BGM : Toggle background music on/off.

MISSION : This is the transmission. MT is Manual Transmission. You will need
to manually move between the Low and High gears by pressing up and
down. AT is automatic transmission which means you won't need to
change gear, it will be done for you.

OIL : Increases top speed by 10 km/h.

TURBO : Turbos will increase your maximum speed for a limited amount of
time. You will have three of these on each stage, but buying one of
these will give you a fourth. COST: 500,000

S.CHARGER: The SuperCharger is similar to the turbo. However, rather than
giving you a power boost for a limited period, you will have a
permanently more powerful vehicle (well, just for one stage).
COST: 2,000,000

TYRE : Upgrading the tyres will allow you to handle your vehicle better.
You will be able to go around corners faster as well as switching
lanes with relative ease. COST: 30,000

BUMPER : Upgrade your bumper and you will have to hit the criminals less
than you normally would. So this is a sort of weapon upgrade.
COST: 50,000

• The aim of each stage is to catch up with the bad guy and ram him off of the
road. You will have to make your way through bendy roads and traffic to
reach your goal.

• You will have an initial 60 seconds to catch up with the villian. Once they
come into sight, you will be given an additional 60 seconds to apprehend
them.

• Start off in Low gear. Once the rev-counter has maxed out the red line, gear
up to High by pressing up.

• Once you have caught up with the perp, you will need to ram them numerous
times with your own vehicle. If you ram them from behind, you will be slowed
down an your target will get away. For best results, try and smash into the
side of them. This will won't slow you down, so you can easily move in for
more hits.

• When you crash into the villian's car, you will bounce back off of it. This
can easily knock you off of the road, so try to plan your attacks carefully.
Hit usually work well whilst on straight bits of road.

• Driving off road will slow you down. If you crash into any of the obstacles
at the side of the road you will spin out. When this happens you should gear
down so that you can get back to speed quicker.

• Sometimes the road will split and you much choose a direction to go in. You
should follow the flashing arrow on-screen. Ignoring this will make it take
longer to catch the villian.

• You will have three "lives". If you run out of time, hit the start button to
use up a life. You will then be given another 60 seconds to catch the
criminal. Once you are out of lives, you will get the GAME OVER screen.

• On each stage you will have three turbos available for use. Unless you buy
an extra one, in which case you will have four. You should try your best to
catch the criminals whilst retaining a couple of these. However, I would
suggest using one of these at the start of each stage (after you have built
up enough speed to make it worthwhile). The beginning of the stages are
generally easier and there are less vehicles and bends to navigate.

• On occasion you will find obstacles actually on the road. Crashing into
these won't cause you to spin out, but you will lose speed.

• As a general rule, I try to purchase Oil, Tyres and a Bumper on the upgrade
screen. This will allow you to save up for the SuperCharger for use on Stage
5.

• If you look at number 3 in the Game Screen section above, you will see that
this diagram shows how far you are away from the criminal. You are the
yellow dot and the criminal is the red.

• Once you have completed Stage 5, the game will loop around and you will be
back on Stage 1. However, you will retain your score and you can keep on
playing until you have lost all of your lives.

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
You will be able to purchase upgrades with the points that you earn. For every
car you pass you will gain 200 points, plus a chain bonus.

Pass 1 car : 200 points
Pass 2 cars: 400 points
Pass 3 cars: 600 points

And so on. So for passing three cars you will earn 1200 points. If you crash
into a car, this chain bonus will reset.

For each stage you will be given a Clear Bonus. This is a set score for
finishing the stage. You will also be given a Time Bonus. For every spare
second that you have, you will earn 5000 points.

Example: Clear Bonus - 100000
Time Bonus - 50 x 5000
Total - 350000

You will now be able to spend these points on upgrades.
