1: Why?
Well, trading is the heart of the game, really. There are no
experience points in the game, and the only way to get stronger is by
buying weapons and armor. And the best way to make cash is to know what
sells for cheap in one place and expensive for another.
2: Update list
V 0.5 2/9/04 Thought the FAQ was finished enough to submit to GameFAQs.
Apparently, I was right.
V 0.6 2/15/04 Brand new version, sprinkled with 2 herbs and spices!
(Translation, I added the “Herbs” section to the Goods list and the best
trade routes for herbs.BTW, if anyone knows where to get the “Lotus”
item, I’d really appreciate it.)
V 0.7 6/6/04 After almost 4 months, someone comes through with info on the
Lotus. Many thanks to Chuck Child! The guide is now updated with the
"General" section and the "Gems" section, as well as some new cities.
V1.0 6/10/04 Finished. Added all the places to buy/sell stuff in the game,
and the absolute best trade routes. I will still accept corrections and
additional info, but as far as I'm concerned, this is done.

All the sellable and tradable goods that I’ve gotten so far are listed
here.Just look for the item in question, and you’ll find out how much
it sells for, and where. If a city isn’t listed in a section of the
guide, you can’t find the requisite goods there.
