===================================DISCLAIMER==================================
I have decided not to allow websites other than Gamefaqs (www.gamefaqs.com),
IGN (faqs.ign.com) & Gamespot (www.gamespot.com) to host my FAQs from now on.
Please don't ask, because I will not grant permission.  It's just that too many
sites don't keep their version of my FAQ up to date which makes for a lot of
hassle in my mailbox.
So if anyone sees this FAQ on any site other than those mentioned above, please
let me know and I will take care of the situation, thanks.

Just to make things crystal clear for some people, this FAQ is not to appear
anywhere at the following URLs:

###############################################################################
                                (B) CONTROLS
###############################################################################

The default controls for this game are as follows:

A - Jump.
B - Attack.

Select - Pause.
Start - Special attack.

###############################################################################
                                  (C) ITEMS
###############################################################################

=====
Heart
=====

These items refill your health bar, small ones refill a single segment and
large ones fully refill the bar.

==============
Special Attack
==============

You start with one of these in each stage but it's possible to pick up more
from enemies.  Just make sure that you don't pick one up if you already have
one as you can only hold one at a time.

###############################################################################
                                  (D) BASICS
###############################################################################

In each stage you fight or jump over enemies as whichever character you choose
until you reach the end of the stage and the boss.  At this point you fight the
boss in a giant robot and the gameplay changes a little.

It's like a one on one fight, you both have health bars, you both have power
bars (for special moves) and you can block if needed.

Unlike most fighting games you don't push back to block, instead you press
down.  This will allow you to take less damage from most attacks and in some
cases it will block attacks completely so don't forget to block.

As your power meter fills you can do one of four special attacks, depending on
how full it is.  Obviously the more (blocks of) power that you use, the more
damage the attack does.

1 Block  = Horizontal fireball.
2 Blocks = Horizontal laser.
3 Blocks = Horizontal electric blast (also stuns the boss).
4 Blocks = Horizontal crescent beam.

###############################################################################
                               (E) CHARACTERS
###############################################################################

There are five characters to pick from when you start the game, they all have
different amounts of hit points (health) and weapons.

Red - 8HP, weapon: sword.

Blue - 6HP, weapon: blaster.

Black - 8HP, weapon: sword.

White - 6HP, weapon: blaster.

Yellow - 7HP, weapon: fists.

The sword and the fists are basically identical so I don't know why anyone
would pick the yellow character over the red or black since he has less HP.

The blaster on the other hand is weaker than the rest of the weapons, but it
does have a longer range.

###############################################################################
                               (F) WALKTHROUGH
###############################################################################
                          Bricklayer J. Gastronomy

This walkthrough is written with the default difficulty [easy] in mind.

=======
Area: A
=======

When you first start the stage you have one special attack, you can use it by
pressing start and it will kill all the enemies on the screen when you used it.

Head right and jump over [or kill] the guard, then kill a flying enemy followed
by a jumping one.  Kill or jump over a pair of guards, then duck the shots of a
third guard as you get in close and kill him.

Kill the flying enemy beyond, then jump a pair of guards before killing a
jumper and a bug.  Jump a guard and kill the one that comes from behind you,
then kill a jumper up ahead.

Head right and jump a guard, then kill the one that appears from behind while
killing a nearby bug.  Kill the flying enemy and jumper up ahead, then duck a
guard's shots before killing him.

Kill the jumper up ahead and jump a guard, then kill a pair of flying enemies.
Avoid the shots of a guard up ahead as you kill him, then jump a guard while
jumping the shots of a second guard up ahead.

Kill the guard and nearby bug, then kill a flying enemy and pair of bugs
beyond.  Avoid the guard and kill a bug, then jump another guard and attack the
grey wall to get rid of it.

Jump the pair of guards inside and head right for a small scene before the boss
appears.

==========================
Area A Boss - Mirror Demon
==========================

This boss jumps in the air repeatedly and occasionally does a pair of quick
lunges at you.  These are his basic attacks, otherwise when his power bar fills
up he uses special attacks like lasers and a mid-air charge.

You only have a pathetic punch as your basic attack, but luckily you can use
special attacks if you have enough power.

It's up to you how you want to tackle the boss, but I find that if you stay on
the left side of the screen and let him come to you it makes things easier.
Once he starts charging simply block his pair of charges and follow up with a
punch (or 2-3 if you're quick).  He should back off for a bit and then either
charge some more or use a special attack.  If he charges just repeat what you
just did, if he uses a special attack you can do one of two things.

If he fires a pair of lasers simply block them and your shield will save them
from doing ANY damage to you.

If he does a mid-air charge simply use a special attack to hit him in mid-air
before he hits you.

Otherwise block his charges and counter-attack as outlined above.  If the boss
doesn't do any mid-air charges then he's even easier because you can keep
charging your power meter as much as you want and use the strong special
attacks on the boss.

Once he dies you beat the stage and get the password [3100] for the next one.

=======
Area: B
=======

Head right and kill a bug, then avoid the nearby guard's shots before killing
him.  Kill the jumper beyond and head right to meet a turret, then destroy the
new enemy and drop off the ledge ahead.

Kill the guard as you kill a flying enemy and a pair of guards that come from
the left, then head right as you kill a flying enemy and guard.  Kill a pair of
bugs and a jumper to your right, then destroy a turret beyond as you head right
to meet a jumper and a guard.

Destroy the pair of turrets and series of guards beyond, then enter the next
section and kill a jumper.  Kill the guard and turret before killing the flying
enemies and guards beyond.

Attack the turret and wall, then kill a large group of enemies before
destroying another wall.  Head right and kill a guard before continuing right
to the stage boss.

==========================
Area B Boss - Camera Demon
==========================

This boss has a normal lunge attack like the previous boss, but this boss
doesn't jump at all so he's pretty easy to predict.

Basically block or dodge his lunges by waiting as far left as possible, then
counterattack with a punch or two.  Block his laser attacks whenever he uses
them, then charge your attacks and let 'em rip.

Very similar to the first boss in strategy, you shouldn't have any trouble if
you beat that boss.

Once he dies you beat the stage and get the password [8412] for the next one.

=======
Area: C
=======

Head right as you kill a pair of guards and a jumper, then kill a flying enemy
before killing a guard and jumper.  Kill a guard up ahead and drop to the
ground, then kill a bug and some other enemies.

Head right for plenty of bugs and some other foes, then avoid the shots of the
crouching guard before killing him.  Take out the jumper and the flying enemy
that follows you before jumping a guard, then take either route beyond as you
kill some enemies and destroy a pair of walls.

Kill some enemies beyond while avoiding a guard's shots, then continue right
past more foes and drop to the ground.  Head right through more opposition as
you destroy a wall, then avoid a guard's shots as you kill him and destroy
another wall.

Kill a few more guards and head right some more to reach the stage boss.

=======================
Area C Boss - Bus Demon
=======================

This boss fights exactly like the boss you fought in the previous stage.  He
doesn't jump, he does a basic lunge attack and he uses projectile special
attacks.  The thing is, you need to watch out for his projectiles because
sometimes he uses more than you'd expect.

As long as you're ready to block his projectiles you can just block and counter
his lunges like usual, then use your charged special moves when you're ready.

Once he dies you beat the stage and get the password [6814] for the next one.

=======
Area: D
=======

Head right and kill a pair of bots (one of the two new enemies in this stage),
then kill some guards as you destroy a wall.  Kill a trio of bots beyond and
avoid the nearby missile (the other new enemy in this stage).

Avoid the guard's shots up ahead before killing him, then destroy a bot and
wall before attacking some guards.  Destroy another wall nearby and some
guards, then take out a bot and avoid a guard's shots before killing him.

Destroy a bot and wall as you kill a guard, then head right for more bots and
guards to dispatch.  Demolish a wall as you take out some bots and a guard,
then avoid a guard's shots.

Head right and avoid some missiles, then destroy some bots before getting rid
of a wall.  Finally kill a guard and head right to meet the boss for this
stage.

=============================
Area D Boss - Light Armadillo
=============================

This boss fights a lot like the first boss because he will actually use a
mid-air charge special attack on occasion.  Otherwise he uses the laser special
attack like every other boss so far.

He charges twice before backing off so you can easily counter after that
(sometimes he charges three times but it doesn't happen often).  Lurk on the
far left and charge your power, then unleash your special attacks like usual to
beat him with ease.

Once he dies you beat the stage and get the password [5212] for the next one.

=======
Area: E
=======

Head right as you kill a guard and bot, then destroy a wall and kill a guard
beyond.  Enter the water nearby as you kill the guards, bot and missile beyond.
Keep your distance from the bomb as it sends out debris in 8 directions, then
attack some guards and a bot.

Avoid a missile and attack a nearby bat as you fight your way to some more
water, then jump over the nearby wall to avoid a pair of them.  Attack the bot
and turret (they shoot diagonal lasers in this stage) beyond, then avoid a
guard as you jump to the upper ledge.

Head right while avoiding guards and a missile, then avoid a bomb before taking
out some guards and bots.  Avoid the missiles ahead and destroy a turret, then
destroy a bot and wall before killing a guard.

Kill a bat and another guard while you avoid some missiles, then destroy a wall
up ahead and avoid a nearby bomb.  Take out a bot and guard while heading
right, then avoid a guard's shots before killing him.

Get rid of a series of enemies as you continue right, then avoid a guards shots
before going right to meet the stage boss.

==========================
Area E Boss - Time Mammoth
==========================

This boss doesn't use a mid-air charge special attack, he sticks with the weak
projectile attacks instead.  Otherwise he does a pair of charges like every
other boss that you should block and counter-attack with your punches.

Just fight him as you would any other boss to beat him pretty quickly.

Once he dies you beat the stage and get the password [5705] for the next one.

=========
Last Area
=========

Head right through guards, bots and bats, then jump a missile and take out some
more guards.  Carefully destroy the turrets (because sometimes you jump too
high and get hit) and kill the enemy firing at you up ahead, then drop down the
shaft and take out more guards as you destroy a wall.

Head right while avoiding the bomb and turret, then cross the pink bridge as
you take out a guard.  Kill the bats on the other side and take the high road
to avoid a number of walls.

Take out the turrets and guards along the way, then avoid a missile and take
out some more enemies as you cross another pink bridge.  Take out the turrets
up ahead and avoid some missiles as you cross a short pink bridge, then take
out a group of guards before meeting the final boss.

==========
Final Boss
==========

This boss is just as forgettable as the rest, he charges twice and uses
projectile special attacks.  Use the same block/counter-attack strategy that
you've been using on all the bosses and you'll have the game beat in no time,
then you can watch the ending.

"Earth was saved.  Thank you Jetman!  And thank you for playing!"

                              (I) EXPERIMENTAL
###############################################################################

For a little while now I've had a paypal link in all my FAQs at the very bottom
here.  Mainly as a small experiment since a few other FAQ authors have also had
the same idea.

I had a few people email me before I put this link in because they wanted to
send money, so it's here for those people.

For the record I've received about $87 (which works out to a bit more in
Canadian lol) last I checked, so I've been getting cases of pop and making some
excellent progress on a few FAQs.

If you don't want to send money or can't then send me an email, it's nice to
hear what people thought about my work and there's always room for improvement.

My email address and paypal address for those that want to contribute are both
dan.engel.2017 (AT) gmail (DOT) com

Many thanks, and I hope you continue to use my work!
