WWF ATTITUDE V3.0
Moves, Secrets and Characters FAQ (plus a whole lot more!)
by The 64 Chimp
Attitude PSX Release Date: Out Now!
Attitude N64 Release Date: Out Now!
LAST UPDATED: Wednesday 30th September 1999
AN IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE WE BEGIN!!!!
I'd just like to thank everyone who has helped to make this FAQ as
good as it is. Basically, I feel that the FAQ is as complete as it
can be (discounting the Create-A-Wrestlers) and so the number of
updates is going to drop a bit. I'll still be in and out to change
the biogs and CAWs as they come in but other than that, I'm about
done. This doesn't mean you have to stop mailing me though! Check
back in a couple of months for my totally exclusive guide to the N64
wrestling extravaganza, WWF Wrestlemania 2000!
---------------------------
The Legal Bit
Obviously, this FAQ is copyright to me although seeing as it's a
moves list, I'm not exactly going to be able to stop people writing
the same stuff. Still, if you want to use it before the game comes
out (and you won't be able to get the moves any other way so I'll
know) then you'll need to ask me by e-mail:
[email protected]. So there.

If there's any other legal stuff I've forgotten...well, I forgot.
Sorry.
-----------------------------
Version Updates
• V0.1 (3/8/99) – Posted the complete moves list. Other details will
be added as soon as I've finished some other major work I'm doing in
a couple of weeks time...
• V0.2 (5/8/99) - Tried to post the moves again after my first
attempt to send them was sadly ignored. The people need to know the
correct moves that have been tried and tested rather than just
printed by magazines from rubbish moves books!
Added Quick Reference Finishers and Trademarks List.
Added Cheats, Tips and Hidden Wrestlers Section.
• V0.3 (9/8/99) - Added Thanks section (even though it's a bit empty
at the moment) and corrected a lot of the spelling mistakes...if
there were any!
Added Thrasher's Trademark Move.
Added Mosh's Trademark Move.
Added Jacqueline's Trademark Move.
Corrected Bradshaw's Trademark and Finisher Moves (by switching them
over...oops)
• V0.4 (10/8/99) - Added an important note about tossing opponents
out of the ring during matches seeing as I've had so much e-mail
about it!
Changed the reference to the Royal Rumble in the cheats section
because I don't like being given abuse for something so stupid.
Added a mild request for a WWF event calendar to be sent to me by
mail (see the Thanks section).
Added a special note for PlayStation users.
Updated Thanks List
• V0.5 (11/8/99) - Added a section telling people where this FAQ can
be viewed and saying how great the websites are!
Added new move to the 'Tossing Opponents Out Of The Ring' section.
Wrote a new section and re-opened the debate on exactly what Gangrel
and Christian's finishing moves are called!
Amended the Playstation buttons translation list.
Changed all the Signature moves to Trademark moves (because that's
what they are in the game).
Updated Thanks List.
• V0.6 (12/8/99) - The Ganrgel / Christian Finisher name debate
rages on in all its glory!
Added a new version of The Rock's 'People's Elbow' trademark move to
the moves list.
Made some minor cosmetic changes (Mark Mero is actually spelt Marc
Mero...doh).
Added a section about calling in your Tag partner during matches,
tagging out and calling for help from backstage.
Added a section about the WWF Calendar because two people sent it to
me.
Added a special 'Create-A-Wrestler' section for people to send in
their own creations of wrestlers that they'd like to see and have
made themselves. Today - 'The Big Show' Paul Wight and Hardcore
Holly!
Updated Thanks List
• V0.61 (12/8/99 - afternoon) - Added a SPECIAL NOTE to the bottom
of the Cheats, Tips and Hidden Wrestlers section to take into
account the fact that not everyone will win all the matches! Some
people are also losing their cheats because of an annoying little
flaw in the game so I've added a bit about this too.
Added more fuel to the fire of the Gangrel / Christian debate.
• V1.0 (13/8/99) - Finally added the Character Biographies section
thanks to the man,
[email protected]
Added all of the event names to the WWF Calendar list.
Added another version of 'The Big Show' Paul Wight to the Create-A-
Wrestler section.
More Gangrel / Christian stuff.
Updated Thanks List
• V1.1 (14/8/99) - A slow update day. Changed the link to 'The EZE
Report' in the Thanks List. Sorry Erik!
Added Pee-Wee Herman to the Create-A-Wrestler section. Why is
nobody sending me any of these? The FAQ created by
CookingWithTheRock has TONS of these! Please, somebody send me some
decent ones (like the new god in the WWF, Chris Jericho!).
• V1.2 (17/8/99) - Updates the Create-A-Wrestler section by adding
The Blue Meanie, Mr T, The British Bulldog, Sabu, Ernest 'The Cat'
Miller and...wait for it...Chris Jericho!
Changed the Calendar section according to the information on
WWW.com.
Updated the Character Biographies section.
Finally added a date for the release of the N64 version (US).
Hoorah!
No more news on the Gangrel / Christian Debate. They wrestled one
another on Raw Is War (9/8/99) and the only thing Jim Ross said was
'What a DDT!'. Bugger.
Updated Thanks List.
• V1.3 (18/8/99) - Added Pamela Anderson, Sting, Viscera, Conan O'
Brien and Kermit The Frog to the Create-A-Wrestler section.
Changed the E-mail address of SctMasterB to
[email protected].
• V1.4 (19/8/99) - Added Kurt Ragnarok to the Create-A-Wrestler
list...yes, I know he breaks the rules by not being a real wrestler
or famous person but seeing as Erik sent it in, I'll let just this
one slip by...
Corrected the Trademark and Signature moves for the Big Boss Man.
Updated Thanks List
• V1.5 (24/8/99) - Sorry for the long absence...I've had a LOAD of
things to do that were slightly more important (eg paid money) than
doing this!
Added Shane McMahon and Tori to the Create-A-Wrestler list.
Updated the Character Biographies list.
Changed the WWF Calendar again.
Began to insert a complete PlayStation clothing list for all the
characters (thanks to Erik for this).
Finally got a free copy of WWF Attitude from Acclaim! Admittedly it
was a PSX version but who am I to complain???
Updated Thanks List.
• V1.6 (26/8/99) - Added another Shane McMahon (Summerslam version)
to the Create-A-Wrestler list.
Added more clothing to the Character Clothing List.
• V1.7 (27/8/99) - Updated the Character Biographies since the
Summerslam / Raw Is War drama of recent dates!
• V2.0 (2/9/99) – What a bugger. The Dreamcast release (in the UK
anyway) has slipped by nearly a month! Thank god I've got a Japanese
one...
Updated the Biogs because of various title changes.
Added Goldburg, Taz and Raven to the Create-A-Wrestler list.
Some people really do make me sick. Take for example the person who
mailed me a complete list of over 100 Create-A-Wrestler characters
for me to put up. Good, eh? NO. They (and I say 'they' because I
refuse to even give them the chance to see their name on this page)
stole them ALL from the FAQ of Jim Chamberlin, another person who
worked incredibly hard to create his FAQ. I mailed him twice to make
sure I could use them - after all, they make up the numbers - but he
hasn't replied yet. This is why I have posted all of them up.
However, if you read this Jim and would like me to take them down,
MAIL ME IMMEDIATELY and I will. Sorry if this makes me sound silly
but PLAGURISM SUCKS. End of lecture. To the person who mailed them
to me...well, I repeat what Jim put at the bottom of his FAQ – take
your plagurised CAWs, turn that son-of-a-bitch sideways and stick it
straight up your candy ass. I thank you.
Finished off the Character Clothing List.
• V2.1 (7/9/99) - Almost certainly the last update for a while...
Edited the Create-A-Wrestler section because a few of us FAQ writers
are getting a little sick of all this plagurism stuff. I'm
interested in the moves and stuff as well as people sending me CAWs
but to be honest I'm not putting stuff up if it's been nicked. For a
MASSIVE list of CAW stuff, go back to www.gamefaqs.com and check out
the FAQ written by Jim Chamberlin – I took down the ones nicked from
his so he now has the definitive list!
Added another place where you can check out this FAQ!
Totally corrected the introduction text for the Clothing section.
Added a WANTED LIST to the front of the FAQ – these are things that
haven't been found yet in the game and clearly do exist due to
various bits of info I've got (like all different modes being
mentioned in the code of the game if you use a PC to view it and so
on). Check it out and if you know the answers, let me know!!!
Changed the WWF Calendar - this month's event is called Unforgiven,
NOT No Mercy!!!
Updated the Thanks List.
• V3.0 (30/9/99) - The FINAL update to this FAQ ever...unless
someone can pull out a REALLY good piece of information to warrant
me putting it up.
- Completed all of the requests in the WANTED list. We've found out
the true facts so don't try and lie to me! I'll give you an example
– some idiot I was talking to the other day claimed that he had
found both Shane and Vince McMahon in the game, despite the fact
that they DON'T EXIST! I told him to stop lying but he was insistant
that he had both of them. When I forced it out of him that he was
using an Action Replay cartridge and (even worse) that he'd only
seen their names and not actually played as them, I slapped him
silly and banished him from my realm. Idiot!

i) The WANTED List - What We Still Need To Find Out!
The WANTED list is now officially closed. All the problems have
answers to them now so if you don't know something, check below
before e-mailing your question to me!
• Calling in Outside Interference
There must be a way of doing it without having to have your energy
on Red while your opponent's is on Green. Don't give me none of that
'Hold down all the shoulder buttons' crap either 'cause we know it
doesn't work!
ANSWER - You can't! It's a random event that only happens when
you're having your ass well and truely beaten.
• Extra Attribute Scores
Is there a way of pushing your attributes above 39 points?
ANSWER - Not without an Action Replay / Gameshark cartridge, no.
• H-War Mode / Hell In The Cell / Training Mode
Are these all hidden modes contained in the game or are they simply
written in the code but not activated in the finished product?
ANSWER - These were all options for alternative match modes but they
were removed before the game shipped.
• Camera Mode
Can you change the camera angles during a match? Apparently, the
manual says you can...
ANSWER - No, you can't. Another pre-production thing that was taken
out.
• Changing Costumes (N64 Version only)
No-one seems to have been able to change wrestlers costumes in the
N64 version of the game. Does anyone know how to do it?
ANSWER - Again, you can't. This is an option that was reserved
specifically for the PSX version, although why then that several of
the wrestler appear in their other clothes during the demo mode on
the N64 version is beyond me.

ii) Where To View This FAQ
This WWF Attitude FAQ is hosted at the following gaming hints n'
tips websites so check them all out!
• GameFAQs (
http://www.gamefaqs.com)
Obviously, the centre of many people's cheats, tips and FAQs
universe. Guaranteed to have almost any cheat you could possibly
need...apart from a solution to Illusion Of Time on the SNES. Damn -
I really must write one!
• Cheat Code Central (
http://www.cheatcc.com)
A top-notch beauty of a site that I use all the time with an
absolute multitude of cheats, tips and other goodies for practically

ii) A Special Note For PlayStation Users
If you're reading this and are playing the PlayStation version of
WWF Attitude...hello. In case you hadn't noticed, this guide has
been written with the N64 version of the game in mind - you can tell
this by looking at the button references in the moves list. However,
I know this guide is handy for everyone so I've put a conversion
list of all the buttons for those of you who prefer the Sony thing
to the Nintendo one (personally, I don't mind - I've got a PSX, N64,
Dreamcast, Colour Gameboy, SNES, PC AND an Amiga so I ain't biased,
brutha). Ain't I a sweetie?

Each wrestler has one 'Finishing' Move and one trademark 'Trademark'
Move. The Finishing Move is marked in each character's moves list
with a single * and can only be performed when the opponent's energy
is red. The Trademark Move is marked in each wrestler's moves list
with a double ** and can be performed once the opponent's energy has
turned yellow, orange or red.
The buttons on the pad act as follows:
D-Pad / Analogue Stick – Move Wrestler Around
A – Kick
B – Punch
C Left – Tieup
C Down – Block / Reverse Move
C Right – Run
C Up – Climb In / Out of Ring, Climb Turnbuckle

1.2 An Important Note About Tossing Opponents Out Of The Ring
Everybody listen up! It seems that a lot of people who have written
to me are having troubles with matches like the Royal Rumble and
Battle Royale because they can't throw opponents over the top rope.
Well, thankfully I'm here to tell you how...
Basically, there is only one move that is certain to get the
opponents out of the ring by throwing them (you can use a hip-toss
if you're REALLY close to the ropes but it's a bit hit and miss). To
do it, you have to DAZE your opponent by repeatedly hitting them and
then when they start to sway about in a daze, press:
Left, Left or Right, Right, C Down
This will cause your wrestler to pick them up and hold them on
his/her shoulder for a brief period of time - you can move about
while you're carrying them. Now move over to the ropes and press the
B button and you'll throw them over the ropes and down to the floor,
eliminating them.
Hope this clears up any confusion...
------------------------------
1.3 Tagging Out, Calling In Your Partner And Outside Interference
I've had a lot of mail about the three above subjects so I thought
it might be a good idea to add a little section about them.
Basically, the rules for all of the above are as follows:
a) Tagging Out
To tag in your partner during a Tag match, move over to where they
are and use L (N64) or L1 (PSX) to change your attention so that you
face them. Now press C Up (N64) or L2 (PSX) to tag them in and start
your five-second illegal ring entry (oo-er) timer.
b) Calling In Your Partner
You can call in your partner by holding down L and R (N64) or L1 and
R1 (PSX) together when he's on the apron. However, this will only
work if their illegal ring entry timer is above One or more and
you're in a situation that warrants him coming in - eg both members
of the opposite team are in the ring or you're in a distressful
situation such as being pinned, in a submission move and so on.
c) Outside Interference
As far as we can tell, the whole Outside Interference thing is
pretty much random. If you're getting your arse whipped then someone
will come out to help you for a short while – other than that, we
don't think there's a way to call them out independently.
IMPORTANT!!!! The whole thing about hold down L1, L2, R1, R2 and
another button (Start/Select/whatever) DOESN'T WORK. Stop telling me
that this is the way to call people in!!!!

3 Cheats, Tips and Hidden Wrestlers
If playing WWF Attitude has taught me one thing, it's that all the
cheats that everyone else is putting up on their FAQs and in
magazines are totally and utterly WRONG! Unless something goes
drastically wrong between now and the game's release, finishing the
game as different characters is not the way to unlock the different
secret wrestlers (it wasn't on the version I played and as far as
I'm aware, that was a finished version).
Anyway, the REAL way to open up the different modes and wrestlers is
to play through the Career Mode as you would normally (note that
there is NO Challenge Mode to be found anywhere!) and wrestle your
way through each month of the calendar. At the end of each month
you'll be scheduled to appear in a Pay-Per-View event relevant to
the month you're in (eg Wrestlemania is in the first half of the
year, Summerslam in the middle and Survivor Series near the end).
At these events, you have to take part in a match-up depending on
your current career status - if you've got to number one in the
rankings and have earned the shot at the title belt, you'll wrestle
in a title match; if not, you'll be in a match relevant to the PPV
(Royal Rumble, King Of The Ring tournament, etc). By winning this
particular match, you'll unlock a new cheat that can be accessed via
the Cheats option on the main menu screen. Got it?
IMPORTANT! - When you've opened up a new cheat in the Career Mode,
you must remember to SAVE THE CHEATS in the Options screen before
turning off the machine. Saving the Career will NOT save the cheats!
Instead, you'll have to choose the 'Save Options' button in the
Options menu to keep the cheats on your memory card. It can be an
absolute nightmare if you play through, open all the cheats and have
to do it all over again because you forgot to save!
Here's a brief run down of all the stuff I've found so far in the
game, having played through the Career Mode as several different
characters.
• Win the European Belt at In Your House
Unlock Sable, Marvelous Marc Mero and the Trainer (who has moves
identical to Stone Cold Steve Austin - that's why I haven't listed
him in the moves section!)
• Win a belt at or be the overall winner of the King Of The Ring
Unlock Kurrgan and Taka, New Custom Stuff and Squeaky Cheat
• Win a belt at or be the overall winner of the Survivor Series
Unlock Sgt Slaughter, Shawn Michaels, Extra Attributes and Big Head
Cheat
• Win a belt at or win your match at Summerslam
Unlock Jacqueline and Chyna
• Win a belt at or be the overall winner of the Royal Rumble
Unlock Jerry 'The King' Lawler and Paul Bearer
• Win the World Heavyweight Title at Wrestlemania
Unlock Head, Beep Mode and Ego Cheat
SPECIAL NOTE! - Please remember that this list of cheats is how they
opened when I was playing the game. It is definitely the correct
order of when the codes open but some people may experience the
actual opening of the codes at different events (so Chyna and
Jaqueline might appear at the Royal Rumble rather than Summerslam).
This is because if you lose your match at any PPV, the cheats will
move back one month and you'll have to wait until the next PPV to
open the one you missed. Does this make sense? I certainly hope so
as a lot of people have been trying to complain to me that I've got
the cheats in the wrong events!

4 Complete List of Clothing Choices for Characters (PSX Version)
Finally, this section is finished! Erik has sent me all this stuff
and I thought it should go in. When selecting your wrestler, just
press any of the following buttons to get the costume you
want...easy as that! Be warned though – this is a list for the
PlayStation version only. As I don't have the N64 version any more,
I can't tell you how to get these costumes on it. As far as I know,
you can use the Reference List at the top of this FAQ (Section iii)
and change the PSX buttons for N64 ones to get the same effect,
although this might be wrong. If someone knows how to REALLY do it,
mail me with the answer and you'll get the credit.

5 Character Biographies
Finally, I've got the character biographies on the FAQ! I have to
say a big, huge, MASSIVE thank you to
[email protected] for providing
the information in this section - I couldn't have done it without
you, buddy! Let the details begin...
Name: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 252 pounds
From: Victoria, Texas
Finisher: Stone Cold Stunner
Quote: "And that's the bottom line, 'cause Stone Cold said so!"
WWF Titles Held: World Title(4)
Tag Title(3) with Shawn Michaels, Dude Love, & Undertaker
Intercontinental Title(2)
1996 King of the Ring
1997 & 1998 Royal Rumble Winner
Steve Austin is the most popular WWF Superstar in WWF History. With
Mr. McMahon now out of the way, the sky's the limit for Steve
Austin's popularity.
Name: The Undertaker
Height: 6'10"
Weight: 328 pounds
From: Death Valley, Ca.
Finisher: Tombstone Piledriver
Quote: "Rest...In...Peace"
WWF Titles Held: World Title(3)
Tag Title (2) with Steve Austin and The Big Show
The Undertaker has come a long way from first debuting in the
Federation at the 1990 Survivor Series. Over his 9 year federation
career he beat Hulk Hogan to win his first WWF Title, was the
innovator of the "Casket Match" and now has aligned himself with
"The Big Show" Paul Wight to form one of the most deadliest Tag
Teams the WWF has ever seen.
Name: Hunter Hearst Helmsley
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 246 Pounds
From: Greenwich, Connecticut
Finisher: The Pedigree
Quote: "It's my Time!"
WWF Titles Held: Intercontinental Title(2)
European Title(2)
World Title
1997 King of the Ring
Hunter Hearst Helmsley, or Triple H, entered the WWF in 199 as a
blue blood snob who got punished for his actions at Madison Square
Garden. Some people say if it wasn't for this occurrence, Steve
Austin would never be where he is today. But since originating DX
with Shawn Michaels, his bodyguard/girlfriend Chyna and the late
Rick Rude, Triple H was able to accomplish his dream, winning the
WWF World Title.
Name: Kane
Height: 7'
Weight: 326 pounds
From: Death Valley, Ca.
Finisher: Tombstone Piledriver
Quote: "........"
WWF Titles Held: World Title
Tag Title(4) with Mankind(2) & X-Pac(2)
When Kane entered the Federation, he entered with a bang – he cost
his brother the Undertaker the first ever "Hell in a Cell" Match.
Since then, he has been turned on by his own father, Paul Bearer,
his brother the Undertaker and Chyna, but now Kane is being shown
what true friendship is like by X-Pac and the Road Dogg. If Kane has
a clear mind, who knows what he can accomplish in the federation?
Name: Mankind
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 287 pounds
From: The Boiler Room
Finisher: The Mandible Claw
Quote: "Have a nice day!"
WWF Titles Held: Tag Title(5) with Steve Austin, Terry Funk,
Kane(2) & The Rock
Hardcore Title
World Title(3)
Mankind seems to have a thirst for pain – he is the most Hardcore
wrestler ever in some people's opinion. All Mankind ever wanted was
to be WWF champion. He tried exchanging three personas (Mankind,
Dude Love, and Cactus Jack) for one that would one time be a
champion. He was screwed out his best opportunity at the 1998
Survivor Series "Deadly Games" tournament, when he believed that he
was Vince McMahon's pick to win the tournament, which really turned
out to be The Rock. However, Mankind was able to get the WWF Title
away from the Rock at the January 4th RAW and since then his career
has skyrocketed. What else can Mankind accomplish in his career? I
guess we'll just have to wait and see!
Name: "The Rock" Rocky Maivia
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 275 pounds
From: Miami, Florida
Finisher: The Rock Bottom
Quote: "If You Smell.....What the Rock.........Is cookin'"
WWF Titles Held: Intercontinental Title(2)
World Title(3)
Tag Title with Mankind
The Rock is the youngest WWF Champion ever and with only three years
of WWF experience under his belt, he already has held the IC Title
twice and the WWF Title 3 times. The Rock has a long career ahead of
him and only time will tell what will become of "the most
electrifying man in sports entertainment" if you smell what The
Rock is cooking!
Name: Owen Hart
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 227 pounds
From: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Finisher: The Sharpshooter
Quote: "Say your Prayers, Eat Your Vitamins, and drink your milk"
WWF Titles held:
European Title
Intercontinental Title(2)
Tag Title(3) with Yokozuna, British Bulldog, and Jeff Jarrett
1994 King of the Ring
Owen Hart, who debuted in the WWF in the late 80's as the Blue
Blazer, is the brother of Bret "Hitman" Hart. When he
left the WWF and returned a few years later he used his real name,
Owen Hart, and started a feud with Bret – this was one of the most
memorable feuds ever and it never really had a clear ending in my
opinion. After Bret, the British Bulldog, and Jim Niedheart all left
the WWF for WCW, Owen stayed behind and was a successful competitor,
even having a match against Ken Shamrock in the Hart Family
"Dungeon." Owen also went on to capture the Tag Team Titles with
Jeff Jarrett but after losing them, Owen returned to being the Blue
Blazer and targeted all the things he considered inappropriate. He
reminded people to "Say their prayers, eat their vitamins, and drink
their milk" but little did anyone know that these would be his last
televised words. At the PPV entitled "Over the Edge" (Ironic, Huh?)
after cutting an interview and ending with the vitamins, the prayers
and the milk line, Owen went the top of the Arena to make a
"Superhero" like entrance for his match against the Godfather, who
he was scheduled to win the IC Title from. However, something went
wrong and Owen fell to his death from the top the arena. Owen will
be severely missed by every wrestling fan, and wrestling
personality, WWF Attitude is dedicated to his memory, RIP Owen Hart,
May 6, 1965-May 23rd, 1999.
(REST IN PEACE OWEN - WE'LL MISS YOU)
Name: Ken Shamrock
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 235 pounds
From: Sacramento, California
Finisher: The Ankle-Lock Submission
Quote: "Get out of my Way!"
WWF Titles Held: Intercontinental Title
Tag Title with Big Boss Man
1998 King of the Ring
Ken Shamrock came to the WWF from UFC, and applies his no holds
barred fighting style to his wrestling (although he tends to "snap"
and attack anyone who in unfortunate enough to be in the ring at the
time, which is usually a referee).
Name: X-Pac
Height: 6'
Weight: 222 pounds
From: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Finisher: X-Factor
Quote: "I got two words for ya, SUCK IT!"
WWF Titles Held: European Title(2)
Tag Title(4) with Marty Jannetty, Hardcore Holly, & Kane(2)
The young, energetic X-Pac is truly an amazing athlete – even though
he is small in stature he has quite a win-loss record and has even
had a few shots at the WWF title. Originally entering the WWF in
1993 as a no name wrestler called "The Kid" he quickly earned the
name 1-2-3 Kid after defeating Razor Ramon on an early episode of
RAW. In 1996 a neck injury forced him out of the WWF, and he later
went to WCW. After a short stay there, Triple H brought him back to
join his new D-Generation X. X-Pac and Triple H have recently parted
ways, but X-Pac and the Road Dogg continue on DX and are currently
teaching Kane the ways of the world.
Name: "Road Dogg" Jesse James
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 236 pounds
From: Nashville, Tennessee
Finisher: Stretch Armstrong
Quote: "Oh you didn't know? Your ass better call somebody!"
WWF Titles Held: Tag Title(3) with Billy Gunn(3)
Hardcore Title
Intercontinental Title
The Road Dogg is one of the most charismatic superstars on the
roster.Originally entering the federation as Jeff Jarrett's
"Roadie", the Road Dogg experienced a boost in his career when he
joined Billy Gunn to form the New Age Outlaws. They quickly won the
WWF Tag Team Titles from the Legion of Doom and continued to hold
them for almost half a year, before losing them to Mankind & Kane.
They won them back from Mankind and a severely absent Kane at
Summerslam '98 and continued to hold them till December of that
year, when they were beaten by Ken Shamrock and the Big Bossman with
a little help from Shawn Michaels. The Outlaws have recently split
ways, but the Road Dogg continues to be a degenerate with X-Pac.
Name: "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 270 pounds
From: Austin, Texas
Finisher: Fame-asser
Quote: "Kiss my Royal Ass"
WWF Titles Held: Tag Title(6) with Bart Gunn(3), & Road Dogg(3)
Hardcore Title
1999 King of the Ring
Billy Gunn, or "Mr. Ass" has the record of holding the WWF Tag Team
titles on 6 occasions. Until recently splitting with the Road Dogg
he hasn't been a very successful singles competitor, but now with a
King of the Ring victory to his credit he is ready to win some WWF

WWF Titles Held: Intercontinental Title
Edge is mysterious competetor in the WWF and he always enters the
ring from the crowd. Not much is known about him other then his
hometown is Toronto Canada where he won the WWF Intercontinental
Title from Jeff Jarrett – however he lost it back to him the next
night.
Name: The Big Boss Man
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 290 pounds
From: Cobb County, Georgia
Finisher: The Big Boss Man Slam
Quote: "You're gonna serve Hard Time!"

and can be a world title contender.

-------------------------------
8 Gangrel V Christian - The Finishing Move Debate!
The debate is pretty much over but I thought it might be worth
keeping this bit in just for old times sake. To cut a long story
short, there is a lot of confusion about the names of both Gangrel
and Christian's finishing moves because there are different versions
of them going around. Here's the situation:
a) WWF Attitude (the game) lists Gangrel's Finisher as the Implant
DDT. Christian's is known as The Impaler. This is WRONG!
b) Various moves lists (although we all know they're wrong because
they were printed BEFORE the game came out) list Gangrel's Finisher
as the Implant DDT and Christian's as the Gothic Face Drop or just
the Gothic Drop.
c) Even though I haven't seen it personally, several people have
told me that they have heard the moves being referred to on Raw Is
War, Sunday Night Heat and other WWF shows. Gangrel's Finisher is
The Impaler and Christian's is the Gothic Drop.
Now, Gangrel's move being called The Impaler makes perfect sense -
after all, he is supposed to be a vampire, right? As for Christian's
move...well, I just don't know. It's all a bit confusing and messy
to be honest.
So there you go - let's open the debate to the masses. If there's
ANYBODY who works inside the WWF reading this and can clear it all
up (even if it IS a bit picky) then please do. Otherwise, I'm just
going to get a load of one-line mails bantering the names back and
forth...argh! Let the debate begin...
• LATEST UPDATE - 2/9/99
No-one has contributed to the debate for a long time now so I guess
it's time to end it. After checking EVERYWHERE (and I mean
EVERYWHERE), it's been concluded thus:
a) Gangrel's Finisher is DEFINATELY called The Impaler.
b) Nobody really cares what Christian's Finisher is called - it just
looks pretty damn mean (but it used to be called the Tomikaze in
ECW).
So there you go. Thank you and goodnight.
• UPDATE - 13/8/99
Gangrel's is called the Implant DDT and Christians is the Gothic
Face Drop (Thanks to Neil Bennet)
"To make this short and sweet, Christian's finisher was called "The
Inverted Piledriver" on an episode of Shotgun Saturday Night, about
a month ago. As to whether this refers to a Gothic Drop, or
whatever, I don't know." (Thanks to Rain Xavier)
• UPDATE - 12/8/99
Someone who used to work on a major Brood website wrote to tell me
that Christian's finisher is called the Gothic Face Plant. However,
he also told me that Gangrel's finisher is called the Levitation DDT
because he floats for a brief second before hitting the move, a bit
like Raven's Evenflow DDT. (Thanks to
[email protected])
According to WWF.COM, Gangrel's finisher is called The Impaler.
Chrsitian's doesn't have a name though. (Thanks to Rory Brown)
Christian's finishing move is actually called the Tomikaze, named by
the originator of the move, Tommy Rogers, while he was in the ECW.
(Thanks to The Cubs Fan)
Christian's finishing move is called The Gothic Drop. (Thanks to
virtually everyone who mailed me this - it's not confirmed though so
there's no point saying this!)

• Acclaim (obviously) for making a great game and giving me a free
copy. However, having played an 'in-production' version of WWF
Wrestlemania 2000 by THQ (which kicks ass big time), I don't think
it'll be the best wrestling game around for long! By the way,
Shadowman ROCKS! I'm just right at the end of finishing it and I've
loved every second of playing it...for five days solid!!!
• Me, myself and I for sitting indoors for a week solid writing down
EVERY single move and missing a full week of glorious European
sunshine and then fielding all the questions I got by e-mail
afterwards while I was at work...
•
[email protected] for all the character biographies he sent in to
this FAQ. What a man!
• Neil Bennett for filling in the names of all the 'In Your House'
events on the WWF Calendar.
• Rory 'The Doc' Brown for filling me in on the names of Mosh,
Thrasher and Jacqueline's Trademark moves (and telling me the FAQ
rocks)...but not telling me the actual moves. Doh. Also for
providing info on the Gangrel / Christian debate.
• The Cubs Fan for all his help on the WWF Calendar and various info
on the Gangrel / Christian debate.
• The following people for their Create-A-Wrestler info:
The Code Lord, ArkDeath, Eric Stanley, Erik,
[email protected] (who
sadly had his CAWs STOLEN by a bastard and then posted on ArkDeath's
FAQ site),
[email protected], Sam Henry (I think), Jim Chamberlin
for being cool about all this plagurism stuff....err, and that's it!
• Erik for all his help - check out his wrestling site, The EZE
Report, at this address:
http://community.webtv.net/RoadDogg211/THEEZEREPORT
•
[email protected] for correcting me on my PlayStation button
translation list and pointing out the new move to throw people over
the ropes.
• Brandon Haney for bringing the whole 'cheats shifting events'
thing to my attention and reminding me about losing all of my cheats
when I forgot to save it!
• ArkDeath for his various comments on improving this FAQ.
•
[email protected] for correcting the moves of the Big Boss Man.
• Everybody taking part in the major Gangrel / Christian finishing
move debate - let's make it web-wide! Quick, somebody call the WWF!
• Dave at Cheat Code Central and Al at Video Games Strategies for
wanting to add this FAQ to their sites. Cheers guys!
• Graeme McGaw for the ASCII art - sorry I didn't use it but I
couldn't get it to look right!
• Everyone that's written to me telling me that this Attitude FAQ
rocks/rules/kicks ass/etc. Thank you - there's plenty more where
that came from!
• Err...that's it for now. If you want to be on the list, help me!
One thing should be made clear - I am from England. I am a WWF fan
but I am NOT an encyclopedia about the subject...I watch it because
it's a good laugh and me and my mates like to drink beer while
watching wrestling at 1am in the morning on Sky Sports. Therefore,
if I have got anything even remotely wrong about silly little things
such as what colour eyes Chyna has or whether Wrestlemania is one
word or two, sorry but that's not my fault. What I care about
(besides enjoying people throwing each other about) is the
entertainment and THE GAME. If the FAQ is wrong...well, that's fine
- please tell me. But not about something stupid that no-one really
cares about, okay? Rant over.
Thanks for reading - enjoy the game!!!
