Mission Statement
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
I was looking through a bunch of my older games and was wondering to myself
why I didn't write any FAQs for these classics. So I decided to write a guide
for some of my favorites. That is why this guide is here today. I hope it can
help you out.

One Player - Normal     This is the only mode of play. The game is only one
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯     player. However, if you are able to complete the goal
for total number of cars past, you will continue onto
the next level where you must start over again.

_________
Level One   This is the easiest level of the game. All you have to do is get
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯   past a total of 200 cars and you will get past the level. The
traffic is, for the most part, easy to pass and you should have no
           problem getting past this level.
_________
Level Two   The second level of the game steps up your total to 300 cars.
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯   Which makes the game suprisingly more difficult, but still very
beatable. This is the first time you might need to worry about not
hitting cars in order to beat the level. After two or three tries
you should have this level down. The traffic actually seems to help
you more often than not. They tend to come in groups and stay on
           one side of the raod.
___________
Level Three   This is where you will really need some skill to begin beating
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯   levels. The total has been uped again to 400 cars and the traffic
has become much more of a hazard. You will really need your
instincts and a good reaction time to get past this level. You
will need to keep a fast pace for much of the race.
__________
Level Four   Once again, this round is even harder than the last. In fact, I
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯   have only beaten it a handfull of times. All I can really say is
good luck and just keep on trying.

•============================================================================•

_________________________
Don't Get Into Accidents!   The absolute worst thing that you can do in Enduro
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯   is to get into a large amount of traffic accidents.
Every time you get in an accident, not only do you
slow down to a complete stop and have to pick up
your speed all over again, but the previous four or
five cars that you have passed will get by you,
making the task even harder. Each crash will slow
you down a good seven to ten seconds of race time,
which is detrimental in the later levels.
_______________________
If You Must - Gaurdrail   When you are racing, there will be times when it is
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯   inevitable that you are going to have to hit
something. You are either going to have to hit a car,
which sends you flying out of control and destroys
your momentum, or you can hit the gaurdrail. The
gaurdrail will slow you down quite a bit, but you
still have full control over your car and it is
extemely rare that anyone will be able to pass you.
You will only loose three to five seconds off of your
time. So if it comes down to the point where you must
                         hit something, hit the gaurdrail.
_________________
Find a Good Speed   The controls are set up in a way that if you hold down the
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯   action button then your car will constantly accellerate.
This means you can get your car going at a tremendous pace.
However, the faster that you go, the less time that you
will have to react and the less control you have over your
car. This means that you wil not want to constantly hold
down the action button because eventually you will get into
really bad wrecks. Similarly, you do not want to go too
slowly because you will not have enough speed to get past
the other racers. The best thing to do, is find a pace that
is good for you - one that is fast, that you must remain
vigilant to get past cars, but you can still get past them.
The pace is hard to find at first, but once you do - you
can go through entire levels without ever worrying about
                   your speed or hitting anything.

________________________
Early Bird Gets the Worm   It is a good idea to get past as many cars earlier
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯   in the level as possible. This is true for two
reasons. One: During the middle of the race, it gets
very dark and hard to see the cars and track in
front of you. So you will probably have to slow down
in order to do better. Two: Towards the end of the
race, cars come in packs and you can get some good
numbers racked up then, but generally it will never
be enough, and every car you pass in the beginning
gives you an extra buffer where you can make a
mistake or slow down if needed. Ideally you will
want to have the goal for cars beaten before dawn or
                          during the sunrise hours.
