Wygol Village starts out empty. To restore it to a lively community, you must
locate and rescue the villagers, who have been imprisoned throughout the
various dungeons. To rescue them, absorb the Torpor glyph above their heads.

Save at: Wygol Village
In town: Standing outside the fourth building.
Completing all the other quests and speak to Nikolai to receive the Master
Ring. You may have trouble obtaining the ring if you used cheats to give
yourself quest items, as it can interfere with quest completion.

In town: Inside the third building.
Jacob runs the town store, and his inventory changes as you clear areas
and complete quests.
