<Chapter 1>
Once you are in control of Rockman X, move to the NE door. Continue your way
to south and enter the first room. Save if you wish. You should see things on
the floor. You destroy them by using 'Rush' which is by pressing X. Since the
most southern door is locked, so you have to enter the second room. Examine
the PC and afterall, go out and enter the newly unlocked southern door. Go
along the path and enter the door. In this area, at the first intersection,
go left first. You can also rush to destroy another item on the way. Enter
the room and examine the things around. After the message with others, get out
this room. Continue to south and enter the first room, then the second room.
Once you are done collecting items, head to the end of the path and take the
southern most door. Continue up and enter the door. Same as the previous
floor, so do take the left path at the intersection and collect the item on
the way, then enter the door. Examine one of the things. After the messages
with others, get out of this room. Enter the first room to get another item
and then the second room. Examine the PC to release the lock of the southern
door. By the way, little bit tricky to release the lock here since X and Zero
have to press at the same time. The timing is when the PC flashes for the
third time. Afterward, try to get out of this room and you will fight an
enemy. After the battle, take the southern door. Collect the item that's near
you and continue up, then enter the door. At the intersection, do not go left
yet. So go south and collect the items. You can also save if you wish. Now go
left at the intersection, and enter the door. You will meet up with Zero and
a boss battle. After the battle, collect the two items and enter the NW door.
In this area, collect the item by the intersection, then go south. Collect
items and enter the southern room. Continue up and enter the door. Collect the
two items and enter the door. You will meet up with Shadow and more. After the
cut scenes, you will have the option to save again. And that's it for this
chapter.
<Chapter 2>
After the cut scene, you are in control of Rockman X again. In this room, you
can buy items and rest. Now take the east door. And head left at the
intersection. As you continue along, you can also collect items. As you move
on to the next area, you will be able to interact with more NPCs. Talk to them
if you want. Continue along the path. At the intersection, go right. Enter
the door at the end of the path. Continue the path to east, collect the two
items, then the one special item to north. This is called 'X8 Trial Key' which
means, with this key, you have just unlock the demo of Rockman X8. Now to go
on, head to the east door. After the cut scene, as you can see, you can go
north or south. But south door is really locked, so you can only go north.
There is a save point here, if you want to save, do so. With that, you can also
return to the main menu and try out the demo of Rockman X8. When you are done,
continue to north and enter the door. Continue along and take another door.
Take the door here and you get another cut scene. You will end up fighting
Spider. After the battle, take the north door. The machine near you will need
a password, so try out 20040729. After that down and collect the items. Go
along the path and go right at the intersection. Continue along the path and
a cut scene will triggers automatically. After that, continue along the path.
Collect the two items and continue down. Collect another two items and go on.
Continue and enter the door. There is one item on each side so do collect them
then take the door. Continue the path up and take the door. There is a save
point here and two doors. Take the west one for an item and then take the east
door. Continue up and enter the door. You will be taken into a battle. After
the battle, you will get more cut scene. After that, you will be in a room
with several NPCs. One will sell you Force Metal, one will sell you weapons,
and one more will sell you items. Anyway, you have 3 doors here. North one gets
you an item, west one gets you another item. Once you are done, take the east
door and continue up. Enter the door and collect the item at the center. Now,
you have two doors here. East one leads you to a locked door and so take the
west door. Go south a bit and collect the item. Then go north and continue
along the path. As you get near the door, you will get a cut scene. After that
scene, enter the door. Continue along the path and enter another door. You
will end up in a battle. After that, cut scene. And once you are in control,
there will be a timer. The west path gets you to an item, collect it. Then
quickly back track. On the way, you should battle another enemy. After that,
continue and back to the room with doors. You didn't take the east door before,
so take it now. As you go up, you should get into another battle. After that,
continue to the locked door and after a message, it will be unlocked. Enter
and you will be in a room with 2 doors. North door gets you a battle and an
item after. Once you are done, take the east door. Continue along the path and
enter the door. The north door is for later, so take the west door. Don't
bother with the door on each side, they are both locked. So take the north door
and get into another battle. After that, go north, and hit the switch to turn
off the count down timer. Now go back and it's time to take the north door.
There is also a save point, so save if you wish. Continue and collect the two
items, then enter the door. You will get a cut scene then you will end up in
a battle where you fight against "Wild Jungle" with the help of Spider. After
the battle, you will get another cut scene. Spider will end up joining the
party. Then again, you have the option to save. And that's it for Chapter 2.
<Chapter 3>
After the cut scene, talk with Al and pick the first option for your next
destination. After the cut scene, you will be in control of Rockman X again.
Continue to north and eventually you will get a cut scene. Maximo will end up
joining the party. After that, take the north door. Save if you wish, then
enter the door. Pick a platform and go down. Enter the door to north. For this
area, you just have to avoid this enemy. There are also items to be collected.
When you are done collecting the two items, take the east door. The next area
is the same. Avoid them and collect items. Continue to the next door, things
just get faster and faster. The door to the right leads to an item. Once you
are done, take the south door. Take another platform and go down. Take the door
and in this area, since one door is locked, so go the other way. Continue the
path and you will see another locked door. Ignore and continue. At the
intersection, go south and examine to unlock the locked doors. So go back to
those two locked doors and collect the items. Once you are done, go north at
the intersection. In the next area, take another platform down, and enter the
north door. Continue to north a bit and you will engage into a battle with the
guards. Take the center guard first and then the ones on two sides. After the
battle, take the north door. Release the locked doors, and enter each of them
to get item or fight. Go back and take the east door. Colect item as you go
along the path, and you will end up fighting more guards. Enter the door and
release more locked door here. Enter them to fight or collect item. Now back
track to the previous area with a save point. Enter the west door and take the
platform down. At the next area, since the south path leads you to a locked
door, go north and eventually, you will get a cut scene. At the intersection,
go east for two doors. South door contains items. Then take the north door.
East path leads to items, west path has two ways: one to previous area and one
leads to another item. When you are done, take the north door. Take the
platform down and enter the door. Continue along the path and you will get
into another fight. Afterward, take the south door to continue. There is a
save point and an item. Take the east door and you will hear message from Nana
about the two panels before you. Step on the blue one then the red one. Locked
door releases. Enter and continue. More on the next area, should be blue, red
and then yellow. Only the west door opens, so take that door. Continue and
more of these panels. Should be yellow, blue and then red. Take the south path
and continue. Should be yellow, red, green then blue. Take the west path and
continue. Another save point here. Continue to the north most door. You will
get more cut scenes. Maximo will left the party at the end, and now go back
a bit and take the west door which was previously blocked. Take the platform
down and enter the door. Maximo will join the party and go back. Take the north
door again. Collect the items and enter the door. You will get another cut
scene and you will end up fighting 'Silver Hornd'. I finished him off with X at
Level 11, Spider at 12 and Maximo at Level 10. I equip Force Metals that reduce
water damage for X and Spider. Maximo comes with one. Then For everyone's Sub
Weapons, equip the one that deals THUNDER damage. And one of the main weapons
for X can also deal THUNDER as well. Just heal when you need to. X's Hyper
Mode(X Fire) + AT does decent damage, Maximo's Hyper + AT as well. I just save
the energy til 100% and release them. Spider mainly heal or dodge attacks in
Hyper Mode. Didn't had any luck with his AT. That's about it. Eventually, you
will get to use the Final Strike on him. After the battle, more cut scene. Then
yet again, the game gives you the option to save. End of Chapter 3.
<Chapter 4>
After the cut scene, talk with Nana then Al then back to Nana. Pick the first
option for your next destination. Continue down and you will end up fighting
some enemies. After the battle, enter the door. Continue and get a cut scene.
Take the N door and ride the elevator up. Examine the reploid and enter the
near door. At the intersection, go north to collect two items. Then take the
east door. Collect the items and enter the door. For these floors, you need to
dash. Enter the door, you will be in a room with an item, a save point and two
doors: one to north and one to south. South door get you to areas with items
and one reploid that you can get. When you are done, Go north and dash through.
You will get a cut scene where you will end up in a battle. After the battle,
you will get more cut scenes. After that, enter the door and dash through the
floor again. Enter the door and proceed to another door. At the intersection,
go south and collect the items. Then go east. Collect the item and enter the
door. Continue and take the elevator. Take the door and continue along. Collect
the items and continue up. With the room, save if you wish. Then get near the
reploid and get a cut scene. Afterward, take the door that's near. Continue
and collect the items. As you enter the room, you will get a message and then
a cut scene after. Continue and collect more items. Once you enter the room,
you will get a message. After that, continue toward the door. By the
intersection, and by using the map, take the east one. Talk with the guard and
select the first option to trigger a fight. Once you passed the door, you are
within the 'Unlimited Forest'. Since this place is quite big to cover right
now. I will be quick about it for now. In here, we are following the arrow. So
I will say which colour of arrow, and you follow the path that the arrow points
to. So here goes: Blue, Red, Red. At the end, you will get Tank Energy 50 and
Full Repair All, also a Figure Coin to be collected. Continue and enter the
room. You will get another cut scene. Afterward, Marino will join the party.
Take the door and continue down. Collect the items and the reploid. Enter the
door and continue down. Use the save point if you wish. Enter the door. Collect
the items and enter the door. After the cut scene, you will end up fighting
Dr. Psyche. It has two forms, so make sure you don't go all out on the first
form. At his second form, attack only when his back eye/core opens. Most of the
time you should be defending and reserve energy. Maximo and Marino don't work
much with the damage, so you can have him or her as support. I pick Marino
because of her speed. Spider and X should be defending and try to do their AT.
After the battle, another cut scene will take place. Cinnamon will join and
FMG, Force Metal Generator is now available. The game yet again ask you to
save or not. And that's it for Chapter 4.
<Chapter 5>
Again, talk with Al if you wish, then talk with Nana. Pick the first option to
continue. Continue to north, get some messages. In this room, you can move if
the siren is on. Otherwise, you will get into battle. Collect the two items.
You have a door to north and west. If you take the west door, you will get to
the west part of the north door. So they are linked. Collect the items and a
reploid, then take the east path of the north path. At the second area, enter
the door and collect the items around. One door is blocked, so you can only
take the north one. Collect the items and take the west path first. Examine
the reploid and you will find out that you will need the Hammer Iron Ball first
in order to get it. Collect the item behind it and back track. Take the east
path now. Continue to the third area. Collect the item and take the north door.
Walk a bit and a cut scene will kick in. Axl will then join the party. Collect
the items and take the west door. Collect the items and back track. Now take
the east door. Save if you wish. Continue to the next area. Go along the path.
Move along the belts and collect items. The exit is the NW corner door. The
next area is similar. So collect the items and proceed to the door. After the
message, a cut scene will show up. After that, save if you wish. Then take the
platform up. Examine a reploid here to get it. One of the things here also get
you a Force Metal called Fire Guard, one will get you a sub weapon called Ice
Missle. Enter the door and since one door is locked, take the other door. Take
the platform up and enter the door. Continue north and a cut scene will take
place. Zero will join the party again. Collect the items and back track. The
door that was locked previously should be available now. Enter that door and
continue along the path. Collect the three items and enter the door. You will
get another cut scene. You will end up fighting Mach Gentler. Just make sure
you have something against Fire and Attack with Ice. After the battle, you get
more cut scene. Then another battle kicks in. After that, more cut scene. The
game will yet again ask you to save. That's it for Chapter 5.
<Chapter 6>
After the cut scenes, Zero will end up leaving the party again. You can talk
with Nana and Al, but that won't go anywhere. Exit and get another cut scene.
Then talk back to Al then Nana for another cut scene. Then talk with Nana and
pick the first option to continue to the next mission. After the cut scene, go
along the path. Collect the three items and save if you wish. Continue and
take the elevator to B2F. Collect the items, and take the south door for more
items. One of the areas also got a guard, once you kill them, you get the Boost
Parts which ultimately power up the dash for Rockman X. Now go back and take
the north door. The east path get you to areas with items. The north path get
you to a switch, do hit it. The west path also take you to more items. There is
also a save point here. Once you are done, go back to the elevator. Now go down
to B3F. Collect the item and enter the door. A cut scene will take place. You
will end up fighting Shadow. After a while, a cut scene will take over the
battle. Zero will show up and save the day. As Zero says, SECOND ROUND with
Shadow. After the battle, more cut scene. Zero will yet again join back. Take
the south door and collect the two items. Go back and take the north door. The
doors on two sides lead you to items and stuff. The north door is the one you
take to advance. There is also a save point here. Talk with the digger and you
will need to get the Electric Parts. If you are given a Red Tsuruhashi, so you
should find a red digger which is in the west path. Trade it for yellow
ysuruhashi, you will also get the Electric Parts. Talk with the yellow digger
here and trade your yellow tsuruhashi for the blue tsuruhashi. Back track and
take the east path. Talk with the first digger which is blue, and trade to get
the white tsuruhashi. Now, back at the room with the save point, take the south
door to back track to where you fought with Shadow, and continue down south.
Talk with the digger here and trade to get the green tsuruhashi. Now go back
to the room with the save point, take the east door and talk with the green
digger here. You will get the blue tsuruhashi if you trade. Go south again
to get to the blue digger and get the white tsuruhashi. You will also get the
Trade Sheet. Go back and go north. Talk with the digger here and you will get
the 'Keep Ability' Force Metal. Now go back to the elevator and go down to the
next level which is B4F. Collect the items and save if you wish. Then take the
close door. North door is close for now, take the east door for now. Fight the
guards and back track. Take the west path for 3 items. Now take the south door
which should be unlocked now. A cut scene will take place and you will end up
fighting Ansendas. This guy can change element between Ice, Fire and Thunder.
Make sure you are attacking the right weakness each time. After the battle,
you get more cut scenes. Spider won't be available anymore. The game will yet
again ask you to save. And that's it for Chapter 6.
<Chapter 7>
After the cut scene, talk with Nana and pick the first option to the next
mission. You will be in a desert. This is one big area, so you will be spending
quite some time here. There are Emission Machines of Jamming Electro-Magnetic
Wave in this area. Each of these got a little cable wire attached to them. They
face and hint out the next location of the next Emission Machine. By the one
with 100%, there is an exit. Examine it and you can't enter. So back track by
following the cable wires again. So just from the 100% one, go the direction
of the cable wires, continue and a cut scene will triggers automatically. You
will end up in the base under the desert. After the cut scene, you should see
a door and a save point. Enter the door. Go north and collect the item, then
hit the switch. Go west, collect the item as you go. There should be a locked
door. Locate the switch that's near to unlock that door. Then enter that door
to collect items. Continue toward NW. Collect the item, check out the switches
that are near as well. Then enter the door to the next area. Since the west
door is still locked so continue along the path and go east. At the
intersection, go down for a switch to unlock the last bit of the west door.
Back track and grab the two items within. Then take the most eastern door.
Continue along and enter the first door you come to. Collect the Hammer Iron
Ball and the items. Continue down and enter the door for an area with a save
point and a platform at the center. Take that platform to 1F first. Another
cut scene will take place. You have paths to east, west, south and north. Do
explore them to get some items. Most doors are locked. And one door even lead
you outside to the desert. One of the rooms contains a little puzzle. Turn one
of the 'mirror' to another direction. That will connect the laser to the wall
and you have currents going up. Anyway, once you are done, take the platform
to 2F and ignore the east path since that leads you to nowhere. So take the
north path. Collect the two items and into the NW room. Collect the item and
examine the altar. Go back down to 1F. All the doors shouldn't be locked now.
Check the doors out and collect items. For each puzzle, repeat the same rule.
Basically just try to link up the currents. Once you are down with them, go
back up to 2F. Collect the items and examine the altar. Once you examine the
last altar, you will get a message from a mysterious voice. So do accept his
invitation and take the platform to 3F. You will get another cut scene and end
up fighting Block. He will summon other mechs, but you only need to take him
out to end the battle. Once you are done, more cut scene. After that, the game
will ask you to save as usual. That's it for Chapter 7.
<Chapter 8>
After the cut scene, talk with Nana and pick the first option to continue. Go
around and collect items, also a reploid. Once you are done, enter the door.
After the cut scene, go down stairs and collect the item. The door is locked
and requires Merda Key. What's beyond is a new Hyper Moder armor for Zero. To
get the key, you will need to send reploids to this area after you cleared this
area. And there is a chance that you will discover the Merda Key. While I am
at it, X also has a second Hyper Mode armor, called the Ultimate Armor. It's
located in Diana and you will also need to send reploids to Diana. There's a
chance that you will find the Diana Key. With that key, head to the area passed
the 4th lift in Diana. Use the Diana Key in the locked door to a pretty hard
battle. After that, you can get the Ultimate Armor. Ok, to get back on track,
take the platform down. Continue along til you get a cut scene. Take the south
door, collect the items and examine the crystal like object. Take the north
door now and continue along. Collect the item as well. Before you take the
platform down, examine the crystal like object. Examine the crystal like object
and proceed to the door. At the rooms with 2 doors to take, examine the crystal
like object first. Take the east path for an item. Then take the south door.
Collect the item, examine the crystal like object, then take the platform down
to the next area. Examine the crystal like object, then take the door. Collect
the item and examine the crystal like object. Take the north door. Examine the
reploid and continue. Afterward, a cut scene will take place. Collect the item
and examine the altar. Back track and take the east path. The previous locked
door is unlocked now. Enter and take the platform down. Save if you wish. Then
enter the door. Continue down and more cut scene. You will end up fighting
Block again. After a while, a cut scene will triggers and stop the battle.
Continue your path and collect the items around. Enter the door. Collect
another item and continue down. Take the platform down to the next area. Save
if you wish. Then continue down. Another cut scene. Take the west path and
fight Block again. After you finished off that fake Block, collect the item
behind that room. Now back track and take the east path. Collect the items and
take the platform down. Continue your way til another cut scene with Block.
Take the west path to fight the fake Block. Collect the item behind. Then go
back and take the north path. Collect the items and save if you wish. Take the
platform down. Continue your til another cut scene. You can only take the east
door. So go along the path and one more cut scene. You will end up fighting
Feram. After you finish off Feram, you get more cut scene. After that, back
track and a cut scene will take place. Continue back tracking. once you get to
the missle, get near Feram to get a cut scene. After that, continue to back
track up. Eventually, you will get another cut scene. Now head back up. Back
at the room with two locked doors previously, they are now unlocked. Take the
west path to go up. Basically you are going back to where you fough Feram.
Afterward, the game will ask you to save again. That's it for Chapter 8.
<Chapter 9>
After the cut scene, talk with Al and Nana if you want, then exit out. Go east
and talk with the reploid there. You will get a cut scene. You will end up
fighting Scar Face. After the battle, more cut scene. Now head back and talk
with Al then Nana for a cut scene. Afterward, talk with Nana and select the
first option to continue to the next mission. Save if you wish. Then take the
west door. Just touch the tube for a battle. Then quickly continue the path.
Continue and you will get more tubes. Then quickly toward the North path.
The west path just get you items and more tubes. At the next area, more tubes
and one path to east, then one path to west. Collect the item to west and check
out the altar at east. Now head to the very first area of this place, the place
where you transfered in and with a save point. Continue north and transfer into
another area. You have 5 doors here and 3 tubes. The tubes here regenerate
pretty fast, so make sure you got time to make it to the north path. The other
4 paths lead you to items. At the next area, two items, two tubes and three
doors. East and west doors are both dead ends, so take the center path.
Transfer to the next area. Save if you wish then enter the door. At the big
room, collect the items first then enter the door. Transfer into the next area
and continue along the path where you can also collect some items. Once you
are in the room with two PC at two sides and here is the idea: The left adds
3 and the right one minus 2. You start at 1, the exit is 3. There are 8 total.
Once you pass 8, goes back around to 1...etc Anyway, 4, 7 and 6 get you items
while 2, 5 and 8 get you enemies. Once you got it, continue along and collect
the item then transfer to the next area. Save if you wish then enter the door
to fight guards. The north door is locked. So go upstairs for both sides and
explore both areas. Both got items and altar to be examined. Once that's done,
go back and take the north door. Continue and transfer into the next area.
Collect the items and enter the gate. You will get more cut scene. You will
end up fighting Scar Face again. After the battle, you get more cut scene. You
will end up fighting Epsilon. This guy is pretty tough, especially after he
uses Omega Force. After the battle, more cut scene. The game will ask you to
save again. That's it for Chapter 9. Let's move on to the Chapter 10 which is
the final chapter in the game.
<Chapter 10>
Talk with Al and Nana. Then go up to the roof. A cut scene will take place.
Quite a plot twist, isn't it? It turns out Lidipus is the bad guy and pretty
much been using you. Surely, we are going to kick his butt, IN THE NAME OF
JUSTICE, as what the subtitle for Chpater 10 says. Save if you wish. You can't
back track now. Continue along and there is a guy here selling stuff. Enter the
door and more shops. Continue along and you will ride up a platform. Continue
along and fight Wild Jungle. Try not to use Hyper Mode, save it for later. If
you have been playing Rockman X, you know you will have fight the previous in
games bosses aginn at the final stage. It's pretty much a tradition. After the
battle, more cut scenes. Continue the path and ride up another platform. Go
along the path and go left at the intersection. It turns out you can shop here
as well, and heal yourself. Save if you wish. What we have here is much like
previous Rockman X games. You can transfer to different areas to fight bosses
from the game. After you finish all of them, the north door will be unlocked.
Take that door and ride up another platform. Continue to north and fight a new
boss called Depsud Lagoon. After the battle, continue down. Ride another
platform up to a new area. Collect the items and save if you wish. Another cut
scene will take place where you will end up fighting Lidipus. Do hold back
since he's got another form and that's the final battle of the game. For the
first form, he will just defend and summon minions. After the battle, he will
he also got the ability to copy just like Axl, and he even transformed into
Spider. Well, we ain't going to forgive that trickery. Continue along and ride
up another platform. Go on and transfer into another area. Continue up and a
cut scene will triggers. You will end up fighting Gold Lidipus, along with
Super Force Metal R and L. It's now or never, go all out since this is the
final boss of the game. Ultimate Armor and Absolute Zero do make things much
easier if you have them. Take out the Super Force Metal on both sides first.
Then keep attacking Gold Lidipus. After few turns, Super Force Metal will
regenerate. Kill it again. Once you did enough damage, a cut scene will trigger
and take over the battle. After that, the battle continues. He only got one
Super Force Metal this time, so do take it out then focus on that Gold Lidipus.
After the battle, sit back and enjoy the ending. Congratulation on beating the
game. At the end, you get the Central Key. The game will yet again ask you to
save. You will have a 'Clear' sign by the save data. If you load it, you will
be back to the beginning of Mission 10. To go on, as last time, head to the
roof to trigger cut scenes. Go on and beat the game again if you want. But
anyway, take the Air Bus to the shop area. Continue along the path and get into
the facility that you start in at Chapter 2. Near that initial room, there is
a locked door. But with the central key, you can unlock that door. Continue
down and collect the item. Get near the reploid on the field to engage into a
fight with a guy called One Tail. This is one insane guy since he recovers max
HP every turn before he attacks. I took it out in one turn with Absolute Zero
doing Calamity Arts and Ultimate Armor X doing Nova Strike. If you can't pull
this off in one turn, make sure you level up a bit. Continue and collect more
items. Again, you fight two more One Tail. This fight is much tougher than the
last one. Two One Tail can wipe out your party in one turn with that fearsome
spells. Have Cinnamon heal with Sub Tank or her AT. Use Power Up on both Zero
and X so their Absolute Zero and Ultimate Armor could do much more damage. Zero
with his Absolute Armor doing Calamity after can reduce a One Tail down to 25%
of LE which get you to trigger AT. Ultimate Armor X can reduce about 50% of a
One Tail with his Nova Strike, then just finish it off with Absolute Zero's
Calamity Arts. After the battle, continue down and collect more items. Make
sure Zero and X got enough Hyper Mode, otherwise, back track and heal. As you
go on, you fight three more One Tail. After that, collect more items and get
near another One Tail again. You will fight one more One Tail. This time, after
the battle, you will get one more Figure Coin and Gurenken which is the best
weapon for Zero. Continue to the next area, collect the item and fight more
One Tail. You have 3 of them this time. After that, collect more items and go
fight another One Tail. Do remember, if you are running out of Hyper Mode, go
back and heal. The next on field one is 1 One Tail in battle. This one is much
tough and got way more HP. If you check out its name, he's actually called by
the name of Six Tails. After that, continue down and collect items. Then fight
another one of them. This time, you fight two Seven Tails. Looks like their
names keep changing by the number. So the previous ones weren't exactly all
called One Tail. Sorry, my bad. Continue down, collect more items. Then fight

collect more items and enter the door. Continue down and by the intersection,
continue down and you will get to a Coin machine. Now take the other path at
the intersection, go in and fight Nine Tails. After you get one more Figure
Coin and Axl's best weapon, Ancient Gun. Anyway, collect the items and get out
of here. And that's it.
