Welcome to my Ninja Boy 2 Walkthrough. This is one cool game that I got by pure
accident. Still a great Rpg and with platformer style (Read:Mystical Ninja)
battling this game is great. Though I felt Culture Brain really should have
made the plot not contradict itself.

*Taken from Game Intro*

It Has Been a Few months since Jack and Ryu, The Ninja Boys, Had left their
country chinaland.

*Game Shows picture of the Heroes and other people in space*

Here they are in the Marco Polo Clusters far away from the Earth. Jack and Ryu
are enjoing a space trip with their friends.

SUDDENLY!

"We're the warriors of the galaxy. You'll be removed from our way with Force!"
-The Warship Sounded

"Get into a Life Capsule and get out! Quick!" -Ninja Boys ship crew said

part of the ship sticking out of the ground on a desert area.*

Jack:"Where are we now?"
Ryu:"I don't know some odd planet I guess."
Jack:"Oh No! Mommy!"
Ryu:"Knock that Off!"
Jack:"I'm Sorry."
Jack:"Darn it! The Galands!"
Ryu:"I wonder where the rest of the people went."
Jack:"They must be somewhere around, lets go find them."

Battling
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
If you ever played a Mystical Ninja Game this is a pretty good clone if not
better. The way to win a fight is told before the fight starts when it gives
you a choice if you want to fight (bout) or run. At the top it tells you the
monsters level and next to it how many you must topple.

Yet in Boss Battles a classic Final Fantasy style of fighting will begin
instead of the much cooler battle system.

*Now for the arenas their are a bunch of them. Some are simply arenas other are
2 leveled dungeon esque levels.

*There will be boxes in some arenas, punching these will either...
A.Make it slide across the ground in the way
B.Break into pieces

*The only way to get enough magic for a spell is to punch boxes and little ?
Balloons will pop out. Punching these will either give you or take away Magic
Points.

*To use spells you must have NP, From what i know you can only recover this by
healing at an inn

*M (Magic Points) are used to equip a Ninja Boy with a Sword, Mighty Ball, etc

Walkthrough

========================
It began like a movie
========================
After the beginning story Jack will be standing near the crashed rocket. In the
opening sequence Ryu suggests you guys goto the nearest town to look for your
friends.

About 3 feet from your crash is a town, head there by moving right 3 blocks.

*****
Village of Sandstar
Items:Normal Uniform (40SEN)
Level:1
*****
As the basic RPG rule is, talk to everyone. After talking to a few people
you'll realise your on a different planet as no one has heard of Chinaland. You
get your first idea of where to go too, as the kids tell you all the adults
have been captured and now are in Egymid. Another person tells of a piece of
spaceship crashing somewhere near Egymid. Finally take note of the blatant
advertising for the SNES and oddly the bashing of the Gameboy (?!).

Before we head out take note of the 3 stores grouped together that we'll see
alot. The Item Shop, Convience Store, and the Inn are always grouped in that
order.

*You can heal if you want at the inn for free.

*The convience store provides you 2p mode, character revive, and your password
to continue

*The item shop contains healing items and equipment

Head to the item shop and buy a Normal Uniform for 40 and a few healing Buns.
Once you have that its time to head out to Egymid (since we have 2 leads to
follow), but we'll take a small detour on our way.

*******
Samurais Hut
Items:T-Star
Level:2
*******
From Sandstar head northwest until you see a small bridge, at which point head
north to the little hut. Here is where the Samurai lives. You'll play a little
mini-game and your reward for winning it is the spell T-Star.

If you fought a battle on your way here you'll know the sidescroller or
Mystical Ninja style of combat this mini-game is dealt with. Your objective is
to find the Samurais Fan in 30 seconds. This is a very easy task as you simply
kick the boxes until you find it.

I'm not entirely sure if its random as It was in the same place the few times I
tired it. I found it on the upper right hand corner of the area, but if i'm
wrong a little email note to me would help. =)

Once you complete this you'll get the T-Star, so with that in hand we can
continue to Egymid. Head northeast till you see a town and a pyramid. Head into
the town of Egymid.

=========================
Hunt for the Libra Ring
=========================
********
Egymid, The Capital of Planet Desert Star
Items:Space Helmet (50SEN), Escape Leaf
Level:3
********

So it was true! All the adults are here being treated as slaves. Oddly enough
there are no Galand's around. By talking to the towns folk you'll find out...

*Theres a tomb in the town and the Galands are trying to dig up the libra ring.

*Theres a resistance to the southeast that might need help fighting off the
Gallands

*There are 7 Marco Polo treasures located in clustars, when they are all
collected 'Super Powers' are recieved.

Well the 1st and 3rd options don't have any leads for you, especially since #3
seems to general. The only thing we can do is for #2 which is to first head to
the northmost building in town and head in. Princess Lelia asks us to help the
resistance that are located to the southeast in a Sphinx. Apparently Galland's
are trying to wipe the resistance out, so of course thats where we are headed
but as a bonus she gives us the spell of Escape Leaf.

Now for the Item shop go and buy a Capsule if you want but defenitly buy a
Space Helmet for 50SEN.

Leave Egymet and now we have quite a hike to the resistance. Start by heading
east through the mountains and keep going until you reach a point with a
building containing the leter 'S' on its roof. From here go south and just wind
Jack through the maze eventually going east again. After a long hike with alot
of battles you'll reach the Resistance (its the Sphinx location).

Note:Or you could just ride a camel for 100SEN

*********
Inside the Mighty Stone Beast
Items:Vitalizer, Boo Bomb x3
Level:5
*********

Its our first dungeon, lets all clap!......... um anywho its pretty
straightforward in total. The first room just wind yourself to the left side.
Continuing with common sense just keep following the path, which ends as we
come to a fork.

NOTE:(Oh and take notice of the new battle arena, it has multiple floors! But
now theres no Boxes to get magic from which kinda sucks.
Then again some battles have one floor, but still no boxes! Blast you Culture
Brain. Then again you can stick to the ceiling now which is really cool so
maybe they aren't THAT bad.)

Well I kinda lied as this fork is nonexistant =), so head to the northeast
passage. Then head up and left, is this getting complicated yet? =)

Head south once your dead end going west occurs. Here we come to a pot that I
can't get it to do anything so pass it and head east. Head into the blinking
light

-----
Room 2
-----
NOTE: (The only thing interesting about this room is the introduction of a new
Galland. This rhino Galland is very big and takes alot of work to beat. Not
only does he have a mace but a bubble attack and an attack where he turns into
a rocket and races across the ground.)

Oh joy more mindless travel. I'll let you guys use your brains or you could
just follow the main path. On the way you'll encounter some background
heiroglyphics, which looks pretty good for a GB game. After you pass those head
south as far as you can as the little halls are dead ends except for the bottom
one. So then once again wind around and head into the semi-important looking
room.

Here you'll meet Blu Boltar who apparently has been wandering in space since he
lost a fight in Chinaland (Apparently a boss fight in Ninja Boy 1). Hes now the
resistance leader and wants to be friends. He gives you the Vitalizer and Boo
Bomb. Which will let you enter the royal tomb in Egymet. This makes the first
clue make alot more sense and even the third clue. The Libra must be one of the
Marco Polo Treasures, but why do we need them?

***Author NOTE***:Wait a second. Weren't we supposed to help the resistance?
Culture Brain is forgetting their own storyline here. Bad Brain! Bad!

**************
Tomb Ninja
Item:
Level:7
**************
Once back on the world map head ALL the way back to Egymet. So you slackers who
rode a camel here will have to fight your way back! ^_^

Once you reach Egymet take a rest in the Inn. Then walk upto the shut door and
place a Boo Bomb on it. Once the door pops, head in.

NOTE:Enemies are levels 5-7 now

========
Room 1
========
Ignore going right and head straight up, keep taking this passage around the
room until you come to a 2 way fork. Either direction is fine as you want to
get the glowing square which can be gotten to either way.

========
Room 2
========
This is very simple, from where you appear circle around the path, the ONLY
path. No forks or nothing.

========
Room 3
========
Geez these Dungeons are so 'Hard'. Once again circle around the place going up
the steps to reach the center. Before you hit those steps get ready for a Boss
Fight (about time).

Upon touching of the steps you'll meet Medusa. She has you in her trap, time to
fight.

*******
Boss
Name:Serpent Medusa
HP:69-70
EXP:100 Gained
SEN:200 Gained
Item:Libra Ring, Robo Chameleon
Level:8
*******
Oddly enough now you get to use Ryu as well (where was he before?). Plus now
the boss fight is like a real rpg, which kinda disappointed  me, as the
sidescroller style fighting is a blast.

Well not really use Ryu but hes there. He'll be CPU controlled like Umaro from
Final Fantasy 6.

Attacks Ryu/Jack Use...

Miracle Kick will do about a good 10 damage
Jack will do Roughly 6 damage with his Speed Punch
Moonsault Kick does about 2 Damage (-_-)

So just let Ryu do his thing and have Jack play it cautious or whatever you'd
like. And If you wondered the dodging and attacks is as random as the lotto
numbers drawn.

If you plan on using T-Star... Don't. It does only 3 damage so just Bout and
heal when you need to. Also Wasting a Boo Bomb only does 7 damage which is a
waste as you can do more with a Bout.

Medusas Attacks...

*Flame Wave:Damage to one character, averages around 8 damage.
*Medusas Gaze:Turns one character or all to stone, this paralyzes the
person for a few turns.
*Attack:Attacks both Ninja Boys for 5 damage

****************************
Head Backwards Young Ninja
Item:N/A
Level:8
****************************
When Medusas dead you might wonder how THAT's medusa but why bother wasting
brain power. Anywho when you topple it you'll be thanked for defeating it by a
guy who doesn't even Identify himself (-_-) and will get a Robo Cameleon.
What?! A Robo...What?

Um...yea... And the warp Center (remember the building with the 'S' on the
roof? Well that Pyramid) is now active. You'll get to goto Dinostar now (who
thinks up this?)

So with One of the Marco Polo Treasures, the Libra Ring, were done with Desert
Star. Say your goodbyes if you want, the people will thank you although not one
seems to go home to see their children and seem content on staying there (why
did we bother then?). Again Rent a Camel or walk just head to the Pyramid above
the 'S' Building this time.

***NOTE***:If you go back to Sandstar (via camel is quicker) the kids will be
all right without their parents but in the words of one person.

"We are ok without our parents. But we GOT to have Super NES"

=====================
Welcome to the Past
=====================

**************************************
White Castle The Capital of DinoStar
Item:Saur Shield (150SEN), Cosmic Punch (150SEN), BonzBot
Level:9
**************************************
The worst fighting room yet is here. One floor with barely any room to fight
and nothing to climb on. To top it off... NO BOXES. God Culture brain how does
someone get magic easily in your games.

Once you realize the map looks virtually the same head north to the small hut.
Talking to the dino at the entrance tells you where you are just like every
town. The 3 linked caves are what you think they are just in reverse order on
how it was at Desert Star. Well actually now its Convient, Inn, and then Item
but... who cares... Really.

If you have 300SEN buy A Saur Shield and Cosmic Punch from the Item shop. Its
about time you get a weapon upgrade. You'll only get 5 SEN for your Speed Punch
which is kinda sad.

Head to the House left of the Town Greeter to meet up with Ragyu, hes been
waiting for you (huh?) and gives you a BonzeBot to get your power back. Ok...

Talk with the rest of the town and you'll find out a few interesting facts.

*People are living underground on this planet with an Artificial Sun
*Someones controlling the Sun
*Milky Rail will take us to Mecha County, Gallands are Stopping this though
*Sanjo Castle is down South
*Orion Ring is in Sanjo Castle, Of course Gallands are after it.

By now at least I came to the conclusion that these Treasures are Star
Constellations. Well I am a little slow... but back on task we have 5 leads.
Putting them together it seems 1-2 are related but we don't know where to head
and 3 isn't telling us how to stop them. So lets of course use Clue 4-5 to get
the Orion Ring... hopefully.

*************************
Journey through Sanjo Cave
Item:None
Level:9
*************************

Exit the town and Head southeast. You'll have to wind through some mountains
until you reach the cave. You should see it once you head southeast after some
walking. The volcano is useless to us and the tree is a decoration so head into
the cave.

Note:Its the only other location thats around besides where we came to this
planet.

This cave introduces a new Garland, the Drunken Cat type of Garland. This is a
dangerous type of Garland as when its mouth is open it can't eat you, it also
can throw bubble pellets like the Rhino Garland. Except these grab you like it
was the cats tongue and put your ninja in its mouth. (that did not sound right
at all)

Also take note that the Arena has a water hazard, and Oh my God...Item Boxes!
Wow haven't seen those in awhile. By the way, Hitting people into that hazard
won't count as a KO.

======
Room 1
======
Head South from the entrance and then west. You'll appear at a small opening so
head north and basically take this room zig-zagging north, west, south, and
repeat. You'll come to a narrow passage going south, take it and your done the
cave.

*************
What the...
Items:Sweet Bun x8
Level:9
*************

Some how I feel this is just a Lesson about Strangers. From the cave head south
to the southeastern corner and enter the hut. There a Sweet Lady will stop the
kids and give you 8 sweet Buns. Why...you'll never know. Most likely though
that Culture Brain likes strangers and is putting what side they are on. Want
poisonous candy kid? The sweet lady will help you. =)

Oh and to point out, thats no lady. That looks like a drugged out warthog
wearing glasses with swirls that spin to make you dizzy.

*****************************
Wait... This is Sanjo Cave?
Items:
Level:9
*****************************

Head west from the Sweet Ladys hut and cross the bridge to this cave. The music
changes to a really cool song, perfect for a cave though it reminds me of the
Hell like cave in Breath of Fire.
