I'm not good at writing intros or whatever, so to make things short, I'm
writing this so that whoever had never played PS version before (or played it
but never even bothered with the cooking system) knows what this whole cooking
thing is about. (Though, partly it's 'cause I've got nothing to do and want
to waste my time... >>;;)

The cooking system, a port-over feature from the PS version, is a system
where, when you cook the dishes, they will recovers certain amount of HP, TP,
recover abnormal status, and/or even revive members for the whole party.
To be able to cook new food, you'll have to talk to NPCs dressed as chefs
all over the world who call themselves the ones from "Subarashiki Aji no
Sekai" (The World of Wonderful Tastes) to obtain the "recipe" necessary for
your cooking. Once you've got your recipe, you'll have to get the ingredients
either by buying them, getting them off chests, or fighting monsters to get
it. (Buying them will be the fastest way.) When you have all the ingredients
needed for the dish, you're ready to cook! Of course, there are few "hidden"
recipes where you'll easily miss it, but with the help of this guide you
won't be missing out on anything!
There is a chance of your selected character failing in cooking the dish.
When the cooking failed, the game will randomly pull off any of the follow
healing effect instead of what it's suppose to heal.
- Party recovers 1% HP.
- Party recovers 1% HP & TP.
- Party recovers 5% HP.
- Party recovers 5% TP.
- Party recovers 20% HP & 5% TP.
- Party recovers 1% HP & 10% TP.
- Party recovers 100% HP.
- Party recovers from paralyze and stoned; Revive dead character(s).
You can also master the dishes too. By mastering a dish, you can recover
extra HP/TP (that's what I can tell anyway). When you mastered all the dishes
for one character, he/she will get a new title (a little bit different for
Arche's). To master them, you will have to cook them quite a bit of times.
Scroll down to Section 05: Mastering Dishes for the exact amount of times you
have to cook a dish to master it for each of your characters.
Oh yea, before I forget, you can only cook once between battles. If you try
to cook again without getting into a battle, the game will tell you that your
characters are full and can't eat anything else.

gonna use Namco's names instead of DeJap's until Kajitani's patch's out.

The five numbers in the charts indicate how many times the character have to
cook for that dish in order to get a star for it. Reaching the 5th number
means the character mastered that food. For example, it takes Cless a total of
4 times on successfully cooking Hamburger to get the first star for it, and it
takes a total of 20 times on successfully cooking for him to master the dish.
Keep in mind that this is the chart for PS version and it might be a little
bit different from the GBA version. If you find anything wrong with this, feel
free to correct me.
