Some of the towns do not have names, but they are listed in the order in which
you first find them.
ITEMS and EQUIPMENT are listed separately in the shops' menus. When buying
equipment select any member of the team and you can view the full list. If
someone cannot equip the weapon or armour then a star will show against the
item, and you cannot purchase it. Also, you will not be permitted to buy the
equipment or weapon if it is weaker than the one that is currently equipped,
and that is how you know if something is not as good as your current equipment.
Currency is GOLD.
