-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Ultraman Club 3 is the final game in this RPG series for the Famicom. It is a
typical RPG based on the Ultraman series and its Ultra Warriors, as well as
various enemies and locales from the anime. Honestly, this game is REALLY
clunky and slow for a game late in the Famicom's cycle. It is also extremely
frustrating due to the high amount of random enemy encounters, and overall
slow pace of the game (and its battles). The menu system is not intuitive at
all, and it is annoying to navigate. Luckily it is a relatively short game,
so if you can deal with fighting every 10 steps or so, check this out. Other
than that, you are really not missing much.

========
Gameplay
========

This game is played from a top-down perspective. There is no special menu of
commands like in other traditional RPGs; you simply act by pressing A. If you
press Select, you will go to a Status screen where you can view your current
Items (アイテム), Capsules (カプセル), or Save (セーブ) the current game.
These options are located in the middle of the screen. If you enter the Items
or Capsules screens, you can return by selecting Status (ステイタス).

========
Capsules
========

The biggest feature of the game are the Capsules. These special items contain
monsters that can aid you in and out of battle. There are a total of 30 types
of Capsules you can obtain through the course of the game. You start off with
nine Capsules (three each of Kogabadon, Wu, and Nurse).

You do not obtain Capsules in battle. There are only four locations where you
can get them, and even then, you must win them first! To do that, you'll have
to play a game of baseball against a computerized pitcher where specific
Capsule pictures are scattered across the outfield; hit one and you will get
that Capsule. You only get three strikes (you can hit the Out panels many
times), the game ends. You can do this repeatedly to earn more Capsules, too.

There will be even more details about Capsules and how to obtain them later
in this guide.

======
Battle
======

There are random encounters in this game, and the battles themselves are turn
based as you would expect. You enter your commands before the round of battle
commences, with the fastest units attacking first. There are a total of eight
commands you have across two rows (use Up/Down to switch between rows). The
menu commands are normally red, but if you pick the last option, the same
options will reappear with a green background. They are the same commands,
but the action you choose applies to the entire party (an Auto-Battle of
sorts).

Weak Attack: Perform a weaker attack against a single enemy.
Strong Attack: Perform a stronger attack against a single enemy.
Critical Blow: Perform a special, super strong attack (only available if
your character has less than 1/4 HP remaining; does not
                  work against bosses).
Capsule: Use a Capsule (can not use in boss battles).
   Escape: Attempt to run away (this command causes you to simply turn away;
use a second time to attempt to run away).
Defend: Defend against an enemy attack.
   Item: Use an item.
Average HP: Redistribute the party's current HP so everyone has the same
amount (only available on green menu).
Menu: Switch to the green (whole party)/red (individual) menu.

Once the battle ends, you simply fly away. There are no experience points or
currency to be won. You gain levels by completing certain events only.

=====
Earth
=====

Overworld
---------

You begin the game outside of Mount Fuji before flying southeast to a base.
Listen to the conversation on the telephone, then you will have control of
the main character known as Man. Leave the room to end up on the overworld of
the current area, Earth. You can walk across the bridge, but you may find the
very high enemy encounter rate unbearable (plus you don't seem to get much of
anything for fighting). So, you can fly on the overworld as enemies can not
attack you in the air). Fly to the northeast and you will find a small
village north of the cityscape. Enter it.

Village
-------

In this town, head to the east side where you will find a large building. In
there, you can talk to the person at the northwest end of the room to recover
your HP. This will really come in handy, so remember this guy. Head up the
stairs all the way to the third floor. Talk to the person facing the north
wall. This is Shin and they will join your party! Man will also gain a level
as a result of this event.

Also up here on 3F, you will find two yellow desks on the west side of the
room. Approach them from above and press A to play the baseball game for a
chance to obtain some extra Capsules. When you are done here, head out of
the building (talk to the person on 1F to heal again), then continue out of
town.

Overworld
---------

Out here, fly to the south and you will see the city. Head eastward from it
to spot a base on an island. Land there and enter the base.

Base
----

Here, make your way to the top floor (the stairs are in the upper corner). At
the top, talk to the commanding officer at the end of the hall. After that
conversation ends, leave the base.

Overworld
---------

Back outside again, fly south and west from the base to find a cave below.
There is a dragon blocking the entrance. If you land there, talk to Gordon
the dragon and you will be in your first boss battle. Read that section if
you need help. After the battle, go back to the village and recover, then
come back and enter the cave.

Cave
----

This cave consists of one room with a straightforward path, though it winds
around the room and takes a while to travel along. At the end, go down the
stairs to level B2. In that room, go all the way forward to the back of the
room, where you will find the Peshiruda on the ground. Check it and you will
automatically return to the area outside of the base.

Overworld
---------

You will reappear outside of the base. The Peshiruda is safely inside on 3F,
so your next task is to return to the cave and finish exploring it. Fly to
the north and west, and reenter it.

Cave
----

This time around, go through the cave to the second room on B2. In the room
of statues, go all the way north to where the Peshiruda was earlier. There
will now be a portal in its place. Step into it to reach the Fourth Dimension
area.

Fourth Dimension
----------------

In this rather trippy area, go north to find a second portal and a boss
enemy. You can not enter that portal yet, but if you talk to Bruton, you will
have to face him in a boss battle. Read the Bosses section if you need help.

After the battle, you will see King Maimai standing there. You will also have
gained a level as a result of this fight. Talk to the king and you will all
return to the area outside of the village.

Overworld
---------

King Maimai will be in the village now, so head into town as well.

Village
-------

If you go to the hospital building in the southwest area, you will find King
Maimai is not feeling well. You will then want to visit the mayor, located in
the house in the center of the village. Talk to the gold-colored mayor and he
will give you the Cup item. Take it, then exit the house.

With the Cup, head to the southeast area where you will find a well. Go into
it and head all the way downstairs to the bottom. Once there, go north and
check the water pool to receive some Spring Water. After that, climb back out
of the well and return to the mayor's house. Talk to him again and he will
now mention the Energy Grass located atop the nearby mountain. This is key to
progressing the story; if you do not talk to the mayor after getting the
Spring Water, the grass will NOT be there if you go up the mountain! With
that information, leave the house.

Before you leave, take this time to heal up in the large building by talking
to the gray Information Clerk on 1F. You can go play some baseball up on 3F
to get some more Capsules if you like. To proceed with the story, you will
need to leave the village and find the cure for King Maimai's ailment.

Overworld
---------

Back outside, fly to the northwest. You will find Mt. Fuji beyond the forest
in the corner. Land there and enter the new area.

Mt. Fuji
--------

Here, follow the path until it splits ahead. Take the eastern path along the
perimeter of the area. At the end, you will find a cave entrance, so go into
it. In there, go forward to an intersection and continue westward. Follow the
path as it winds around to the cave exit.

Back outside, go west and north to yet another path split. Take the lower
path across and to the east. Enter the cave ahead and head through the short
path to the end. When you emerge, go around the corner to the summit, where
you will see the Energy Grass blooming. Take it, then head back down the
mountain and return to the village (the Nurse Capsule will act as a shortcut
if you have one).

Village
-------

In the village again, go to the hospital building. Talk to King Maimai in the
back room, and you will give him the Energy Grass. He will be cured, and your
party will gain a level! With that done, recover at the Information Clerk and
get some more Capsules, then head out of the village.

Overworld
---------

When you step outside, you will see someone else standing next to you. Talk
to King and he will give you the Ultra Bracelet. After that, fly to the base
which is southeast of the cityscape. Land in front of it and you will see
the boss enemy Zetton waiting for you. Talk to him and Man will leave the
party, leaving you with only Shin. When you are ready, talk to Zetton again
and you will face him in battle. Read the Bosses section if you need help.

Following the battle, Shin will gain a level. After that, talk to Zetton once
more and he will die peacefully. Shin will then fly away, and you will be off
to the next area of the game!

=============
Golgotha Star
=============

Overworld
---------

The scene shows three new Ultra Warriors together: Taro, Haha, and Leo. You
will automatically fly northeast to a base. Land there and enter it from the
south.

V3 Base
-------

In this simple room, go around to the north end and talk to the Secretary.
After you do that, leave the base.

Overworld
---------

From here, go directly to the south and you will see Baltan standing there.
Talk to him and you will enter a boss battle; read that section if you need
help. Once the battle ends, Baltan will give you the Dirty Cloak before
vanishing. Leo will also leave your party at this time, but you will gain a
level anyway. Now, head back into the V3 Base to the north.

V3 Base
-------

Here again, talk to the Secretary at the north end of the room. Once you are
done there, feel free to explore the rest of the base. At the south, there
are four seats where you can play baseball and win some new and better
Capsules. On the east side is the Information Clerk, who can heal you and
display statistics. When you are ready to go, leave the base.

Overworld
---------

From the base, fly directly to the east a short bit and you will see a lone
spacecraft. Enter it.

Spacecraft
----------

In the first room, simply go all the way east and up the stairs to 2F. On the
second level, take the far west path to the south. Follow that path as it
leads westward to some more stairs, then go back down to another part of 1F.
Here, go around the corner until you reach a path split in the southeast area
of the room. Take the wide middle path to the south and west, then continue
to the southwest at the next split. Follow the path around the southwest
perimeter of the room to reach the stairs at the west side. Take those stairs
up to 2F.

As soon as you arrive, take one step north and then follow the eastern path
through the room. At the northern end, you will see stairs to the northwest.
Ignore them and continue east and around to the northeast stairs. Take them
to 3F. On this floor, go around to the west and south to find a couple of
parallel paths going west/east. Take the upper path to the east and follow it
all the way to the end. You will meet Bemstar; talk to him and he will kidnap
Taro!

Follow Bemstar upstairs and you will be in a room with many small alcoves
with numbers in front of them. Talk to Bemstar again to engage him in a boss
battle. Read the Bosses section if you need help defeating this guy. After
the fight, you will be told to go to alcove #26. You will then receive the
King Bracelet, as well as a level boost.

With it, make your way to the northwest area, where alcove #26 is. You will
find the Gumonga boss inside. Talk to it to engage in battle; read the Bosses
section again if needed. Following this battle, you will be directed over to
alcove #58. You will also have gained a level, of course. So, head north and
east a short bit to get there. Heal up with Capsules if you have any, then
talk to the Alien Bell to engage it in yet another boss battle. Read that
section if needed.

After that battle is over, you will go outside to a new area of the game,
complete with different characters!

============
Planet Toaru
============

Overworld
---------

Out here, you will have Leo and King together in a party. As soon as you get
control, they both gain a level. Fly to the southern island and enter the
building there.

Castle
------

In this enemy-free area, simply go along to the northwest area. Talk to the
enemies there and you will enter into a boss battle against the Black Girasu
and the Red Girasu together. Read the Bosses section if you need help. Once
you win, the two bosses will combine into Alien Magma. Heal up with Capsules
if you have any, then talk to Alien Magma to engage in another boss battle.

After you beat this boss as well, you will receive the Ultra Cloak, then the
scenario here ends. You will go back to Golgotha Star where you left off with
Haha earlier.

=============
Golgotha Star
=============

Overworld
---------

You will now be outside of the Spacecraft with Haha. You will want to fly
back west and enter the V3 Base.

V3 Base
-------

Here, your first visit should be to the Information Clerk on the east side so
you can recover your health. Also, you should play a bit of baseball in the
seats at the south end to replenish your Capsule supply (the second one from
the left has Jamila Capsules which are the most useful for you). After you
are done resting and all, go to the north end and talk to the Secretary. He
will tell you to find Gamasu in the northeast area. So, leave the base.

Overworld
---------

From here, fly to the northeast and you will see a sign that says Danger
(キケン) on it. Land there and approach the sign to enter a strange new area.

Danger Sign
-----------

In here, you will find that you are in a 2-dimensional world of sorts (turn
to the left or right and you will see). From the entrance portal, walk to the
east until you spot someone else standing sideways. That is Gamasu, so talk
to them and you will have to fight in another boss battle; read that section
if you need assistance.

Once you win, you will be reunited with King and Shin, who will teleport you
back outside.

Overworld
---------

Now that you are outside once more, King and Shin will join your current
party. Everyone will gain a level as well. Go back to the V3 Base to rest up,
then fly west from the sign to find a large white cross. Enter it.

Cross
-----

In the first room, go across to the west side and head downstairs to B1. Keep
going down the next set of stairs to level B2. Down there, head south and
around the corner to stairs leading back upward. Take them to B1, then go up
the next set back to the first floor. Go north and east, then south into the
other side of the room to find some strange markings on the ground. Go around
them and head downstairs to B1 once more. Continue down to B2, then go ahead
to find the boss ahead. Talk to Baltan Jr. to engage him in a boss battle;
read that section if you need it.

Following the battle, the scenario here on Golgotha Star ends.

==========
M78 Galaxy
==========

Overworld
---------

The next scene will show the new Ultra Warrior called Seven. After flying
around briefly, Seven will gain a level and you will now have control. Land
on the area to the east and talk to the black enemy called Alien Pegassa.
Read the Bosses section if you need help defeating them in this battle. Once
it's over, you will be teleported to a new area.

Pegassa City
------------

In this enemy-free zone, strangely enough, follow the path along the northern
edge of the room. At the southeast corner, go upstairs to 2F. There, go east
and south into the middle area. Follow the path around to the end, then heal
up (use a Jamila Capsule) and talk to the stationary Alien Pegassa to fight
him a second time. It's the same exact fight as before, so fight like you did
then to win.

After the fight, you will be sent outside and will appear in front of a
village. Enter it.

Village
-------

Here, you will find three buildings. The main one in the middle has a station
where you can play baseball for Capsules on the top floor. The Information
Clerk at the back of the first floor will recover your party's health, as
always. Your destination right now is the hospital in the left building. In
there, talk to the doctor behind the eastern counter, then go to the bed and
approach Haha, who is laying there. You will enter their body.

Inside of Haha's body, simply follow the straight path all the way to the
end. There will be an area surrounded by black and a boss enemy inside. Talk
to the boss, Dali, and you will face it in battle. Read the Bosses section if
you need help. Following the battle, you will be back outside of the village,
so reenter it. You will also have gained a level.

Inside the village again, return to the hospital. This time, talk to Haha,
who is now awake. They will join your party and a level will be gained! Rest
up with the Information Clerk in the central building, then leave town.

Overworld
---------

When you step outside, you will see someone else standing there. That is
Sophie; talk to her and she will join your party, giving you three people in
your control! Everyone will gain a level as well. With your new setup, fly to
the northwest and you will see a blue circular patch on the ground. Land
there and enter the hidden base there.

Secret Base
-----------

Starting off, take the western path from the stairs. Go west and north to a
second split, then go north from there. Follow the path ahead to one more
path split. Continue westward to some stairs; take them down to the strange
area below. Go directly north (or south, as the room loops) and step into the
other portal to reach a new area. Go south and exit that room to emerge back
on Earth in the Cave. Head through it and exit out to the overworld.

=====
Earth
=====

Overworld
---------

Outside here again, fly to the southwest and land at the village, then enter.

Village
-------

When you arrive, be sure to visit the Information Clerk in the east building
to recover your party's health. Then, head into the Mayor's house at the
center of town. Inside, talk to the Fake Seven who is standing in the room,
and you will engage him in battle. Read the Bosses section if you need help.

Once you win, your party will gain a level. Talk to the Mayor who has
reappeared if you want, then leave the house. Then, rest up via the
Information Clerk and head out of town.

Overworld
---------

Now that you have done what you needed to on Earth, you need to return to the
M78 Galaxy. To do that, go back through the Cave into the Fourth Dimension.
Walk north/south to the next portal to return to the Secret Base, then make
your way to the exit.

==========
M78 Galaxy
==========

Overworld
---------

Once you are back outside of the base, you will see King standing there. Talk
to him and Haha will leave your party, but your remaining members will gain
another level! From here, fly to the south and west and you will see the
Ultra Tower with an enemy standing outside of it. Land there and talk to the
Ace Robot to engage it in a boss battle. Check out that section if needed.

After you win, you will gain another level of coruse. You will want to visit
the village to the east and rest up via the Information Clerk. Then, return
to the tower and enter it.

Ultra Tower
-----------

In here, you will see four paths leading northward to start. Take any of them
as they all lead to the same place. At the north end, go west to find another
group of four leading to the south. This time, take the second path from the
right and follow it around to some stairs. Take them up to 2F.

There, you will see three paths leading to the east. Follow the middle one
onward and around the corner. Continue going all the way west, then south and
east to the end. There, talk to the Ace Killer and you will fight them in a
boss battle; check out that section if you need to.

Following the battle, talk to Ace and he will now join your party. This will
also lead to a level gain for everyone! With that done, head back out of the
tower altogether.

Overworld
---------

Once you get outside, you will see Shin standing to the side. Talk to him and
he will join you as well, causing another level up! With your new four-person
party, first fly eastward to the Village and recover with the Information
Clerk. From there, leave town and fly northward to find a new area with a
large building on it. Land there and enter.

Residence
---------

Here, follow the path along the west side of the area. There is a large ship
in the middle area, and a series of eight white tables on the west side. If
you check them out, you can play baseball for some Capsules (the upper-right
square has Jamila Capsules for HP recovery, and the bottom-left square has
the Gabadon for full HP recovery, both of which are essential going forward).
After that, head northeast to find someone standing in front of the stairs.
That is Yapool; talk to them and you will enter yet another boss fight. Once
that's over, go up the stairs to enter the spaceship and thus the final area!

Spaceship
---------

At last, you are in the final dungeon of the game. Start by going north to
see three paths. Take the middle path forward to the next split, then take
the westbound path to the left edge and continue northward. At the upper
corner of the room, go east along the middle of the three narrow paths. Just
a short bit ahead, you will see a path leading to the top row. Take it and
continue all the way eastward to the end, then go upstairs to 2F.

On this floor, you will see paths leading westward and paths leading to the
south. Take the third path from the left that leads southward (the far right
pair are dead ends). Follow it to the south and you will see blocks in the X
formation ahead. Go around them and continue along the path to the southeast
corner where there will be stairs. Take them up to 3F. Once there, go
straight ahead to some more stairs and continue up to 4F.

Up here, go north and you will find three green tiles. You will face the
bosses from earlier in the game, all in a row, here. You start by facing
Gordon, then Bruton, and finally Zetton. Luckily they are very easy to kill
with regular strong attacks from your entire party within a round or so.
After you get through that, continue to the east and head down the stairs you
see to reach 3F again.

Follow the path as it winds around the room to the south. You will then come
to three paths. Go all the way south and take the bottom path onward to the
east. Ahead, there will be SEVEN more past bosses to face (Baltan through
Gamasu). Defeat them all, then continue around the corner and down a short
hallway. You will then have to defeat Baltan Jr. at the end. After that, go
down the stairs to 2F.

On this level, go all the way south and around the corner to find another row
of boss battles. This time it's from Alien Pegassa to the Ace Killer, with
Yapool after that. After you beat Yapool again, your party gains a level!
Continue downstairs to 1F after that. There, take the eastbound path and head
north at the next intersection up ahead. After a short while, you will see an
opening to the north lined with spikes on the walls. Follow that path
northward through the center of the room, and you will see an enemy there.
Before you talk to them, use Capsules to recover HP, as you probably need it.

When you are ready, talk to the Alien Tenpera and you will enter battle
against them. Read the Bosses section if you need help winning here. Once you
win, you will gain another level. Use Capsules to recover your health once
more, then go forward and talk to the Combined Yapool in the final room. You
will now enter the final battle of the game; check out that section of this
guide if you need help once more.

After the battle, enjoy the final scenes and then the credits will roll.
Congratulations on beating this game!

Gordon (ゴルドン)
Found: Earth (outside entrance to Cave)
   HP: 1500
Strategy: This first boss is not really difficult since all it does is
attack a single party member once. A lot of times its attacks
will miss, but when they do connect, it can hit for over 500 HP
of damage. Use strong regular attacks here and you will be able
to win. If your party members get to critical health, their
attacks will become twice as strong, which can be helpful. I
would recommend using a Kogabadon Capsule to recover health at
             that point, to be safe.

Bruton (ブルトン)
   Found: Earth (Fourth Dimension)
   HP: 1600
Strategy: Like the first battle, there really is not a whole lot to do
aside from using your strong attacks against it. It attacks
once per turn and that's about it. Stick with your strong
attacks, and keep in mind that if you go below 1/4 HP, you will
             become stronger in your attacking!

Zetton (ゼットン)
   Found: Earth (outside Base)
   HP: 3000
Strategy: As you can see, this boss has a lot more HP than the first two,
and you face it one on one. You will want to take advantage of
the Ultra Bracelet item, so go to your items and select it from
the #1 slot to gain its effects. Then, use your regular strong
attacks which will now have an added kick thanks to the item!
As usual, this is a battle of who can outlast the other, but
now you will have the upper edge.

Baltan (バルタン)
Found: Golgotha Star (outside V3 Base)
   HP: 3000
Strategy: With three against one, this will be an easy fight for your
current party. Leo is the strongest attacker, and Taro is the
weakest for now. You still have the Ultra Bracelet, so I do
recommend having someone use it (I had Leo do it for super
powerful attacks each round). The battle will be over rather
quickly if everyone attacks and connects with their hits.

Bemstar (ベムスター)
   Found: Golgotha Star (Spacecraft)
   HP: 2000
Strategy: For this fight, you only have control of Haha. Use the Ultra
Bracelet item, then stick with strong attacks to beat up on
this creature. As with most battles, it is a matter of simply
outlasting the other. Luckily, Bemstar has relatively low HP,
so this really shouldn't take too long for you to win.

Gumonga (グモンガ)
   Found: Golgotha Star (Spacecraft)
   HP: 2500
Strategy: This is another one on one battle, as you can see. Once again,
use the Ultra Bracelet to power up your attacks, then use your
strong regular attacks to cause around 250 HP of damage each
round. If you healed up with a Jamila Capsule before the fight,
you will be in great shape here. You can also use the King
Bracelet to boost your defense if your health is running low.
Either way, it is a simple battle that you can easily win.

Alien Bell (ベルせいじん)
   Found: Golgotha Star (Spacecraft)
   HP: 2500
Strategy: As with the last two battles, this is another one on one fight
here. It is simple, and as long as you have at least 3000 HP
and use the Ultra Bracelet to bolster your attacks, you should
be in great shape here. The Bell Alien simply trades attacks
with you, and they don't do more than about 400 HP each time,
so this is not too difficult.

Black Giras (ブラックギラス) / Red Giras (レッドギラス)
   Found: Planet Toaru (Castle)
   HP: 1800 / 1800
Strategy: Despite having two bosses coming at you together, they really
are quite easy. Target the Black Giras first since it has lower
defense. Both enemies attack normally, so if you have enough HP
this should not be an issue. Once the Black Giras is done, you
should then focus on the Red Giras. It has higher defense and
seems to evade a lot of your attacks, but it still has low HP
and will go down after several rounds.

Alien Magma (マグマせいじん)
   Found: Planet Toaru (Castle)
   HP: 3000
Strategy: This can be a particularly annoying fight since Alien Magma can
hit you hard for 500+ HP each turn. If you are not at full HP
or close to it, you will have a hard time. The King Bracelet
will help increase defense, while the Ultra Bracelet can help
make your attacking stronger. The former is essential, since
any way you can lessen the blows on your party helps a lot!

Gamasu (ガマス)
   Found: Danger Sign (Golgotha Star)
   HP: 2500
Strategy: Here, you face Gamasu one on one. It is another simple fight,
even though Gamasu can hit for upwards of 600 HP per round. If
you enter with full health and use strong attacks straight
through, you will be fine here. Use the Ultra Bracelet to help
boost your attacking since this boss has high defense which
limits the damage you inflict to about 250 HP a turn.

Baltan Jr. (バルタンジュニア)
   Found: Golgotha Star (Cross)
   HP: 4500
Strategy: This is another annoying fight, even though you have three on
your team fighting. The boss has a high evasion rate which can
get frustrating fast, especially when he attacks for 600+ HP
each turn while rarely missing. Since Haha has the highest
attack power it seems, have them use the Ultra Bracelet for the
added kick. Otherwise, stick with regular strong attacks to win
             as usual.

Alien Pegassa (ペガッサせいじん)
   Found: M78 Galaxy (Overworld)
   HP: 2500
Strategy: You fight this first boss in M78 one on one, but luckily it has
low HP. It is another of those extremely frustrating fights, so
I highly recommend you use the King Bracelet to boost your
defense. Also, coming into the battle with full health is a
must, as this boss can hit for around 600 HP each round. Use
the regular strong attack and you should be able to outlast
             this enemy.

Daly (ダリー)
   Found: M78 Galaxy (Village)
   HP: 2500
Strategy: Despite this boss having relatively low HP, it has very high
attack power, hitting for upwards of 750 HP each round. It is
imperative that you come with full HP, and that you use the
King Bracelet to aid in softening the blows. Use strong attacks
as usual and you can get through this fight.

Fake Seven (にせセブン)
   Found: Earth (Village)
   HP: 5000
Strategy: This is an interesting battle since you are facing a clone of
Seven, who is part of your current party. Despite the high HP,
it is an easy battle since Seven and Haha have high attack
power at this point in the game. Sophie is weaker, so you may
want to have her use a defensive item like the Ultra Cloak. The
others should attack normally. Fake Seven can hit you for about
600 HP each round, but tends to miss a lot. You should not have
             any trouble winning here.

Ace Robot (エースロボット)
   Found: M78 Galaxy (Overworld)
   HP: 3500
Strategy: This fight is not really a tough one, but it is annoying since
Seven is the only strong attacker. Sophie can hit for ~50 HP,
and that is clearly not enough. Stick a defensive item on her
and give Seven the Ultra Bracelet to attack with. The boss will
hit for around 500 HP a round, but if you enter the fight with
most of your HP, you will be fine.

Ace Killer (エースキラー)
   Found: M78 Galaxy (Ultra Tower)
   HP: 4000
Strategy: Like with any boss fight, as long as you arrive at this one
with most of your HP, you will be in good shape. It is tough
since Sophie can not really attack this boss at all, so it's
all up to Seven to inflict damage each round. When he misses,
which does happen a lot, it can become frustrating.

Yapool (ヤプール)
   Found: M78 Galaxy (Residence)
   HP: 5000
Strategy: Despite this being a boss battle, it really is a piece of cake
since your party can easily overpower it. Seven and Shin have
very strong attacks, so use them while bolstering the middle of
your lineup with items. If everyone attacks each round, it will
only take a handful of turns to quickly and easily win here.

Alien Tenpera (テンペラーせいじん)
   Found: M78 Galaxy (Spaceship)
   HP: 8000
Strategy: For the penultimate boss in the game, it has a lot of HP but
somewhat low defense. Your attacks will be very effective here,
plus Alien Tenpera's attacks are relatively weak given what you
would expect at this point. Sophie is the weakest attacker, so
she should have the Ultra Bracelet while the others get the
defensive items. As long as everyone uses their strong attacks,
this battle should be lengthy but not too difficult.

Combined Yapool (がったいヤプール)
   Found: M78 Galaxy (Spaceship)
   HP: 9000
Strategy: At last, the final battle! At first, the boss appears to be
nine individual enemies, but they all attack at once (and not
for a lot of damage, either). As you attack, four of them will
be knocked away, making the X formation. After a few more hits,
they will combine into a giant version of Yapool. Don't worry
though since it still attacks rather weakly, even for the last
boss. Stick with your regular attacks, giving everyone an item
to use, and this battle will be a push over.

-=  9. Capsules -=
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

In addition to items in this game, you have something called Capsules to use
as an aid to your party. Capsules are other specific enemies in the game with
certain abilities; usually they are used to attack multiple targets at once,
but a few can recover HP and send you out of a dungeon instantly.

In certain towns and areas, you can find one or many square tables where if
you approach and check them out, you can play a game of baseball. There will
be four tiles showing the specific Capsules you can win by hitting the ball
at them, along with "Out" tiles that give you nothing. If you miss the ball
3+ times, the game ends. If you somehow hit a home run, knocking the pitcher
away with it, you will automatically get 3 of each type of Capsule available
at that location.

You can play at a station as many times as you like, though. The maximum
number of a given Capsule you can have at one time is 3. There is a certain
Capsule you can use in battle, in an attempt to capture the specific monster
to gain its Capsule. It does not always work, but it can be easier than
playing that baseball mini-game.
