IV. Basic Gameplay
..............................................................................
A. Objective
The object of the game is to destroy all three of your opponent's tanks before
he or she can destroy yours.
..............................................................................
B. Controls
Joystick Move Tank
Button Fire shell or cruise missile
..............................................................................
C. Status Bar
The status bar at the bottom of the screen is divided into two parts: the
left side is for player one and the right side is for player two. The first
row of the status bar shows the players' remaining tanks while the second
row shows the current state of their cruise missile and armor.
..............................................................................
D. Home Base
Players begin the game in their home bases: player one's home base is in the
top left corner and player two's is in the bottom right.
Home bases provide some protection from enemy shells but they will eventually
break through. Home bases provide no protection against cruise missiles.
While inside their home base, players can fire a cruise missile (provided it
has finished loading) by pressing the button.
..............................................................................
E. Cruise Missiles
You can fire cruise missiles while your tank is inside your home base. Cruise
missiles home in on your enemy's tank and do twice as much damage as your
regular shells. Cruise missiles take a while to load, the progress of the
load is displayed in the status bar.
