First off, thanks for taking the time to read my FAQ, I hope it helps you out
in some way. I'll try and describe where all the items are to be collected
within each episode as best I can. I may relate back to the map, which can be
found at the above links, when describing where items can be found. This FAQ is
based on the PAL version, but I doubt the NTSC version will be any different.
Please let me know if there are any errors or something has been left out.
But for now, enjoy the FAQ.

Hint: When you start, reverse about 50 meters and look to the left. You will
see two crates with a stack of boxes on top. Crash through the crates to
destroy the boxes. You don't necessarily have to destroy these boxes but it
will make it that tiny bit easier to achieve the secondary objective.

After you crash through the building with the special event token you'll get
to a point where there are three siren tokens and a small over-pass bridge.
Just to the right of the bridge is a larger bridge that can be driven across.
Drive across it and at the peak will be the key. This unlocks the Vengeance
vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
After you crash through the building with the special event token you'll get
to a point where there are three siren tokens and a small over-pass bridge.
Just after the bridge look to the left and you will see you can drive along the
footpath and onto a brown ledge. The token is located on this ledge but there
is a gap in the ledge, so get your speed up so you can cross the gap to get the
token.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
From where you can jump through the big doughnut (Daveys Doughnuts), follow
the suspect down the hill (the one that has a ramp to jump over the cars). On
the first lap of the city, the suspect will turn left at the bottom of the
hill. On the second lap he goes straight on through a small alley that opens
up into a small courtyard. Look to the right when in the courtyard and you'll
see the token on top of a small pond.

Note: You can collect this on the first lap of the city. When you've collected
it just do a U-turn and head out of the small alley and turn right to get back
onto the main road and continue with the chase. If done quickly you won't lose
much viewer rating or distance from the suspect.

Note: The gas canisters are the blue ones, NOT the red/brown ones. Don't drive
through them, but shoot them or they won't go against your secondary objective.
Please don't ask me where the canisters are located. It's too hard to describe.
Look around. You'll see them at the start and along the sides of streets.

Once you start chasing the van, you'll go through a big round-about then you'll
go past three Gun Jam icons. Keep following the van and you come to some 2X
damage icons. Straight ahead from these icons you'll see a car park under a
building. The key is located right at the back of this car park. This unlocks
the Funk Monkey vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
Go over the jump that is basically 50 meters straight up from you from where
you start. You jump through some exploding gas canisters and land practically
right on top of the Huggy token. Make sure you have collected it before you
drive to the bank.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
Right next to the Special Event icon that makes the two black cars chase after
the van, look in the right hand corner shop. You'll see the Huggy Token in
there and you'll have to drive through the shop to get it.
Weapon Icon 1 (Pistol)
----------------------
It is located just before the Special Event icon that releases the black cars
that chase after the van. Look on the right hand side of the road. You have to
drive over it to collect it.
Weapon Icon 2 (Assault Pistol)
------------------------------
As you continue your chase you'll drive past the Bay City Hospital. It looks
like the hospital is fenced off but just before you go past the hospital
there'll be a fence that you can drive through. Drive under the hospital and
collect the Viewer Rating icons and stick to the left.

Hint: When you enter the Junk Yard you'll notice lots of yellow dots on your
minimap. These are the locations of all the suspects you have to eliminate. You
can either shoot them or run them down with your car.

As you enter the Junk Yard, there'll be a big wood shed ahead of you. To the
left of this shed is a fenced off area. Crash through the fence to enter the
area and in there you'll find a stack of crates with barrels around it. Shoot
the barrels and the whole thing will blow up. Behind where the crates were
you'll find the key. This unlocks the Shadow (Black) vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
This one is hard to explain, but basically, on your chase keep you eye on the
right of the screen. As you approach St Mary's Department Store you will see a
ledge out the front. Drive along this ledge to get the Huggy token. (It is
just after the coffee shop where you found Huggy Token 1 in the previous
episode)
Huggy Token 2
-------------
After the van pulls out in front of you at the end of the alleyway, the
suspect will turn left. Instead of following him, turn right and you'll see a
Viewer Rating icon in the entrance of the "Roller Disco". Enter through there
and on the other side of the building you'll find the Huggy Token. Continue out
of the other exit to find a weapon icon.

Weapon Icon 2 (Hi Powered Revolver)

As you enter the Junk Yard, turn left and stick to the outside. You'll drive
past a crane with two suspects shooting at you. Continue driving and you will
see a Viewer Rating icon next to a stack of crates with drums around it. Shoot
the drums and you will have access to a fenced off area. In here you'll find
another suspect. Dispose of him however you like and right behind him will be
the weapon icon.
Weapon Icon 3 (Shotgun)

When you enter the Junk Yard, turn right. Continue driving in to the first
corner. On the right hand side just after a bus you'll find the weapon icon.

It is in the fenced off area next to the big wood shed where you found the
key.

In the Junk Yard look for a platform around the outer edge with two suspects on
it. You can drive up on the platform and pick up the weapon icon.

Go over the jump right at the start. Don't jump to far or you'll miss where you
need to go. Just after the jump you will notice orange witches hats/cones on
the left hand side of the road that lead into Deb's Cafe. Smash through Deb's
Cafe and the key is located on the short dirt track behind the shop. This
unlocks the Stallion vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
It's a fair way into the chase. You go down some stairs into Central Park
(sometimes you will enter from the street opposite the stairs). The Huggy Token
is right in the middle of the grassed area, next to the fountain.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
This one can be found towards the very end of the chase. It's a bit hard to
explain but if you are following not too far behind the suspect, when the
warning message appears saying, "Stop them before the city limits!", you should
be near a 2X Damage icon and two Turbo icons. Look to the left of the road and
you'll see a Viewer Rating icon under a building. Just further up under the
same building is the Huggy Token.

Hint: You have to shoot the Special Event icons to activate a container. They
pop up at the last moment, just before you reach the container. So keep your
eyes open and drive slower.

Just before you exit the docks look for a gap in the containers on the right.
It will be a dirt track alleyway that runs parallel with the road. It will
have a pipe that you have to drive up and out of to grab the key. This unlocks
the Vengeance GT vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
After the second container that can be activated you should see a bridge right
in front of you. To the right of this bridge is a dirt track leading to a jump.
Go over this to collect the Huggy Token.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
When the blue car appears continue to follow it. You will enter another
dockside place. You will approach a railway crossing. Turn left onto the
tracks and follow it down to a jump right in the middle. Use the jump to get
the Huggy Token.
Weapon Icon 1 (Shotgun)
-----------------------
After the black car shows up you'll be greeted with an ambush a bit further
down the road on the right hand side. Make a turn for the suspect who is
shooting at you on the side of the road. Just behind him you'll see the
weapon icon.
Weapon Icon 2 (Hi Power Revolver)
---------------------------------
You'll make a right turn at a set of lights onto a street that has three Viewer
Rating icons on the side of the road. There'll be cardboard boxes lying around
too. The weapon icon is very difficult to see as it's behind the Viewer Rating
icon and the boxes. So just drive along the left side and you'll no doubt drive
over it.
Weapon Icon 3
-------------
After the fourth container there will be a dirt track alleyway in between the
containers on the right hand side of the road. The alleyway has a tyre icon at
the start of it so it's easy to see. Follow the alleyway straight up and you
can't miss it.
Weapon Icon 4 (Hi Powered Revolver)
-----------------------------------
Look for a building on the corner with a blue roof called "American Cars".
Inside you'll see a Viewer Rating icon. Drive through the shop and in the back
part you'll find the weapon icon.

As you enter the undercover car park turn left and basically do a U-turn. The
key is in the corner. You can't miss it. This unlocks the Shadow (Brown)
vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
When you come out of the undercover car park, continue on past the second car
transporter and as you approach the bend in the road look to the right and you
will see a grassy patch of land with a few trees and shrubs on it. The Huggy
Token is in there.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
You'll be taken on a chase through the docks. As you go over the railway tracks
for about the second time you'll continue down a short winding road with two
car transporters on it. After the transporters you have to go up a ramp that
curves around a building. You'll have to have enough speed to clear the
containers. If you do, you'll practically land on the token.
Weapon Icon 1 (Assault Pistol)

It is located right in the middle of the bridge that you jump off into the
waterway/canal.
Weapon Icon 2 (Shotgun)

When you come out of the undercover car park continue chasing the limo up the
road. After the second car transporter look on the grass on the right hand
side of the road.

When you cross the bridge that is out make a right turn at the next corner.
Look to your right and you should see the key on a ledge outside St Mary's
Department Store - the same place you found Huggy Token 1 in Season 1, Episode
3. This unlocks the Moonshine vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
During the course of your chase you'll either go through or around a park with
a pond in the middle and a brick fence all around it. After this park you go
over a bridge . Hanging over the middle of the bridge is the Huggy Token.
Underneath the bridge you'll find a ramp. Use this ramp to jump over the bridge
and collect the token.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
When the cut scene comes on before the chase starts, look over the top of
Starsky and Hutch's car and you should see the token floating in the air. To
get it you need to go up the back of the car transporter. Get your speed up or
you won't make it.

you can wait until later in the chase as you drive past it again.

Burger Bar on the corner. Smash through the shop to get the key. This unlocks
the Skunk vehicle.

As you enter the Junk Yard you'll see a big wood shed in front of you. To the
left of the shed is a fenced off area. Crash through the fence to gain access
to the area and jump off the ramp to get the Huggy Token.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
You will come out of the Roller Disco and then go down an alleyway. When you
come out of the alley you will do a lap around the park. As you are just
finishing your lap keep your eye on the right side of the road and you should
see the token behind a wall.
Weapon Icon 1 (Shotgun)

When you make the big jump off the high-rise car park and onto the roof across
the street, look down next to the building in the grassed area.
Weapon Icon 2 (Shotgun)

In the Junk Yard you will go through a wooden shed where two buses are dropped
from two cranes at the entrance. Inside the shed is the weapon icon, in front
of a shooting suspect.
Weapon Icon 3 (Assault Pistol)

As you come out of the Roller Disco there is a stack of cardboard boxes
straight in front of you. Crash through them to pick up the weapon.

2.3 - Episode 3: Departure Gates

Note: There are a couple of different routes that the suspect takes in this
chase. You will notice that I have written two options for where Huggy Token 1
is located. This is how it works: When the black car jumps out in front of you,
if the Swann's car continues straight ahead then Option 1 is where you'll
find the token. If the Swann's car turns right then Option 2 is where
you'll find the token. Also, because of the different routes, you won't come
across all of the weapon icons listed.

Just after where you pick up the weapon icon 3, there will be another car
transporter but this time on the left hand side of the highway. Jump off it to
collect the key. This unlocks the Daisy vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
(Option 1)
As you pass the B-Mart there will be a ramp out the front that will cause you
to crash through some wooden crates. The Huggy Token is behind the crates.
(Option 2)
Just after the two red vans come out and start dropping barrels, keep your eye
on the right side of the road. The token is outside the movie set.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
After the orange car appears further up the highway you come to a section with
a wall separating the highway down the middle. Look for a gap in the wall where
the Huggy Token sits.
Weapon Icon 1 (Shotgun)
-----------------------
Just after the black car jumps out in front of you, if the Swann's car turns
right then look to the left after turning right and inside the Warm Buns Bakery
you'll find the weapon.
Weapon Icon 2 (Hi Powered Revolver)
-----------------------------------
After the police car joins the pursuit you'll notice a jump with three Viewer
Rating icons on the left of hand side of the road (the same place where Huggy
Token 1 is in Option 1). Go over the jump and when you land it should be right
in front of you.
Weapon Icon 3 (Shotgun)
-----------------------
Along the highway there will be a car transporter on the right hand side. Jump
up the back of it and the weapon icon is on the back of a truck in front of
you.
Weapon Icon 4 & 5 (Shotgun)

You'll eventually make a turn off the highway just before getting to the
airport. When you do there will 2 suspects waiting to greet you on either side
of the road. Behind each suspect is a weapon. They are both the same so take
your pick.

2.4 - Episode 4: Wheels With Wheels

casino first, stop the stolen bullion van, then find the hostage."

It is situated in the middle of the broken bridge. There are two ways you can
get the key. In the waterway/canal below the bridge there is a ramp with a
speed boost icon before it. You can use the ramp to jump between the two sides
of the broken bridge, otherwise you can wait until you chase the green
convertible as you will go over the bridge then. The second option is much
easier. This unlocks the Katstander vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
This one is pretty easy. On your way to the casino you cross a bridge and you
should see the token floating above it. Shoot the traffic lights so they
display red (stop). The bridge will then start to rise. Now you can jump from
one end of the bridge to the other, grabbing the token in midair.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
This one is hard to locate. When you are chasing the green convertible you will
go past Nu Auto Repairs on a corner. You have to crash through a bar fence to
get it.
Weapon Icon 1 (Assault Pistol)
------------------------------
Just before where you get the key there will be a ramp in the waterway/canal
with a Special Event icon at the top of it. When you go over the ramp you will
jump over a couple of cement slabs. The weapon icon is located after the second
cement slab.

2.5 - Episode 5: The Big Score Part 1

Note: There are about five different routes that can be taken through this
episode, so you will have to complete the level a few times before you can get
the Huggy Tokens and the key.

When you are heading from the Amusement Park to the Pork Factory you'll drive
past the building site on your right. Continue to drive past the building site
big open cut pit on your right. Going across this pit is what looks to be like
a railway track/bridge. On this bridge is a ramp with the key in front of it.
All you have to do is drive along the bridge and get it. This unlocks the
Bullet vehicle.

Note: By the time you grab the key you should be driving out of the pit with
approximately 45 seconds left on the clock to give you enough time to get back
to the Pork Factory.

Huggy Token 1
-------------
From where you start, turn right at the first intersection, then take your
first left down an alleyway. In the alleyway will be a series of jumps. The
second last one will cause you to jump over the road, collecting the token in
the process.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
Under the big donut at the Diner.

Note: Below I have listed the places where you'll find weapons, however you
don't really need any weapon upgrades as your default gun will do the job just
fine. You don't really shoot at much in this episode.

When you go to Nu Auto Repairs you can drive inside the premises. Inside is a
ramp with a stack of crates in front of it. On top of the crates is the weapon.
Weapon Icon 2 (Shotgun)

Just before the Pork Factory there will be a ramp with two police cars in front
of it. On top of the police cars is the weapon. Use the ramp to get it.
Weapon Icon 3 (Shotgun)

Inside the Pork Factory just before you get to the conveyor belt. There will be
a suspect on top of a crate just behind it.

2.6 - Episode 6: The Big Score Part 2

As you come out of the alley with the Special Event token on top of the jump as
well as some barrels, you'll turn right on to a road that heads towards the
park. Keep you eye on the middle of the two roads and you'll see a jump with a
key sitting on top. This unlocks the Dawn Cruiser vehicle.
Huggy Token 1
-------------
As you are following the pork truck you'll head down a railway track. When you
come off the track look to the right next to the containers and you'll see a
ramp with the token sitting on top. Be careful when jumping over the ramp
otherwise you'll get too close to the truck when you land.
Huggy Token 2

It's inside Deb's Diner. You're an idiot if you miss this one. You practically
drive into it. No further explanation needed.
Weapon Icon 1 (Shotgun)

Just after you start chasing the Pig you'll drive past a white fence on your
right. Look for an opening in the fence with a Viewer Rating icon in it. Drive
through the opening and a little further up you'll find the weapon icon.
Weapon Icon 2 (Hi Powered Revolver)

While you're chasing the Pig, you go down a road that has a median strip down
the middle. On the right hand side you'll see a gap with a Viewer Rating icon.
Drive through it to get on the other side of the wall and grab the weapon icon.

After turning off the railway tracks, further up the road on the right hand
side is a stack of boxes. Directly behind the boxes is a ramp leading to the
key.
Huggy Token 1

On the first railway tracks, where you meet up with the bus, there is a ramp on
the left. Go up this ramp at top speed and you'll jump over the passing train
and collect the Huggy Token in the process.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
As you head down the railway tracks after collecting Huggy Token 1, there is a
ramp on the left hand side with a Turbo icon just before it. Jump up the ramp
and land on top of the oncoming train. Drive along the top of the train to
collect the token. This unlocks the Katstander (Yellow) vehicle.

It is absolutely necessary that you get the Turbo Boost icon before going up
the ramp, otherwise you won't make enough distance along the top of the train
to grab the token.

should see the weapon icon sitting on the ground of the building.

As you are chasing the black car in the docks you'll go down a road that is
like a big U-turn. It will be just after the Gas 'n' Go. On the right hand side
of the road look out for a yellow container that has a car inside it with the
key on its roof. There will be a Special Event token just before the
container. Grabbing it will cause the car to be shot out of the container and
into the black coupe. This will allow you to jump through the container and
grab the key. This unlocks the Neptune vehicle.
Huggy Token 1

As you enter the Underground Car Park look to the far right and the token
should be just visible.

It is right at the end of the jetty/pier in the dockside area.

Towards the end of the movie set there is a ramp inside a wooden shed on the
left side of the road. Go p and out of the shed to grab the key as you jump
through the air. This unlocks the Funk Monkey GT vehicle.
Huggy Token 1

You'll turn left into the building site. After you do, look on the left hand
side of the road and you'll see a wooden ramp leading up into the scaffolding.
Go up this ramp that will lead you to a suspended pipe. Jump into the pipe to
grab the token.
Huggy Token 2
-------------
As you enter the country and western movie set look to your left after turning
the first corner and you will see a broken balcony that doubles as a ramp. Go
up the ramp and travel across the balconies. Right at the end you'll make a
jump for the token.
Weapon Icon 1
-------------
In the movie set you'll go up a huge ramp that will cause you to smash through
some glass windows. The weapon icon is at the very top of the ramp.

After the movie set you'll travel along a bit then turn down an alley. At the
first corner in the alley is where you'll find the weapon icon.

When you've disposed of all the suspects, you will trigger a truck to leave a
shed using a Special Event token. The token can be found inside the shed that
the truck leaves out of.
