This is a walkthrough for the game called "Annabel". The game was
released in 2009. An alternate title for the game is "Annabel:
adventures of the Egyptian princess".

003. Walkthrough

The game begins with a short tutorial. Annabel is challenged to find a
stone tablet. A picture of it appears in the top/center of the screen.
Click on the arrows on the far left and far right sides of the screen
to turn around and see other parts of the room. When you find the
tablet, click on it. If you can't find it, use the hint button in the
upper/left to see its location.
Once you find the tablet, you are challenged to find an amulet. Once
you do, the game begins for real.
003a. Pharaoh's Palace

Annabel is trapped inside a room in the palace. Click on the door, and
she decides she needs a hook device to open the door. The device
requires three items: the sickle from the statue by the door, the
curtains from the window and the spear from the other statue by the
door. The completed device appears in the top/center of the screen.
Click on the door to use it.
You reach the next room. Turn left to see a guard. Click on him, and
Annabel decides to scare him off. Go left and click on the light
peering through the room. Spin around to see a mural of Horus. Annabel
realizes she can make a shadow that looks like Horus, to scare the
guard away.
To do this, you need four items. These are a branch from Annabel's
window, the shoe at the base of Annabel's bed, the comb from Annabel's
dresser, and the bracelet inside Annabel's trunk. You'll be opening
several trunks over the course of the game. Once you have all the
items, click on the light to scare the guard away.
You can now enter an area with three other women. Look at the exit
gate, and talk to the woman in green. She says you need to find ten
necklace beads. Look all over this area with the women to find them.
Give the necklace to the woman in blue.
She wants you to find five keys. Three are here with the women, and two
are back with the guard. Find them all and use them on the gate to
reach a new area. Annabel and Akhenaten make plans to escape. He says
there is a secret passageway behind the fireplace here.
Look at the fireplace. There's a fire that you need to put out. Talk to
the woman in blue, and she says you need to build a pitcher from the
ten pieces, scattered all over the palace. Find them all, and you get a
jigsaw puzzle. Put the pieces into the outline to make a pitcher. If a
piece is put in the right spot, it snaps into place. Solve the puzzle,
then click on the fountain to fill the pitcher. Use the pitcher on the
fire to reveal the hidden passageway.
Go through the passageway. There is a cobra in a basket here. Return to
the room with the three women and talk to the woman with a flute. She
wants a bouquet of roses. Try taking a rose, to see you need scissors.
Take the scissors from the kitchen, then gather fifteen roses from all
over the palace. Give them to the woman for the flute.
Use the flute on the cobra to put it to sleep. You can now solve the
puzzle on the exit door. This is another jigsaw puzzle. Click on one
tile, then a second tile. The two tiles swap places! Swap tiles to form
a complete picture. It helps to get the outside edges finished first.
Solving the puzzle lets Annabel escape from the palace. She goes into
the pyramid.
003b. The Pyramid

Click on the door to see the next room is dark. Turn left and click on
the pedestals. Annabel realizes she needs eight diamonds, which are
scattered about this room. Find them all and use them on the pedestals,
so you can reach the next room.
In this room, there are swinging axes and a mural. Look at the mural.
You need to find ten mural pieces, which are scattered about the two
rooms. Find them all and put them on the mural to gain access to the
third room.
In this room, there is a sarcophagus. Click on it. Someone's inside! In
order to open it, you need six circular stamps. They are scattered all
throughout the pyramid. Find them all, then open the sarcophagus to
meet the Great Thoth!
Great Thoth needs olive oil! Find the jar in the second room. Then,
find the ladle and jug from the first room. Use them on the jar of
olive oil in the second room, then use the jar on the Great Thoth.
Thoth says you need three amulets to defeat Amirtek. Find the four
amulet pieces in the pyramid. One is by the weapons rack, two are on
the fresco of the door leading from the first room to the second room,
and the final piece is by the base of a floating pyramid in the second
room.
Take the amulet back to Thoth. She shows you where the exit door is. To
open it, you have to solve a puzzle. Put the various dominoes on the
board, so pieces of the same design, but different colors, touch each
other. It helps to start by using all the pieces which have one red
part and one blue part.
Solving the puzzle opens the way to the fourth room. Look at the exit
door to see a death trap. Uh oh! Look at the statue here. It needs a
bow and arrow to stop the death trap. The bow is in the third room and
the arrow is in the second room. Put them on the statue for a puzzle.
To solve this puzzle, repeat the sequence many times in a row. The
sequence is randomized.
Solving the puzzle opens up the final room. Check the device in the
center of the room. It needs five keys. Two of them are here in this
room. Three are in the previous room. Put all the keys in the device
for the final puzzle of this segment.
In this puzzle, you want to put all six gears on the pegs here. The
start and ending loops also get gears. The biggest gear goes in the
lower/right, and the smallest in the upper/right. Solving the puzzle
lets Annabel escape the pyramid.
003c. The Village

Oh no! Annabel is caught by some guards and put in a hut. She needs to
escape!
Turn to look at the window. Annabel realizes she needs a ladder. Find
all five ladder pieces in this room and use them on the window. She
needs a saw, next. Take it from the unlocked chest in this room. Climb
up the ladder, and you see the entrance to the next room is boarded up.
You need a nail puller.
Go back into the room. Examine the locked chest. Annabel decides she
needs a key to open it. The key is under the doormat. Open the chest
with it to find the nail puller. Use it on all six nails on the room,
in order to gain access to the next area: the fisherman's hut.
Talk to the fisherman. He wants ten hooks, scattered throughout his hut
and the roof. He says you should go next door to a sorcerer's house.
The next amulet is hidden here. One piece is in the fire and two are in
chests. Examine the locked box for a puzzle. In this puzzle, you want
to move colored balls around, so the bottom row matches the top row. Do
this many times for the final amulet piece.
Talk to the fisherman. Annabel offers to untangle his nets. This is
also a puzzle. Move the ropes around so no two ropes are overlapping.
This puzzle has five levels.
When you're done, you get told to make a sleeping potion. Check the
book in the sorcerer's house. It is missing seven pages. Find them all.
Five are in this house, while two are in between the two houses.
Finding them gives you a jigsaw puzzle. You can rotate the pieces in
this particular puzzle.
The recipe calls for ten colored vials, which are inside the sorcerer's
hut and the area between the two huts. Look at the fireplace of the
sorcerer's hut to realize you need firewood. The firewood is scattered
all throughout this area, including the fisherman's hut and the room
you started in.
Put the firewood in the fireplace for the potion. Use it on the guards
outside to knock them out. Annabel then goes onto the ship.
003d. The Ship

Talk to Captain Croc. He's a little drunk right now, so Annabel is
forced to do most of the prep work, before they can take off. First, he
needs ten map pieces.
Eight of the map pieces are on the deck. Go down below. There are two
rooms here. One is the captain's room, guarded by a crocodile. The
other room is free to access. There's also a hatch leading to a lower
area, but you won't enter it until the end of this section.
Once you get all the map pieces, you have a puzzle. Click on pieces to
rotate them. You want to form a picture! It's easiest to start with the
outside edge. Finish the map, then talk to Captain Croc.
He needs his three navigation instruments. One is on a chest on the
deck. One is in a chest in the room. One is below the poster by the
stairs.
Next, he needs all five pieces of his telescope, scattered throughout
the ship. Finally, he needs the stepladder in the room. Give him those,
then go back to the room. Thoth reappears and says the third amulet is
inside the captain's room.
Try to go into the captain's room. It is guarded by a crocodile. Find
ten bones, then use them to get past the crocodile. Now look for the
amulet pieces. Three of them are easy to find, with one under a pillow.
The fourth piece is in a puzzle safe. To open the safe, find all the
matching pairs. Solving this puzzle completes the amulet.
Now, look at the hatch near the stairs. You need four gears to open it.
All four gears are in Captain Croc's room. Find them, then use them on
the hatch. In the area below is an interesting machine. Look at it for
a puzzle.
In this puzzle, you want to spin everything around to form a complete
circuit. There are three rounds. When you solve the puzzle, Annabel and
her beloved are kidnapped by the evil Amirtek.
003e. Defeating Amirtek

Annabel is in a pit right now. Click on the holes in the wall. You need
ten pegs, so you can climb out the pit. Luckily for Annabel, all ten
pegs are in the pit with her. Put the pegs in place to reach the next
area.
Look at the door. The exit is blocked by fire-breathing dogs. You'll
need to turn off all ten handles to stop the fire. Some are back in the
pit. Once you're done, you need to solve a puzzle to enter the next
room. The puzzle is putting the ten symbols in the correct order. Trial
and error will help you solve this, as a piece snaps into place if you
have it correct.
In the next room, Akhenaten is trapped. You need to turn off the nasty
machine. To do so, look at the door to the next room. It is guarded by
a puzzle. To solve the puzzle, move tiles around so they match the
picture on the right. This puzzle has three rounds.
In the third room, look at the statue in the back and the statues. The
statues need eyes. Find all eight eyes and put them in the statues.
This causes beams of light to shine in a mirror frame. Examine the
frame. You need to find the five mirror pieces. When you do, put them
in place to stop the deadly device.
Go to Akhenaten. Talk to him, and Annabel notes she still needs a way
to reach him. Click on the small pyramid left of Akhenaten. To operate
it, you need seven winged keys. Find them and place them on the pillar.
Akhenaten is lowered, but you still need to break him free of the
chains. He says to make a sword out of the amulets. This is a jigsaw
puzzle. You have done several jigsaw puzzles, at this point in the
game.
Amirtek appears and starts a fight. Go through the stairs that Amirtek
used. This takes you to the final puzzle of the game. You want to move
the bottom row left and right, so a column has three gems of the same
color. When this happens, those three gems are taken off the board. Do
this, until all gems are gone. This puzzle has a time limit, so be
careful!
