To see Shift-JIS Japanese correctly, make sure you have Japanese support
installed, then:
Choose the "View" menu in your browser
Choose the "Encoding"/"Character Coding" entry (or similar, depends on
browser)
Find and select "Japanese (Shift-JIS)", you may have to look through a few
sub-menus
Now this FAQ should display Japanese characters correctly.

After each entry it asks you to confirm:

Yes No

For text entries press L or R to reach roman letters.

The passport is finished.

Two essay questions follow:
