Head to Leuda and talk to the children in the south west of the village.
If your character is a Selkie, you can play the game.

The rules of the game are very simple.  Your character repeatedly jumps up
and down on a net.  At regular intervals the children shout the buttons you
need to press.

Although only the "A" and "B" buttons are used on the Gamecube controller,
the difficulty increases by making you enter combos of the two.

Points are awarded after each successful jump and the game ends when a wrong
button is pressed.

+-------------------------------------------------------------------+

Lynari Desert hides the mysterious unknown element hotspot.  Not only does the
unknown element allow you to cross any miasma stream, it is required to reach
the final dungeon in the game.

-- Step 1 --
At the northern-most point of the first map there are a group of
cactuses (or is it cacti?). Cast a Lightning spell on the largest one.

-- Step 2 --
From step 1, go east and slightly south until you reach a small tent. Cast
a Gravity spell on the tent.

-- Step 3 --
From step 2, head south-east until you see an odd mushroom shaped rock that is
just out of reach. Cast a Fire spell on it.

-- Step 4 --
Just south of the cactus from step one is a group of 3 rocks.  Cast a Blizzard
spell on each rock in order from smallest - largest.

-- Step 5 --
Head south and slightly west of the rocks from step 4 to find a pink flower.
Cast a Holy spell onto it. Now simply drop the chalice into the hotspot to
change its element to "Unknown"

Occasionally a racing event is held at the Field's of Fum. Each race consists
of 8 cows running from one side of a field to the other. You are allowed to
make one 100 gil bet on the winner of the race.

Sadly, the outcome of the race is completly random, so just bet on the cow
you like the look of and cheer it home.

| Mog Stamps                                                        | MOGST |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+-------+

The mog stamp card is used to show which stamps you have.  To view the
card, simply talk to any moogle in a nest.  Starting from the top left of
the stamp card, the locations of the moogles are:

Completing a set of moogle stamps unlocks more courses for the blazin'
caravans mini-game.  Collecting all the stamps therefore unlocks all the
availiable courses.

* The stamp from Marr's Pass is unique.  Because of this, it unlocks the
mini-game as soon as you get it.  However, only one racing course will
 be availiable.

+-------------------------------------------------------------------+

+--- Tipa ---+
Head to the large crystal in the town (it is where the end of year
ceremony is held) and go behind the stairs either side of the
crystal to find the nest.

+--- River Belle Path ---+
After opening the first gate, you will come to a clearing with some enemies.
Kill them and head south east to reach the wind hotspot.  Now head east, then
north along a thin trail.  Continue north to find some enemies and a
treasure chest.  Examine the cliff just north of your postion and a hole
should appear.  Head inside and grab that stamp.

+--- Port Tipa ---+
This one's easy.  When you enter Port Tipa run down the first hill and you
should see the hole on the eastern side of the hill.  Go inside to claim your
stamp.

+--- Mushroom Forest ---+
There are three water hotspots in this level, but the only one we are
interested in is the one to the north-east.  After passing this hotspot,
head around the turn and follow the path to the west and look out for
a mushroom spring to the north.  Stand on the spring to find a tresure chest.
The moogle's nest is to the right of the tresure chest.

+--- Marr's Pass ---+
Another easy one.  On the western side of Marr's Pass there is an armour
blacksmith and just south-west of him is the moogle's nest.

+--- Mine of Cathuriges ---+
Play through the mines until you have killed an Ogre who drops a key.  Head
north and put the key on the pedestal and continue.  You will now reach a
different area with rails and platforms suspended above water.  Run north
along the thin platform and you should reach a large platform with a
treasure chest on the eastern side of the platform.  Continue north until
you reach a second large platform, but this time the treasure chest is on the
eastern side.  South-west of the treasure chest is a thin platform, follow it
west and examine the hole to enter the moogle's nest.

+--- Goblin Wall ---+
From the start, head up the hill on the left.  Once at the top head right until
you reach another hill going north.  Go up that hill then head left and hit
the three glowing skulls with your weapon to open the gates below.  Retrace
your steps to find a treasure chest and a dark tunnel.  Head into the
tunnel until you can examine the wall, then go inside to reach the moogle's
nest.

+--- Alfitaria ---+
Stand infront of the town's giant crystal then head east until you see an
amoured Lilty and some stairs at the bottom of the screen.  Go down the stairs
and run along the ledge until you see a child.  Proceed past the child to
find a small hole which leads you to yet another moogle nest.

+--- Moschet Manor ---+
Yay, an easy one.  Along the west side of the manor there are four doors.
Enter the second or third door on the west side to enter a room with a
treasure chest and a large table and chair.  Stand between the chair and the
table and examine the hole to enter the moogle's nest.

+--- Tida ---+
Play through the first area until you reach a locked gate to the west.  Head
south of the gate, then east until you reach an earth hotspot.  The destroyed
house just north-east of the hotspot hides the moogle's nest.

+--- Veo Lu Sluice ---+
Go through the level until you reach the gate which leads to the boss (It's
the only gate in the level which you can walk through from right-left).
Instead of walking through the gate, head north and follow the trail west
then north then east.  The trail splits, (north or east) go east to reach a
cliff with a hole.  Examine the hole and get that stamp.

+--- Shella ---+
After the Yuke creates the bridge across the water, cross the bridge to reach
two Yukes who sell items.  Just north of them is a tree.  Examine the tree
to enter the nest.

+--- Jegon River ---+
On the west side of the river, the moogle's nest is in a hole next to a
blue signpost.

+--- Selepation Cave ---+
In the first area, head west and go through the north-western exit.  In the
second area head north, then east until you reach a passageway heading south.
Head south to return to the first area.  You will now be on a high up
platform in the first area, go south past the lift on the left and follow the
cliff around to the east.  You should now see a lift on the right hand side,
go south to reach another lift on the right and stairs on the left.  Go up
the stairs, then down the small staircase to reach the moogle.

+--- The Fields of Fum ---+
Once you enter the village, head south until you reach the town's crystal,
then go south-east and follow the path east until you see a door in the side
of a hill.  I think you know what to do...

+--- Daemon's Court ---+
Stand infront of the gate which leads to the boss, then head clockwise around
the giant tent until you see an elevated wooden platform heading north-south.
Stand under the platform and examine the hole.  Simple.

+--- Mount Kilanda ---+
This one is hard to explain.  In the north-eastern section of the first area,
there is a treasure chest and the moogle's nest is just left of it.

+--- Leuda ---+
To reach this moogle nest first go to the tent in the north-west of the
village.  Walk behind this tent to the left to reach the door to the nest.

+--- Conall Curach ---+
In the second area, follow the linear path north-east then east.  At the first
opportunity head south to reach an island with a tree in the center and a
treasure chest to the south.  Examine this tree to find the moogle's nest.

+--- Rebena Te Ra ---+
In the second, northern area of this dungeon there is a pedestal and a locked
section of the level.  Keep a note of this location.  To the east of
this there is a puzzle which you must solve.  Complete the puzzle and return
to the pedestal with the key.  Once you have placed the key onto the pedestal,
examine the crumbled ruins to the east.

+--- Lynari Desert ---+
Find the Earth hotspot to the north-west of the first area then head south.
Run past the giant bones and follow the ledge south until you reach a small
hole in a rock with two cactuses.  Hit each cactus with your weapon and go
inside the hole to find a treasure chest.  Continue further to find the nest.

+--- Mag Well ---+
From where you enter Mag Well head north to the first junction and head east.
Once you reach a second fork in the road, head north-west until you reach
the Carbuncle's nest.  Run around the back of the nest and examine the wall.

+--- Mount Vellenge ---+
In the first area, there are two ways into the second area: one to the east
and one to the west.  Exit the first area using the western exit.  In the
second area, go south until the path forks east.  Head east until you reach
a bridge.  Examine the area under the bridge to find the last nest.

+--- Merchant ---+
Those in the Merchant family sell items.  The range of goods they have on
offer depends on the relationship with their child.  The Merchant also offers
a discount price of goods to his child.

+--- Fisher ---+
If a character has Fishers for parents, they can receive fish every year from
them.  Fish restores HP and temporarily increase strength.

+--- Tailor ---+
Tailors craft accessories.  Bring them a scroll, the right materials and a few
hundred gil and they will create accessories for you.  Accessories normally
don't improve stats like strength or magic, but instead are there for support
such as Blue Yarn which protects the wearer from the poison status effect.
Just like the Merchant & Blacksmith families, children of the family can
expect a price discount.

+--- Miller ---+
When a character has Millers for parents, they can expect to receive bannock
each year, which restores HP.  The family sometimes give their child flour,
which can be sold for profit.

+--- Blacksmith ---+
Blacksmiths use their large furnaces to create amour and weapons.  Weapons
are used for physical attacks while armour is equiped to protect the wearer.
Just like the Tailor & Merchant families, a discount is given to children of
the blacksmith.  The amount of discount depends on the relationship
between the father of the family and the character.

+-------------------------------------------------------------------+-------+

To paint your moogle, first find a moogle's nest.  Once inside you should see
mog standing next to the fireplace.  Talk to him and he will ask you to paint
him.  Here is a list of the effects the paint has.

| Hints & Tips: Hidden Items                                        | HTHIS |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+-------+

In each town in the game there is a hidden item.  Most of which can be sold
for profit or kept because they are rare.  Items appear on a rota and a drop
of myrrh must be collected for an item to re-appear in the same area.

+--- Tipa ---+
From the town's crystal, head left past the tailor's house, then north up the
hill.  The item is at the top.

+--- Shella ---+
Near barrels east of the most north-eastern house in town.

+--- Fields Of Fum ---+
From the enterance/exit to the town, head west and slightly north to find
a bridge.  Just north of the bridge is a tree stump, examine it to
receive the item.

+--- Alfitaria ---+
Go west from the towns crystal, past the Lilty who sells food, until you
reach a staircase.  Just south of the stairs there is a small gap between the
staircase and an exterior wall.  The item is there.

+--- Leuda ---+
From Tristan's boat, simply run forwards along the wooden bridge.  The item
is just before the second wooden bridge.

+--- Marr's Pass ---+
Infront of the town's crystal there is a well to the left.  Stand near the
well and examine to receive an item.

| Hints & Tips: The Money Trick                                     | HTTMT |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+-------+

1.  Play a multiplayer game
2.  Make 1 main character
3.  Create a temporary character to do the trick*
4.  Choose both characters and set out
5.  Enter any town
6.  Enter the menu with the temporary character and choose "Money"
7.  Drop all the character's money
8.  Use the main character to pick up the money
9.  Delete the temporary character
10. Repeat from step 3

* It is possible to use more than one character for the trick, but to do so
requires more GBAs to control each character.

| Hints & Tips: Food Facts                                          | HTFFS |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+-------+

When a character eats, the food increases one of their stats by 2 points.
The effect wears off after a while, and only one stat bonus takes effect at
any one time.

-------------------------------------------------------
| Strength        | Magic           | Defence         |
-------------------------------------------------------
| Fish            | Striped Apple   | Star Carrot     |
| Meat            | Rainbow Grapes  | Round Corn      |
|                 | Cherry Cluster  | Gourd Potato    |
-------------------------------------------------------

Each character has a list of favourite foods which you can see by choosing
favourites from the menu.  Eating a characters favourite food results in
more HP being restored.  However, each race has different tastes when it
comes to food.  Here is what each tribe likes via default.

--------------------------------------
| Clavat Food Preferences            |
--------------------------------------
| Likes            | Hates           |
--------------------------------------
| Striped Apple    | Meat            |
| Cherry Cluster   | Fish            |
--------------------------------------

--------------------------------------
| Yuke Food Preferences              |
--------------------------------------
| Likes            | Hates           |
--------------------------------------
| Star Carrot      | Gourd Potato    |
| Round Corn       | Striped Apple   |
--------------------------------------

--------------------------------------
| Lilty Food Preferences             |
--------------------------------------
| Likes            | Hates           |
--------------------------------------
| Meat             | Cherry Cluster  |
| Gourd Potato     | Striped Apple   |
--------------------------------------

--------------------------------------
| Selkie Food Preferences            |
--------------------------------------
| Likes            | Hates           |
--------------------------------------
| Fish             | Gourd Potato    |
| Meat             | Round Corn      |
--------------------------------------

To make a character enjoy eating any type of food requires near constant
monitoring of the favourites list in the menu because eating one type
of food often lowers the liking of others.

Heres an example.

Clavat
1st. Striped Apple
2nd. Cherry Cluster
-----
7th. Meat
8th. Fish

Eating lots of fish now will move it up the favourites list but something else
will take its place.

Clavat
1st. Striped Apple
2nd. Fish
-----
7th. Round Corn
8th. Meat

I find it best to keep eating disliked food until the favourites bars even
out more, then eat food in a specific order (like 8th - 1st).

| Challenges                                                        | CHALN |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+-------+

If you think this game is a little too easy, try some of these challenges.

+-------------+
| Attack Only |
+-------------+
Only use the "Attack" command to kill enemies.

+--------------+
| Heartbreaker |
+--------------+
Complete the game with only the 4 default life hearts...

+--------------+
| Command Less |
+--------------+
Complete the game using only the 4 default command slots...

+---------------+
| No Money Game |
+---------------+
A simple one.  You're not allowed buy items anywhere, which means you must
find the items you need in dungeons or hidden in towns.

+---------------+
| No Bonus Game |
+---------------+
Another simple challenge.  Just play the game without using the GBA as a radar
so you never know what your bonus condition is.

+------------------+
| No Artifact Game |
+------------------+
You are not allowed to collect any artifacts during the course of the game.
In this game, the only way to raise your stats is to buy new scrolls and
materials to make new pieces of equipment.

+-----------------------+
| Single / Multi Player |
+-----------------------+
Connect one GBA to the first GC controller port and start a multiplayer game.
Why is this hard you ask? Well for a start, there's no moogle to carry the
chalice for you.  You can't fuse magic spells.  You must use the GBA as the
controller and using the menu does not pause the action like it does in
single player.  Enjoy...
