1. Introduction

Classic Concentration used to be a game show in the late 80s. It was OK
as game shows go, nothing special. You could recreate the experience at home
with a deck of cards. However, GameTek created a game based on it for the NES
in 1990. Although the graphics weren't spectacular, it was a good party game.
However, when I looked for a FAQ on the game, there was none ! I decided to
fill this glaring gap. So, without further ado, the Classic Concentration
FAQ.

2. Overview And Controls

In case you never saw the TV show, Classic Concentration is a
memorization/luck contest between two players. A puzzle board is displayed
with numbers 1 through 25 on it, which is hiding the gameboard behind it.
Every number represents a prize, except for the one number taken at the
beginning. There are 11 prizes on the board, with two Wild Cards.
The premise of the game is to match up one prize with its duplicate.
When you do this, you win the prize and uncover a little piece of the
gameboard, which has a rebus on it. The play ends when either person makes
enough matches that they can make out the rebus and solve it. This round of
play ends, and you play best out of three. If you win two rounds, then you
get to go to the bonus round. In the bonus round, you had to match up pairs
of cars within 35 seconds of time. If you matched all the cars up, you won
one of the cars.

3. Instructions

1. Hit Start after the maestro finishes playing his music to start the
game.
2. You are asked to enter a game code. A game code will let you play a game
over again. However, if this is your first time or you want a new game,
select No.
3. Select the number of players, and if you want to play against the CPU.
4. Select your contestant. There are four men and four women, with one of
the men looking suspiciously like Bill Gates...
5. Enter your name. Select letters with A, backspace by going to an
empty space and hitting A.
6. If you are playing against the computer, it will automatically select
a player of the opposite sex . Otherwise, Player 2 does steps 4 and 5.
7. A puzzle is randomly selected.
8. Players go back and forth, making matches until they can solve the
rebus.
9. When you know the solution, you enter the solution the same way you
enter your name. If neither player knows the solution, then the round
is forfeit, and a do-over round is played.
10. Play continues until one player wins two rounds, which means they go
to the bonus round.
11. In the bonus round, you have 35 seconds to make matches. Press START
to begin the bonus round. There are only 7 matches in the bonus round.
The last match you make is the car you win. You are asked to start a new
game whether you won the bonus round or not.

The computer in this game will cheat, as it will figure out the answer
before half the board is revealed. However, with the puzzle answers
below, you might stand a chance against the computer (and may be able
to get an advantage over your buddies). The list below is in alphabetical
order, according to the letter of the first clue.

In each round, there are 11 prizes,but there are also three WILD
