The chip list contains list of all chips that you can get from Higsby's Shop
in MegaMan Battle Chip Challenge. Next to the chip name is the amount of that
chip I got out of the 2590 chips I bought in the game. Next to that are the
chances of receiving the chip if you buy one in percents.
Example:
Guard 48 1.8%
^ Chip name
^ 48 of the 2590 chips I bought were Guards
^ Chances to get a Guard in Higsby's shop are 1.8%

This is a special chip you can get from Higsby. It contains a code that can be
used in MegaMan Battle Network 4 to get something from the Number Trader
Machine. To get the chip, just select 'Get Info' at Higsby's shop 20 times and
he'll give the chip to you. To see the code in the chip, press Select on the
chip in your chip library.
