Urban Upstart is an interactive fiction adventure by Richard Shepherd Software
that was made for the Commodore 64 in 1983. The aim is to escape from the town
of Scarthorpe. There are many locations that can be explored, although not all
areas have to be visited in the order to complete the game. There are a few red
herring items as well, so the game can be completed quite quickly if you manage

if you can look past this then Urban Upstart is quite an enjoyable game.
