Zoom in
on the pincushion (on the left side of the dresser) to get
the pins.
Use the penny on the crystal ball. It shows you which order
to put the three jars into the cauldron. Zoom in on the
cauldron, and put the jars in the specified order.
Put the paper (from the table) on the cauldron to get a
voodoo doll picture, with three parts highlighted. Zoom in
on the voodoo doll picture on the wall. Use the pins on the
three parts of the doll, highlighted in the cauldron
picture.
Puzzle by Numbers
-----------------
Math time! You want to make numbers by addition or
subtraction. For example, if you want to find "3", you can
do it with "1+2" or "7-4". The board automatically fills
itself, so you don't run out of numbers. Keep doing this
until the meter in the lower/right is filled.
Final Approach
--------------
In this challenge, you have a ball that you can roll up,
down, left or right. Choose one of those directions, and it
will either roll off the edge of the board, or roll into a
block.
Your goal is to move the ball from block to block, until
you can move it to the exit circle. It's not too difficult,
mainly because you never have more than two options which
don't result in the ball falling off the edge of the board.
Chemicals
---------
Just like last time, you have a box with chemicals. You
want to find four chemicals, which must be used on the
paper in a certain order.
Solving the puzzle gets you three numbers. Use them on the
lock to finish.
The Colors
----------
This is a puzzle in which a series of colored tiles are
pressed. You want to press the same tiles, in the same
order. Basically, just repeat the pattern a few times to
solve the puzzle.
The Pyramid
-----------
Click on the floating stone here. This is a puzzle, in
which you want to swap tiles to form a complete picture.
Click on a tile, then click on a tile next to it to perform
a swap.
The picture is of an Egyptian god. There is a border
design, going along the edge, to help you get all the
pieces where they should go.
Butterflies
-----------
This is a simple challenge. Find the matching butterflies.
Click on one butterfly, then click on its match. Repeat
until you've found all the pairs to get another piece of
paper.
Round and Round
---------------
You have a circular target, made up of twelve tiles. You
can move this around wherever you want. When you tap
rotate, all the pieces in the target move clockwise.
Your goal is to use the target to rotate pieces all over
the board, until they are in their proper places. The red
tiles go in red boxes, the green ones in green boxes, and
so on.
Jigsaw
------
When you solve all nine sections of this chapter, you get a
final puzzle. It's a jigsaw puzzle. Place all eight pieces
on the board, rotating them if necessary. They form a
picture.
This time, the pieces snap into place if you have them
correct. Focus on the shorter ends of the pieces, the ones
that line up with the octagon in the middle.
003e-Chapter Five
---------------------------------------------------------
The next set of ten puzzles is located behind the statue,
on the top shelf above the desk. There are two adventure
game rooms this time, and eight puzzle minigames. I'll
describe the adventure game rooms first.
Eye Check
---------
Open the top drawer of the left desk to get scissors and
tape. Above the top drawer of the right desk, you will find
the red folder and the lens.
Use the scissors on the red folder to get the red plastic
sheet. Use the tape on the sheet, then use it on poster on
the wall (the one which is circular and has many dots on
it). This gives you a three-digit code.
Zoom in on the gray machine on the right. Put the lens in,
then zoom in on the keypad of the machine. Put in the code
from the poster, and machine fixes the lens.
See the blurry poster on the wall? Zoom in on it. Wave the
lens over the poster, so you can see what the numbers are.
There are four numbers in all. Then, pull the numbered
encyclopedias (on the shelf on the left), using those four
numbers from the wall to finish the room.
In the Garden
------------
The shears are in the back, resting by the two trees. The
watering can is left of the left gnome, and the shovel is
in the hand of the right gnome. Zoom in on the boots, which
are right of the right gnome. Gum is on the bottom of the
boots.
Use the shears on the door's lock. Open the door and take
the seeds from the bottom shelf.
You have everything you need. In case you didn't notice,
the paper is stuck under the rock. Zoom in on the right
side of the rock. Dig a hole there with the shovel, then
use the seeds on the soil.
Now you just need to water the seeds. Use the gum on the
watering can, to cover up the hole at the bottom of the
can. Use the can on the hose faucet, above the left gnome.
The can is filled with water. Use the can on the area with
the seed, and the plant grows, moving the rock as it does.
You can now get the paper.
Sliders
-------
We've seen this puzzle before. You want to slide the yellow
block right, to the exit. The other blocks can be moved up
and down, or left and right; which direction the blocks go
is clearly marked. Move the blocks around, until you can
get the yellow block out of the maze.
The Stamps
----------
There are many stamps here. You want to find all of the
matching stamps. Click on one stamp to flip it over, then
click on another stamp to flip it. If they match, they are
removed from the board. If they do not, they flip over
again. Keep flipping stamps and making pairs until the
board is cleared.
Connect Three
-------------
Click on the back wall here. There are many faces on the
wall. What you want to do is find three images that are the
same color, and which are adjacent to each other in any
direction, including diagonals. Click on all three images
to eliminate them from the board.
You want to eliminate all the middle squares from the board
to solve this puzzle. They reappear, so the board never
gets empty. Click the "mix" button to swap tiles all over
the board, if you get stuck.
The Torn-Up Image
-----------------
It's a jigsaw puzzle! Move the pieces around to form a
whole picture. Pieces cannot be rotated, and adjacent
pieces automatically lock into place.
The Shapes
---------
This is a tangrams puzzle. Put the various shapes into the
outline of the board, rotating them if needed. Fill in the
entire outline. There may be some slight overlap.
The Runes
---------
You want to find a sequence of three runes, which are all
the same color or different colors, which are all the same
symbol or different symbols, and which are all the same
number or a different number. All three conditions must be
fulfilled.
This makes eight possible ways you can get a sequence of
three runes:
Same color, same symbol, same number
Same color, same symbol, different number
Same color, different symbol, same number
Same color, different symbol, different number
Different color, same symbol, same number
Different color, same symbol, different number
Different color, different symbol, same number
Different color, different symbol, different number
The three runes do not need to be next to each other, and
if you're stuck, you can change the runes on the board.
Find eight pairs of three to solve the puzzle.
Matchsticks
-----------
Drag the matchsticks around, in order to make the shape
that is described on the right side of the screen.
Jigsaw
------
Once you solve all nine puzzles, you get the final jigsaw
puzzle. This one has nine circles. Rotate each circle,
until it clicks into place. Pretty simple! Now you're
halfway done with the game!
003f-Chapter Six
---------------------------------------------------------
Click on the picture, which is on the middle bookshelf on
the right. This unlocks the next set of ten pages. There
are two adventure game rooms this time, and eight puzzle
minigames. I'll describe the adventure game rooms first.
The Laundromat
--------------
On the right are two dryers. Open the door of the left
dryer to get coins. On the ground, just left of this dryer,
is a letter. On the left-hand side of the shelf (above the
washing machines) is a triangular letter.
Zoom in on the detergent dispenser (on the wall, in the
corner, left of the dryers). Put a coin in the slot and
press the button for blue detergent. Pick it up. Then, put
a coin in the slot and press the button for red detergent.
Pick it up.
Open up the washing machine. Put the envelope and the red
detergent inside. Then, put a coin in the slot at the top
of the machine. The envelope is now red.
Put the letter and the blue detergent inside the washing
machine. Put a coin in the washing machine slot. The letter
is now blue.
Put both the letter and the envelope on the machine,
hanging on the corner wall.
The Basement
------------
Pick up the duct tape, on the floor by the broom. Use it on
the pipe which is leaking water. Now, zoom in on the yellow
machine right of the pipe. Flip the switch, and the water
on the ground is cleared.
Take the bottle of wine from the lower/left, and take the
corkscrew which is right of the basketball. Use the
corkscrew on the wine to open it.
There is a tap above the crate. Turn it to move the crate
off of the letter on the ground. There's a red light
switch, in the far corner. Turn it on, and you are now able
to pick up the letter from the envelope, just under the
crate.
Zoom in on the desk on the right, which lets you develop
photos. Pour the wine from the open wine bottle into the
middle box. Use the letter on the left box, then the middle
box, then the right box. Take the clothespin (on line you
hang photos on), then hang the photo on the line.
The Towers
----------
This is a Tower of Hanoi puzzle, with five pieces.
1) Start by making a 3-2-1 pyramid on Peg 3. You do it like
this:
Put Ring 1 on Peg 3.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 2.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 2. You now have a 2-1 pyramid on Peg 2.
Put Ring 3 on Peg 3. Cool. Your 3-2-1 pyramid has just
started. Now you have to shuffle Rings 1 and 2 to finish
the pyramid.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 3.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 1.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 2.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 3.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 3. Pyramid done.
2) Now you have to make a 4-3-2-1 pyramid on Peg 2.
Put Ring 4 on Peg 2. Now you have a 4 pyramid on Peg 2.
Time to put the other 3 rings in place. This is just like
doing a 3-ring pyramid like in step one, only on a
different peg.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 2.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 1.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 1.
Put Ring 3 on Peg 2. Now you have a 4-3 pyramid on Peg 2.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 3.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 2. Now you have a 4-3-2 pyramid on Peg 2.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 2. Now your pyramid is done.
3) Now you have to make a 5-4-3-2-1 pyramid on Peg 3.
Put Ring 5 on Peg 3.
Now you have to put the other 4 rings in place. This is
just like making a 4-ring pyramid in step two, only on a
different peg. See how the puzzle is easy to solve once you
get a general idea of what to do? It's just the same thing
over and over.
a) So, in order to make a 4-ring pyramid on Peg 3, we have
to make a 3-ring pyramid on Peg 1.
b) In order to make a 3-ring pyramid on Peg 1, we have to
make a 2-ring pyramid on Peg 3.
So...put Ring 1 on Peg 1.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 3.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 3. Substep b is done.
Put Ring 3 on Peg 1.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 2.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 1.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 1. Substep a is done.
Put Ring 4 on Peg 3. We have a 5-4 pyramid on Peg 3 and a
3-2-1 pyramid on Peg 1.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 3.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 2.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 2.
Put Ring 3 on Peg 3.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 1.
Put Ring 2 on Peg 3.
Put Ring 1 on Peg 3.
DONE!
Pawns
-----
This is a game of Chinese checkers. Simply jump pieces, in
a straight line. Every time you jump over a piece, the
piece you jumped gets eliminated from the board. Clear the
entire board, until there are only three (or fewer) pieces
left, and you solve the puzzle.
The Robot
---------
You want to move the robot around, so it gets all the
Jigsaw
------
This time, you have a tradition jigsaw puzzle, of eight
pieces. Tap on a piece to rotate it. Put all eight pieces
in the square (the middle piece is already in place). When
a piece is in the right spot, it snaps into place. Form the
picture and you're done!
003g-Chapter Seven
---------------------------------------------------------
Click on the letter on the ground, but the left side of the
desk. This unlocks the next set of ten pages. There are two
adventure game rooms this time, and eight puzzle minigames.
I'll describe the adventure game rooms first.
The Private Eye
---------------
The magnifying glass is on the table, the pickaxe is
against the wall and right of the desk, the toy mouse is in
the cat's basket, the tape is on the window, and the yarn
is by the bottom of the file cabinet. Click on the
telephone twice; the magnet is on the top part of the
phone.
Use the yarn on the toy mouse, then use the magnet on the
toy mouse. Use tape on the mouse to secure everything, then
use the mouse on the mousehole in the lower/left to get a
key.
Use the key on a drawer of the filing cabinet. The drawer
you want is on the right, and it is the second from the
bottom. Open the drawer and look at a photo. Use the
magnifying glass on it to see that the photo is of this
room, and something is under a tile.
Use the pickaxe on the tile, which is one of the tiles
below the file cabinet and left of the desk. This gets you
the paper.
In The Library
--------------
Hey, another puzzle where you can get all the items right
from the start. The crank is under the desk, the log is in
the wood (in the lower/right), the punchcard is on the top
shelf of the left bookcase, the belt is around the wooden
rafter that sticks out of the top of the right wall, and
the lighter is in the top/left corner of the table.
Open up the furnace (in the corner). Put the log inside,
then use the lighter to set it on fire.
The punchcard machine is the one on the right. Zoom in on
it. Put the belt on the gears (on the bottom of the
machine), then put the punchcard on the top slot. Put the
crank in the right slot, then pull it. You get two letters.
The letters correspond to the bookshelves. Click on both
shelves you need, and you get two numbers. They are
latitude and longitude numbers, for the map. Zoom in on the
map. Click and hold down the mouse button (or tap and keep
your finger on the screen, for those of you on the iPad
version of the game), then move it around to see various
coordinates. Find the two coordinates you're looking for.
Puzzle by Numbers
-----------------
Math time! You want to make numbers by addition or
subtraction. For example, if you want to find "5", you can
do it with "1+2+2" or "9-1-3". The board automatically
fills itself, so you don't run out of numbers. Keep doing
this until the meter in the lower/right is filled.
Round and Round
---------------
You have a circular target, made up of twelve tiles. You
can move this around wherever you want. When you tap
rotate, all the pieces in the target move clockwise.
Your goal is to use the target to rotate pieces all over
the board, until they are in their proper places. The red
tiles go in red boxes, the green ones in green boxes, and
so on.
Building Blocks
---------------
There are many blocks here. Tap on a block, then tap on a
spot on a board to move it there. The colors are completely
irrelevant, here. Move the pieces around, so the layout
matches the one in the lower/right.
Pipes
-----
There are a number of pipes here. Click on a pipe to rotate
it. You want to rotate all the pipes, so they connect and
form a full pipe piece. There can't be any loose parts.
The Robot
---------
You want to move the robot around, so it gets all the
Squares
-------
There are 64 squares, here on the board. You want to create
squares, by drawing lines. On each turn, you draw a line
between two dots. You and your opponent switch off.
Whoever draws the fourth (and final) line on a square gets
a point, and they get an extra turn. Get more points than
your opponent to win. That means you'll have to get at
least 33 squares to win.
Jigsaw Puzzle
-------------
Again, you have the puzzle with nine circles. Rotate them
to form a picture. When a piece has been rotated to the
correct spot, it snaps into place.
003h-Chapter Eight
---------------------------------------------------------
Click on the bookshelf which is the up/right bookshelf of
the shelves above the desk. This unlocks the next set of
ten pages. There are two adventure game rooms this time,
and eight puzzle minigames. I'll describe the adventure
game rooms first.
The Device
----------
Zoom in on the aquarium. From left to right, the buttons
are right, down, left, up, close and open.
Press the buttons in this order: right, down, close, left,
open and up. That's 1, 2, 5, 3, 6 and 4, if you count from
the left. Press the green button after this to start the
machine, and it takes the crystal to the slot.
Open up the slot from the outside and take out the crystal.
The machine on the right table has two stands for crystals.
Put the crystal on the right slot.
Zoom in on the large paper (on the stand in the corner).
This gives you a code. Click on the front of the machine on
the right, then enter the code here.
The Tomb
--------
The brown part is on the floor, in the lower/left part of
the tiles lit by the sun. Put it into the brown circular
thing, on the side of the sarcophagus.
Click on the wall, above the right sphinx statue. This
gives you a code. Zoom in on the hourglass, which is by the
feet of the sarcophagus lid. You want to insert the code
into the side of the sarcophagus, and every time you come
across an hourglass in the code, flip the hourglass.
The sarcophagus opens. Take the skull from inside, then
take the skull on the ground (underneath the sphinx statue
on the right). The exit door (against the far wall, between
the sphinxes) has two scales. Put a skull in each scale to
solve the puzzle.
Chemicals
---------
You have a box with chemicals. You want to find four
chemicals, which must be used on the paper in a certain
order.
Try a chemical on the paper. It will either have a red X, a
yellow dot or a green check mark. Red means it is not a
color you're looking for. Yellow means it is one of the
four colors you want, but not at this point in time. Green
means that it is the color you need at this time.
Find the four colors you're looking for, then use them in
the proper order to solve the puzzle. Trial and error is
how to solve the puzzle.
Butterflies
-----------
This is a simple challenge. Find the matching butterflies.
Click on one butterfly, then click on its match. Repeat
until you've found all the pairs to get another piece of
paper.
The Colors
----------
This is a puzzle in which a series of colored tiles are
pressed. You want to press the same tiles, in the same
order. Basically, just repeat the pattern a few times to
solve the puzzle.
Sliders
-------
This puzzle is more difficult. You want to slide the yellow
block right, to the exit. The other blocks can be moved up
and down, or left and right; which direction the blocks go
is clearly marked. Move the blocks around, until you can
get the yellow block out of the maze.
The Stamps
----------
There are many stamps here. You want to find all of the
matching stamps. Click on one stamp to flip it over, then
click on another stamp to flip it. If they match, they are
removed from the board. If they do not, they flip over
again. Keep flipping stamps and making pairs until the
board is cleared.
Connect Three
-------------
Click on the back wall here. There are many faces on the
wall. What you want to do is find three images that are the
same color, and which are adjacent to each other in any
direction, including diagonals. Click on all three images
to eliminate them from the board.
You want to eliminate all the squares from the board to
solve this puzzle. They reappear, so the board never gets
empty. Click the "mix" button to swap tiles all over the
board, if you get stuck.
The Torn-Up Image
-----------------
It's a jigsaw puzzle! Move the pieces around to form a
whole picture. Pieces cannot be rotated, and adjacent
pieces automatically lock into place.
Jigsaw Puzzle
-------------
Hey, it's another jigsaw puzzle! Fancy that. Place all
eight pieces on the board, rotating them if necessary. They
form a picture.
This time, the pieces snap into place if you have them
correct. Focus on the shorter ends of the pieces, the ones
that line up with the octagon in the middle.
003i-Chapter Nine
---------------------------------------------------------
Click on the puzzle box, on the desk in the lower/right.
This unlocks the next set of ten pages. There are two
adventure game rooms this time, and eight puzzle minigames.
I'll describe the adventure game rooms first.
Alchemy
-------
The two short rods are on the ground. One is left of the
bottom/left corner of a cardboard box. One is lying against
the left side of the leftmost machine. Pick up both rods,
then zoom in on the leftmost machine. Put both rods here,
then flip the switch and the two short rods become one long
rod. Pick it up.
Take the amulet on the table, then wave it over the wall.
Somewhere in the wall is a long rod. The amulet will react
to it, and it starts flashing when you're directly over it.
Click on that area with the amulet, and you can then zoom
into that part of the wall to get the long rod.
Push aside the red flag to find a machine. Put both rods
into the machine. You have to click on each rod multiple
times, in order to insert it fully. When both rods are
completely inside the machine, the door opens.
Balancing Act
-------------
Take the idol from the left pillar, and take the stones
from the floor (right of the right pillar). Zoom in on the
scales, which are at the foot of the rightmost torch.
Put the idol the left scale to learn how much it weighs,
then put the idol back onto the left pillar. Put three
stones on the scale. You want to figure out which three
stones weigh as much as the idol. The white line appears
exactly under the right scale, when you have the correct
stones.
Find the three correct stones, then use them on the right
pillar. Zoom in on the back wall to get a code. Zoom in on
the tiny door on the left. Spin the dial, according to the
coded instructions on the bottom.
The Shapes
---------
This is a tangrams puzzle. Put the various shapes into the
outline of the board, rotating them if needed. Fill in the
entire outline. There may be some slight overlap.
The Runes
---------
You want to find a sequence of three runes, which are all
the same color or different colors, which are all the same
symbol or different symbols, and which are all the same
number or a different number. All three conditions must be
fulfilled.
This makes eight possible ways you can get a sequence of
three runes:
Same color, same symbol, same number
Same color, same symbol, different number
Same color, different symbol, same number
Same color, different symbol, different number
Different color, same symbol, same number
Different color, same symbol, different number
Different color, different symbol, same number
Different color, different symbol, different number
The three runes do not need to be next to each other, and
if you're stuck, you can change the runes on the board.
Find eight pairs of three to solve the puzzle.
Matchsticks
-----------
Drag the matchsticks around, in order to make the shape
that is described on the right side of the screen.
The Towers
----------
This is a Tower of Hanoi puzzle, with six rings, which is a
bit much. Here is the shortest solution.
1. Peg 1 to Peg 2
2. Peg 1 to Peg 3
3. Peg 2 to Peg 3

The Pyramid
-----------
Click on the floating stone here. This is a puzzle, in
which you want to swap tiles to form a complete picture.
Click on a tile, then click on a tile next to it to perform
a swap.
The picture is of an Egyptian god. There is a border
design, going along the edge, to help you get all the
pieces where they should go.
Jigsaw Puzzle
-------------
This time, the jigsaw puzzle pieces look like Tetris
pieces. Click on a piece to rotate it. Put the pieces
together to form a picture of a man's face; the pieces snap
into place when you have them in the correct spot.
003j-Chapter Ten
---------------------------------------------------------
Tap on the black chest, on the right bookshelf area. It's
on th second-from-top shelf. This unlocks the final set of
ten pages. There are two adventure game rooms this time,
and eight puzzle minigames. I'll describe the adventure
game rooms first.
Birthday Party
--------------
Pick up the large stick from the right, and use it on the
piƱata to get a code. Take the tail which is resting above
the fireplace and pin it on the donkey to get another code.
Take the balloon on the floor on the lower/left, then use
it with the helium machine in the lower/left to get another
code. Finally, click on the piece of paper in the
bottom/right part of the fireplace to get the fourth part
of the code.
The code spells out "abracadabra", and it has four numbers.
Take the darts from the side of the table, then zoom in on
the dart board. Throw the darts onto the four numbers, in
the proper order.
Clockwork
---------
The key is on the radiator, the two bells are on the table
and the long stick is on the table, too. Oddly enough, the
bell on the left part of the table is NOT one of the bells
you need.
Use the stick on the bell with a cord, then use that bell
on the cuckoo clock. Place the big bell on the metal wiring
right of the soldier, and use the key on the brown box on
the right side of the table for instructions.
The instructions will mention three clocks: soldier, cuckoo
and wake up. Wake up is the alarm clock on the desk.
Ring the clocks in the same order as on the paper. Ring the
soldier clock and the cuckoo clock by setting the minute
hands to twelve. Ring the alarm clock by setting the hands
to match the time shown on the clock.
Symbols
-------
This is a Sudoku challenge. There are nine symbols. Each
row, column and nine-square subgrid contains all nine
symbols. You need to place symbols on the board, to fulfill

Round and Round
---------------
You have a circular target, made up of twelve tiles. You
can move this around wherever you want. When you tap
rotate, all the pieces in the target move clockwise.
Your goal is to use the target to rotate pieces all over
the board, until they are in their proper places. The red
tiles go in red boxes, the green ones in green boxes, and
so on.
Jigsaw Puzzle
-------------
Once you get all nine papers, you have a jigsaw puzzle.
This one is rather simple. Simply click on a circle and
drag it. Pieces do not snap into place here.
To make things extra tricky, you can only see on ring at a
time. It's a picture of the left side of a face.
003k-Final Puzzle
---------------------------------------------------------
Once you solve all 100 puzzles, a piece of paper appears in
the fireplace. It's a message from Titus, who needs you to
fix his study.
Pick up the three potions. Two are on the desk, and one is
on top of the books on the right side of the fireplace
mantle. Take the pot from the left side of the mantle.
Zoom in on the note, in the lower/right. It lists colors
that you want to put on the paper. For example, if the
paper says "two red, one green", put the red potion on the
paper, twice. Then, put the yellow potion in the pot, and
put the blue potion in the pot. The two potions combine to
make green potion. Use the pot of green potion on the
paper.
Pour the correct potions on the paper to save Titus! He
comes out of the painting and thanks you.
