SNK Vs CAPCOM has to be the best fighter on NGPC ever. So, i have yet to see any
faqs less than a
week after release(99/17/12), namely, now (99/23/12) as i write this. This is
only my 2nd faq, so
bear with me.

Well, no. i write this in februray. but the origianl was on the
99/23/12..so.......But, hey, at least i'm still workin on it~!

1.0--Introduction
SNK Vs. CAPCOM is a collabration of, well, SNK and CAPCOM. It's been released
for NEOGEO POCKET COLOR, and is slated for release on Sega DREAMCAST in early
2000. There are 2 neogeo pocket versions,a Card game(300 cards...gotta collect
them all..hear it before?), with 2 versions (SNK and CAPCOM,naturally), and the
fighting version, Titled MATCH OF THE MELLENIUM. It's sort of a KOF/SFalpha 3
mix,with some looks of KOF (Like order selection, and win screens), and some Of
Aplha 3 (in game text, etc).
All characters play like they come from their own series, with minor
modifications (Like, Ryo,for example,Plays like he did in Art Of Fighting 3,
while Terry plays like he did in Real Bout Special,etc).

1.1--Story
M.Bison has joined forces with Geese Howard to hold the "Battle Tournament Of
Evil". The title of "The world's mightiest"
and an obscene amount of money has been promised to the victor. The real intent
behind this event is the creation of an
"Immortal Military", whose first elite initiates will consist of captured
contestants.

B(shortly)=Weak Kick
A(Held down)=Strong punch
B(Held Down)=Strong Kick
A+B=Taunt
Joystick away+A+B=Tag Out (Tag battle only)
Joystick away from oppoent=Block(Can be done in air)
Joystick away+A+B During block=Gaurd Cancel Switch(Uses one level of super)
Joystick Forward 2x=Dash fwd
Joystick Back 2x=Dash back
AB+Joystick DOWN=Charge(Counter mode only)

1.3. SNK Characters
A "*" signifies a "DM" super, "**" signifies a olympic mastered move, which can
only be done in
average mode, with 2 levels of super bar, or in Counter mode, with MAX and
Flashing life. These are done with the
"KeyPad Command technique". Imagine that your number pad is a joystick. now
imagine the "5" is the center key.
"8"is up, "6" is right, "1" is DownBack. Its easier for me to type, and easier
to read, too. of course, "A" is a button, and "B" is b Button.

Event 1:Survival
key to this is one thing: Cheapness. I know, it looks bad, but it gets the job
done:
best characters for this event: Kyo, Leona, Iori.

Event 2:Time Attack
Key to this is also cheapness. but done really fast. Best characters are again,
kyo,LEona, and iori.

event 3:First blast
Use either kyo's Final shodown, or terry's power geyser.

event 4:target 9
Shoot the guys that will shoot you first. pink dudes give you life up.

event 5:Blade Arts
there are 3 types of dummies: Red, Green, and Yellow.
Yellow are worth the least, and stay up longest. Green is worth more, goes down
quicker, and red, is worth most. dont go for it unless you are ABSOULUTEly sure
you will get it. get 5 in a row without missing for extra points

1.9:CAPCOM Oylmpics

Event 1:Survival
Rule of thumb:Ken or Zangief. get them in a corner, and combo/piledrive them.

Event 2: Time Attack
Ken Or Zangief..Refer to Event one.

Event 3:First Blast
Use guile and only Guile. His sonic hurricane is the best move for this event!
its hard to jump over, and it goes cross the screen!!!

Event 4:Ghost trick
It's all about timing. not much to say

Event 5:Cat walk
Same as 4.

Use Fio in Target 9:
Press option when the game is about to begin, right when it says "TARGET 9",
right before the "READY"..you will then have Fio. the point to this is, you get
a different pose in the ranks screen, instead of seeing marco.

Handicapped battle:
in Team mode, press start after choosing your 1st or 2nd player and you will
have to fight teams of three using just one or two people.
Make it according to the Real Bout's "KING OF FIGHTERS" Rules. (Except you dont
get all your life back after each person).
